Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of information quality, system quality, service quality, and perception of value influence to Smartphone user satisfaction in Surakarta. The object of research is the Smartphone users who become the sample. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and value perception have an effect on customer satisfaction of Smartphone user in Surakarta. Abstract

ABSTRACT Target of this research is to know leadership style, environment work and motivation that influence and significantly to officer performance in Office Information Communications and Public relations Sub-Province Boyolali by partial and together and also to know among leadership style, environment and motivation, what most dominant variable have an effect to performance. In data collecting conducted by and observation divide of questioner to be filled to responder counted 51 officers. From the regression known that variables of leadership style, motivation and environment work have a positive and significant effect to officer performance by partial and also together and among leadership style, motivation and environment work, that most dominant have an effect to performance is environmental work variable. Independent variable (leadership style, motivation and environment work) contribution can explain its influence to dependent variable (performance) equal to 78,8%, while the rest 21,2% influenced by other variables which not checked (outside research variables). Result of assumption classical test known that there is no deviation to classic assumption. Keywords: leadership style, motivation, environmental work, performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research target is test the influence of worker perception about invitation regulation in laborship area, the existence of union labor and the existence of union to the harmonization relationship between worker and entrepreneur: study of at trade union manager/union labor. The first questioner is to measure the influence about understanding of regulation of invitation in laborship area. The second questioner is to measure the influence workers perception about the labor prosperity, the third questioner to measure the influence workers perception about the existence of union labor, and the fourth questioner is the harmonization between worker and entrepreneur by using alpha cronbach value equal to 0.6. in this research used by an appliance test the doubled linear analysis regression and also test the classic assumption. The result from this research is to show the existence of positive influence and significant of among the influence of worker perception about invitation regulation in laborship area. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is a survey research administered on junior high school headmasters in Education, Youth and Sports Bureau of Surakarta Municipality. Data required in the research are respondent’s perception on motivation, competence, work satisfaction, and headmaster’ performance. The data resources are primary and secondary data. The data collection method is using questionnaire technique. The sampling method is done using systematic sampling method. The result of the research concludes that: 1) there is a significant effect of motivation on headmaster’s performance. It is proved with the t statistics of 2,946 and p < 0,05; 2) there is a significant effect of competence on headmaster’s performance. It is proved with the t statistics of 17,089 and p < 0,05; 3) there is a significant effect of work satisfaction on headmaster’s performance. It is proved with the t statistics of 2,296 and p < 0,05.; and 4) there is a significant effect of motivation, competence and work satisfaction on headmaster’s performance simultaneously. It is proved with the F statistics of 844,238 and p < 0,05. The determination coefficient (R2) is 0,973 means that the variability of 97,3% of headmasters’ performance in Surakarta is determined by motivation, competence, and work satisfaction, whereas the remaining of 2.7% is determined by other factors beyond the model. Therefore, it is suggested to the related institution to pay its attention and improve factors affecting headmasters’ performance in its efforts to actualize lifelong education. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the effect of formal education and treatment toward headmaster profesionalisme on State Elementary School in Ngemplak Residence, Boyolali Regency. The main problem that must be focused in: 1) is there the effect of formal education toward headmaster profesionalisme? 2)  Is there the effect of treatment toward headmaster profesionalisme? 3)  Is there the effect of formal education and treatment are together toward headmaster profesionalisme? 4)  Which is the variabel of formal education and treatment is dominant toward headmaster profesionalisme?. In accordance with individual analysis (t-test), the education has a positif effect and significant toward headmaster profesionalisme. This result can show according t-test and snowed t-test (3,156) > t-table (2,040) so the first hypothesis is true. There is the effect of treatment and significant toward headmaster profesionalisme. This result can shows with individual analysis (t-test) is result t-test (2,688) > t-table (2,040) so the second hypothesis is true. There is the effect of formal education and treatment is together toward headmaster profesionalisme. This result shows in F analysis, the F-test is 8,366 > t-table (3,30) so the third hypothesis is true. The result for the fourth hypothesis is true, this result can show in t-test with result of education has t-test is bigger than treatment variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purposes of this research to know: 1) the effect of formal education level toward commitment organization, 2) the effect of during period job toward commitment organization, 3) the effect of salary toward commitment organization, 4) the effect with together between formal education level, during period job, and salary toward commitment organization, and 5) to know the one variabel give the effect toward commitment organization. This research is doing in the junior high school of SMP State Residence Sawit and Boyolali regency. The populations in this research are the all of teacher in the junior high school of SMP State Residence Sawit and Boyolali regency amount 121 teachers. The sample research take about 49,59% from populations amount 60 teachers with simple random sampling. The data analysis by using with multiple regressions, F-test, t-test and determinant coefficient (R2). According the data analysis with multiple regressions has result of corporation regression: Y = 13,382 + 1,572X1 + 1,183X2 + 4,294X3. The coefficient of formal education level is 1,572. The meaning of this matter is formal education level variable give effect toward to commitment organization is 1,572. The during period job variable have coefficient regression is 1,183, so the meaning of this matter is during period job variable give effect toward to commitment organization is 1,183. The salary variable have coefficient regression is 4,294, so the meaning of this matter is salary variable give effect toward to commitment organization is 4,294. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research was undertaken within one month, namely within March 2006. The data sources are primary and secondary data. The data collecting method was using questionnaire. The sampling method was using proportional random sampling technique. The data analisys is done employing hierarchical regression, t and F test statistic, determination coefficient and, classical assumption tests. The research concludes that: 1) there is a significant effect of working satisfaction on Dinas Dikpora of Surakarta Municipal government officers’ performance. It is demonstrated with the t statistics on both regressions analysis employed in the hierarchical regressions, where p < 0.05; 2) the hypothesis stated that leadership behaviour strengthen the effect of working satisfaction on Dinas Dikpora of Surakarta Municipal government officers’ performance is not proved. It is demonstrated by the regression analysis of the F statistic tests on both regressions employed. The constant parameter in the first regression shows the value of 17.210, whereas the second regressions show the negative value of -97.649. It shows that leadership behaviour weaken the effect of working satisfaction on Dinas Dikpora of Surakarta Municipal government officers’ performance. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research executed in Sub-Province region of Boyolali. Population counted 3628 people, big sample counted 98 responder. Result of research of show that : (1) There are positive influence not significance leadership of elementary headmaster there are satisfaction of elementary schoolteacher job. t = 1,023 with significance 0,304 > a (0,05). (2) There are positive influence which significance periodicities of elementary headmaster position to satisfaction of result work elementary schoolteacher t = 3,736 with significance 0,00 < a (0,05). (3) There are negative influence not system significance of recruitment headmaster to satisfaction of elementary schoolteacher job of t - 1,776 with value of significance 0,79 > a (0,05). coefficient of Determine (R2) equal to 0,147 meaning 14,7% variable variation of dependent can be explained by independent variable in this research, while 85,3% can be explained by other variable outside accurate independent variable. Abstract

ABSTRACT The research is designed and aimed to know (1). The leadership performance and work atmosphere partially and simultaneously to teacher’s performance motivation. (2). Variables which have more influences to teacher’s motivation. Population of 60 person taken in such research in the teacher of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta, the sample drawn is 30 teachers using proportional cluster random sampling teacher’s. the instrument used are questionnaire. Data is analyzed using double linear regression analysis, Z and F analyzing and also R2 one. From the data analyzed, it is formulated in equation of double linear regression, at follows:Y= 1,803 + 0,668 x1 + 0,280 x2. the result of Z aromatic 4,794 and 2,678 shows that the leadership performance work atmosphere that they have positive and significant, both partially and simultaneously to teacher’s performance motivation. The result of F aromatic of 18,217 within 0,000 significant grade/level means that the leadership performance and work atmosphere simultaneously have positive significant influence to teacher’s performance motivation.R2 = 0,543 shows that leadership performance and work atmosphere contributes 54,3% to teacher’s performance motivation while the other factors contributes 45,7%. Since the result regression coefficient b1 > b2 or 0,668 > 0,280, the variable of leadership performance has more dominant influence to teacher’s performance motivation. The whole hypothesis presented shows the valid or accurate result. Keywords:style leadership, environmental of job, teacher job motivation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is aimed to find the influence of commitment quality as variable in moderate of the correlation between competencies development with performance of lectures. Population in this research are all lectures in area of economics faculty Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta with sampel are 31 respondent. The instrument used questionaire with Likert scale technique. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. Result of hypothesis test indicate that that of commitment quality to influence towards level of relationship between competencies development with performance of lectures.
