Abstract

Minimarket?s one of the fast-growing retails by in 2018. As many as 74% of purchase that occurs at minimarket is impulsive. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the influence of store atmosphere and sales promotions toward impulsive purchases in Indomaret, East Surabaya. The type of this research is conclusive research. Using the technique of sampling nonprobability sampling with a total of 220 respondents drawn from visitors of Indomaret, East Surabaya. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to Indomaret consumers. The instrument used is the Likert scale using question form. Data analysis technique in this study using the classic assumptions test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The statistical analysis used is using SPSS version 23.0. The result showed that there is a positive and significant influence of store atmosphere toward impulsive purchases, and sales promotions have a positive and significant influence on impulsive purchases. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the NPF of Islamic banking in Indonesia. The factors studied are GDP, inflation, exchange rates, FDR, CAR, financing, and bank size. The total sample is 32 Islamic banks, consisting of 12 BUS and 20 UUS. The data used are annual data from 2014-2017. The research method uses multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the GDP, exchange rate, FDR, and bank size variables did not affect the NPF level of Islamic banking. The other side of inflation and CAR has a negative effect, and financing has a positive effect on the NPF of Islamic banking. The GDP variable does not affect the NPF, based on GDP growth that has not been evenly distributed across all sectors, resulting in no effect of GDP on the NPF. The inflation variable harms NPF, based on high and low credit interest rates can trigger credit demand from the public. The exchange rate variable does not affect the NPF, based on the growth of the exchange rate which has a relatively short rate of change resulting in the effect of the exchange rate on the NPF. CAR variable influences NPF, based on increasing capital adequacy, banks will manage the risk of financing problems more easily, which can reduce the NPF value. The FDR variable does not affect the NPF, based on the FDR ratio, it is more influential on the banks profitability as an opportunity obtained based on the profit-sharing from the total financing carried out. The financing variable affects the NPF, based on total credit experiencing growth that is not too high, the NPL will experience a slight increase. The bank size variable does not affect the NPF, based on the problematic financing factor, not the number of assets owned when managing and analyzing financing, but rather determining how the banks operations are managed. Faktor yang diteliti adalah GDP, inflasi, kurs, FDR, CAR, financing, dan bank size. Jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 32 perbankan syariah, terdiri 12 BUS dan 20 UUS. Data yang digunakan adalah data tahunan dari 2014-2017. Metode penelitiannya menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel GDP, kurs, FDR, dan bank size tidak mempengaruhi tingkat NPF perbankan syariah. Sisi lainnya inflasi dan CAR berpengaruh negatif, dan financing berpengaruh positif terhadap NPF perbankan syariah. Variabel GDP tidak berpengaruh terhadap NPF, didasarkan pertumbuhan GDP yang belum merata pada semua sektor, mengakibatkan tidak berpengaruhnya GDP terhadap NPF. Variabel inflasi berpengaruh negatif pada NPF, didasarkan pada tinggi rendahnya suku bunga kredit dapat memicu permintaan kredit dari masyarakat. Variabel kurs tidak berpengaruh pada NPF, didasarkn pada pertumbuhan kurs yang mempunyai tingkat perubahan relatif sebentar mengakibatkan tidak berpengaruhnya kurs terhadap NPF. Variabel CAR mempengaruhi NPF, didasarkan pada peningkatan kecukupan modal bank akan mengelola risiko pembiayaan masalah lebih mudah, yang dapat menurunkan nilai NPF. Variabel FDR tidak berpengaruh pada NPF, didasarkan pada rasio FDR lebih berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas bank sebagai peluang yang diperoleh berdasarkan bagi hasil dari total pembiayaan yang dilakukan. Variabel financing mempengaruhi NPF, didasarkan pada total kredit mengalami pertumbuhan yang tidak terlampau tinggi, maka NPL akan mengalami sedikit peningkatan. Variabel bank size tidak mempengaruhi NPF, didasarkan pada faktor pembiayaan bermasalah bukan ditentukan atas besarnya aset yang dimiliki saat mengelola dan menganalisis pembiayaan, melainkan penentuan lebih kepada bagaimana pengelolaan operasi bank tersebut. Abstract

The research aims to determine and explain the effect of negative e-WOM on purchase intentions through trust as a mediating variable on JD.id e-commerce. This type of research is causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques using snowball sampling. The number of samples used in the study is as many as 200 respondents who have seen comments on JD.id Instagram but have never made a product purchase on JD.id. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the AMOS program. The results showed that e-WOM negative had a significant effect on trust. Trust had a significant effect on purchase intentions. Negative e-WOM affected purchase intention. Keywords: negative e-WOM; purchase intention; trust.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of researh is to test and analyze the influence of reward to employee performance through job satisfaction on employees of PT. Hanarida Tirta Birawa Sidoarjo. Sampling technique has taken with saturated samples with 35 respondents of employees PT. Hanarida Tirta Birawa Sidoarjo.The analysis statistic using in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS software. The results of this research explain that reward are not influence to employess performance. The reward is influence to the job satisfaction. The job satisfaction is influence to employess performance. And the job satisfaction is mediates the influence of reward to employees performance. Abstract

The high competition between fast food companies causes each company to realize a need to innovate on products and maximize the choice of business locations for the survival of the company. This study had a purpose to analyze and discuss the influence of product innovation and location on the decision to purchase the M2M Indonesian Fast Food product innovation at the Gedangan-Sidoarjo branch. Non-probability sampling used as sampling technique with judgmental sampling method on 220 respondents. The respondents are consumers who have already bought, who made their own decisions in purchasing, and consumed one of the products of ayam geprek, ayam super pedas, chicken keju, and chicken teriyaki M2M Indonesian Fast Food Gedangan-Sidoarjo branch at age 21-50 year. Likert scale used as measurement scale. Questionnaire used as the measuring instrument. Multiple linear regression equation models used as data analysis. The results showed product innovation had a positive influence on decision to purchase, and location had a positive influence on decision to purchase. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through commitment affective in PT. SMART Tbk Refinery Surabaya. This research is causal and uses a quantitative approach. The sampling technique uses saturated samples with 55 respondents. The statistical analysis used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The measurement scale of this study uses a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational culture influences affective commitment. Affective commitment does not affect employee performance. Organizational culture doesnt affect employee performance through affective commitment. Keywords: affective commitment; employee performance; organizational culture.

Abstract

The development of the current potential for tourism continues to increase with the emergence of tourism changes in attracting the attention of tourists. Various strategies are managed to give the impression of experience in the minds of visitors. Tourism improvements implemented in the strategy prioritize old visitors as loyalty given by visitors to the tour. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of experiential marketing on loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable in Lake SaranganMagetan.The study uses respondents aged at least 19 years with the provision that at least 2 times visit Sarangan Lake. The sample in this study collected 210 respondents offlines at the TelagaSarangan location using non-probability samples with a technique namely path analysis. The type of research used is quantitative research.The results of this study indicate that experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction, satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on loyalty, and experiential marketing has a positive and significant influence on loyalty with partial proven mediation. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial knowledge, financial attitude, personal income, locus of control on the financial management behavior. The type of quantitative research with 387 respondents used nonprobability sampling techniques, namely snowball sampling and purposive sampling. The object of this research is the people of Kediri City. Data obtained by interviews, and providing questionnaires offline and online. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with IBM SPSS version 18. The results of this study state that personal income does not affect the financial management behavior because both women and men have the same opportunity and ability to manage their finances. Financial knowledge affects the financial management behavior because someone with high knowledge, financial management will be better, while someone with low financial knowledge, financial management will also be bad. Financial attitude is influential because someone has a good and responsible financial attitude, tends to be good in financial management. Locus of control has an effect because someone who has high internal and external self-control will have good financial control.Keywords: financial attitude; financial knowledge; financial management behaviour personal income; locus of control

Abstract

The study aimed to test and analyze the influence of Proactive Personality towards Career Success through the Leader-Member Exchange of the PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi of East Java of Planning, Procurement, and General Affair division. Sampling techniques using saturated samples with 45 respondents to PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi of East Java of Planning, Procurement, and General Affair division. The statistical analysis used in this study was Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study explain that Proactive Personality has a significant effect on Career Success. Proactive Personality has a significant effect on Leader-Member Exchange. Leader-Member Exchange has a significant effect on Career Success. Leader-Member Exchange does not radiate influence between Proactive Personality towards Career Success.

Abstract

Organisasi saat ini mengalami lingkungan teknologi yang dinamis ditandai dengan perubahan teknologi yang sangat cepat, siklus hidup produk yang sangat singkat, globalisasi, serta inovasi dan juga kreativitas yang menjadi aset sangat penting dalam keberhasilan dan keunggulan kompetitif suatu organisasi. PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk, atau yang lebih dikenal dengan sebutan PT. Bank Jatim didirikan pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1961 di Surabaya. Secara operasional dan seiring dengan perkembangan, maka pada tahun 1990 Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur meningkatkan statusnya dari awal mulanya Bank Umum menjadi Bank Devisa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara Empowering leadership terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan melalui Creative self efficacy pada karyawan Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Kantor Cabang Trenggalek. Sebanyak 42 orang karyawan tetap Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Kantor Cabang Trenggalek ikut berpartisipasi di dalam penelitian ini. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan software smartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Empowering leadership tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan. Empowering leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Creative Self Efficacy. Creative Self Efficacay berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan. Creative self efficacy mengintervening pengaruh antara Empowering leadership terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan.
