Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to understand deeply the learning of literacy reading in elementary school class I. The research problem is based on the low student interest in learning, low literacy reading skills, and the teacher is too focused on the 2013 curriculum without facilitating student needs. The research method uses a qualitative approach to the design of phenomenology with the stages of essence deepening, variations in imagination, and reduction of phenomenology. The time and place of the study were conducted at Cijambu Elementary School in Elementary School I class, located at Jln Cigombong Station, Bogor Regency. The study was conducted for six months. The results were obtained that reading literacy learning uses Curriculum 2013 with the aim of reading comprehension. Learning media use word cards and learning strategies use the phonic approach for those who cannot read and the direct approach for those who have mastered phonemic awareness. Evaluation of learning is carried out formally according to the curriculum without an innovation development in the form of literacy assessment. Recommendations namely, this research should be developed in other aspects of language to be more comprehensive. Keywords: Learning, Reading Literacy, Grade I Students

Abstract

  ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of learning to read Al-Qur'an Can Affect the ability of students to read Al-Qur'an at grade 1 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. This research method uses quantitative methods using a correlational approach. Based on the results of testing the correlation coefficient obtained price r = 0.633. Based on the product moment correlation table guidelines used, it can be said that between variables X and Y there is a moderate or sufficient correlation. Based on the test results known t count = 4.63 and t table (? = 0.01: 32) = 2.70 (with interpolation). This means t arithmetic> t table. Thus that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant correlation between learning to Read the Qur'an and the ability to read the Qur'an. To find out the contribution of variable X to variable Y, the formula Kd = r2 x 100% is used. The determinant coefficient figure of 40.1% shows that the contribution of learning to read and write the Koran to the Learning Achievement of the Education of the Al-Qur'an Hadith is equal to 40.1% while the rest (100% -40.1% = 59.9% ) is influenced by other factors not analyzed Keywords: Al-Qur'an, literacy, learning, education, learning achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine and discuss the perspective of inheritance law on the status of out-of-wedlock children in obtaining the inheritance rights of Islamic law compilation. The method used is a qualitative method using secondary data and primary data for completeness of data, data analysis used using normative analysis. Based on the results of research, among others, first, the position of out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic Law is based on nasab as the legality of family relations based on blood relations, as a result of legal marriage. The problem is that there is no relationship between the child's relationship with his biological father; there are no rights and obligations between the child and his biological father, inheritance and so on; if by chance the child is a woman, then the biological father cannot be the guardian, so that the guardian can be a child out of wedlock; secondly, the status of inheritance rights for out-of-wedlock children according to Islamic law only have a mutual inheritance relationship with the family from the mother's side, however there is a need for legal breakthroughs related to this, namely in the Islamic inheritance system, there are grant institutions in the form of giving biological father's day and can also the wills of the Mandatory from his biological father. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how much motivation to learn affects the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in elementary schools 064021 Medan City. The method used is a quantitative correlational method with data collection techniques by means of library research and field research through interviews, observations and documentation. With the results of the calculation of the correlation number of variable X (learning motivation) to the variable Y (learning outcomes) of 0.965. This means that the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in grade V SDN 064021 Medan Helvetia Medan city is very high. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to find out and discuss the Baduy Indigenous Marriage Legal System of Kanakes Village, Leuwidamar Subdistrict. This research and writing were prepared and compiled using empirical research methods using qualitative analysis, namely by conducting direct interviews with Jaro (Head of the Village) and the Baduy indigenous community. Marriage is a natural law that must occur and be carried out by every human being without exception. The legal system of marriage to the Baduy indigenous people, that is Monogamy marriage, which means that a Baduy man cannot have more than one wife and polygamy marriage is a taboo subject. In addition, the factors that influence the Baduy indigenous community's compliance with customary law include religious and religious factors, social and cultural factors, customary law and religious factors. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of seeking information that there was an influence of management on improving the quality of school education, based on the Education Unit Level Curriculum or abbreviated as the KTSP in 2006. The study was conducted on elementary level education staff (SD / MI and SMP / MTS) and intermediate (SMA / MA and SMK / MAK) who have implemented the curriculum, especially the Jakarta area. The results of the study for the group of education workers who implemented KTSP management had an average of 6.97 and for the group of educators who did not implement the KTSP obtained L? of 0.1204 and for the group of educators not implementing KTSP management it was obtained at 0.1268 while L table for 40educators, a significant level of 0.05 at 0.14 means l? <Ltabel. It can be concluded that the population has a normal distribution. The results of the homogeneity research obtained X counts of 0.0053 X² table of 3.84 means that X² counts <x² tables, it can be concluded that both populations have the same variance or homogeneity. Testing the hypothesis by using the t test obtained t count of 2.1483 while the significant level of 0.05 degrees of freedom 78 obtained t table of 1.66 means t count> t table then H? is accepted so that there is management influence on the quality of school education for educational units implementthe KTSP.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the Family Economic Conditions, Learning Motivation, and Student Learning Achievement. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Family Economic Conditions and Learning Motivation Against Student Learning Achievement in Entrepreneurship Class XII in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor. This research was conducted using a sample of 42 students, using a random sampling technique from a population of 140 students. Consists of independent variable the Family Economic Conditions (X1), Learning Motivation (X2) and dependent variable Student Learning Achievement (Y). Researchers use quantitative data analysis, the stage of implementation of the analysis includes: (1) descriptive analysis, (2) classical assumption test (prerequisite) and (3) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: 1) There is a significant influence on the family economy of student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 50.7%. 2) There is a significant influence of learning motivation on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 51.0%. 3) There is a significant influence between family economy and learning motivation together on student achievement in SMK Teknomedika 2 Cibungbulang Bogor by 69.7% while the remaining 30.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Abstract

Religion plays an important role in a family life. As a Muslim family, we should continuously apply Islamic values as a foundation in pursuing the family life. Thisfoundation functions as a guidance and direction for them to solve the problems of life so that peaceful (sakinah) family can be achieved. When religious values are well implemented in the family life, the following conditions will be attained: every family member will have a sense of affection, be closed to, have no prejudice, trust, regard, and advise one another, as well as apply problem oriented perspective in playing their roles and functions in the family.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of curriculum competence and motivation on the achievement of learning outcomes of Islamic Faculty students. The form of survey research is quantitative, namely research carried out to look for the influence of curriculum, lecturer competency and motivation on the achievement of student learning outcomes in the Faculty of Islam Tarbiyah Department Laa Roiba Islamic High School, Bogor Regency. The research method used in this study is the survey method. This study is correlational because research seeks to investigate the relationship between several research variables namely competency variables, curriculum and motivation towards learning achievement. This correlation study will use correlation and regression analysis. In this study there are three independent variables, namely competence (X1), Curriculum (X2), and motivation (X3) on the dependentvariable, namely learning achievement (Y). The three independent variables (X1, X2, and X3) are associated with the dependent variable (Y). The results of the study show that there is a positive influence between lecturer competencies (X1) on learning achievement (Y). This is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.921 with the significance of the tcount correlation coefficient of 3.967 and the significance of the regression coefficient F count of 51.930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05. for curriculum (X2) on learning achievement (Y). There is a positive influence. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.914 with the significance of the tcount correlation coefficient of 8.547 and the significance of the regression coefficient Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05, and for motivation (X3) for achievement of learning outcomes (Y). This is indicated by the correlation coefficient of 0.940with the significance of the tcount correlation coefficient of 3.189 and the significance of the regression coefficient F is 51.930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05, while the results of the lecturer competency analysis (X1), curriculum (X2), and motivation (X3) are together towards the achievement of learning outcomes (Y) has a significant multiple correlation coefficient with a value of 0.858 with the significance of the multiple regression coefficient F 51.930. In this study shows the importance of variable competence of lecturers, curriculum and motivation in an effort to improve student learning achievement and it can be concluded that as an educator must have competence, understand the curriculum and provide motivation to students, student achievement will increase and vice versa if as an educator do not have good competence, do not understand the curriculum and provide less motivation to students, the achievement of learning outcomes will decrease.
