Abstract

Tayu II Primary Health Care is one of the health center that has re-recorded data collection on PIS-PK in 2018. During the implementation there has never been an evaluation. Based on the data, there were differences between target achieved in PIS-PK and SPM. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PIS-PK on the indicators of pulmonary TB in Tayu II Primary Health Care, Pati Regency. This was qualitative research with a descriptive approach. This research used in-depth interview  and observation method to collect data from sample selected based on purposive sampling technique. The variables studied are input, process, and environment. The results showed that the data collection hasn?t been accompanied by a supporting form for screening and referral because there was no work procedure used as a reference for implementing TB services in the PIS-PK program. In its implementation, there were no planning documents which cover data collection activities until further interventions that integrated with the P2TB program. While activities that have been carried out other than data collection were the provision of initial interventions, advising patients to go to the Tayu II Primary Health Care, and reporting. Reporting was still not optimal because there was no coordination forum. Tayu II Primary Health Care advised to develop and establish SOPs so that they can improve the quality of data collection on PIS-PK in TB case finding, construct policies that clarify the involvement of the P2TB program, and optimize coordination of internal networks for further intervention.  Keywords : Program Indonesia Sehat dengan Pendekatan Keluarga (PIS-PK), TB Paru, Primary Health Care

Abstract

Neck pain complaints are complaintspain located in the posterior region of the Cervical Spine (C1-C8), of the Superior Nuchal Line until T1 with or without spreading to the head, trunk, and upper extremities.Working posture while sewing in the work area could become a risk factor for neck pain on a sewing operator. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between work posture with neck pain complaints on standing sewing operators. Cross-sectional study which is a form of observational studies and descriptive analytic was used in this research. Samples of the study were 91 people standing sewing operators chosen with a purposive sampling method. Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was used in the neck pain complaints questionnaires for a subjective measurement and work posture is measured using Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC). Spearman rank correlation test was used for statistical analysis. The results showed no relationship between work posture and neck pain (p = 0.031). Business owners should provide training and additional insight on ergonomic working postures for workers, and conduct a physical examination for an early neck pain detection and to preserve workers health. Companies shouldalso improve the work station with an adjustable table that can be easily raised and lowered.

Abstract

Shift work is a system applied by companies to maximize and maintain productivies for 24 hours which is divided into morning, afternoon and night works. Fatigue is a condition of reduced efficiency, performance and reduced strength or endurance of the body to continue activities. The implementation of shift work that causes work fatigue have to be controlled considering fatigue can cause workplace accidents. The purpose of this research is to analyze the correlation between shift work with the fatigue of work on the gas stations operator using Bourdon Wiersma methods. This research type is a cross-sectional analytical descriptive research. The population and sample in this study are 33, operators ?gas station 44 502 23 and gas stations 44 502 02 Semarang. The instrument that use in this research were Bourdon Wiersma test form to evaluate speed, accurary and constancy. The results showed that there was a correlation between shift work and fatigue (sig 0.032). Most operators feel heavy fatigue when working on the night shift (63.6%) compared to day shifts (36.4%) and morning shifts (18.2%) To reduce the fatigue of work on the operator, management should replace the regulation of ?shift work system? to ?quick rotation pattern? that is 2-2-3 and 3-3-2 systems so the operators can adapt to their work schedule.

Abstract

Poultry Slaughterhouse is a building that used as a place for the pultry slaughtering process. This process produces organic waste in the solid and liquid form. Poultry slaughterhouse wastewater contains some pollutant parameters including BOD, COD, TSS , and ammonia. Penggaron Poultry Slaughterhouse Wastewater that became the object of this study contains average BOD of 401 mg/l, COD at 829,601 mg/l, TSS at 502 mg/l and ammonia at 1,9738 mg/l. Penggaron Poultry Slaughterhouse already has a Wastewater Treatment Plant with an active sludge system using PAC and alum for coagulant and EM4. This study aims to evaluate the performance of wastewater treatment to reduce BOD, COD, TSS, and ammonia that being done for 3 days. The type of study is descriptive with observational and cross sectional approach. The population in this study is all wastewater produces from slaughtering activity, the sample used are some amount of both wastewater that produce from slaughtering activity and wastewater from treatment plant. The laboratory result shows that outlet  wastewater parameters still higher than the standards with an average for BOD, COD, and TSS is 304 mg/l, 643,56 mg/l, and 566 mg/l. Ammonia is under the standard, 3,1232 mg/l. Based on the effectivity calculation, wastewater treatment can reducing BOD rate by 13% - 29%, COD by 8% - 29%, TSS by 43% and ammonia by 13% - 65% so can be concluded that Penggaron Poultry Wastewater Treatment is less effective for reducing BOD, COD, and amonia.
