Abstract

General Hospital (RSU) South Tangerang City is a health service under the Health Office of Tangerang Selatan City Government that organizes individual health services and provides various health services such as outpatient, inpatient, and emergency room (IGD). In carrying out health service activities, South Tangerang City Public Hospital has not used SI/IT in its entirety to support its operational activities, so the cause of health services to patients becomes obstructed. Some other problems that have not existed between the system, the information is not complete and the previous development is done only based on the time that the system is built overlap. Hospitals need labor. Enterprise architecture planning in this research using TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) version 9 with ADM (Architecture Development Method) method. This enterprise architecture design generates blueprint targets for business architecture, archival data, architectural applications, technology architectures, gap analyzes, and application implementation roadmaps. From this research, it is expected that South Tangerang City Public Hospital can be built with blueprint architectural concept which has been prepared in accordance with mission and organizational purpose to improve the qualityof health service for the community.

Abstract

The use of information technology (IT) has a positive impact and negative depending on the user's ability to use it, not to mention children. Discretion in the use of IT has considerable influence for the formation of a child's brain ability and will affect the level of intelligence of children. Parents have a role to be aware of changes that occur during the growth of the child. This study will show how far the changes that occur in children after they use information technology and what impact information technology that has a positive effect or a negative for the level of intelligence of children consisting of intellectual, emotional, spiritual, and social terms of parents. This research uses descriptive quantitative method by using questionnaire data collection, data processing, data analysis and interpretation of data. The results showed that information technology has a considerable impact both on four areas of intelligence of children who have been mentioned by values obtained from the calculation of the questionnaires. The results of the questionnaires calculation for intellectual acumen have an adverse impact, influence of IT on emotional intelligence has a pretty good impact, influence IT has an influence on spiritual intelligence is quite good, and the influence of IT for social intelligence has a good impact on the level of social intelligence of children child.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to download yelidiki-variable relationship between the variables that influence the success of E-CGC system at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah an d also provide solutions and recommendations to the institution users to be taken into consideration for the development of the next system. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive technique of non-random sampling for sample collection to be determined in advance as much as 66 respondents in the sample. The data obtained from these respondents further processed using statistical accounts PLS (Partial Least Square) with menggunkaan SmartPLS application. M odel to the success of the system that is used as a benchmark in this study is a model successive system proposed by DeLone and McLean (2003). The results of studies in which seven of the nine hypotheses received indicating that the application E-CGC implemented on employee and leader in UIN Syarif Hidayatullah runs almost in line with the depiction of the theory of information system success McL ean and DeLone. The existence of two relationships that are not confirmed in the study can be a space improvements for application development E-CGC. Researchers also recommend their attention on p there is an increase in customer satisfaction, because according to the model simplifications concluded from the study it appears that customer satisfaction is the most dominating factor in determining the success of the system in case of application of E-CGC at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah.

Abstract

Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of DKI Jakarta is the Ministry in the government of Indonesia in charge of religious affairs. To realize the implementation of government and development duties required Civil Servants professional, responsible, honest, and fair through coaching conducted under the system of work performance. However, the appraiser officials have difficulty in making a decision to be able to find the right person for the right position. From those problems, the existing assessment, there is no personality assessment method that can be used as a tool in decision making. The system design is made by Rapid Application Development (RAD) method, and with UML (Unified Modeling Language) system modeling. The data analysis model is used to analyze and assess which employees can be assigned tasks or authority in accordance with their personality using the Psycological Appraisal Method and focused on the MBTI assessment indicator. The results of this study is an employee performance appraisal information system that can perform, process and see the results of personality tests quickly and in accordance with the provisions set previously also in accordance with the method of psychology.

Abstract

PT PLN (Persero) Pondok Gede Area is a service area and network that serves to manage company assets such as substations, cables, etc. Since 2005 until now the company is still doing employee recruitment because in the next few years many employees will retire, this will make it difficult for managers in promoting employees because the available employees have a working age and service not too far away. Not yet integrated system between Manager, Asman, and SDM so that the presentation of data for the needs of the promotion of employees who are still considered ineffective and efficient manual. Therefore the purpose of this research is to assist managers in determining the right employees to be promoted. The method of data collection using observation, interview, and literature study, system development method using RAD by using UML tools. The programming stage is done by using the programming language framework CI, MySQL, and Dreamweaver as supporting software in system development. The result of this research is a decision support system that can assist managers in making decisions to select the appropriate employees to be promoted in a certain position by using MFEP and MPE method.

Abstract

Biro Kepegawaian Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pengelolaan data informasi kepegawaian, perencanaan, mutasi, assessment, dan pengembangan pegawai di lingkungan Kementerian Agama. Setiap tahunnya, Kementerian Agama mengadakan beragam ujian tes dengan anggaran yang besar. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mewujudkan proses pelaksanaan ujian berbasis komputer yang tidak membutuhkan alur proses yang panjang, serta dapat meminimalkan angka kecurangan sehingga menjadi lebih jujur, adil, transparan, akuntabel, serta lebih efektif dan efisien dari segi waktu dan biaya, sehingga diharapkan dapat mengurangi penumpukkan berkas, redudansi data, meminimalisir tingkat kesalahan, dan menghemat anggaran, serta mempercepat hasil dalam pelaksanaan ujian seleksi berbagai bidang yang diadakan oleh Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan perancangan sistem menggunakan tools UML, tahap pengkodean dengan PHP, dan framework Code Igniter, serta MySQL sebagai Databasenya.

Abstract

UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta is one of the highest educational institutions that actively participate inundergraduate, master and doctoral programs with large numbers from year to year. The number of students isvery much from year to year, spread to various faculties owned by UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Faculty ofScience and Technology (FST), which is from 2548 active students until 2014. With a large number of collegestudents, who owned by the FST program is too large to be able to produce effective services to the students soit is not surprising that the complaints given by students to the study program, which is considered less responsive in the students' view, as the students complained to the Faculty in 2016 ini.Hal very want to know how about working in this case the secretary of FST program, to serve students with FTE (Full Time Equivalent) method. This method can provide information about what is needed in the categorize into normal, overload or underloadnya work from the secretary prodi.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada Fakultas Kedokteran dan Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta (FKK UMJ) yaitu dengan adanya dosen yang sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai dokter mengakibatkan sulitnya menentukan jadwal kuliah yang tepat sesuai dengan kesiapan waktu dosen mengajar yang sering berubah dan lokal yang tersedia terbatas, selain itu proses pembuatan penjadwalan kuliah yang masih manual mengakibatkan sulitnya mengelola data penjadwalan kuliah. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Penjadwalan Perkuliahan Berbasis Web dengan Metode Algoritma Genetika yang merupakan sarana terkait proses penentuan jadwal perkuliahan. Sistem ini digunakan untuk FKK UMJ bidang akademik dalam membuat jadwal perkuliahan, serta memudahkan staf akademik, dosen dan mahasiswa mengakses data penjadwalan kuliah. Metode penjadwalan menggunakan Algoritma Genetika, metode pengumpulan data yaitu studi pustaka dan studi lapangan (wawancara dan observasi) dan studi literatur sejenis, dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pemodelan menggunakan UML, serta menggunakan PHP dengan framework Laravel, MySql, Codelobster sebagai tools dan software dalam pengembangan sistem. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam mengelola penjadwalan kuliah yang tepat sesuai kesiapan waktu dosen mengajar dan lokal yang tersedia sehingga membantu proses pembuatan jadwal perkuliahan menjadi lebih baik lagi.

Abstract

Along with the increasing development of e-commerce in Indonesia, the increase number of complaints to Indonesian Consumers Organization (YLKI) received 1192 cases in 2014 and 1030 cases in 2015. Online shop category becomes one of the major problem faced by the consumers considering online shop belongs to top 10 complaints received by YLKI. This study examines the extent to which the user satisfaction in using e-commerce website. The websites which were examined in this study are Bukalapak, Tokopedia and Lazada. The study conducted by using WebQual 4.0 method with 347 respondents. The analysis shows that Bukalapak websites is considered as the better website on all categories. Based on respondents’ assessments, the value of WQI on Bukalapak website is on the category of Usability (0.70), Information Quality (0.70) and Service Interaction (0.65). The most important factor toward user satisfaction is the usability to user satisfaction.

Abstract

Jakarta has 65.000 hectares ofland area, homes to 9.9 million Jakarta populations, 98 hectares of grave land, and mortality rate of 0.64%. Those facts make the availability of graveyard becoming critical. To overcome the problem of high mortality rate and limited grave area, it is ideal to use Joint Corpse System, that is a grave filled with more than one corpse. Currently, registering a grave tomb in Jakarta is still using manual system, that is when a family member dies, the remaining family must come to the Public Cemetary office to fill out the registration form and choose the available tomb. However, the traffic jam in Jakarta makes it difficult for people to register the grave, for the Cemetery officer to inform the people regarding with the cemetery, and for the heirs whose leases have expired. Therefore, it is important to develop a web-based grave management information system in order to make people easier to reserve the tomb. The web gives people a complete information about grave location and how to register the grave which can be accessed using internet. The study aims to build a web-based information management system for grave registration with Tanah Kusir Public Cemetary as the object of the research. The study uses Prototyping Method, which analyzes the need system to see all components used by the running system and the developing one. The analysis also includes documenting the information system activity such as Input, Processing, Output, Storage, Controlling, Inteface design, Menu Program, and Database. Coding, is the stage of translating the results of analysis and design into the PHP programming language in order to develop a software. The result of the study is people can access the cemetary information, register and confirm via the internet. The cemetary official can also display available tombs in realtime.
