Abstract

Abstract: Character education provides values that can be owned and practiced by the child so that all deeds in his life have a characteristic value in the future. The problem of character education in the family that emerged today is the disintegration of character traits in early childhood. Cultural values on the family and society or more precisely the values of heritage characters are still able to maintain well and still original in some people who still hold Java Javanese culture. This study aims to find answers to the right character education pattern for early childhood in Pleret District. This research will also construct early childhood character education in Pleret Subdistrict in order to become a foothold for every family in teaching character education to their children.   Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter memberikan nilai-nilai yang dapat dimiliki dan diamalkan oleh anak agar semua perbuatan dalam hidupnya mempunyai nilai yang berkarakter di kemudian hari. Problematika pendidikan karakter pada keluarga yang muncul saat ini adalah lunturnya perilaku berkarakter pada anak usia dini.  Nilai budaya pada keluarga dan masyarakat atau lebih tepatnya nilai-nilai karakter warisan leluhur masih mampu terjaga dengan baik dan masih asli di sebagian orang jawa yang masih memegang teguh budaya jawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan jawaban atas pola pendidikan karakter yang tepat untuk anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pleret. Penelitian ini juga akan mengkontruksi pendidikan karakter anak usia dini di Kecamatan Pleret agar dapat menjadi pijakan kedepan untuk setiap keluarga dalam mengajarkan pendidikan karakter pada anak-anak meraka.

Abstract

Abstract: Family is the first place and uyama in mendidika child, thus delivering his son to success in the future. The demands of the times make a change in the pattern of economy and changes in understanding of the essence of the family in the education of their children. The gathering does not gather from the meal, it becomes the legitimacy of a father to work to leave the family and his duty to educate his son, so the obligation to educate the child is bestowed on the mother. Abstract

This study is based on the phenomena that occur in the field that show symptoms of aggressive behavior in class VIII Pengadegan Middle School 3. Students who behave aggressively are students who understand the problem personally. This type of research is case study research and is used to reveal individual data. The subjects studied were 2 students taken from students who behaved aggressively with different causative factors for each individual. Data collection methods used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. While the data analysis uses technical interactive analysis of miles and huberman models. Aggressive behavior is a response to frustration, anger, fear by trying to hurt others. The forms of aggressive behavior carried out by the individual in responding to frustration, anger, fear, among others, attacking the physical, attacking an object, verbally or symbolically threatening and aggravating other people and demanding attitudes, violations of property rights or attacking other areas. The results showed that the two individuals who behaved aggressively both verbally and non-verbally were caused by several different backgrounds as well as factors that influenced both internally and externally.

Abstract

The role of women in national development is increasingly significant and should not be underestimated. To build human resources for women, education is needed that upholds gender equality so that their rights to education can be realized. But inevitably, education in Indonesia in its history has experienced a dark period where women lacked rights in education. There was once a gender gap in the world of education in Indonesia. There are several factors that influence it, such as community culture and school structure systems that lack opportunities for women to take part. Therefore, gender-conscious education needs to be realized in order to address the gender issue. One effort to realize gender-oriented education can be by developing a gender-sensitive learning process approach through fostering and training teachers, principals, and education supervisors, as well as at the level of decision making in all national education management units.

Abstract

The Indonesian Constitutional Court granted part of the claim for the judicial review lawsuit on Law No. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage for Article 7 Paragraph 1 related to the age of marriage. The article is considered discriminatory against women and is considered legalizing child marriages because the lowest age limit for women can be married is 16 years old, different from the lowest age limit for men, 19 years old. The global consensus on the need to abolish early marriage, forced marriage, and child marriage is actually made and agreed upon by UN member countries, including Indonesia. There are a number of adverse effects that can arise in child marriage, such as impacts related to health, education and economic aspects, including violations of children's rights. This paper examines the age limit of marriage in the perspective of Islamic law, which can then become state policy. Marriage is a legal act that requires the doers to meet the criteria of legal competency. Marriage also requires the responsibility of the parties to fulfill their rights and obligations, so that the aspect of maturity in marriage is a must.

Abstract

Tulisan ini diangkat karena melihat fenomena yangberkembang terkait radikalisme dan terorisme yang terjadi di Indonesia.Gerakan radikalisme yang justru dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompokyang mengaku percaya kepada ajaran-ajaran agama, dan seolah-olahagama dijadikan sebagai alat untuk melegitimasi berbagai macam tindakankekerasan. Sebagai contoh, kasus bom bunuh diri yang melibatkan satukeluarga di Surabaya pada 13 Mei 2018. Orang tua mengajak keempa t anaknya untuk ikut meledakkan bom bunuh diri di Gereja KristenIndonesia (GKI) di Surabaya. Sungguh ironis memang, orang tua yangseharusnya mendidik dan memberikan teladan yang baik bagi anakanaknya justru menjadi pencetus dan pelaksana dari tindakan radikaldan terorisme. Di sinilah Ibu memiliki peranan yang sangat penting dalammempengaruhi kehidupan dan perilaku anak. Kedudukan dan fungsi ibubersifat fundamental, karena ibu merupakan wadah pembentukan watakdan akhlak yang pertama bagi anak. Pertanyaan mendasar yang hendakdijawab melalui tulisan ini adalah, pertama, bagaimana peran Ibu dalammencegah paham radikal pada anak?, kedua, bagaimana strategi ibudalam mencegah paham radikal anak ?.

Abstract

Perilaku prososial penting untuk ditumbuhkan pada anakusia dini agar anak dapat beradaptasi dan melatih sosioemosionalnya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis upaya guru dalam menumbuhkanperilaku prososial anak usia dini di TK Khalifah Purwokerto. Oleh karenaitu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Abstract

Abstract: The trend of viewing a woman as a figure whose task is to assist a man by referring to religious doctrines represents its textual paradigm. Due to accepting the doctrines without considering the context of its emergence, there are many men who show their discriminative attitude and behavior. As a result, the justice that is expected and struggled by women in various ways not come to a reality. Considering this condition, it is necessery to introduce gender equality to children in their early childhood to minimize gender-based injustice. This kind of intoduction should be done not only theoritacally, but also in real practices. This paper describes central approach gender learning. Gender learning may affect to all aspects of child development such as cognitive, social and emotional, moral and motoric aspects. Learning process applying the pay much attention to their needs, and give them an understanding that men an women have equal rights.
