Abstract

Education is an important factor in the development and progress of a nation. The development of the current education sector is marked by the many businesses that are engaged in the field of educational support services (Private Tutoring Institutions). This study aims to find out how the influence of tutor competency, course price level and learning achievement on customer loyalty through satisfaction in the Private Tutoring Institution ?Master Privat?. The object of the study was the students and parents of Master Private? students as many as 100 respondents. The method of collecting data is by distributing questionnaires. Then the data is analyzed using Path Analysis techniques with software Lisrel version 8.80 and SPSS version 22. The results showed that tutors' competency, price and learning achievement, each had a partial and significant direct effect on satisfaction. Tutor competency, price and learning achievement have a simultaneous effect on satisfaction. And the final result is the competence of the tutor, price and learning achievement influence on customer loyalty through satisfaction as an intervening variable

Abstract

COVID-19 has caused many significant impacts on various businesses in Indonesia. This pandemic was first announced by government on March 2020 and as the result, Indonesia Composite Index moved toward down trend. To investigate this matter, this result applied event study and non-parametric test (Wilcoxon Signed Test) on observed IHSG from December 2019 to March 2020. The result confirmed that indeed after announcement, IHSG significantly decreased and loss almost 50% from initial value in December 2019. This research also suggests that this event cannot consider as Black Swan event because IHSG moved gradually decrease since February 2020. This research also offers some contingency plan and risk management concept to overcome this pandemic crisis.

Abstract

Millennial generation economy behavior is very different from previous generations. Both generation X or even further generations. Generations before millennial save money for the future. While the millennial generation save money for certain purposes. Savings are more short term. So it's easier to spend money on savings and tend not to be ready for future savings. Millennials often spend money beyond their capabilities, the more limited the goods, the more 'stylish' they feel if they can upload it to social media.This study wants to find out whether the purchase decision will then be followed by a repurchase decision on products that are classified as not cheap to satisfy the lifestyle of the generation. The analytical method that researchers use is multiple regression. The purpose of this study is to see whether there is an influence of price fairness on the repurchase intention of high end make up and skin care millennial generation?The results revealed that price fairness had a significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the sale of paper and printing machines which will increase greatly in paper demand is increasing every year. therefore the employee's performance is an important factor in increasing the sales of the company so that it can compete with other competitors. To maintain the necessary motivation employee performance so employees can work maximal.This purpose of study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and impact on employee performance PT. XYZ. The population used in this study were all employees of PT. XYZ, Tangerang Cipondoh many as 43 people. The analysis technique used is the path analysis (path analysis) .Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all employees PT. XYZ totaling 43 people to measure transformational leadership style, communication on the motivation and performance of employees by using a Likert scale. From the analysis of the data obtained showed that the Transformational leadership style, communication to motivation and significant influence simultaneously on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of food quality, service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on Top Yammie's restaurant behavioral intention. The analytical method used by the authors in conducting this research is to use quantitative research with a total sample of 100 people who are respondents who are people who eat at Top Yammie restaurants. In carrying out the data collection is done by distributing questionnaires in which there are several items of statement. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including food quality (X1), service quality (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y), and behavioral intention (Z). To measure the amount of influence on these variables, the authors use the path analysis method (path analysis). From the results of the analysis it was found that there was a significant influence both partially and simultaneously on food quality variables, service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on Top Yammie's restaurant behavioral intentions

Abstract

In business, it is very important to consider feasibility before conduct the operational activity. Nowadays, there are many cafes in South Tangerang Region. This phenomenon need  a special attention because without proper calculation and feasibility study, these business can not survive in long-run. In this research, there are three feasibility aspects that will be examined. First is product aspect that consists of coffee taste and perception. Second is operational aspect, which consists of ambience and field condition and café traffic. Last aspect is the financial matter that represent by NPV and IRR. In general, this business is quite easy to enter. Unfortunately, the problem is this business not only sells the beverage but also sell the space for work and another activity. The challenge is investing a sum of money in design and interior will prolonge payback period and increase the risk. Although it need large capital in the beginning, it is still feasible because there are very large markets in this region but need to carefully manage as the competition is also fierce. In order to achieve competitive advantages, this business need to create creative marketing campaign, promotion and innovative product as the nature of consumer retainer is very low.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the effect of world crude oil prices, interest rates, and foreign exchange rates on the mining sector stock price index for the 2014-2016 period. The research method used is descriptive statistical methods with quantitative research types. This study also uses analytical methods such as multiple regression analysis through t test and F test. Based on the F test (simultaneous) shows that world oil prices, interest rates, and foreign exchange rates affect simultaneously on the mining sector stock price index for the period 2014-2016 , while the t test (partial) shows that world crude oil prices a positive but not significant effect on the mining stock price index for the period 2014-2016, the interest rate has a negative effect and significant to the mining sector stock price index for the period 2014-2016, and the foreign exchange rate has a negative and significant effect on the price index mining sector shares in the 2014-2016 period.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that influence the loyalty of OVO users in Grab. The analytical method used by the author in conducting this research is to use quantitative research as many as 311 respondents who are OVO users in Grab. In conducting data collection, it was done by distributing questionnaires containing several statements. in this study the variables are divided into several parts including Consumer Satisfaction (X1), Price (X2) and Information Quality (X3) as independent variables, and Consumer Loyalty (Y) as the dependent variable. To measure the magnitude of the influence on these variables, the author uses the method of multiple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis it was found that there were significant and simultaneous effects on the variables of customer satisfaction, price and information quality, and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study was conducted aiming to find out how the influence of Go-Jek partner service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. In this study data were collected through a distributed questionnaire, and the data collected was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on 90 samples that were successfully collected and tested, the results show that, the quality of service of Go-Jek partners has a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Likewise with customer satisfaction that has a positive influence on customer loyalty. And the quality of service of Go-Jek partners who have an influence on customer loyalty. The results of this study will be explained through the results of the research implications, which are expected for Go-Jek partners to be able to know the points that must be improved in their services.

Abstract

Indo Acidatama Tbk is a company be active in the chemical industry with ethanol as the main product. The background of the problems that occur in the company is reduce performance of the compay are: the inability to achieve company targets and decline in attendance as coming in late, leave early and using time to rest beyond office hours. This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of transactional leadership on work motivation, compensation on work motivation, transactional leadership on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and motivation on employee performance, and the influence of transactional leadership and compensation on work motivation and its impact on employee performance PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk. Population at PT. Indo Acidatama has 351 employee, the research methodology used is Path Analysis and using a sample of 187 employees. The results conducted by researchers show that transactional leadership, compensation and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. These empirical findings indicate that improving the performance of employees of PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk needs to pay attention to transactional leadership, compensation and work motivation.
