Abstract

Serving, is the mission of government organizations which is one of the distinguishing characteristics of private organizations that are profit-oriented. Today, in such a competitive era, people need fast, precise, friendly, and professional services. This will be realized if every human resource in government organizations understands their respective duties and functions, has the motivation to serve and focuses on providing optimal performance to achieve common goals. Referring to this situation, it shows that human resources remain as the main key for the success of government organizations in providing services to the community. The importance of the role of human resources requires management in government organizations to have a strategy on how to manage, develop, maintain, and utilize them so that they can contribute optimally to the organization. One method that is often used in managing human resources is through the application of reward and punishment. The research method used is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach, with the background of the objective is to explain the influence of the variables to be studied and then testing the hypotheses that have been formulated previously. The research variables are the reward variable (X1), the punishment variable (X2) as the influencing variable and the motivation variable (Y) as the influenced variable. The data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires and record documents. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression analysis processed using excel program. The results obtained from this study are the reward variable (X1) has a significant effect on the motivation variable (Y), on the other hand, the punishment variable (X2) has less effect on the motivation variable (Y).

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is initiating trade cooperation between Indonesia and Bangladesh PTA. This trade cooperation is to increase Indonesia's exports to non-traditional markets. For that, it is a necessary overview of trade between Indonesia and Bangladesh to determine the market potential products Indonesia Bangladesh. From the simulation results of the Trade Complementary Index (TCI), Indonesian products for the last 2 years (2017-2018), it can be seen that Indonesian export products can meet the demands of the Bangladesh import market and it can be assumed that the people of Bangladesh have been able to receive products from Indonesia. From the simulation results of potential products, 283 tariff lines can be used as an indication of potential Indonesian request to initiate cooperation between Indonesia and Bangladesh this PTA.

Abstract

The condition of the global economy is greatly affected by the movements of economic agents itself. After the global crisis that happened years ago, 2018 the state of the global economy not fully recovered. In the moment the role of economic agents so influenced by the information received and how that information is processed, so that will affect the perception on an object of that information. And in the end will have an impact on decision making right or not. In this research will analyze perception on the impact of business to consumer perception shown through indicators of the business tendency index on consumer tendency index. The research was conducted using secondary data from the central bureau of statistics by focusing on a span of years the global crisis that is 2017-2019 or pre until post crisis. The method used is descriptive statistics analysis. The result of which is known that the perception business have a positive influence on consumer perception in the view through the business tendency index on consumer tendency index

Abstract

The covid pandemic in the world requires of social restrictions. Working from home is one solution in doing work. Every employee is required to contribute to the organization by always maintaining their performance. Therefore, monitoring is important to do to assess the performance results of these employees. Three monitoring alternatives are presented, namely, monitoring by means of self-uploading of performance results, monitoring with confirmation from supervisor and automatic monitoring applications during work implementation. The TOPSIS decision making method is used to select the three alternatives with 8 criteria. Based on the results of calculations and TOPSIS analysis, it was found that the automatic monitoring application during work was the best monitoring that needed to be made and to be implement. The value of relative proximity to the positive ideal solution of 0.63139.

Abstract

Digital ekonomi di Indonesia berkembang dengan cepat, yang dapat dilihat dari indikasi kemajuan teknologi digital yang tumbuh dengan pesat. Digital ekonomi ekonomi bersifat inklusif dimana pengaruh kehadirannya berdampak luas ke banyak sector. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui penelitian kualitatif dengan mengunakan data diskriptif. Dampak inklusitas digital ekonomi dalam penelitian ini dilihat dari sudut pandang gender dan job creation dari case of study Kampung Marketer. Abstract

After organizing training, it is necessary to evaluate the training program because the results of the evaluation will provide feedback for the improvement of the next training program. In this evaluation research we identified the effectiveness of the Leadership Training Program for supervisory officials organized by the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency. The Kirkpatrick’s model was used to identify reaction, learning, behavior, and results. The analysis using this model state that the participants have shown positive reactions to lecturers and coaches, the learning process has shown the success of the distribution of the value of the graduation of participants in which most of participants graduated with satisfactory qualifications, and there were some behavior changes of Leadership Training alumni. They stated that the training can support the implementation of their papers in the mid and long term.

Abstract

One of the economic sectors that has been significantly affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia is the middle and lower class businesses, which are often referred to as Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs). The Trade Education and Training Center, has an important role in being able to contribute to the wider community, by providing information and knowledge and new enthusiasm in facing this pandemic, one of which is for MSMEs in Indonesia by holding various trainings and seminars which are held online (webinars) which accessible to all MSME players in Indonesia. Pusdiklat Trade held a webinar with the theme "Strategies for South Korean MSMEs to Survive the COVID-19 Pandemic" with resource persons the Head of ITPC (Indonesia Trade Promotion Center) Busan - South Korea using the Kudagang LMS (Learning Management System). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of knowledge sharing using the distance learning method (e-learning) by utilizing the Kudagang LMS using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process and Product) evaluation approach. The research method used is quantitative methods through surveys using questionnaires and qualitative descriptive approaches through scientific literature review. The results showed that the average score of the participants' evaluation of the webinar was in the good and satisfying category. Although there are still several components that need to be improved, this webinar activity is feasible to continue with different materials and sources and is targeted at participating stakeholders from various stakeholders related to the duties and functions of the Trade Education and Training Center, both ASN and non ASN as centers of excellence for trade people in Indonesia.

Abstract

In order to increase the capacity and quality of human resources at the Ministry of Trade, the Center for Trade and Education has an important role in supporting the achievement of the vision and mission and the application of organizational cultural values of the Ministry of Trade. Innovations in the learning process must be implemented in the face of the demands of globalization and the times. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Strategic Center of Trade Training and Education towards Corporate University. The analytical method used in this study is to use IFE-EFE matrix analysis, IE matrix, SWOT analysis and Qualitative Strategic Planning (QSP) matrix. Based on the results of the analysis conducted by the Trade Training Center, it is expected to implement the S-O strategy, namely strengthening the implementation of learning organizations with the Visionary Leadership approach as the main priority strategy generated from the QSP matrix analysis. Abstract

This action research aims to assess the effectiveness of the Flipped Classroom model in risk identification learning. Risk identification subject is part of the Training of Risk Management. Models are chosen with consideration; the training participants are not familiar with risk identification and are always close to gadgets. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative. Learning effectiveness was assessed by trainer quantitatively, pre post test, and qualitatively, observations of two cycles of 64 participants from indonesian republic police, in 2 different timing class. Learning effectiveness was assessed also by participants through online surveys. The results showed that there was an increase in understanding of risk identification through an significant increasing in the average values in the both cycles. But, the increasing in second cycle, 1,20, are higher from first cycles, 0,70. While the results of the observation showed that the good activity of participants in study and discussion. In the other hand, a qualitative online assessment of 40,63% of participants shows 80,77% of participants asses the learning proses rated very well and 19,23% of participants rated it well. Abstract

Employee engagement is important for all parts of human resources in an agency or company. Employees and leaders who are not engaged with the organization had a decrease in the level of work quality, a decrease in efficiency, inconsistencies in service, a decrease in initiatives to provide suggestions for organizational progress, and ultimately reduce the level of organizational performance. Thus it is necessary to explore the factors that can influence the level of employee engagement. Factors of leadership style and organizational climate are examined for their influence on the level of employee engagement in this study which is divided into three hypotheses. The research locus is in the Financial Education and Training Agency. Data analysis in this study was carried out using SPSS version 17.0 for windows.
