Abstract

ABSTRACTThe importance of the principal's role in managing and developing the quality of education in the education unit, a school if managed with good school management will certainly make the school a quality school and has a good output. This research aims to 1. To Know the Role of School Principals in Empowering SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede teachers for the creation of a quality learning process, 2. To find out the Role of School Principals in establishing cooperation with the community / SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede committees 3. To find out the Role of the Principal Schools in applying the principles of SBM in SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede, 4. To find out the role of the School Principal in monitoring and evaluating SBM in SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede, this study is descriptive qualitative, object studied by foundations, principals, teachers, staff and committee. The method of data collection is observation, interviews, and documents. The interactive data analysis model starts with data collection, data presentation, reduction and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that 1. There is an effort from the School Principal in empowering and increasing the competence of SD IT AL IMAN Bojonggede teachers by holding seminars, training in motivational training by bringing in resource persons, following teachers in MGMP activities, 2. There is good collaboration between schools and community / commitment with the participation of the Community in school management and social activities. 3. In his leadership the school principals apply the principles of school-based management including independence of school staff in managing schools in various aspects, there is justice in school management, among which the headmaster is fair in deciding suatau permaslahan, being fair placement and assignment of teachers and staff, openness, the leadership of the school is open to all parties, including foundations, teachers / staff and the committee both in terms of administration and finance. 4. there is monitoring and supervision conducted by school principals in the application of school-based management among school program monitoring, administrative monitoring, learning monitoring, teacher and staff disciplinary monitoring.Keywords: Leadership, Principal. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study to provide an overview of the leadership of school principle in the development of professional competence and teacher for improving the quality of eduation in Cendikia Muslim Vocational School Bogor, which is explained in depth, the procedures and concrete steps of the principal’s leadership in developing professional competence to improve the quality of education in the Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in Bogor as well as in factors and supporting the role of the principal’s leadership in developing the professional competence of teachers in the Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in Bogor. This research is a form of field research that is descriptive qualitative, using several approaches namely, pedagogical, sosiological, psychological and managerial. The author also uses several instruments to including observation, documentation, and interviews. The type of data needed in this study are primary data and secondary of teachers to improvedata. While the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation referring to the deductive and inductive analysis using several methods that are relevant to the main variables to be studied, while the informant as the resource person is the principal, the teacher. Based on this research it can be concluded that the Principal's Strategy and Leadership in developing professional competence of teachers to improve the quality of education that the leadership of the Head of the Bogor Cendikia Muslim Vocational School in carrying out their duties responsibly, to improve teacher competency and professionalism, by conducting a normative approach or providing motivation teachers to always work in accordance with their duties, with expertise in the field of study being taught. The procedure desired by the principal in improving teacher competency and professionalism is to supervise the deliberation, communication, planning, coordination and evaluation approach, with this application finally all intentions will be realized. Abstract

ABSTRACT The teacher is a professional profession in which he is required to make every effort to carry out his profession as well as possible. Teachers need positions or professions that require special expertise. This work cannot be done by someone who does not have the expertise to carry out activities or work as a teacher. Expertise as a professional teacher must master the ins and outs of education and teaching with a variety of other sciences. This study uses a quantitative method, which is a research method in which data is scored into numbers (quantitative) in the collection and analysis of data. Data collection using research instruments, namely questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative / statistical data with the aim of testing hypotheses Data in quantitative research is in the form of numbers (scores, rankings, or frequencies), the data is then analyzed using statistics in order to answer specific research questions or hypotheses, and to make predictions that an variables affect each other. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive influence of education on teacher professionalism with a significance value obtained less than 0.05 (0.046 <0.05). 2) there is a positive effect of training on teacher professionalism with a significance value of 0.036 because the significance price obtained is less than 0.05 (0.036 <0.05). 3) there is a positive influence of teaching experience on teacher professionalism with a significance value of 0.028 because the significance price obtained is less than 0.05 (0.028 <0.05). 4) there is a positive influence of education, training and teaching experience on the professionalism of teachers at SDN Cemplang 1.3 and 4 Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency with an F-count = 28,925. Because Fcount> F-table or 28.925> 2.88, Ho is rejected. So, it can be concluded that education, training, and teaching experience together significantly influence the professionalism of teachers in SDN Cemplang 1.3 and 4, Cibungbulang District, Bogor Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT Curriculum management and teacher professionalism are an important part of educational components in improving the quality of education. The order to achieve a good education and quality it is necessary to a good management, especially in the area of ​​curriculum that will be taught to students about the objectives, content or materials, implementation and evaluation of curricula. In addition to curriculum management there is also a need for professional educators to get students the best service from their teachers. This research inted to (1) Know the impact of curriculum management on the educational quality of Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok, (2) Know the impact of teacher professionalism on the quality of education at Qotrun islamic boarding school Depok, (3) Know the impact of curriculum management and teacher professionalism on quality education Qotrun Nada islamic boarding school Depok. In this research the researcher uses quantitative descriptive with type of correlative research. The data were collected through a questionnaire from a population of 150 who were all teachers at the Qotrun Nada boarding school. Based on the analysis of the research data, the: Management of curriculum boarding, teacher professionalism and quality of education at Qotrun Tada boarding school Depok is good. Simultaneous boarding curriculum management and teacher professionalism influence the quality of education at Qotrun Nada boarding school. This is evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation model with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine whether or not the influence of the Principal's Leadership Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers Against Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Private Schools in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. This research method is a quantitative method. This research is a radom sampling study because the population of 495 is taken from 15% of the total sample, namely 74 respondents. To get empirical data on variable X (students' perceptions of teacher competency) and Y variables (student learning outcomes) that is done by questionnaire or questionnaire. The Principal's leadership covers the Cognitive element, which is managing the school effectively and implementing a daily program. The apective element is able to motivate students to discipline in learning and work and achievement and the Psychomotor element is maintaining a student-centered learning climate. In PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence has a cognitive element that is mastering the theory and principles of learning that educates, learning activities that educate and evaluate or evaluate, the apective element takes over the characteristics of students and the psychotoric element is communication with students and the development of potential students. while the Learning Outcomes have a cognitive element that is curiosity of students, dare to experiment and academic values, apective elements namely attitudes toward teachers and friends, class attendance and responsibilities towards homework, psychomotor elements namely self-actualization. From the results of the comparison of the Principal Leadership Variable significance value of 0.10> 0.05 means significant and obtained T count (2,652) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between the principal's leadership on student learning outcomes. From the results of the PAI Teacher Pedagogical Competence variable the comparison of significance values ​​.17> 0.05 means significant and obtained the value of T arithmetic (22,439) and t table (1,993) then T arithmetic> T table means there is an influence between PAG Teacher Pedagogic Competence on student learning outcomes. From the comparison of F arithmetic 23.508 F table 3.12 then F arithmetic> F Principal Leadership and Pedagogical Competence of PAI Teachers jointly affect the learning outcomes of Class VIII (Eight) SMP students in Leuwisadeng District, Bogor Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses "The Effect of the Scientific Learning Model on the 2013 Curriculum and Teacher Professional Competence on Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII at MTsN Bogor. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a significant influence between the Scientific Learning Model in the 2013 curriculum and Teacher Competence Against Results Learning grade VIII students of MTsN 2 Bogor. This study uses a Quantitative Method in which the researcher processes the data with questionnaire distribution questionnaire technique with a Likert scale of variables X 1 (Scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum) and X2 (Teacher Professional Competence) and Y (Student Learning Outcomes of Class VIII) given to students from the population of students in class VIII a total of 380, then a sample of 15% was taken in a total of 60 students. From the results of this study the significant value of the effect of X1 on Y is 0.996> 0.05 and the count-0.005 <ttable2.00247, so it can be stated that the scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum (X1) can be accepted in other words there is the influence of the scientific learning model in the 2013 curriculum on the learning outcomes of students of class VIII at MTsN 2 Bogor. While the significant value of X2 against Y with a value of 0.162> 0.05 and the value of 1.415 <ttable2.00247, it can be concluded that X2 is accepted in other words there is no effect of teacher professional competence on student learning outcomes at MTsN 2 Bogor. That the significant value for the effect of X1 and X2 simultaneously on Y is 0.291 <0.05 and the value of Fcount is 1.263 <Ftable 3.16 so that it can be stated that X1 and X2 have no effect on Y. Significant value for the influence of X1 and X2 simultaneously to Y is 0.291> 0.05 and the value of Fcount is 1.263 <Ftable 3.16 so that it can be stated that X1 and X2 have an influence on Y. In the coefficient of determination the R square value of 0.42 this implies that the influence of variables X1 and X2 on Y by 42%. Keywords: learning model, curriculum, teacher competency, students

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research has a background which is about education in Indonesia. Where in Indonesia has a variety of educational institutions ranging from elementary school (elementary), junior high school (SMP), high school (high school), and tertiary education (PT). However, in reality, Indonesia has a unique educational institution and only exists in Indonesia, namely pesantren. The pesantren has various models and variations ranging from traditional pesantren (salafi) and modern pesantren (khalafi). The formulation of the problem of this research are (1) What is the concept of Modern Islamic Boarding School education of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor? (2) how is the implementation of the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor? While the purpose of this study is (1) To know the educational concept of Modern Islamic Boarding School Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. (2) Knowing how to implement the modern Islamic boarding school concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor. In this study the authors use the type of library research or library research is research conducted using literature (literature) in the form of books, notes, or reports on the results of previous studies. In addition, this study also uses a qualitative approach. Where data is collected using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman analysis model which includes four interrelated components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the Modern Islamic Boarding School Concept of Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang, Bogor has three basic concepts, namely the government education curriculum, in this case the Ministry of Religion, salafi pesantren education, and Gontor pesantren education. Of the three curricula, the best is then combined, so that the new curriculum is integrated, which is the concept of the modern Islamic boarding school Umm al-Quro Al-Islami. Abstract

ABSTRACT Management is a process of activities that are planned and carried out intentionally and continuously to all students in the relevant educational institutions in order to be able to participate in the learning and teaching process effectively and efficiently. Learning achievement is the level of humanity students have in accepting, rejecting and assessing the information obtained in the teaching and learning process. A person's learning achievement is in accordance with the level of success of something in learning subject matter which is expressed in the form of grades or report cards for each field of study after experiencing the teaching and learning process. This study aims to determine the extent of implementation, acceptance, student management, efforts made, as well as the implications of the application of student management in At-Thiriiriah Junior High School in improving the quality of students. This study uses a qualitative approach using a type of case study research by taking a background in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, Gunung Bunder I, Pamijahan, Bogor. Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis method. Based on the process of data collection and data analysis, researchers can conclude several things including: (1) The application of student management that takes place at At-Thiriahah IT Junior High is classified as good, where the concept of student management starts from the planning and implementation of new students, monitoring or control and evaluation can be applied by all at IT Thohiriah Junior High School. (2) In an effort made by schools related to student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriahah Junior High School, among others: improving discipline including a). At-Thiriahah Junior High School students arrive at 07.00 WIB, b) Wearing Uniforms. (3) As for the implications of the implementation of student management to improve the quality of students in At-Thiriah Gunung Bunder I Junior High School, seen from the academic achievement in the form of UN scores that have increased, non-academic achievements achieved by At-Thiriahah IT Middle School students have also increased, and graduates of At-Thiriiriah IT Middle School were accepted into public and private schools. Abstract

ABSTRACT The background of this research problem is the assumption that school principals and teachers as the main causes of low student learning outcomes such as the National Examination Score and Student Graduation are not in line with expectations or the ranking has dropped. The purpose of this study was to determine the joint effect of Principal Leadership and Teacher Creativity on Student Learning Outcomes at MTs Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method. This research is correlational because the research seeks to investigate the effect of Principal Leadership and Teacher Creativity on Student Learning Outcomes at MTs Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor. Data collection techniques using the study of literature, documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The population and sample were students of MTs Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor. Research respondents numbered 127 class IX students. Data analysis techniques using correlation and regression analysis. The results showed that (a) the Principal's Leadership contributed very significantly and influenced very high and the direction of a positive relationship to student learning outcomes in MTs Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor Regency based on α = 0.05 r count = 0.993 and r table with N = 127 in the significance level of 5% = 0.174. Then rx1y = 0.993 means r count> r table. Comparison of r count with r table shows that r count is greater than r table that is 0.993 or 99.3% for the Principal Leadership variable (X1). (b) Teacher creativity gives a very significant contribution and very high influence and direction of a positive relationship to student learning outcomes in MTS Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor Regency based on α = 0.05 r count = 0.9877 and r table with N = 127 in the significance level of 5% = 0.174. Then rx2y = 0.9877 means r arithmetic> r table. Comparison of r arithmetic with r table shows that r arithmetic is greater than r table that is 0.9877 or 98.77% for the Teacher Creativity variable (X2). (c) The Principal's Leadership and Teacher's Creativity together contribute very significantly and have a very high influence and direction of a positive relationship to student learning outcomes at MTS Nurul Furqon, Cibinong, Bogor Regency based on α = 0.05 r count = 0.9935 and r table with N = 127 in the significance level of 5% = 0.174. Then rx2y = 0.9935 means r count> r table. Comparison of r count with r table shows that r count is greater than r table that is 0.9935 or 99.35% for the variable Principal Leadership and Teacher Creativity. Abstract

ABSTRACTMaking students who have the right, noble character and noble character, is the main goal of a teacher.Therefore, Ali Ahmad Madkur, an education expert and a Professor in the field of education curriculum developmentfrom Cairo University of Egypt, explained some of his thoughts related to the methods in Teaching and LearningActivities (at-thariqah at-ta'lim wa ta'alum). He put it in a very important part to make it easier for students to learn.Ali Ahmad Madkur, seeks to provide alternative solutions in teaching and learning methods to teachers (mu'alimun),which consist of various methods, such as habituation or exemplary, lectures, and interactions, discussions anddebates, stories, advice, penalties and rewards, etc. Ali Ahmad Madkur, has contributed ideas that can be used as abasis in teaching teachers so that they can be better understood by students, and trying with these methods, canreconstruct students' patterns of having noble character and character according to the expectations of parents, withfoundation ijmaliy (global) exposure in the guidance of the Holy Qur’an and the Hadith of the Prophet.
