Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kandungan mineral hijauan arbila dengan pemberian bokashi berbahan dasar Choromolaena odorata dan feses sapi pada tanah vertisol. Uji coba lapangan dilakukan selama 5 bulan di desa Noelbaki, dan analisis tanaman ini di Laboratorium Kimia Makanan, Universitas Hassanuddin Makassar. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan, dan 4 ulangan. Tanaman ditanam di tanah vertisol dalam polybag. Perlakuannya adalah kadar pupuk organik (bokashi) yakni B0=tanpa bokashi, B10=10 ton/Ha, B20=20 ton/Ha, B30=30 ton/Ha, dan B40=40 ton/Ha. Satuan kadar bokashi dikonversikan menjadi satuan dalam polybag sebagai berikut, B0=tanpa perlakuan, B10=75 g/polybag, B20=150 g/polybag, B30=225 g/polybag, B40=300 g/polybag. Variabel yang diamati adalah kandungan mineral kalsium, fosfor dan magnesium pada hijauan arbila. Tingkat bokashi memberikan efek yang sangat signifikan pada kandungan fosfor dan magnesium, tetapi tidak memberikan efek yang signifikan terhadap kandungan kalsium. Persentase kandungan kalsium adalah 0,57% dan rata-rata setiap perlakuan adalah B0=0,56%, B10=0,56%, B20=0,58%, B30=0,61%, dan B40=0,55%. Kandungan fosfor pada masing-masing perlakuan adalah B0=0,15%, B10=0,21%, B20=0,18%, B30=0,16% B40=0,23%. Kandungan magnesium pada masing-masing perlakuan adalah B0=0,15%, B20=0,18%, B30=0,27%, B40=0,37%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian berbagai level bokashi berpengaruh terhadap kandungan fosfor dan magnesium namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap kandungan kalsium hijauan arbila. Level bokashi 40 ton/Ha merupakan level terbaik bagi pembentukan mineral hijauan arbila. Kata Kunci: Tanah Vertisol, Hijauan Arbila, Bokashi, Kalsium, Fosfor, Magnesium  ABSTRACT This study aimed to evaluate the mineral content of arbila for the administration of bokashi based on Chromolaena odorata and faeces on the advertisol soil. Field trials had been carried out for 5 months in the villange of Noelbaki, and analysis of this plant in the Food Chemistry Laboratory Hassanuddin University, Makassar. This study was designed based on a complete randomized design (CDR) with 5 treatments, and 4 replications. Plants were planted on the advertiser soil in polybags. The treatments were the level of organic fertilizer (bokashi) i.e. B0=without bokashi B10=10 ton/Ha, B20=20 ton/Ha, B30=30 ton/Ha, B40=40 ton/Ha. Bokashi level was changed to polybag as followed, B0=without treatment, B10=75 g/polybag, B20=150 g/polybag, B30=225 g/polybag, B40=300 g/polybag. The variables observed the mineral content of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Bokashi level had a very significant effect on phosphorus and magnesium content, but had not a significant effect on calsium content. The percentage of calsium content was 0.75%, and the average of each treatments were B0 and B10=0.56%, B20=0.58%, B30=0.61%, B40=0.55%. The average of phosphorus content for each treatments were B0=0.15%, B10=0.21%, B20=0.18%, B30=0.16%, and B40=0.23%. The average of magnesium content for each treatments were B0=0.15%, B10=0.18%, B20=0.27%, B30=0.32%, and B40=0.37%. It was concluded that the levels of organic fertilizer (bokashi) had a significant effect on the percentage of phosphorus and magnesium but did not have a significant effect on the calcium content of arbila forage.  Keywords: Vertisol Soil, Arbila Forage, Bokashi, Calcium, Phosphorus, Magnesium

Abstract

INTISARITujuan penelitian adalah menentukan lama waktu pengeringan untuk mencapai berat konstan dalam proses penetapan kadar air pakan dengan metode oven dalam praktikum analisis proksimat. Perlakuan meliputi pengeringan dengan suhu 105? (lama pengeringan 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 jam dan atau sampai tercapai berat konstan) dan suhu 110? (lama pengeringan 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 jam dan atau sampai tercapai berat konstan) terhadap 5 macam sampel yang mempunyai kadar air simpan ?14%, meliputi: BR1, konsentrat broiler (KBr), jagung giling, bekatul, dan bungkil kedelai. Metode analisis data adalah rerata dari perlakuan yang diulang sebanyak 5 kali dari 5 macam sampel. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa untuk menetapkan kadar air dengan metode oven pada bahan pakan dan pakan yang mempunyai kadar air simpan (?14%) membutuhkan waktu lama pengeringan optimum 6 jam pada suhu 105? dan 4 jam pada suhu 110 ?. Kata kunci: Kadar Air, Metode Oven, Proksimat  ABSTRACTThe purpose of the study was to determine the length of drying time to achieve constant weight in the process of determining the water content of the feed by the oven method in the proximate analysis. This treatment were drying with 105oC (drying time 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 hours and or until a constant weight was reached) and 110oC (drying time 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 hours and or until a constant weight was reached ) for 5 types of samples that had water content of ?14%, including: BR1, broiler concentrate (KBr), cracked corn, rice bran and soybean meal. The data analysis was the average of treatments that repeated 5 times on 5 sample types. The results of this study concluded that to determine the water content by the oven method on feed and feed ingredients that had water content ?14% required an optimum drying time for 6 hours at 105oC and 4 hours at 110 oC. Keywords: Water Content, Oven Method, Proximate

Abstract

 INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian duckweed (Lemna minor) dan virgin coconut oil (VCO) dalam pakan terhadap performa produksi, daya tetas, konsumsi pakan, dan bobot badan ayam cemani (Gallus gallus domesticus). Enam belas ekor ayam cemani betina yang dipelihara dari umur 12 minggu hingga periode bertelur pertama dan ditempatkan secara acak dalam kandang berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang digunakan terdiri dari: pakan standar (T0), pakan standar dengan duckweed 75% (T1), pakan dengan VCO 10 ml/kg (T2), pakan standar dengan duckweed 75% dan VCO 10 ml/kg (T3). Parameter yang diamati adalah masak kelamin, jumlah telur, fertilitas telur, daya tetas telur, konsumsi pakan, dan bobot badan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pemberian duckweed dan VCO dalam pakan berpengaruh (P<0,05) terhadap masak kelamin, jumlah telur, konsumsi pakan, retensi protein, dan bobot badan, namun tidak berpengaruh (P>0,05) terhadap fertilitas dan daya tetas telur ayam cemani. Pemberian duckweed 75% dan VCO 10 ml/kg dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk perbaikan performa produksi dan asupan nutrisi ayam cemani. Kata kunci: Ayam Cemani, Duckweed, VCO, Daya Tetas, Performa Produksi  ABSTRACTThe aim of this study was to analyze the effect of using duckweed (Lemna minor) and virgin coconut oil (VCO) in diet on performance, hatchability, feed consumption, and body weight of cemani hen (Gallus gallus domesticus). Sixteen cemani hens were maintained from the age of 12 weeks to the first laying period and housed randomly in cages based on a completely randomized design (CRD) using four treatments and four replications. The treatment consisted: standard feed (T0), standard feed added 75% duckweed (T1), standard feed added 10 ml/kg VCO (T2), and standard feed added 75% duckweed and 10 ml/kg VCO (T3). The parameters were evaluated: age of maturity, egg number, fertility, hatchability, feed consumption, protein retention, and body weight. The results showed that feeding of duckweed and VCO had significant (P<0.05) effects on age of maturity, egg number, feed consumption, protein retention, and body weight, but there were no significant (P>0.05) effects on fertility, and hatchability of cemani?s hen. The feeding of  duckweed 75% and VCO 10 ml/kg can be used as an alternative to improve performance and nutritional intake of cemani?s hen. Keywords: Cemani, Duckweed, VCO, Hatchability, Performance

Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Lactobacillus plantarum terhadap kualitas silase kulit pisang kepok. Desain eksperimental yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuannya yaitu silase tanpa inokulasi L. plantarum (T1), inokulasi 104CFU/ml (T2), 105CFU/ml (T3), dan 106CFU/ml (T4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahan kering silase kulit pisang kepok tidak berbeda antar perlakuan. Perlakuan inokulasi L. plantarum mampu meningkatkan (P<0,05) kandungan protein kasar dan lemak kasar serta menurunkan (P<0,05) kandungan serat kasar dan nilai pH silase. Penambahan inokulasi  L. plantarum pada silase kulit pisang kepok mampu memperbaiki kualitas silase sebagai alternatif pakan ruminansia. Kata kunci : Kulit Pisang Kepok, Lactobacillus plantarum, Silase  ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of the use of Lactobacillus plantarum on the banana kepok silage quality. The experimental design used in this study was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) using 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment was silage without inoculation L. plantarum (T1), inoculation 104 CFU/ml (T2), 105 CFU/ml (T3), and 106 CFU/ml (T4). The results showed that the dry material of kepok banana peels silage was not different between treatments. The inoculation treatment of L. plantarum was able to increase (P<0.05) of crude protein and crude fat content,  but decrease (P<0.05) crude fiber content and pH silage. The addition of L. plantarum inoculation to kepok banana peels could improve the quality of silage as an alternative ruminant feed. Keywords: Kepok Banana Peels, Lactobacillus plantarum, Silage

Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian konsentrasi garam dan umur telur terhadap tigkat kesukaan konsumen telur asin dilakukan dengan metode eksperimental yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi garam dan umur telur terhadap tingkat kesukaan konsumen telur asin dan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi garam dan umur telur yang ideal agar mendapatkan telur asin yang disukai konsumen. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Produksi Ternak, Politeknik Negeri Jember, dari tanggal 27 September 2016 sampai tanggal 25 Oktober 2016. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan dua faktor. Faktor pertama konsentrasi garam (A) yang terdiri dari 3 perlakuan yaitu perlakuan dengan konsentrasi garam 25% (A25), konsentrasi garam 30% (A30) dan konsentrasi garam 35% (A30). Faktor kedua umur telur yang terdiri dari 2 perlakuan yaitu umur 3 hari (B3) dan umur 14 hari (B14). Terdapat 6 kombinasi perlakuan dan masing-masing diulang sebanyak 4 kali sehingga diperoleh 18 unit percobaan. Uji kesukaan dilakukan secara langsung dengan panelis yang mencicipi telur asin. Panelis pada penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang yang terdiri dari karyawan dan mahasiswa Politeknik Negeri Jember serta masyarakat umum. Konsentrasi garam 35% dan umur telur 3 hari berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesukaan konsumen pada warna dan kemasiran telur asin, sedangkan konsentrasi garam dan umur telur tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kesukaan konsumen pada aroma dan rasa telur asin. Kata kunci : Telur Asin, Garam, Umur Telur, Kesukaan Konsumen  ABSTRACTThis research is an experimental experience that aims to know the effect of salt concentration and the age of the eggs on the level of consumer preferences towards salted eggs and to know the ideal level of salt concentration and the age of the eggs to get consumers preferred salted eggs. The research was done in Poultry Production Laboratorium of Politechnic of Jember  from September 27th 2016 to October 25th 2016. The research design by Randomaized Complete Desaign (RCD) consisted of two factor. The first was salt concentration which contains 3 actions which are action of salt concentration 25% (A25), salt concentration 30% (A30) and salt concentration 35% (A30). The second, the age of the eggs contains 2 actions which are 3 days age (B3) and 14 days age (B14). There are 6 combination of action and each of action was redone 4 times so that able to gain 18 units of research. Preference research was directly done by taste the salted egg. People panelis for detect acceptance on this research is 30 people from workers and students of Politechnic of Jember and also citizens. The salt concentration  35% and 3 days egg age have significant effect toward consumer preferences on color and grity as the criteria, while salt concentrations and days egg age  have no effect toward consumer prference on smell and taste of salted egg Keyword : Salted Eggs, Salt, The Age of the Eggs, Consumer Preferences

Abstract

Infectious Bursal Disease (IBD), also called Gumboro, was disease which attacked cells in the bursa of fabricius, causing interference with the chicken's immune system or immunosuppressive. IBD was the one of viral disease that often attacks chickens in the field. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnosis of IBD by through at clinical symptoms and necropsy that can still be relevant on in the field. The diagnosis of IBD correctly, cheaply, easily and quickly in the field is very important to optimize the health care management and evaluation program. The method used was by observing clinical symptoms of broiler chickens in commercial farms suspected of contracting IBD and observing post-death organs (necropsy). The object of necropsy was 5 samples of broiler chickens from the farm. Data was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study was the broiler chickens that infected with IBD could be diagnosed through clinical symptoms and post-death organ changes, so that the diagnosis for IBD cases in the field used the observation of clinical symptoms and necropsy are still relevant.

Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk-bentuk pemasaran ayam buras, mengetahui margin pemasaran, keuntungan dan tingkat efisiensi pada masing-masing saluran pemasaran ayam buras yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Jumlah responden yaitu sebesar 195 yang terdiri dari peternak, pengepul, pedagang besar, rumah potong ayam (RPA), pengecer, dan konsumen. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 bentuk saluran pemasaran ayam buras di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu saluran 1 (peternak ke konsumen), saluran 2 (peternak ke pengepul dan konsumen), saluran 3 (peternak ke pengepul ke pedagang besar dan konsumen), saluran 4 (peternak ke pengepul ke pedagang besar ke RPA ke pengecer ke konsumen). Total margin pemasaran paling besar terdapat pada saluran 4 yaitu sebesar Rp51.000,00 paling kecil terdapat pada saluran 1 sebesar Rp0,00. Jumlah keuntungan terbanyak pada pemasaran ayam buras di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu pada RPA saluran 4 sebesar Rp15.433,33 per ekor dan keuntungan terkecil pada pedagang pengepul saluran 2 sebesar Rp5.893,37 per ekor, persentase keuntungan terbesar dari pemasaran ayam buras yang ada di Kabupaten Banyuwangi yaitu pada RPA saluran 4 sebesar 31%, dan persentase keuntungan terkecil terdapat pada peternak saluran 1 sebesar 5%. Tingkat efisiensi pemasaran ayam burasdi Kabupaten Banyuwangi berdasarkan biaya pemasaran dan saluran pemasaran dinyatakan efisien. Kata Kunci: Saluran Pemasaran, Margin, Keuntungan, dan Efisiensi Pemasaran  ABSTRACTThe aim of the study was to determine the forms of marketing channels for local chickens, find out the size of the margins and the benefits of each party involved in the marketing of local chickens, find out the level of efficiency in each form of local chicken marketing channels in Banyuwangi regency. The number of respondents is as many as 195 respondents consisting of breeders, collectors, wholesalers, Chicken Slaughterhouses, retailers and consumers. The method used is descriptive analysis method and mathematical analysis. The results showed that there were 4 forms of marketing channels for local chickens in Banyuwangi Regency. Channel 1 (breeders to consumers), channel 2 (breeders, collectors and consumers), channel 3 (breeders, collectors, wholesalers and consumers), channel 4 (breeders, collectors, wholesalers, Chicken Slaughterhouses, retailers and consumers). The largest total marketing margin was in channel 4, which was Rp51,000.00 and the smallest total margin was in channel 1 of Rp0,00. The highest number of profits in the marketing of local chickens in Banyuwangi Regency was in channel 4 Chicken Slaughterhouse of Rp15,433.33 per chicken and the smallest profit in channel 2 traders is Rp5,893.37 per chicken, for the largest percentage of profit from the marketing of local chickens in the Regency Banyuwangi is in channel 4 Chicken Slaughterhouse at 31% and for the smallest percentage of profit is channel 1 farmer by 5%. The level of marketing efficiency of native chickens in Banyuwangi Regency based on marketing costs and marketing margins is declared efficient. Keywords: Marketing Channels, Margin, Profit and Marketing Efficiency

Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keputusan pembelian produk ayam goreng dan mengetahui faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di perusahaan X. Penelitian diakukan di dua tempat yang berbeda yaitu di jalan Gajah Mada nomor 74 dan Roxy Square yang terletak di jalan Hayam Wuruk Kabupaten Jember. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan 75 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji t. Hasil analisis menunjukkan persamaan Y= 3,040 - 0,103X1 + 0,473X2 + 0,060X3 + 0,133X4 + 1,170X5. Persamaan tersebut berarti setiap besaran keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh X1 (harga) sebesar - 0,103, X2 (cita rasa) sebesar 0,473, X3 (promosi) sebesar 0,060, X4 (gaya hidup) sebesar 0,133, dan X5 (desain interior) sebesar 1,170. Hasil uji F menunjukkan secara bersama-sama semua variabel signifikan (P>0,05) terhadap keputusan pembelian di perusahaan X. Kata kunci: Harga, Cita Rasa, Promosi, Gaya Hidup, Desain Interior, Keputusan Pembelian  ABSTRACTThis research aimed to know consider of consumer to decide of buying fried chicken and to know the dominan factor what it influence of buying decision in x company. The research was conducted at the two outlets, they were Gajah Mada street Number 74 dan Roxy Square Hayam wuruk street, Jember. The research method used was survey wtih 75 respondents that took by purposive sampling. The data result were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, F-test, and t-test. The result of analysis showed Y= 3,040 - 0,103X1 + 0,473X2 + 0,060X3 + 0,133X4 + 1,170X5. That equation means every level of consumer buying decision by X1 (price) equal to -0,103, X2 (taste) equal to 0,473, X3 (promotion) equal to 0,060, X4 (life style) equal to 0,133, and X5 (desain interior) equal to 1,170. Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kromium organik pada pakan yang dibatasai terhadap performa produksi puyuh fase pre-layer. Rancangan percobaan penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari dua belas perlakuan, tiga ulangan, dan setiap ulangan terdiri dari lima ekor puyuh. Data dianalisis dengan analisis sidik ragam kemudian diuji lanjut dengan Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT). Perlakuan dimulai dari umur 15 hari sampai 70 hari dan penerapannya adalah P0R1 (pakan adlibitum, energi metabolisme (EM) 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22%.), P0R2 (pakan adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23%.), P1R1 (pembatasan pakan 10% dari adlibitum, EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22%.), P1R2 (pembatasan pakan 10% dari adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23%.), P2R1 (pembatasan pakan 20% dari adlibitum, EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22%.), P2R2 (pembatasan pakan 20% dari adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23%.), P0R1Cr (pakan adlibitum, EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22% ditambah kromium 2 ppm), P0R2Cr (pakan adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23% ditambah kromium 2 ppm), P1R1Cr (Pembatasan pakan 10% dari adlibitum, EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22% ditambah kromium 2 ppm), P1R2Cr (Pembatasan pakan 10% dari adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23% ditambah kromium 2 ppm), P2R1Cr (pembatasan pakan 20% dari adlibitum, EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22% ditambah kromium 2 ppm) dan P2R2Cr (pembatasan pakan 20% dari adlibitum, EM 2.800 kkal/kg, protein 23% ditambah kromium 2 ppm). Parameter yang diamati meliputi konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan, dan konversi pakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penambahan kromium organik pada pakan yang di batasi berpengaruh sangat signifikan (P<0,01) terhadap konsumsi pakan, pertambahan bobot badan, dan konversi pakan. Kromium organik dapat diberikan 2 ppm pada pakan yang dibatasi 10% dari adlibitum EM 2.900 kkal/kg, protein 22%. Kata kunci: Kromium Organik, Pembatasan Pakan, Puyuh  ABSTRACTThe aim of this research was to know the effect of organic chromium on feed which was limited to quail phase pre-layer production performance. The experimental design of the study was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of twelve treatments, three replicates, and each replication consisted of five quails. Data were analyzed by variance analysis then tested continued with the Least Significance Different (LSD). The treatments were P0R1 (adlibitum feed, energy metabolism (EM) 2,900 kcal/kg, protein 22%), P0R2 (adlibitum feed, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23% protein), P1R1 (restriction feed 10% of adlibitum, EM 2,900 kcal/kg, 22% protein), P1R2 (restriction feed 10% of adlibitum, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23%.protein), P2R1 (restriction feed 20% of adlibitum, EM 2,900 kcal/kg, 22%protein), P2R2 (restriction feed 20% of adlibitum, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23% protein), P0R1Cr (adlibitum feed, EM 2,900 kcal/kg, 22% protein with adding 2 ppm chromium), P0R2Cr (adlibitum feed, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23% with adding protein 2 ppm chromium), P1R1Cr (restriction feed 10% of adlibitum, EM 2,900 kcal/kg, 22% protein with adding 2 ppm chromium), P1R2Cr (restriction feed 10% from adlibitum, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23% protein with adding 2 ppm chromium), P2R1Cr (20% restriction feed of adlibitum, EM 2,900 kcal/kg, 22% protein with adding 2 ppm chromium) and P2R2Cr (restriction feed 20% from adlibitum, EM 2,800 kcal/kg, 23% protein with adding 2 ppm chromium). Parameters observed included feed intake, body weight gain, and feed conversion. The results showed that the addition of organic chromium to the limiting feed had a significant effect (P<0.01) on feed consumption, body weight gain, and feed conversion. Organic chromium might give 2 ppm on feed that was limited to 10% of EM 2,900 kcal/kg adlibitum, 22% protein. Keywords: Organic Chromium, Feeding restriction, Laying quail

Abstract

INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi parasit gastrointestinal pada sapi yang berlokasi di daerah aliran Sungai Progo. Penelitian ini menggunakan feses sapi sebanyak 63 sampel yang diambil dari daerah aliran Sungai Progo. Pemeriksaan feses menggunakan metode sentrifuse, dan Parfitt Bank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  63 sampel feses sapi yang diperiksa, 25 diantaranya terinfeksi cacing jenis Fasciola sp., 7 ekor Paramphistomum sp., 14 Strongyle, dan 9 Coccidiosis.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah prevalensi parasit gastrointestinal pada sapi di aliran Sungai Progo yang dominan adalah kejadian Fasciolosis sebesar 40%, infestasi nematodiasis jenis Strongyle 22%, Coccidiosis 14%, dan infestasi Paramphistomum sp.11%. Kata kunci: Coccidiosis, Fasciola sp., Parampistomum sp., Strongyle   ABSTRACTThe aim of study was investigate gastrointestinal disease on cow fed forage from Progo watershed. Sixty three feses samples were taken from cows on Progo watershed. The method of feses analysis used was sentrifuge and Parfitt Bank. The results showed that 63 samples of cows feces were examined, among 25 were infected by Fasciola sp., 7 Paramphistomum sp., 14 Strongyle, and 9 Coccidiosis. The conclusion was the prevalence of gastrointestinal disease in cows was dominant incidence of Fasciolosis by 40%, Strongyle 22%, 14% Coccidiosis, and Paramphistomum sp.11%. Keywords: Coccidina, Fasciola sp., Parampistomum sp., Strongyle
