Abstract

Analysis of factors that influence employee performance at the Sahabat Bunda Makassar Foundation. The research objective is to find out the most dominant factor affecting employee performance in the data collection method used in the study is the questionnaire method, while the analysis method uses factor analysis. The factor analysis used is exploratory factor analysis. Exploratory factor analysis or principal component analysis is a factor analysis technique in which several factors will be formed in the form of latent or determinant variables that cannot be determined before the analysis is carried out. The results show that of the twenty seven measured variables, it can be concluded that up to five dominant factors can affect employee performance at the Makassar Sahabat Bunda Foundation.

Abstract

Increased internet penetration in Indonesia has led to a shift in marketing technology. This makes online sales practices that have many advantages for both companies and consumers a lot to do. Online sales cover the whole process from marketing, selling, shipping, service, and payment to consumers. However, the marketing mix through the internet changes the focus from previously only focusing on the seller's view to a more interactive situation involving consumers, making it easier for consumers to make decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions in Mamuju Regency. The population in this study are consumers who make online purchases in Mamuju Regency whose numbers are unknown or categorized as infinity. To calculate the number of samples, this study uses the Stanley et al. (1997) because population size is unknown or infinite with a certain level of significance (?). The results of this study indicate that the indicator of the marketing mix does not have a meaningful meaning for the purchasing decision of a consumer to make online purchases. Consumer perceptions that make purchases online show that the products offered online lack variety, the quality is still low, the design and packaging are not attractive and well known, the price is less competitive and affordable, the price is not in accordance with the quality and benefits, the vendor does not have a place of existence that is clear and reliable, product catalogs and prices that are less complete and less updated, website design lacks information, lack of discounts offered, less interactive marketing systems, ordering processes and complaints are relatively easy.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Factors Affecting  Stock Return on Property Sector Companies period 2014 ? 2016 on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variables used to meas Price Earning Ratio (PER), current ratio (CR), Total Asset Turnover (TAT), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and debt to equity ratio (DER) .The Factors Affecting  Stock Return on Property Sector Companies is the current ratio (CR), return on equity (ROE), and debt to equity ratio (DER). While the variables used to measure the company's share price is the closing price. The population of this research is the property sector company, listed on the Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016 with a total of 47 companies. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with a sample of 29 companies. This study uses multiple regression analysis with significance level of 5% alpha. The results of this study show that TAT has positive and significant effect on stock return, variable PER and NPM  has positive but not significant effect on stock return and varIable CR and DER has signifcant negative effect on stock return in property company in Indonesian Stock Exchange.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Kelayakan Usaha Minyak Kelapa Di Desa Lombong Timur, Kecamatan Malunda, Sulawesi Barat   Minyak kelapa berasal dari produk pertanian yaitu kelapa. Desa Lombong Timur, Kec. Malunda, Kab. Majene merupakan salah satu desa yang banyak terdapat kegiatan agribisnis, salah satunya adalah usaha minyak kelapa yang berskala rumah tangga, dan salah satu produsennya adalah Ibu Rubiah. bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan Desa Lombong Timur, Kec. Malunda, kab. Majene. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja di Kabupaten Majene dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah ini terdapat Kelompok Wanita yang mengolah kelapa menjadi minyak yang masih berskala kecil atau rumah tangga yang masih terus berproduksi hingga saat ini.. Pengambilan data lapangan dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2018. Hasil penelitian pada usahatani minyak kelapa di Desa Lombong Timur Kec. Malunda Kab.Majene menunjukkan bahwa usaha tersebut layak untuk diusahakan dengan nilai R/C ratio seebsar 1,15. Diperlukan pembinaan untuk membentuk kelembagaan atau kelompok produsen minyak kelapa, serta pendampingan agar mampu mengembangkan usaha dan meningkatkan keuntungan usaha. Kata Kunci: Kepala, Minyak Kelapa, Analisi Usaha Tani.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the Performance of Employees in the Office of Cooperatives, Industry, Trade and SMEs in West Sulawesi Province. Variables used to measure the factors in question namely the Style of Leadership, Workload and Discipline. The population in this study were all employees in the Department of Cooperatives, Industry, Trade and SMEs of West Sulawesi Province, amounting to 75 people. Because the population is relatively small, sampling uses a saturated sampling technique, where all members of the population are used as respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of a SPSS computerized program. The results showed that partially or simultaneously variables of Leadership Style, Workload and Discipline had a significant influence on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Recently in Mamuju, many boarding houses appeared. The more students come from out of Mamuju Subdistrict area means more demand on the availability of boarding rooms. However, the abundant choices of boarding rooms and places means students as prospective consumers must consider several criterias before deciding which boarding place they rent. This research is an explorative research conducted with qualitative methodology. Data for this research was acquired using focused group discussion (FGD) method. The acquired data was triangulated with results of questionnaire shared among respondents that different from the participants of FGD session. The source of the data are students of Management Departement at Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Muhammadiyah class of 2019. The result of the research revealed that security, comfort, facility offered, rent price, distance to campus, distance to food and ingredients shop, distance to everyday needs shop, and distance to other public facilities are the consideration criterias used by the students on choosing boarding place. Security criteria is the most important to consider, while rent price criteria is the least important one

Abstract

Lazada merupakan situs belanja online terbaik untuk kategori business to consumer (B2C) berdasarkan Top of Mind konsumen, kepercayan, kepuasan yang didapatkan serta merupakan situs yang direkomendasikan oleh konsumen. Salah satu produk yang banyak diminati adalah produk Fashion. Keadaan ini merupakan bukti pergeseran perilaku pembelian konsumen yang sebelumnya pembelian hanya dilakukan pada gerai, toko dan mall secara langsung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor psikologis,faktor pribadi, faktor sosial dan faktor budaya secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion secara Online (studi kasus pada konsumen PT. Lazada Indonesia di Kota Makassar). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah warga kota Makassar yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk fashion di situs www.Lazada.co.id lebih dari sekali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 110 responden yang di peroleh dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan angket online sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara parsial dan simultan faktor psikologis, pribadi, sosial dan budaya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The organization is a collection of various human resources, each organization must continue to grow both quantitatively and qualitatively. Organizational growth not only maintains its existence but also in developing itself well in the framework of achieving organizational goals. One form of formal organization is the office organization, each organization needs to think of ways that can be done to develop employees in order to encourage employee performance in order to have productivity at work. The Office of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of West Sulawesi Province is a government agency that requires good performance in carrying out its duties and functions to provide services to the community, for that the Office of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Fire Department of West Sulawesi Province in carrying out its role as a public servant requires good organizational climate for employees who have work motivation and discipline. Therefore, every activity carried out by employees can be driven by a force within the employee, this driving force is called motivation Discipline is an attitude to act in accordance with the provisions or norms that apply in the organizational environment Employee performance is important given the change in direction of government policy as desired by the spirit of reform to provide wider room for and greater participation for employees in the activities of the civil service police unit, where the government and its apparatus play a role as facilitators. Abstract

Stress itself can be interpreted as a condition of tension that affects emotions, thought processes and physical condition of a person. motivation can be interpreted as internal and external impulses in a person as indicated by the existence; passion and interest; encouragement and needs; hopes and ideals; appreciation and respect. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee work productivity at PT. Bank BNI KC Mamuju (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study were 114 people. In the sample withdrawal by means of the Disproportionate Stratified Random Sampling obtained a sample of 53 people. Data analysis techniques used are qualitative and quantitative approaches. Based on the calculation of Pearson product moment correlation coefficient obtained 0.788, meaning that the relationship of work stress factors to work productivity is classified as a relationship / strong correlation. The coefficient of determination obtained 62.1%, this shows that work productivity can be influenced by stress factors of 62.1%. While the coefficient of determination obtained 50.4%, this shows that work productivity can be influenced by motivational factors of 50.4%. From the hypothesis test in the research, the tcount value is greater than the t table value (9,162> 2,007), it means an alternative hypothesis ( Ha) accepted, the results of simple linear regression calculations obtained by the equation Y = 13.41 + 0.76X means that which shows a positive direction. Based on the calculated F test results obtained 83,622 while the F table of 4,03 from these results known F count> F table, and the significance of 0,000 or ? ? = 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. To reduce work stress on activities at PT Bank BNI KC Mamuju (Persero) Tbk by increasing harmonious relationships between superiors and employees establishing cooperation and mutually giving good motivation between colleagues and giving tasks in accordance with employee capabilities.

Abstract

peneliti sangat tertarik dengan adanya perbedaan pendapat diantara para ahli berakaitan tentang  Analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian Toyota Avanza pada PT. Hadji kalla Cabang Mamuju. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor produk, harga, promosi dan brand image memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian Toyota Avanza pada PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Mamuju. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data skunder. populasi yang sangat besar dengan aktivitas responden yang tinggi yaitu masyarakat yang membeli mobil Toyota Avanza di PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Mamuju, maka sangat tepat untuk menggunakan accidental sampling atau penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja yang secara kebetulan dijumpai peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, maka sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis statistic deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 18. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial variabel produk, harga, promosi dan brand image memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel brand image memberikan pengaruh dominan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci :         produk, harga, promosi, brand image dan keputusan pembelian
