JURASIK adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh LPPM STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi penelitian di bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah jurnal ilmiah dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi yang mengandung literatur ilmiah pada studi murni dan penelitian terapan dalam ilmu komputer dan informasi dan ulasan publik pengembangan teori, metode dan ilmu terapan yang berkaitan dengan subjek. Jurnal ini pertama kali mendapat ISSN dengan nomor 2527-5771 pada tahun 2016 untuk terbitan cetak dan mulai 2017 beralih ke terbitan elektronik dengan nomor ISSN 2549-7839. Pengiriman artikel tidak dipungut biaya, kemudian artikel yang diterima akan diterbitkan secara online dan dapat diakses secara gratis. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) adalah sebuah jurnal peer-review secara online yang diterbitkan bertujuan sebagai sebuah forum penerbitan tingkat nasional di Indonesia bagi para peneliti, profesionaldan praktisi dari industri dalam bidang Ilmu Kecerdasan Buatan. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) menerbitkan hasil karya asli dari penelitian terunggul dan termaju pada semua topik yang berkaitan dengan ilmu komputer. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) terbit 1 (satu) nomor dalam setahun. Artikel yang telah dinyatakan diterima akan diterbitkan dalam nomor In-Press sebelum nomor regular terbit. JURASIK (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, Crossref dan terus akan diupdate mengikuti perkembangan. Jurasik (Jurnal Riset Sistem Informasi dan Teknik Informatika) telah melakukan perubahan jumlah terbitan dari 1 x setahun (Juli) menjadi 2 x setahun (Februari dan Agustus) dan telah melakukan perubahan data administrasi pada laman LIPI dengan url: http://u.lipi.go.id/1480905139. Abstract

The Complexity Metric Diagram is a method of measuring software complexity. This method uses Class Diagrams as test parameters. This study uses test data from previous research regarding the design of Information Systems accompanied by Class Diagrams with case studies of School Academic Information Systems. The facts found in the field that school software developers do not conduct application audits so it is not ripe to face problems that will arise in the future. The results of the calculation of the complexity metrics in the School Academic Information System produce an output of 993.32 units.

Abstract

The school is a very important place of learning for every Indonesian citizen. Receiving education is the right of Indonesian citizens who have been guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution. Therefore, every Indonesian citizen has the right to get an easily accessible and quality education. To go to quality schools, each school must meet National Education Standards. Meeting the quality standards of schools needs to implement rules that are expected to increase the quality of each school. The rule then needs to be tested which sometimes the process is very long and prone to failure in the middle of the rule is applied. In this study, researchers created a school game storyboard that is expected to help the process of testing a rule so that it does not need to take a very long time. From the results of the storyboards that have been made it can be seen that building a quality school must be started and arranged from level 1.

Abstract

All colleges each year organize the selection of new admissions. Acceptance of prospective students in universities as education providers is done by selecting prospective students based on achievement in school and college entrance selection. To select the best student candidates based on predetermined criteria, then use Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) or commonly called decision support system. One method in MCDM is the Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la Reality (ELECTRE). The ELECTRE method is the best method of action selection. The ELECTRE method to obtain the best alternative by eliminating alternative that do not fit the criteria and can be applied to the decision SNMPTN invitation path.

Abstract

The process of a minimarket retail business needs a system infrastructure so that the management process is easier to do and business processes can run more effectively. In this research, a system design process is carried out to give an overview of the business units at the Surya Mart minimarket retail, to create a system design object-oriented system analysis by making a UML diagram (unified modeling language) including making use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagram, and class diagram. From the results of the analysis, the results of this study obtain the results of a design or system design in the form of user interface design, database structure and structured query language to become a reference in the development process of the business to become a product application for the Surya Mart retail minimarket business process.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is a place for those who want to further explore the science of Islam. Not only a place to gain religious knowledge, Islamic boarding schools also have an education system that handles the scheduling system. The schedule is something that must be present in every activity in the Islamic boarding school. The activities at the Islamic boarding school are also quite numerous and crowded. In boarding schools, the problem faced is determining the schedule of Islamic boarding school activities so that the schedule of activities can be arranged optimally. In preparing the activity schedule, there are several things that must be considered, including the human resources involved, the facilities or facilities and infrastructure used, as well as the time taken during the activity. Of all Islamic boarding school activities in one year, it is necessary to have a calculation to find out how optimal the arrangement of the activity schedule is according to 52 boarding school standards. This study uses the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) method by using a network diagram that can be used to complete the duration of the activities at the Islamic Boarding School conducted. The results of this study obtained an optimal schedule of activities with less time spent than the initial schedule arrangement that takes a total of 116 hours to carry out activities within one year. Using PDM project management can schedule Islamic boarding school activities so that activities can be completed on time.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa sebagai upaya untuk mencapai standar pendidikan nasional. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan bimbingan belajar pada masing-masing siswa, namun hasilnya belum begitu memuaskan. Hal ini disebabkan karena pihak sekolah khususnya bagian pendidikan tidak memahami sepenuhnya kemampuan masing-masing siswa dalam menguasai suatu mata pelajaran khususnya mata pelajaran inti UN. Untuk mengatasi hal ini dengan memanfaatkan teknik clustering akan dilakukan pengelompokan data siswa berdasarkan prestasi nilai akademik yang sumber datanya diperoleh langsung dari bagian pendidikan. Dengan menggunakan teknik clustering, bagian pendidikan akan lebih mudah mendata siswanya berdasarkan kemampuannya masing-masing sesuai dengan prestasi nilai akademiknya. Teknik clustering yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah algoritma Fuzzy C-Means dan K-Means. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik clustering yang paling tepat digunakan dalam melakukan pengelompokan data siswa adalah algoritma K-Means dengan jumlah interasi sebanyak 11 untuk mendapatkan cluster data siswa sedangkan algoritma Fuzzy C-Means membutuhkan proses interasi yang panjang sebanyak 35 interasi dan proses perhitungan yang rumit serta hasil cluster data siswa kurang akurat dibandingkan menggunakan algoritma K-Means.

Abstract

Islamic boarding school is a place of learning in which there are very many facilities and services. Good mastery of language, creativity, religion, leadership and all kinds of knowledge must already exist in the boarding school. The current condition of many Islamic boarding schools does not yet have a specific and integrated information system architecture in Islamic boarding schools in accordance with the needs and objectives of Islamic boarding schools, the cause is because Islamic boarding schools have not yet focused on the process of developing their information systems. Therefore we need an information system in Islamic boarding school. In this study the author raised the information system design of Islamic boarding school by using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) with the Architecture Development Method (ADM) method. The output that can be achieved from the design of Islamic Boarding School Information System is to produce a model and basic framework (blue print) in developing integrated boarding school information systems to support the needs of Islamic Boarding Schools.

Abstract

Nowadays wireless communication has become a basic necessity for the community. WiFi (wireless fidelity) One of them, which is a local network that uses an electromagnetic signal that works at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. Tool to implement WiFi is Access point (AP). The toughest bully in the world of WiFi is known for interference. Interference is the use of the same frequency or channel on a network. Interference can cause service quality to decline so that it is less optimal in its usage, therefore the optimization needs to the network so that users can use the network without constraints. From the results of the research that has been done, the optimization is done by evaluating the selection of the channel from each access point studied with the access point that was concluded that the optimization of the results of all access points experienced Improved signal quality as in AP 1 prior to optimized (-64.0) dBm to (-56.0) dBm category good and after optimized (-56.0) dBm to (-48) dBm category excellent.

Abstract

Communication through message media or sms, Sort Message Service is not a point to point message but that communication by sent through sms network and stored in database operator. Message security on the network is threatened be read by people who are not responsible or called intercept. Therefore it will be develop some application on the mobile phone to modify the message be come a ciphertext and the information content of the messageis not known by others. In this application, the system encrypts the message into ciphertext using the key entered by the sender and then it will be sends to the destination number. For accepting the message, system will decrypt chipertext become plaintext using key by sender, then the message can be read by receiver. This application can be used by some one who wants to sending the secret message and very important without fear if the information can read by others. This application uses vigenere cipher method. The main parameter is the key and the message itself.

Abstract

Education in Indonesia must have standards in accordance with the provisions of Badan Standar Nasional Pendidikan to ensure the quality of education. Standar Nasional Pendidikan (SNP) is the education system criteria in Indonesia. SNP is as a reference for curriculum development, education staff, infrastructure, management and financing. SNP is useful for basic planning, implementation, and supervision of education in realizing national education for create an integrated system, methods needed in planning, managing and managing information systems called Enterprise Architecture. Development of enterprise architecture is modeled by the TOGAF (Open Group Architecture Framework) method that is Business Architecture phase. The research used in this Business Architecture is Bottom-Up, which starts the research from the bottom to the up starting from the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), grouping Job Descriptions using the TF-IDF algorithm, until create an Organizational Structure.
