Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. Human resources play an important role in every company, because of that the company must be able to improve performance in the company by providing compensation in accordance with its achievements. This research is a quantitative approach because this research is presented with numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. In this study, the population studied was 60 employees. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis concluded that compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t-test).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of job characteristics, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. The potential of existing human resources in the company must be utilized as well as possible, so as to be able to provide optimal output. An organization will run smoothly if all services provided by individuals to the organization get balanced attention and rewards. The general research objective is to examine and determine the effect of job characteristics, career development, and compensation on employee loyalty. The method used in this research is the quantitative descriptive method, using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. The results obtained from the study that simultaneously the ability of the variable Job Characteristics, Career Development and Compensation in explaining the magnitude of the influence on the variable Employee Loyalty is 14%, the rest is explained by other variables outside this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation on employee performance. With the problem of compensation for the performance of employees at the Warunk Bendito Manado company. The sample taken was 34 people from a total of 34 employees in the company. In this study used a type of quantitative research. Technique data collection uses questionnaires to respondents, making observations and interviews. The technique used in data analysis is to use simple regression statistics with SPSS version 22.00 to test the significance of the relationship between variables and to measure the magnitude of the effect that occurs on compensation variables and employee performance variables. From the results of t test and correlation, it can be seen that the results of tvalue < ttable have a negative influence. The results of the R square correlation value have a weak correlation. Based on the results of calculations from the study it can be seen that the compensation variable has a negative effect on employee performance variables.

Abstract

fenomena umum menunjukkan bahwa para kepala desa umumnya tidak mempunyai kompotensi atau kemampuan yang memadai untuk dapat menggerakkan atau meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat desa yang dipimpinnya dalam pembangunan desa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis kompetensi kepala desa dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan didesa Ritey Kecamatan Amurang Timur. Penelitian ini dirancang sebagai suatu jenis penelitian deskriptif . Pengambilan informan/responden dalam penelitian  ini menggunakan teknik puposive sampling atau pengambilan sampel bertujuan. demikian jumlah seluruh informan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 48 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kompetensi kepala desa Ritey untuk meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pembangunan desa pada umumnya dapat dikatakan cukup tinggi. Abstract

Implementation tasks for the village government is still faced with several problems and obstacles such as low quality of human resources the village government officials, low morale and discipline of government officials working village that caused partly by low welfare and incentives received, inadequate infrastucture facilities of work, and etc. all of which ultimately impact the performance of duties is not maximal effectiveness of village government. The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of implementation of tasks in the construction of village government in the district of West Modayag Bolaang Mongondow East. This study uses qualitative methods. Data sources (informants) study with purposive sampling technique was taken from a variety of elements related to governance and development in all villages in the district of West Modayag, is elements of the village goverment, the element of BPD, and elements of social institutions. The number of informants all 15 people (taken 3 people per village). Data / Informan collected through interview techniques and observation techniques are equipped with a main instrument is the researches themselves. The collected data were analyzed with a qualitative analysis technique that is interactive analysis model, then the results of the analysis presented in narrative form. The results showed : (1) The duty of the government in the development of the village seen from the task of coordinating and facilitating the planning and implementation of participatory rural development in all villages of West Modayag district was not maximal but effective enough. (2) The duty of the government in the development of the village seen from the task of mobilizing and developing community participation in rural development has not yet been sufficiently effective maximum. Based on the results of these studies concluded that the effectiveness of implementation of tasks in the village government development in the villages in the district of West Modayag not maximized but it can already be said to be quite effective. Abstract

Penyalahgunaan wewenang atau jabatan, penyimpangan-penyimpangan dalam pelaksanaan tugas, disiplin kerja yang kurang seperti nampak pada ketidaktaatan pada jam kerja. penelitiaan ini berusaha untuk menjawab Sejauh mana terdapat hubungan antara pembinaan moral kerja dengan peningkatan kinerja aparat birokrasi di Kantor Birokrasi Halmahera Tengah. Tujuan penelitian Untuk mengetahui tingkat pembinaan moral kerja yang dilakukan kepada aparat birokrasi, khususnya di Kantor Bupati Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Digunakan teknis analisis data dengan menggunakan bantuan rumus-rumus statistik sederhana. Penelitiaan ini dilaksanakan pada kantor Bupati Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah Propinsi Maluku Utara, khususnya di sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten tersebut. Populasi atau subyek penelitian adalah seluruh aparat birokrasi (pegawai negeri sipil) di lingkungan Sekwilda Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, yang berjumlah 190 orang (termasuk Bupati, Sekda, dan para Asisten). jumlah sampel responden untuk penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 95 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian memberi petunjuk bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pembinaan moral kerja dengan peningkatan kinerja aparat birokrasi, pembinaan moral kerja dengan peningkatan kinerja pegawai mempunyai hubungan yang sangat signifikan atau sangat berarti/nyata pada taraf uji 1% (a : 0,01) atau taraf kepercayaan 99 % Kata Kunci : Pembinaan Moral, Kinerja, Birokrasi

Abstract

Kondisi ekonomi nelayan yang rendah atau miskin merupakan salah satu alasan utama yang mendorong para istri rumah tangga nelayan untuk bekerja dalam keluarga miskin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemberdayaan Ibu Rumah Tangga Nelayan dan kontribusinya Terhadap perbaikan kondisi ekonomi Keluarga Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data analisis korelasi sederhana (korelasi product moment)dan regresi linier sederhana. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karakteristik yang terkait dengan pemberdayaan perempuan /Ibu rumah tangga nelayan dan perbaikan kondisi ekonomi keluarga di kecamatan Beo Selatan Kabupaten Kepuluan Talaud. Anggota populasi meliputi semua perempuan/ibu rumah tangga yang suaminya bekerja sebagai nelayan tangkap (nelayan kecil). Berdasarkan data statistic Kecamatan Beo Selatan berjumlah 78 orang. Besarnya pengaruh/kontribusi tersebut dapt di amati dari hasil perhitungan determinasi, dimana koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,984 yang dapat diinteprestasikan bahwa besarnya kontribusi faktor pendidikan dan ketrampilan terhadap kondisi ekonomi kelaurga sebesar 89,4%. Besarnya pengaruh/kontribusi tersebut dapat diamati dari hasil perhitungn determinasi, dimana koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 0,886 yang dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa besarnya kontribusi faktor bantuan modal usaha terhadap kondisi ekonomi keluarga sebesar 88,6%. Abstract

Tidak semua masyarakat tahu bahwa pemerintah memiliki landasan mengenai prinsip good governance yakni akuntabilitas dan transparansi tersebut. ternyata ini diharapkan bukan hanya sekedar goresan tinta diatas kertas saja, tapi implementasi dari apa yang dibuat pemerintah kiranya dapat dirasakan, karena seperti yang dikutip diatas bahwa akuntabilitas dan transparansi belum dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh oleh pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian untuk menjelaskan pengaruh good governance terhadap mengimplementasikan kebijakan tata kota di kota Manado. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai suatu riset deskriptif yang bersifat eksploratif dengan adanya pendekatan observasi secara langsung yakni pengamatan secara langsung  di tempat penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para aparatur pemerintah di Dinas Tata Kota berjumlah 63 orang dan untuk menghndari adanya subjektifitas terhadap variable dalam penelitian ini, maka peneliti melibatkan konsumen dalam hal ini masyarakat sebanyak 12 orang sehingga jumlah seluruhnya menjadi 75 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis statistic deskriptif dan Analisis statistic inferensial. Hasil peneltian besarnya pengaruh good governace terhadap implementasi kebijakan menggunakan nilai koefisien determinasi. Hasil perhitungan persamaan regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan Y= 23.036 + 0.377X. persamaan tersebut dapat dijelaskan bahwa nilai konstanta Y sebesar 23.036, artinya jika tidak menggunakan atau menerapkan good governance dapat dijelaskan bahwa penerapan good governance dinaikkan sebesar satu satuan atau 100%, maka akan terjadi peningkatan keberhasilan implementasi kebijakan sebesar nilai koefisien regresi yaitu 0.377 atau 37,7%.   Kata Kunci : Good Governance, Implementasi Kebijakan

Abstract

ISO 9000 certified construction service companies in North Sulawesi need to develop work performance related competence model that can be used as a standard to develop human resources. In the more competitive business environment, a company is demanded to empower and optimize all proprietary resource, including human resources. Dealing with human resources with different characters, attitudes, and ability and to make them able to work cooperatively is indeed a challenge. Human resources who have knowledge and expertise are needed in an organization, and this will in return require organizational commitment. (Ulrich, 1998). An employee’s competence is valued based on his/her expertise and manifested in the form of salary. This of course relies on the individual’s capability  (person based pay) and non  characteristic work (job based pay) Long (1998). The aims of this research are: 1). to analyze and explain the  significant influence of human resource variable on compensation. 2). to analyze and explain the significant influence of human resource competence variable on employee’s performance.3). to analyze and explain the significant influence of  compensation variable on employee’s performance. This research samples  211 field employees. The data is sampled using propotional random sampling. Questioner is the main instrument to collect data, as well as to obtain secondary data of the related company. SEM (Structural Equation Model) is used to calculate and test research result data. Research result shows that: 1). Significant and positive influence between human resource competence toward compensation is strongly seen. 2). Significant and positive between human resource competence and employee’s performance is strongly seen. 3). Significant and positive influence between compensation toward employee’s performance.
