Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the potential and opportunities for the application of e-learningapplications at IAI-N Laa Roiba; explore differences in perceptions of student-lecturer status, gender,faculty, campus location, and age group in implementing Google Classroom as an e-learning model at IAINLaa Roiba. The research method used is a combination of descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis(average difference test) with primary data from the October-November 2019 survey. The analysis resultsconclude:The use of Google Classrom has good potential to support inexpensive and practical learning. LaaRooiba's IAI-N academic community generally has a good perception of the adoption of Google Classroomas an inexpensive and practical e-Learning model. The difference in campus location does not significantlyaffect the different perceptions of using cyberspace media in learning at IAI-N Laa Roiba. However, thereis a potential (standard error of 10%) that differences in location affect the perception of cognitive andaffective aspects. Faculty differences have a real impact on the perception of the application of GoogleClassroom in learning. The perception of the academic community of the Syriah faculty is relatively betterthan that of the tarbiyah faculty. Especially in the affective and conative aspects, but not significantlydifferent in cognitive aspects. The difference in age as a whole does not affect the change in perception ofthe study sample. But, partially, the age difference only has a significant impact on the conative aspect, noton the cognitive and affective aspects. Differences in student-teacher status differ only in significance inthe conative and total score aspects of the session. While in cognitive and affective aspects, students andlecturers did not differ significantly. Gender differences are correlated with differences in the perception ofthe adoption of Google Classroom at IAI-N Laa Roiba. Abstract

ABSTRACTIslamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing providedand the number of customers. Mur?ba?ah is the sale and purchase of goods at the original price with theagreed-upon profit. In mur?ba?ah the seller must tell the cost of the product he buys and determine anadditional level of profit. This research is a library research about the mur?ba?ah contract according tomuamalah fiqh and its application in modern Islamic financial institutions. Methods of collecting data indocumentation and various sources related to the mur?ba?ah contract are then analyzed inductively anddeductively. The results of the study are the mur?ba?ah foundation is the principle of buying and sellingwith a deferred payment system. Mur?ba?ah, as used in Sharia banking, is based on two main elements,namely the purchase price and related costs, and the agreement on mark-up (profit). Islamic banks adoptmur?ba?ah to provide short-term financing to customers for the purchase of goods even though thecustomer does not have the money to pay. The mur?ba?ah financing portfolio in Islamic banks reaches 70-80%, but in practice there have never been any problems, including; collateral which is a problem of fiqh,risk dependency as a problem of the bank, bankruptcy and delay in payment are the problems of customers,and profits are too high, namely the problem of coming from the community. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effect of curriculum competence and motivation on studentachievement in the Faculty of Islamic Studies. The form of survey research is quantitative, that is researchconducted to look for the effect of curriculum, lecturer competence and motivation on student achievementin the Islamic Faculty of Tarbiyah Department of Islamic Studies Laa Roiba, Bogor Regency. The researchmethod used in this study is a survey method. This research is correlational because the research seeks toinvestigate the relationship between several research variables namely competence, curriculum andmotivation variables on learning achievement. This correlation study will use correlation and regressionanalysis. In this study there are three independent variables, namely competence (X1), Curriculum (X2),and motivation (X3) to the dependent variable namely learning achievement (Y). The three independentvariables (X1, X2, and X3) are related to the dependent variable (Y). The results showed that there was apositive influence between lecturer competence (X1) on learning achievement (Y). This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.921 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.967 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05. forthe curriculum (X2) of learning achievement (Y). There is a positive influence. This is indicated by thecorrelation coefficient of 0.914 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 8,547 andthe significance of the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51,930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05, andfor motivation (X3) for achievement of learning outcomes (Y). This is indicated by the correlationcoefficient of 0.940 with the significance of the correlation coefficient of tcount of 3.189 and the significanceof the regression coefficient of Fcount of 51.930 which is very significant at ? = 0.05, while the results of theanalysis of lecturer competencies (X1), curriculum (X2), and motivation (X3) are together on theachievement of learning outcomes (Y) has a significant multiple correlation coefficient with a value of0.858 with the significance of the multiple regression coefficient Fcount 51.930. In this study shows theimportance of lecturer competency, curriculum and motivation variables in an effort to improve studentlearning outcomes and it can be concluded that as an educator must have competence, understand thecurriculum and provide motivation to students, student achievement will increase and vice versa if as aneducator do not have good competence, do not understand the curriculum and lack of motivation tostudents, learning achievement will decrease.Keywords:: Effect of Competence, Curriculum, Motivation on, Learning Achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out effective and efficient methods of religious education ineducating children under five using a psychological approach. This research uses descriptive analyticmethod through literature study. Data collection techniques use a variety of literature related to thediscussion, as well as the Koran and hadith. Data analysis is content analysis trying to give a significantmeaning to the analysis, explaining the description patterns, and looking for relationships between thedimensions of the description.. The results showed that: (1) Method is one of the educational componentsused in fostering and educating children. Educators need to choose the method of education in accordancewith the level of development of religious life comprehension in children, (2) The development of childrenis the development of the functions of the soul integrally, related to one another. Each level of developmentrequires guidance and appropriate leadership according to their needs for life preparation in the future,(3) Toddler age is a sensitive period in physical and spiritual growth and development. Therefore it isnecessary to prepare a religious environment so that the soul of religion is embedded in him that can beused as a basic capital of faith in his adult life, (4) The effectiveness of a method is very dependent on thepersonal educator and the level of development and needs of children.Keywords: Educational Methods, Toddler, Psychological

Abstract

Triangulation method used in this study isdata triangulation. In triangulating data, researchers use several data sources to collect data with thesame problem, meaning that the data in the field is taken from several different sources of research objects.In collecting data, researchers use different techniques or methods, namely comparing the results ofinterviews with the data sources of researchers? observations and the contents of related documents, theresults of research instrument trials show good instrument reliability. Conclusion of research results Theexistence of BMT Binaul Ummah has a role and benefits in helping improve micro small and mediumbusinesses in the vicinity, namely by collecting ZIS funds (Zakat, Infaq, and Shodaqoh) from the communityand then distributed to those entitled to receive it in the context of poverty alleviation efforts . In addition,the existence of BMT Binaul Ummah is able to minimize the space for the role of loan sharks whose existenceis very detrimental to small businesses. And also BMT provides capital to applicants for funds that areconsidered productive so as to be able to increase micro small and medium enterprises.Keywords: Role of BMT Cooperatives, Micro Small Business

Abstract

  ABSTRACT The aim of the research is to conduct a critical analysis of the paradox of development in Indonesia. from time to time, while looking for alternative solutions in the perspective of Islamic economic thought. This study is to answer the problem: Why does the megadiversity that is owned do not provide welfare and prosperity for most of its citizens. Why natural wealth has not given much blessing and benefit; What and how Islamic economic thought answers the issue. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis and tracking of Islamic economic literacy. The data used is a combination of primary and secondary data from various reference sources: books, journals and printed and online mass media literacy. The results of the study show that from year to year, in the alternation of the ruling political regime, the Indonesian economy grew positively. Statistically, the value of our Gross Domestic Product (GDP) continues to increase. Even so per capita income always rises from time to time. However, there are still dozens of Indonesians who are still classified as poor. Improved economic growth after the global economic crisis did not provide prosperity, justice and benefit evenly. The gap is still wide open between rich-poor, city-area, West-East region. This happened because there was something wrong in the management of natural resources, the corrupt behavior of state and regional administrators, the unequal development between Java and outside Java, between the West and the East, the dominance of foreign capitalist companies, the optimal excavation and management of ZISWAF, and still not yet grounded the application of Islamic economics in Indonesia. So, to get out of the problem and improve from the chronic problem, six strategic steps are needed: (1) to eradicate KKN indiscriminately in all SOEs and government bureaucracy; (2) improvements in the management of the country's wealth resources; (3) it is necessary to design policies and budgets to accelerate poverty and inequality reduction, by allocating more funds to projects that absorb a lot; (4) reviewing policies that are not pro-people; (5) optimizing and maximizing the excavation and management of zakat, infaq, alms and endowments (ZISWAF); (6) facilitating Islamic economic and financial growth. Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to actualize and revitalize fiscal concepts or sources of revenue in Indonesia in a perspective review of Islamic economic thought. The method used is the study of literature and qualitative descriptive analysis of thoughts that have developed in the history of Islamic economic thought as well as its adaptation, actualization, revitalization and contextualization efforts to formulate more stable, blessing and sustainable sources of Indonesia's APBN revenue. The results of the study can be briefly formulated that in general fiscal policy discusses the role of the state in the function of allocation, distribution and stabilization of the national economy. In the allocation function, the state determines what state financial resources are used for; the distribution function regulates how state policies manage the budget (expenditure) to create a mechanism of equitable economic distribution in society; and the function of stabilization is how the state creates a stable and sturdy economy that supports the economic wheels. The budget deficit - as experienced by many countries, including Indonesia - is a signal of the importance of managing a country's fiscal policy. The history of the glory of Islam has provided valuable lessons on how Islamic economic development was once a solution that delivered prosperity and prosperity to all its people. Various sources of revenue ranging from zakat, ghanimah, fai, kharaj, fai, ushr, khumus, nawaib, amwal fadla, special taxes, import duties, import duties, grants, gifts, expiation, and several other financial sanctions have been moved to become a source of state revenue very big one. If you are willing and willing to make efforts to adapt, re-actualize and revitalize the sources of revenue, a similar succession can be applied at the present time by any country, including Indonesia. Abstract

          This study aims to determine the holistic education at Al Hamidiyah Islamic boarding school in Depok, the existence of Holistic education management at the Al Hamidiyah Islamic boarding school in Depok, which includes planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring aspects, and to determine the efforts to improve Holistic management in Islamic Education in Islamic Boarding Schools Al Hamidiyah. Ideally Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School has set the foundation for the implementation of Holistic education. From the management aspect, Holistic education management functions have also been established and implemented. Therefore a research with a qualitative approach was conducted. The research technique was carried out by interview, observation and document review techniques. The results showed that the Al Hamidiyah Sawangan Islamic Boarding School in Depok had organized a Holistic education as seen in its vision, mission, and special objectives and various activities. Such education is inseparable from the history of its founder and the environmental conditions that surround it, both at its inception, the history of its development, to the present condition. Holistic education management implemented or organized by the Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School in Depok has used the stages of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising in the education process in general and learning in particular at various types and levels of education at the Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School. There are still a number of deficiencies in the implementation of Holistic education in Al Hamidiyah Islamic Boarding School, in addition to a number of advantages possessed. Among the shortcomings are superior human resources, incomplete facilities and infrastructure, and the use of information technology that has not been maximized. Abstract

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Principal Performance on Student achievement, the effect of Teacher Professionalism Competence on Student Achievement, and the joint effect of Principal Performance and Teacher Professionalism Competence on Student Achievement at SMK Annisa 3, Citeureup, Bogor. This research is a survey research with a quantitative approach. Survey research is intended to obtain a general description of the research variables. To explain the research variables carried out with a descriptive and correlative level of explanation. Descriptive explanatory level aims to describe the findings of variables from the study. While the correlative level of explanation is used to find relationships between variables. The results of the study showed that (1) There was a significant positive effect on the Principal's Performance on student achievement in Health Vocational School Annisa 3, Citeureup, Bogor. The Principal's performance contributes highly to student achievement at SMK Annisa 3 Health, Citeureup, Bogor. as much as 54.8%. (2) There is a significant positive effect on Teacher Professional Competence on Student Achievement in Annisa 3 Health Vocational School, Citeureup, Bogor. Professional Teacher Competence contributes highly to Student achievement at Annisa 3 Health Vocational School, Citeureup, Bogor as much as 78.4%. (3) There is a positive influence that is significantly shared by School Principal Performance and Teacher Professional Competence on Student Achievement in Health Vocational School Annisa 3, Citeureup, Bogor. Correlation between the principal's performance, teacher's professional competence and student achievement is strong. R Square value of 0.332 or 33.2% indicates that there is an influence of independent variables (principal performance, teacher professional competence) on the dependent variable (student achievement) of 33.2% which can be explained by research factors, while 66,8% or (1-33.2%) are explained by other factors outside of research.
