Abstract

This study aims to explain the role of brand love in mediating the brand image of WOM (word of mouth). The sample size of 90 people taken using non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling. Data were collected using survey and questionnaire methods. The analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of SPSS 22. The results show that brand love is not able to mediate the influence of brand image on WOM. H & M should be able to maintain the brand image by making update in the design of clothing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of the effect of partial variable companies growth, profitability and firm size companies on the capital structure of Manufacturing companies (food and beverages sub sector) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the sampling was done by purposive samoling method, with a total sample 12 companies. To solve the problem in this study used multiple linear regression analysis technique using the help of SPSS versi 22.0. In partial results of the study (t test) with significance level 5% program indicating that the company growth has no significant effect on the capital structure, profitability has a significant affect on capital structure and firm size has no significant effect on capital structure in manufacturing companies (food and beverage sub sector) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on employee performance and through mediating organizational commitment in the aromatherapy incense product unit in the Graha Kaori Group in Gianyar. The population in this study all employees in Graha Kaori Group were 33 people, the method of determining the sample using a saturated sample. Data is taken by observation, interview, literature study and questionnaire. Data analysis using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the transformational leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, the organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with organizational commitment to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership style and employee performance. Limitations of this study only carried out in small populations for further research can be done in larger populations and with the addition of other variables that affect employee performance.

Abstract

Repurchase intention is a post-purchase action caused by the satisfaction received by the customer for the product consumed previously. If the product meets customer expectations, the customer will buy or reuse the product. The better the quality of service, the customer will be satisfied, but the quality of service for customers is expected, the customer will be dissatisfied and reluctant to reuse the service.The sample in this study was 157 customers of Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 who have used services at this workshop. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire method which was then processed using AMOS 16 software with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique.The analysis shows that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction influences the significance of successful repurchase intention, and the quality of service has a significant importance on repurchase intention. Managerial implications that can be applied Honda Workshop, PT. Asaparis (Kita Motor) AHASS 0718 always guarantees and improves the quality of its services, in order to retain its customers, and encourage supporters who continue to improve to face competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on the company's financial performance and the influuence of firm size as a moderating variable between intellectual capital and the financial performance of the consumption sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique with a total of 120 companies. The results of the analysis based on statistical tests that intellectual capital has a positive effect on the company's financial performance and firm size succeeded in moderating the relationship of intellectual capital with the financial performance of the consumption sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

Advertisement controlling is an effort to make sure that the establishment of the advertisement in the field in accordance with permission granted and to find any irregularities like unlicensed advertisement, the specification and location of advertisment are not suitable by licensed permitted, advertisement held on pedestrian, for doing the corrective action of those things. The facts show that the unlicensed advertisement could be find on all around street in Surabaya. These irregularities are seen by data of advertisement sweeping Satpol PP Surabaya. In 2012, there are 13.482 advertisements swept by Satpol PP Surabaya. This amount raises in 2013, there are 16.925 advertisement and 19.989 in 2014. These fact indicates there are problems of permission advertisements control in Surabaya. This study aims to describe how effective control of advertisement permission in Surabaya. Surabaya chosen as the locus in this study because of Surabaya is a big city as central economic activities in East Java that has more than twenty thousand points billboards and other advertisement along the roads and the general area in Surabaya. This research was conducted by using the method of descriptive qualitative. This research used purposive and snowball techniques informants. Data were obtained from interviews and analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation and conclusion throughout the data collection process. The results of this study indicate that the controlling of advertisement have not effective yet. These caused by less of human resources of Satpol PP Surabaya, minimum operational tools by quantity and quality, and less intensity of controlling.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: To determine the effect of job satisfaction on Turnover Intention in The Seminyak Village Seminyak Bali Kuta, To determine the effect of organizational commitment to Turnover Intention on The Seminyak Village Seminyak Bali Kuta. In thisstudy the census method is used by giving a questionnaire to the entire population of 42 people. The analysis used includes validity test,reliability test and classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation, determination, F test and T test. Based on research and statistical analysis presented in the previous chapter, and in accordance with the research objectives, it can be concluded that employee job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intentions at The Dusun Villa Seminyak Kuta Bali, while organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention employee at The Dusun Villa SeminyakKutaBali.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Cheese Worksin Gianyar with a sample of 41 people. Based on the regression analysis shows the positive influence of the job satisfaction independent variable (X1) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y) and the positive influence of the organizational commitment independent variable (X2) on the employee performance dependent variable (Y). From the multiple correlation analysis obtained R value of 0.941 which lies between 0.80-1,000, which means the relationship between job satisfaction, and organizational commitment to employee performance is very strong. From the determination results obtained adjusted R square determination coefficient of 87.9%, which means the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment to employee performance by 87.9%. From the results of the t test for job satisfaction variables obtained tcount 3,501 with a significance level of 0.001, this means that statistically job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the first hypothesis can be accepted. For work organization commitment variable obtained tcount 4.663 with a significance level of 0.000 this means thatstatistically organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, so that the second hypothesis can be accepted.

Abstract

Performance isthe overall level ofsuccess of a person in a certain period where carrying out the task compared with various possibilities such as work standards, targets, targets or criteria which have been determined in advance and agreed upon together. This can be achieved if the company always pays attention to safety factors and occupational health because this will be able to improve employee performance. Occupational safety and occupational health is a program created by the government that must be obeyed and implemented by employers capable of workersin an effort to prevent accidents due to work and occupational diseases by recognizing things that have the potential to cause accidents and occupational diseases as well as anticipatory actionsin the event of an accident and occupational illness. On the other hand, organizational commitment is a sikao thatreflectssincewhere an individual knows and is bound to his organization. The aim of this study; 1) knowing the effect of work safety on employee performance, 2) knowing the effect of occupational health on employee performance, 3) knowing the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, 4) knowing the effect of safety, occupational health and organizational commitment simultaneously on employee performance on CV Yamaha Waja Hayam Wuruk motorcycle. Abstract

Job satisfaction is an evaluation that describes someone for feeling happy, or not happy, satisfied or dissatisfied at work. Therefore, to get employee job satisfaction, themanagement of the company must pay attention to factors that affect employee job satisfaction. This study aims to find out the communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment influencing employee job satisfaction. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The data used is primary data with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The study population was all employees with a sample of 32 respondents. The results of this study indicate a positive influence of communication, organizational culture, and physical work environment on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the t test, the communication has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, the variable of organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction and the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the communication variables, organizational culture and physical work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction.
