Abstract

Abstract: Data management of a company's employees still uses the Microsoft Excel application to store data, which makes searching, managing, and archiving data difficult. HR staff regularly input data to Microsoft Excel files when changes occur. When HR collects work shift schedule data, it must wait for supervisors to provide schedules and give them to HR staff. Making an application to manage human resources requires a fast method. Intensive communication with stakeholder to find out the problems and expectations of the application to be built is the target of the RAD method. This method was chosen because the process of making the application will be completed quickly according to request. The application is made to apply the Cross Platform concept by utilizing mobile hybrid application technology, so that the target application will be opened on various device platforms, such as desktop, web, and smartphone. Appllication tested by black box testing method  that focused to user form input for check any form input are valid or not. By making applications using the RAD method, applications that are made can be implemented directly to staff, divisions, and the HRD. Employee data management applications can be operated after passthrough black box testing on a variety of platforms such as desktops, the web, and smartphones. So HR staff can manage employee data with valid and easily without having to rely on one application platform.Abstrak: Manajemen data karyawan sebuah perusahaan masih menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data, yang menyebabkan pencarian, pengelolaan, dan arsip data sulit dilakukan. Para staff HRD melakukan input data secara berkala dan melakukan pengecekan terhadap file microsoft excel ketika terjadi perubahan. belum lagi HRD mengumpulkan data jadwal shift kerja, hal itu harus menunggu para supervisor memberikan cetak jadwal dan memberikannya ke HRD untuk dapat di masukan ke dalam rekap absensi bulanan. Membuatkan sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan metode yang cepat. Melakukan komunikasi secara intens terhadap pihak HRD untuk mengetahui masalah dan harapan aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan target dari metode RAD. Metode ini dipilih karena proses pembuatan aplikasi akan cepat selesai disesuaikan oleh permintaan staff HRD. Aplikasi yang dibuat menerapkan konsep Cross Platform dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile hybrid application, sehingga target aplikasi akan dapat dibuka diberbagai platform device, seperti desktop, web, dan smartphone. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan  menggunakan black box testing yang berfokus pada inputan pengguna dengan tujuan melakukan cek terhadap form input apakah sudah sesuai atau belum. Dengan melakukan pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode RAD, aplikasi yang dibuat dapat di implementasikan secara langsung kepada staff, divisi, dan pihak HRD. Aplikasi manajemen data karyawan dapat dioperasikan setelah melalui pengujian black box testing dan dapat berjalan di berbagai platform seperti desktop, web, dan smartphone. Sehingga staff HRD dapat melakukan pengelolaan data karyawan dengan benar dan mudah tanpa harus bergantung pada satu platform aplikasi.

Abstract

This research was  to make comparisons between Algorithms C4.5 and Naive Bayes which is implemented on the data of graduation of Universitas Amikom Purwokerto students from 2011 to 2013 for Strata 1, Informatics Engineering study program for the renowned study. Attributes are NIM, gender, Achievement Index Semester 1 through 6 and graduation period. The test results with both algorithms use the Selection-Based Correlation feature feature (CFS) and testing methods using Confusion Matrix. Known Algorithm C4.5 has an accuracy of 72.679% with Precision value of 0.742, Remember 0.936 and F - Measure 0.828 whereas Naive Bayes obtained an accuracy of 73.6074% with a Precision value of 0.755, Remember 0.924 and F - Measure 0.831

Abstract

Abstract: Internet technology is growing rapidly not only in the business world but also in the world of education. The world of education is now widely using technological sophistication and internet-based, such as the process of teaching and learning electronically / known as e-learning. One of the features of e-learning in the teaching and learning process is that it can display material, practice questions, quizzes, or exams electronically. During this time in UKMC, quizzes are often carried out in a conventional manner using paper that will multiply papers that are not used anymore. The purpose of this study is to create an online quiz application for Information Systems students so that lecturers and students can save time in the process and checking. Making an application can help conventional processes be developed by using technology and in real-time. The process of conducting this research starts from Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction, and Testing / Evaluation until finally the final report is made. This research will present a Quiz menu with questions in the form of Multiple Choice and there will be immediately the results of right and wrong answers along with grades and information on whether or not to pass. The results of this study are to reduce the paperless stack and the interaction between students and lecturers is no longer conventional. This research is also a development of the task portal application for Informatics and Information Systems students that was made in the previous year.Abstrak: Teknologi internet semakin berkembang pesat tidak hanya di dunia bisnis saja, tetapi juga di dunia pendidikan. Dunia pendidikan sekarang sudah banyak yang menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi dan berbasis internet, seperti proses belajar mengajar secara elektronik / yang dikenal dengan e-learning. Salah satu fitur e-learning dalam proses belajar mengajar adalah dapat menampilkan materi, soal latihan, kuis, ataupun ujian secara elektronik. Selama ini di UKMC, kuis seringkali dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan kertas yang akan memperbanyak kertas-kertas yang tidak digunakan lagi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat aplikasi quis online bagi mahasiswa Sistem Informasi agar dosen dan mahasiswa dapat menghemat waktu dalam pengerjaannya dan pengecekannya. Pembuatan aplikasi dapat membantu proses konvensional dapat berkembang dengan menggunakan teknologi dan secara real time. Proses pengerjaan penelitian ini dimulai dari Requirements Planning (Perencanaan Persyaratan), User Design, Konstruksi, dan Testing / Evaluasi hingga yang terakhir adalah pembuatan laporan akhir penelitian. Penelitian ini akan menampilkan suatu menu Kuis dengan soal-soal berupa Pilihan Ganda dan nantinya akan langsung ada hasil jawaban yang benar dan salah beserta nilai dan keterangan lulus atau tidaknya. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengurangi tumpukan kertas (paperless) serta interaksi antara mahasiswa dan dosen tidak secara konvensional lagi. Penelitian ini juga merupakan pengembangan dari aplikasi portal tugas bagi mahasiswa Informatika dan Sistem Informasi yang telah dibuat di tahun sebelumnya.

Abstract

Abstract: The web is very popular with internet users, because it makes it easy for internet users to search and search for information. Web information system for educational institutions is used as a means to provide, in addition it is used as conducting lecture activities, storing lecture process data and so on. The information that is accessed is very diverse, one of which is for students and lecturers supporting courses is to open an academic portal, collect lecture assignments and create assignments in the form of Information Systems.Existing task collection Web portal, still rarely used by lecturers and students as a media to collect assignments, in fact there are already several features in the existing portal including storing student and lecturer data that teaches, setting the task collection limit, entering the assignment name , etc. Unfortunately the display is not yet user friendly (the display cannot adjust to the device that accesses it automatically) so that if opened on a smartphone, the menu display and writing become smaller, causing menu selection to be more difficult.The results of this study are the construction of a lecture assignment application for students of Informatics and Information Systems that are user friendly. By using this application, students are able to view assignments and collect assignments online while lecturers are able to provide and download assignments online and in real time. Abstrak: Web cepat sekali populer di lingkungan pengguna internet, karena memberikan  kemudahan pada pengguna internet untuk melakukan penelusuran dan pencarian informasi. Web sistem informasi untuk lembaga pendidikan digunakan sebagai sarana untuk memberikan, selain itu digunakan sebagai melakukan kegiatan-kegiatan perkuliahan, penyimpanan data proses perkuliahan dan sebagainya.  Informasi yang diakses sangat beragam, salah satunya bagi para mahasiswa dan dosen pengampu mata kuliah adalah membuka portal akademik, pengumpulan tugas kuliahnya dan pembuatan tugas yang berbentuk Sistem Informasi. Portal Web pengumpulan tugas yang sudah ada, masih jarang digunakan oleh para dosen dan mahasiswa sebagai media mengumpulkan tugas, sebenarnya sudah ada beberapa fitur pada portal yang sudah ada diantaranya penyimpanan data-data mahasiswa dan dosen yang mengajar, pengaturan batas pengumpulan tugas, memasukan nama tugas, dll.  Sayangnya tampilan yang ada belum user friendly (tampilan belum bisa menyesuaikan dengan perangkat yang mengakses secara otomatis) sehingga jika dibuka di smartphone, tampilan menu dan tulisannya menjadi lebih kecil, sehingga menyebabkan pemilihan menu menjadi lebih sulit. Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dibangunnya aplikasi pengumpulan tugas kuliah bagi mahasiswa Informatika dan Sistem Informasi yang user friendly. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi ini, mahasiswa mampu melihat tugas dan mengumpulkan tugas secara online sedangkan dosen mampu memberikan dan men-download tugas secara online dan real time.

Abstract

The role of information technology in the current era is becoming large in aspects of life. One of them is in the State Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the East Banyumas KPH. The technology applied consists of a web-based information system that is used to manage ticket data designated by Ecofo. The application of technology is inseparable from the issuance of risks that arise that can hamper business processes. The purpose of this research is to study emerging issues and ways to save in order to minimize risks later on. This study uses the ISO 31000 method which is a method that specifically discusses risk management which has 5 stages of communication and consultation, determining context, risk assessment, risk analysis, risk evaluation), risk use and monitoring review. The results of this study consist of documentation found that identified 24 risks that have 3 levels of high risk, 10 levels of medium risk, and 11 levels of low risk that can be used as a reference to improve, manage and finance information technology assets in the future.

Abstract

Abstract: Along with the number of restaurants located in the city of Kudus, making a problem for a consumer or tourists who want to choose a restaurant. This can even take a lot of time because consumers are faced with the many choices of restaurants. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to assist consumers or tourists in choosing a culinary place. In determining the selection of culinary places in the city of Kudus, using the Weighted Product method to determine the culinary place with several criteria: the number of menus, the average price, wifi, and corner charger. The culinary site selection system with weighted product method is implemented in the mobile phone-based system. The mobile phone application is made to facilitate the admin and user choose culinary or restaurant with the process used in determining the culinary place in the city of Kudus by using criteria inputted by the user. This app is also in add google maps, so direct users can knowing location culinary location or restaurant that has become his choice.Abstrak: Seiring dengan banyaknya restoran yang berlokasi di kota Kudus, membuat masalah bagi konsumen atau wisatawan yang ingin memilih restoran. Ini bahkan dapat mengambil banyak waktu karena konsumen dihadapkan pada banyak pilihan restoran. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk membantu konsumen atau wisatawan dalam memilih tempat kuliner. Dalam menentukan pemilihan tempat kuliner di kota Kudus, menggunakan metode Weighted Product untuk menentukan tempat kuliner dengan beberapa kriteria: jumlah menu, harga rata-rata, wifi, dan tempat charger. Sistem pemilihan lokasi kuliner dengan metode weighted product diimplementasikan dalam sistem berbasis ponsel. Aplikasi ponsel dibuat untuk memudahkan admin dan pengguna memilih kuliner atau restoran dengan proses yang digunakan dalam menentukan tempat kuliner di kota Kudus dengan menggunakan kriteria yang dimasukkan oleh pengguna. Aplikasi ini juga di tambahkan google maps, sehingga pengguna langsung bisa mengetahui lokasi lokasi kuliner atau restoran yang sudah menjadi pilihannya.

Abstract

One of the increasing use of technology in the business sector is the growing number of online-based business applications. Business actors began to develop many businesses through e-commerce websites. Shopee is an application that is engaged in buying and selling online and can be accessed easily using a smartphone. With a total visit of nearly 2 billion in 2019, Shopee grossed US$942 million.  But the buyer satisfaction rate of online transactions is still low compared to conventional purchases, in addition to reducing satisfaction, plus the risk of fraud that can be detrimental. The purpose of this research is to know the perception of consumers to the quality of service and analyze the consumer satisfaction of the Shopee website. The instruments used in this research are questionnaires with sampling techniques incidental. In this research, the method used is Webqual method 4.0 and IPA. In the Webqual method consists of the usability aspects, information quality and interaction quality. In the IPA method is used to analyze the level of conformity and gaps based on the level of satisfaction and expectation of users. The result of the calculation of the IPA method can be described with IPA matrix consisting of four quadrants. From the results of the analysis of this research, the value of Gap (GAP) is the largest aspect of interaction quality with an average value of 3.20%.

Abstract

Timeliness of delivery, ease of tracking the status of shipping information and guaranteed security of goods is a measure of the success of freight forwarding companies, fast service and ease of getting information can improve business quality and customer loyalty to the company. In the business process of PT Khatulistiwa Transogi, several problems were found that hampered the activities of the company engaged in the delivery of goods, such as errors in input data, transaction data search, data management, customer management, data security and data loss that was enchanted by the current system. This is not yet optimal, the use of paper that still dominates business activities and data integration is not well. The application of information technology in the field of freight forwarding can help the efficiency and effectiveness of a company business process. This research aims to develop an information system as well as to apply customer relationship management methods with a case study in the freight forwarding company PT. Khatulistiwa Transogi. The results of application quality measurement surveys that have been implemented get good ratings from system users, namely the criteria for the ability of users to communicate with software, software operation, accuracy, minimize errors, simplify activities, and storage efficiency, although there are still 2 other criteria that are felt by the user such as the lack of training received by 5 out of 8 users and the inefficient execution time stated by 1 in 8 users.

Abstract

Abstract:In the school environment, learning is the interaction between educators and students that is done consciously, planned both inside and outside the room to improve the ability of students. But a person's ability to learn, understand and absorb lessons is different in level. Some are fast, moderate and some are very slow. Therefore, they often have to take different ways to understand the same information or lessons. This study aims to identify student learning styles by implementing the Dempster-Shafer Theory algorithm to help teachers determine the learning model that is suitable for each student. Students who were the object of this study were students of SMA N 1 Klampok Purwareja. The Dempster-Shafer Theory method can be used for the representation, combination and propagation of uncertainty, characteristics that are institutively following the way of thinking of an expert, this method can also distinguish the uncertainty and ignorance of the expert. So that research can be directed, the researcher uses the system development method ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) with stages of Assessment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation, and Maintenance. The results of this study are student learning style learning applications that make it easy for teachers to determine learning models that are suitable for student.Abstrak: Di lingkungan sekolah, belajar adalah interaksi antara pendidik dengan peserta didik yang dilakukan secara sadar, terencana baik didalam maupun di luar ruangan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan peserta didik. Namun kemampuan seseorang dalam belajar, memahami dan menyerap pelajaran berbeda tingkatnya. Ada yang cepat, sedang dan ada pula yang sangat lambat. Karenanya, mereka seringkali harus menempuh cara berbeda untuk bisa memahami sebuah informasi atau pelajaran yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasikan algoritma Dempster-Shafer Theory agar dapat membantu guru menentukan model pembelajaran yang cocok untuk masing-masing siswa. Siswa yang dijadikan objek penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA N 1 Klampok purwareja. Metode Dempster-Shafer Theory dapat digunakan untuk representasi, kombinasi dan propogasi ketidakpastian, karakteristik yang secara instutitif sesuai dengan cara berfikir seorang pakar, metode ini juga dapat membedakan ketidakpastian dan ketidaktahuan dari pakar. Agar penelitian dapat terarah maka peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) dengan tahapan Assesment, Knowledge Acquisition, Design, Testing, Documentation, Dan Maintenance.
