Abstract

this study uses a descriptive qualitative research methods and quantitative methods. From the analysis said that there are still some pedagogical aspects need to be considered to be improved include: 1). Utilizing information and communications technology for the sake of learning held that earn points below the overall average that is equal to 3.71, 2). Facilitate the development of potential learners to actualize the potential of a variety of gain points below the overall average that is equal to 4.22, and 3). Reflective action to improve the quality of learning with an average of 4.14. While the professional competence of the average obtained by the calculation of the lack of data on aspects such as: 1). Develop professionalism in a sustainable manner by performing reflective acts with an average 4.04, and 2). Utilizing information and communication technologies to develop themselves obtained an average 3.64

Abstract

Some of the problems and conflicts that arise in social life due to the lack of strong character. Students and school leavers often face problems in life, which caused less strong character. Communities are now beginning to question the education system which assessed student has not managed to strengthen character. On the other side of the school is also facing difficulties in implementing character education. This study is an idea that is expected to provide solutions to the implementation of character education through science learning. This study does not propose character education as a stand-alone subject tetapui character education messages through methods of science learning with hands-on and minds-on is considered strongly supports strengthening the character of students. Learning science students have the right to direct the characters curiosity, to think logically, critically and creatively innovative, honest, healthy living, self-confidence, respect for diversity, discipline, self-reliant, responsible, caring environment and love of science.

Abstract

This research was designed and analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The data analyzed by comparative analysis. Based on the research can be concluded that implementation MBS of SMPN 1 Madiun by severals steps, there are: determine of the work program, socialization, increasing the partnerships or relation, applying the of good governance principles, improving the capacity, authority distribution and responbility, participation community, openness and accountability, cooperation, oriented to the graduates and the availability of infrastructure.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative descriptive. The collection of data obtained by interview, observation and documentation was held in Pebruary, 2012 in SMPN 1 Nglames Madiun.The result showed that : 1) curriculum development programs in the areas of character study of learning in social studies IPS as a guide in providing socio-cultural, knowledge to the community was aware of character and dignity of life, the purpose of the program curriculum in social studies teaching character is to be able to organize educational activities in accordance with the characteristics of scholl. 2) form of curriculum development in field of learning the characters in the IPS study syllabus and lesson plane aremaking through the character through content standards and basic competence. 3) succesfull development of curriculum in the areas of character study of learning IPS yet there apperas anotable change in the students in their daily lives. 4) internal and external factors that support the succesful development of the curriculum in the areas character study of learning IPS is the principal must be able to carry out all activities according to their main objectives and content of external factor that support curriculum development KTSP in the field of study IPS is the involvement of school or departement of education public awareness of the environment.

Abstract

The trend of thinking about education suggests that, educational paradigm based on standards were discussed more and more, acknowledged and appreciated. This trend started from the realization that education need a reference of quality for each of the organizers and the educational unit which is called the National Education Standards (SNP). Indicator of education quality obtained through the filled based on eight ational Education Standards (SNP). Management of facilities and infrastructure were declare based on policy from Permendiknas No.19 in 2007. Based on the previous research has found many gaps related with this context. However, there was no studies have evaluated the mechanism of facilities and infrastructure as a whole and systematically according to grant theory. These mechanisms include the supply, distribution, use and maintenance, inventory, and elimination of school facilities and infrastructure (Bafadal, 2008:7). The purpose of this paper: (1) to describe the implementation of procurement policy and the distribution of school facilities and infrastructure in SMP Negeri 2 Batu, (2) to describe the use of policy implementation and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure in SMP Negeri 2 Batu, and (3) to describe the implementation of policies inventory and the elimination of school facilities and infrastructure in SMP Negeri 2 Batu.

Abstract

Types of research used in this study is research and development. From the analysis of the first round Delphi technique contained 22 items about which a consensus has been reached, while the remaining seven have not reached a consensus about the items that need to be continued into the second round. In the second round, seven items had reached a consensus about it. From the analysis of the third round of the Delphi technique, all items are a matter has reached a consensus. KKM define the next steps in a way to calculate the average value of each item is a matter of opinion of teachers who have reached a consensus in the third round. In this study the results obtained by determination of the KKM Subject Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Class X Semeser Even by 82.

Abstract

The purposes of this research 1). to explain the integration of character education in developing of silabus, RPP, extracurriculer activities, 2) to explain the obstacle on the integration. (3) to explain the efforts to overcome the obstacle in the integration of character education of sets of Catholic learning in Sint Bonaventura Senior High School. Data are collected by interview, observation and documentation. The validity of datas use the analyzes of data use tehnique with interactive model that consist of component of collecting data, presentation of data and make conclusion. The results of the research point out 1) in integrating of character education in catholic education silabus suitable with the law of indonesian republic no. 20 in 2003 on article 3. character building as well is one of the principal esenci especially in religion and religion education as the only one of perfect media to make the civilized. 2) The integration of caracter education in sets of learning has with the obility of students in catolic education. Character in education the integration of character education can be habitualized and exsampled in formal and informal situation based on the ability of children without neglecting the exist norm.

Abstract

This research focus in implementation policy on Special Supervising Teachers duties based on grant policy Permendiknas No. 70 in 2009 junto Pergub Jatim No. 6 in 2011 pasal 10 ayat 1. This research aims: 1) described the duties of special supervising teachers in the process of identification, assessment service in arranging program of instruction individually on inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu ; 2 ) described implementation duty Special Supervising Teachers on designing and delivering program specificity on on nclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu; and 3) described implementation duty Special Supervising Teachers in modifying teaching on inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu. This research use qualitative approach in the form of research policy. Determination respondent used technique purposive sampling. To collect the data used in-depth interview to: 1) the principal of inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu, 2) special supervising teachers of inclusive education in public elementary school junrejo Batu; 3) shadow teacher of inclusive education in public elementary school Junrejo Batu.

Abstract

This aims to describe the analysis of policy implementation of character education in SD Taman Siswa, Turen which includes 1) understanding and describing the implementation of Character Education Policy in SD Taman Siswa, Turen, 2) understanding the constraints of the implementation of character education in SD Taman Siswa, Turen 3) finding out the school’s strategies to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of education character in SD Taman Siswa. The study was conducted over three months using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and review documents related to this research.. Techniques of data analysis by the presentation of data, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The data analysis begins by describing the findings during the study, then discussed objectively supported by theoretical studies. The conclusion of this study is the policy implementation of education character in SD Taman SiswaTuren run well although there are some constraints. The obstacles are including a lack of professionalism and spirit "Among" of the teachers, the negative effects of globalization to the students, and lack of role of parents and society in the policy implementation of character education. And to overcome these obstacles, do the strategies implemented by 1) increasing the professionalism and spirit "Among" the teacher, 2) implementing the methods of character education with the "ngerti, ngrasa, nglakoni", 3) strengthening the role of parents and communities by increasing the role of school committee.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1). models describe the implementation of school policies on student discipline infraction points 2). describing the constraints in the implementation of school policies on student discipline infraction points, 3). describing the efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing school policies on student discipline infraction points. 4). describe the impact of school policies on student discipline violations points in SMP 4 Mejayan. Researchers observed an existing policy using observations, interviews and document research. The results showed: 1). student discipline violation points is to use a points system violation, 2). Constraints in the implementation of student discipline include non-physical barriers and physical barriers to the school environment, 3). Efforts to overcome barriers to the implementation of the order of students is done by principals conduct coaching teachers, staff, and all the elements that exist in the school, 4). the impact of school policies is the number of offenses committed students dropped dramatically, the behavior of the students have started to show the existence of such character behavior, discipline, respect for legal norms in force, responsible, healthy lifestyle
