Abstract

The purpose of this research activity is to measure and determine whether or not there is influence between motivation to study MS Power Point and Blog programs on teacher skills in making presentation slides and Blogs by using MS Power Point and Blog programs in information-based teacher teaching materials preparation training programs and technology at 139 Jakarta Public Middle School. The target to be achieved specifically in this research activity is the output of research carried out can be used as an indicator of decisions and policies for the Head of Jakarta SMP Negeri 139 in an effort to improve the competence of teachers in the schools they lead. The type of research carried out is quantitative descriptive using a statistical approach from the primary data obtained. The method used in the research activities at 139 Jakarta Public Middle School is through a survey using a questionnaire and literature review as a support in this study. The results showed that there was a very low influence between teacher learning motivation and the teacher's ability to make teaching materials as evidenced by the calculation of the correlation coefficient of 0.043 or 4.3% which could be interpreted as teachers' awareness to learn and master teaching skills using learning media Information and Technology based is very low.

Abstract

The city of Pekanbaru has a population of 1,091,088 with a minimum wage of only Rp 2,557,486. This study aims to determine the effect of population and city minimum wages on the level of open unemployment in Pekanbaru in 2010- 2017. This research is a quantitative research, with data obtained from secondary data, namely from BPS Kota Pekanbaru in 2010-2017. Data analysis with multiple regression. The results of the study show that: 1) The population has a negative and significant effect on the level of open unemployment in Pekanbaru City 2010-2017. 2) the city minimum wage does not significantly influence the unemployment rate in Pekanbaru City 2010-2017. 3) the magnitude of the influence of the total population and the city of Pekanbaru's minimum wage on the unemployment rate of 50.2 percent.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of compensation, work environment and reward for high performance against the performance of employees at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. Analysis of data used is the analysis of the regression of the linear risks. The sample of this study as many as 55 of the respondents who is a permanent employee at PT. Asuransi Asei Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. Variables are used is compensation, work environment and reward for high performance. The results showed that these three variables tested simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employee at PT. Asuransi ASEI Indonesia Unit Syariah cabang Pekanbaru. In partial compensation significantly influences, while the work environment and reward for high performance does not affect the significant. Variables are compensation, work environment and reward for high performance of influential 79% of employee performance, while the rest of the 21% affected by variables not included in research.

Abstract

Development of motorcycle industry in Indonesian was represent by four producer? from Japan, such Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, and Kawasaki. Each brand was known by society, but how would people perceived it. How celebrity endorsements affect consumer purchase decisions is studied extensively by marketing and social psychology researchers. This research will measure endorser credibility of one of motorcycle brand. This research also conducts to discuss the impact of endorser credibility on attitude toward to ad and also the impact of attitude toward to ad and brand attitude on consumers? purchase intention. Researcher used path analysis with the AMOS program to calculate the effect of each variable to consumers? purchase intention. It?s suggested that brand attitude would greater impact on consumers? purchase intention compare to rather than attitude toward to ad. A model will be developed to describe these relationships.

Abstract

The rapid development of the banking industry with the increasing complexity of bank business activities and increasing credit exposure, will accelerate rapidly. The bank collects funds from additional funds and distributes funds in the form of loans or funds to the people in need, both for working capital and consumption investments. Increasingly tight competition also occurs between banks with each other. Among them by issuing or launching financial services products with various types and interest rates. This research is a qualitative research by following a study conducted over a period of 1 year, describing the risk management process carried out by one of the branches of Bank Mandiri in Mampang Prapatan Jakarta, a method of data collection conducted through observation, interviews, and comparative studies of respondents who comprise from 4 people who included employees from Micro Banking Managers, Micro Credit Analysts, Micro Credit Sales, and sub-branch managers. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the research that show the risks involved in the Micro Bank Mandiri Branch Mampang Prapatan have implemented risk management in accordance with BI regulations No.11 / 25 / PBI / 2009 and regulations made by the Directors of PT. Bank Mandiri, called the KPKD or Credit Policy. However, the application of risk management has not been carried out maximally.

Abstract

Fulfill all needs or desires in the employee, it will create a feeling of satisfaction, and employees with high levels of satisfaction will experience an increase in performance. Based on this matter, this study aims, (1) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance, (2) To determine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, (3) To determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (4) To determine the effect work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data collection technique of this study was a questionnaire and documentation. The population of this study was employees of PT. PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), eastern Lampung region with a total of 96 people. While the data analysis uses regression analysis and phat path. The results of this study are, (1) Motivating Work Influence on Employee Performance, (2) Motivating Influential Work Against Job Satisfaction, (3) Influential Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance, (4) Job Satisfaction Role as Intervening Variables Between Work Motivation and Performance Employees (5) Work motivation influences employee performance directly, but work motivation will have greater influence on employee performance if first through or added to job satisfaction. These Research Results Can Become Input For PT. Federal International Finance (FIF), as material for consideration to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Every company should try to develop the quality of human resources as the basic foundation for running the company's processes. In fact, only companies that pay attention to the quality of human resources can continue to survive business competition. The quality of human resources in the company is monitored through its behavior and job performance. One way to control employee behavior is through disciplinary programs. Besides that, it is also necessary to create a conducive working environment through good working communication among members of the organization. This study aims to analyze and discuss the effects of discipline and communication on job performance. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling method with total sampling technique. The population in this study is the community, with a total sample of 93 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 24.0 for Windows software. The results of the study show that discipline and communication have a significant positive effect on job performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the WPOP Business compliance before and after the tax amnesty was implemented at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran. The data analysis technique in this study uses the 2016 - 2017 SPT tax compliance ratio. Statistical tests using the Paried Sample t-Test. The results showed that the number of WPOP business compliance ratios on time after the enactment of the tax amnesty increased by 4.64%, in 2016 amounting to 9.12% and in 2017 amounting to 13.76%. The number of Business WPOPs that report annual SPT not on time after the enactment of the tax amnesty has decreased from 577 to 164. The results of the WPOP Business Compliance ratio not on time after the enactment of the tax amnesty dropped from 2016 by 6.97% to only 1.91% in in 2017. However, the number of Business WPOPs that did not report Annual Tax Returns after the enactment of the tax amnesty increased from 2016 to 6,922 to 7,238 in 2017. The ratio of taxpayer compliance that does not submit Annual Tax Returns increases 0.43%.The statistical results using a different paired test can be concluded that there is no difference in compliance of the WPOP Entrepreneurs before and after the enactment of the Tax Amnesty at the Pancoran Primary Tax Office. It means that the Directorate General of Taxes has not succeeded in increasing the compliance of the Business WPOP through the Tax Amnesty policy regulations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the profitability of domestic chicken business in Jember Regency, to find out the factors that influence the profitability of chicken farming in Jember Regency, determine the development strategy domestic chicken in Jember Regency. This researche used survey method. The research was conducted in 3 (three) Subdistricts namely Bangsalsari, Umbulsari, and Gumukmas Subdistricts, in Jember Regency. The data used in this researche include primary data and secondary data. The data is done qualitatively and quantitatively. The analysis used is profit analysis, multiple regression analysis and SWOT analysis. This researche concludes that (1) Wild Chicken Jowo Super (Joper) Business in Jember Regency is profitable with an average revenue gain of Rp. 9,749,038 per production process, and the total production costs are Rp. 9,082,346 per production process. The average business profit rate of Buras Joper Chicken in Kabupaten Jember is IDR 666,693 / production process / 404 heads. (2) Business Benefits of Burst Joper Chicken are influenced by 5 independent variables namely price (X1), production (X2), cost of production facilities (X3), labor costs (X4), and other costs (X5) with a positive relationship and significant at the real level of five percent. This is indicated by the results of the calculated F test greater than F table at the real level of 99%. Simultaneously the factors have a significant effect on profits including price, production, production facilities, labor costs and other costs. But partially significant factors include the price of output and production, while the ones that are not significant include the costs of means of production, labor costs, and other costs. (3) Based on the results of the SWOT Analysis, the Buras Chicken Business in Jember Regency is in position / quadrant I (Growth / Aggressive / progressive). This position signifies a strong and potential business, meaning that the business is carried out in prime condition. So that it is truly possible to continue to expand, increase growth and achieve maximum progress.
