Abstract

Pesantren has been intsitution that is survive up to the present. Nowdays pesantren became one of institutions which adapted and changed for a dynamic social change. Pesantren is the model for enhancing educational character that stated by Indonesian ministre of education Muh. Nuh. Its caused of the special characters that continously kept since formerly such as teacher’s obidience, the consistency of learning model, the concept of barakah and so on. The globalization era is also contributing an oportunity a number of non formal educational institution to arange and change the system management of pesantren. A research about management of pesantren states that it changes but pesantren still commitment to keep the traditional maners.

Abstract

Use the appropriate method of moral education will be better able to improve students' moral considerations. But in reality, the recognition of the need to use the appropriate method in moral education in Indonesia has not carried out properly. It appears from the practice of moral learning which is widely practiced in Indonesia is the lecture method of Samba that was developed based on value investment approach. This method has a negative interpretation. In contrast to the approach to the cultivation of values, other approaches that are not indoktrinatif the cognitive development approach. The development of this approach among others through the use of moral dilemma discussion method.

Abstract

Movement in growing elementary education becomes a necessity. Moreover, globalisation requirement of high quality education is higher and higher. It attach strings the necessity of fundamental basic in shaping the competence of perfect human. Therefore, the existancy and role of education intitutional need to be strenghtened. Moreover, the expectation people in the world of education continues to rise. This makes basic education institutions to be able to print-based graduates who have the advantage of global and local. Thus, developing a global vision of basic education institutions is an important agenda in the face of globalization. Of course, the desired outcome requires effective education and service learning process measurable. It was a series of learning activities that can help maximize human potential and the interest it has. The learning process becomes one of the key in determining the quality of learning provided to the customer. Therefore, the fundamental need for a paradigm-directed learning process will become one focus of a breakthrough in revitalizing the institution that provided educational services to customers.

Abstract

This article aims to review the teaching of Islamic religious education with a contextual approach. Learning Islamic education sometimes is not fun for the students, because learning methods monotonous and unpleasant. Then one model of learning is the learning of Islamic religious education with a contextual approach. Contextual learning methods can offer a new concept of Islamic religious education learning fun. Islamic religious education lesson with a contextual approach involves seven main components of effective learning: constructivism, inquiry, questioning, learning community, and reflection. Islamic religious education lesson with a contextual approach to its application in everyday life can be done through various methods, namely: making meaningful connections, doing significant, self-regulated learning, collaborating, critical and creative thinking.

Abstract

Since the New Order regime collapsed in 1998, the face of Indonesian Islam became increasingly complex. This is because the various manifestations of Islam in Indonesia, both as a political force as well as social and strength. The complexity of Islam after the New Order was also more pronounced because the process of development and change in terms of thought and forms of movement. In addition, Indonesian Islam witnessed the birth of the new educated middle class well to intensive contact with the ideas of modernity. Thanks to the development of Islamic educational institutions, the Muslims whether they are socio-cultural background and traditional and modern religious alike have the opportunity to tap into a new pattern of Indonesian life.

Abstract

Community and parents participation in education is to find out a theoretical bases on cummunity participation in education, relationship between schools and community, and community empowerment through school committee and education comission. The role of community through school committee and education commission have strateggies position to develop duty of community. School management climates are characterized by (1) school belonging attitude, (2) develop school policy, (3) develop quality of school conscoiusly, (4) pay attention to academic atmosphire, and (5) develop school operational standard.

Abstract

Increasing the quality of human resources required a change in mental attitude of individuals and the creation and organization of a conducive learning environment. The process can be done with the creation of community learning. Learning community understands the concept of man as the figure of the learner (Learner), which puts the act of his life studying the totality of the scheme, not just in schools, universities and other educational institutions, but also within families and the general public. Mental construct of society is unwilling or lazy to learn to study hard or mentally as a human learner, not just by relying on internal change of their individual. Organizing the learning environment to be conducive to the establishment is a necessity that the learning environment. Learning environment that is expected to manifest both in the schools, families and communities. And through the creation of Islamic Learning Community is expected that the process of internalization of Islamic values ​​in society through the container and the behavior of religious activities in the community.

Abstract

Advanced level of a private boarding school is very dependent on their kyai (religious scholars), especially by the expertise and the depth of religious knowledge, authority and charisma of religious scholars as well as skill in managing the boarding (pesantren). The Leadership of Kyai In Enhancing The Quality Of Education In Boarding School in this study divided the two include: (1) The Leadership of Kyai in the boarding school that is as "agent of change" in the community who was instrumental in a process of social change, (2) The Leadership of Kyai in learning that is as planner , implementers and evaluators of all activities conducted at the seminary.

Abstract

Islamic religious education is a conscious and deliberate effort in preparing learners to recognize, understand, to live up to believe in the teachings of Islam coupled with guidance to respect other faiths in conjunction with the harmony between religious believers to manifest the unity and the unity of the nation. Scaffolding is a technique to alter the level of support. During the teaching session, someone more expert (teacher, or students who are better able to) adjust the amount of guidance to the level of student performance that has been achieved. In this study the research methods used type class action (action research) with the object of research is a class X student of SMAN 1 Malang. For random sampling technique used by the sample of 35 students. After the data is collected, then the processing performed using SPSS version 16. The results showed that the use scaffolding method can improve the achievement and student understanding. In the first cycle the average value of class X subjects PAI II 71 and the cycle increased to 77 with a significance level of 0000 and the third cycle of student scores to 83.

Abstract

Discipline is a condition that is created through a training process developed into a series of behaviors in which there are elements of obedience, obedience, loyalty, order and it was all done as a responsibility that aims to introspective. Discipline can be influenced by two factors yatu, internal factors (innate factors, awareness, interest, motivation and mindset) and external factors (example, advice, training, environment, and group).While efforts can be done to foster habituation or discipline to do exercise, give an example, provide insight, and control. Thus the discipline that is formed will be a character on students.
