Abstract

Before determining the purchase decision of Isomil Plus Advanced Soya formula milk, consumers will evaluate the quality and risk of the dairy product, especially for children who have allergies to cow's milk protein, if perceived by consumers to be of high quality, they will decided to buy it, on the contrary if the perception of the risk of consuming milk is higher than the quality, they will cancel their intention to buy it. The sampling technique in this study is the accidential sampling method. The population in this study involved 100 respondents who used Isomil Plus Advanced Soya formula milk in Surabaya City. The results showed that the perception of quality had a significant positive effect on the purchasing decisions of Isomil Plus Advanced Soya formula milk in Surabaya City. The results showed that the perception of risk had a significant positive effect on the purchasing decisions of Isomil Plus Advanced Soya formula milk in Surabaya City.

Abstract

Various advancements and dynamics in the business world led to rapid developments in various industries, one of which is the food industry, like Bango soy sauce. With the brand image owned by Bango soy sauce in the marketing world, it?s quite good and follows the trends or lifestyle of it?s consumers, this will prevent any sensitivity to the prices offered. Consumers will still pretend to spend any amount of value to get goods that are in accordance with their perception. The sampling technique in this study using the purposive sampling method and accidental sampling. The combination  of the two methods is the selection of samples for anyone who accidentally met and according to criteria set by the researcher. The population in this study were all product users in the City of Gresik and the number was not known with centainty, then a sample of 100 respondents was used. The result show that the brand image has a significant positive influence on the sensitivity of the price of the strok brand sweet soy sauce in Gresik City. The result show that lifestyle has a significant positive effect on the sensitivity of the price of the strok brand sweet soy souce in Gresik City.

Abstract

Students are potential sources that act as economic builders of a nation. In the future, they become the basic foundation of the nation to develop, one of which is through the development of the economy. They are expected not only to become job seekers but to become job providers. This is shown through learning entrepreneurship courses. The course provides an overview of how an entrepreneur is formed along with its challenges. This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurship education and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions. The study was conducted in four private universities in the cities of Surabaya and Mojokerto involving 150 respondents from among students. The analytical tool used is the Structural Equation Model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it shows all positively significant effects. Entrepreneurship education has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intentions

Abstract

Successful companies get contributions from the performance of their employees. Employees are the most important and foremost asset in a company. With good and quality employee performance, this will help the company to achieve its goals. Three things affect employee performance, namely competence, compensation and leadership. Competence is the main requirement to do work assignments. Compensation is the level of benefits received by employees. Excellent leadership quality to lead a company, by finding employees who are competent in the field of work that has been determined and provide adequate compensation in stages for employees who excel, this will improve the performance of company employees. The technique used in determining the sample is purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 35 people from the total population. The results showed that, [1] competence had a significant effect on job performance; [2] compensation has a significant effect on job performance; [3] leadership has a significant effect on job performance

Abstract

Extension agents as the spearhead of extension services to farmers is a figure who has the role of developing farming and increasing agricultural yields. Extension officers are required to have the competencies expected by the organization. Implementation of competencies is monitored through performance appraisals. Regular monitoring of the work of extension agents is expected to provide future work development. Organizational commitment is a variable that plays a role in shaping job satisfaction. Extension instructors who show commitment are satisfied with their work. This research involved 35 instructors in Lumajang Regency, East Java Province. By using multiple linear regression analysis tools will be analyzed the effect of performance appraisal variables and organizational commitment on the job satisfaction of instructors partially and simultaneously. The results of this study stated that performance appraisal proved to have a significant effect on instructor job satisfaction. Organizational commitment proved to have a significant effect on job satisfaction of extension workers. Performance appraisal and organizational commitment simultaneously have a significant effect on the job satisfaction of instructors.

Abstract

Pricing of a product in a business process is often not in accordance with the principles of fairness and honesty with business people. The big profit becomes a high motivation for business actors so that in carrying out business processes many contain fraudulent practices. To generate high profits/profits, it is not uncommon for economic actors to increase the price of products that are beyond normal limits. So that the values of faith and honesty possessed by business people are covered with the interests of one individual. In this study, the discussion focuses on the study of prices in generating profits/profits according to the Islamic view so that economic actors are expected to be able to implement sharia business processes, which are guided by honesty, justice, and pleasure by ignoring the interests of an individual.

Abstract

Credit facilities provided by banks are the biggest assets for banks. The risk of loss is largely sourced from credit activities so that if not managed properly and accompanied by adequate supervision will threaten the survival of the bank. the bank must have confidence in the prospective debtor that the funds provided will be used in accordance with the objectives, and in the end, will be returned again to the bank in accordance with the agreed agreement. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach, a data collection technique by means of a questionnaire that is by distributing a list of questions to the object under study in this case employees who channel credit granting, Documentation Studies are forms of secondary data collection, observation, and interviews. Current ratio research results affect the decision of granting credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Rantauprapat, which is based on calculations that the current ratio has t-count greater than the table. Return on equity affects the lending decision at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Branch Rantauprapat, which is based on calculations that the return on equity has t-value greater than the table.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix variables consisting of products, prices, promotions and places on customer satisfaction at BNI Syariah KCP Pagar Alam. The model used in this study is the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study using a Likert scale and determination of the sample using the Slovin formula using 58 samples. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression method. The results showed that the marketing mix consisting of Product (X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), and Place (X4), together had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Where the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 2.086 + 0.313 X1 + 0.322 X2 + 0.135 X3 + 0.362 X4. In addition, the F test shows that the marketing mix has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significance level of 0,000. However, based on the t-test, the variables that significantly influence customer satisfaction are the Product variable with a value of 0.001, Price of 0.011, Place of 0.002 and the Promotion variable does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant level of 0.224.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on morale of organizational communication, to determine the effect on morale work environment and to determine the influence of organizational communication and work environment on morale. In conducting this research, the writer used quantitative descriptive analysis approach, namely by way of evidence collection information and other data necessary to then be processed and analyzed down to a conclusion. The population in this study were employees part of Quality Assurance and for a population of 41 employees. Engineering samples in this study probability sampling, the sample is calculated based on the formula Slovin, based on the results of these calculations by rounding the sample is assigned a total of 41 respondents. The results were obtained under the hypothesis 1 in this study organizational communication has a significant influence on employee morale tcount > t table (3.455> 2.023), while the correlation value obtained at 0.489 and have this level of contribution of the relationship is, it means the value organizational communication has increased the morale of employees will increase. Hypothesis 2 on the research work environment has a significant influence on employee morale tcount > t table (3.382> 2.023), whereas the correlation value of 0.481 and has a degree of contribution of the relationship is, it means the value of the work environment is getting better then the employee morale will be better anyway. Hypothesis 3 in this study organizational communication and work environment significantly affects employee morale obtained F count> F table (16.847> 3.245) it can be concluded that there is significant influence between organizational communication and the environment work on employee morale.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising endorsers on the purchase decision of Ponds Flawless White facial moisturizers, and determine which of the variables between attractiveness, trustworthiness, and expertise is the most dominant influence on purchasing decisions. Respondents involved in this study were 100 people, the method used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The method of data analysis is done by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that overall advertising endorsers have an influence on purchasing decisions. Of the three advertising endorser variables studied, namely attractiveness, trustworthiness and expertise, only the variable expertise has a statistically influential effect on purchasing decisions of 0.293. In this study a new regression model was obtained, namely Y = 5.229 + 0.293 X3. So that companies can maintain efficiency in advertising, you should choose an endorser who really has high credibility. And also companies need to pay attention to product quality to face increasing competition
