Abstract

Experiment of the influence  of quality service on customers satisfaction and loyalty in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember is intended to (1) test qualityinfluence services to the customers satisfaction. (2) test quality influence services to customers loyalty. (3) test the  influence of customers satisfacion to their loyailty. The Population in this study is all customers in a pay TV Indovision branch of Jember, meanwhile the target of this study is  exhaustive and active users of Indovisions service. Determination of sample size of 140 consumers ,conducted by Accidental Sampling. The method of analysis used in this study is structural equation. And results of analysis showed that quality services significantly ascendant to customers satisfaction, the quality services significantly ascendant to customers loyalty and signifantly ascendant satisfaction to loyalty of the customers. The influence of quality services to customers loyalty  have the most dominant factors  compared with the influence of quality services towards the customers satisfaction and satisfaction of influence of customers loyalty.

Abstract

Prevered fish produced is one of much popular processing product has the market demand/ consumer’s receipment. This study aimed to evaluate Prevered Fish production from value added, cost efficiency and business development strategy perspectives- SWOT analysis. The analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, value added, benefit cost ratio and SWOT analysis. The results show that prevered fish are positive value to value added from processing, the results of benefit cost ratio more than one value and SWOT evaluation has position on opportunity – weakness. The business development strategy of prevered fish must be improved on the internal management business.

Abstract

The research aim to know that :(1)Why the women choose to work in tobaccostorage?(2)Are there influences the women worker in tobacco storage up to incomefamily?(3)Are there influences the women worker in tobacco storage to role domestichousehold?Research methode used was spread questioner to 6 storage tobacco in Jember. Every tobacco storage average 200-250 worker, that the big paft is women worker ,the methode put 1 0% responden to every tobacco storage also interview to responden. Resu/f this research that:(1)The women worker choosed to move from her village go to work to area tobacco industry, it because want to increase her income family, theyasumstion work in tobacco storage the have to get more money.(2)The women worker to have increase lncome for her family.(3)And The women worker in tobacca storage decrease role in her household.

Abstract

Soybean is one of the important food commodity’s after rice which has a strategic position in the overall national food policy because its role is critical in Indonesia food menu resident. Needs of the community and soybean processing industry tend to increased from year to year has not been matched by theavailability of sufficient soy because soy production in the domestic remains low. The constraints of national soybean production increased many faces, one of which is the low productivity of soybean. The low productivity because most farmers do not use quality seed varieties and crop management techniques arestill not optimal. One of the main program the Ministry of Agriculture relating to technological innovation as an effort to increase production of food cropsincluding soybeans is PTT (Integrated Crop Management) approach and is done through SLPTT (Integrated Crop Management Field School). However, theimplementation is still faced many obstacles, mainly in terms of farming techniques that lead to the production and productivity of soybean at the farm level is relatively low so the income of farmers is also low. The objective of this study was to analyze how far the Integrated Crop Management Field School (SLPTT) Program can increase farmers income. The farmer population under study is divided into two, namely the participant farmers of SLPTT Program and farmers are not participants of SLPTT Program. By using the Unit Output Price Cobb-Douglas’s profit function obtained conclusion that SLPTT Program can increase farmers income. The factors that affect negatively and significantly to the income are the price of seed,the price of fertilizer, the prices of pesticides and the wage of labor, while the factor that affect positively and significantly to the income is land size. Soybean farm of SLPTT farmers are more efficient economically than non SLPTT soybean farmers.

Abstract

To increase the productivity of human resources in an organization, aspectsof job satisfaction and performance has always been a very important discussion,because both are two important aspects in achieving organizational goals. This studyaims to determine whether there is influence of leadership style and work motivationon teacher performance SMK Negeri 5 Jember through job satisfaction. Thepopulation in this study are all teachers PNS SMK Negeri 5 Jember totaling 99people. Sampling using census method so that the sample in this study amounted to99 people. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The test results of path analysisshowed that: In the first track, style of leadership and motivation have a significanteffect on performance. On the second track, motivation significant effect onperformance while the two other variables namely; leadership style and jobsatisfaction did not significantly affect the performance of teachers SMK Negeri 5Jember. The results of this analysis also states that the style of leadership, motivationand job satisfaction influence simultaneously on teacher performance. Workmotivation is a variable that has a dominant influence on the performance ofteachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variable confidence , work culture and leadership on motivation and performance lecturer at the Muhammadiyah University in East Java .The variables used in this study are exogenous variables , endogenous variables and intervening variables . Exogenous variables include variable self-confidence , work culture and leadership . Faculty performance is an endogenous variable, while motivation is the intermediate variables . This study used path analysis with SPSS 18 software . The population of this study were all university lecturers Muhammadiyah in East Java . The sampling method used proportional random sampling . The findings of this study states that the variable self-confidence , work culture and leadership influence on work motivation . Self-confidence , work culture and motivation affect the performance of the lecturer . Leadership does not affect the performance of the lecturer .

Abstract

Kitchen ware made from aluminum and stainless - steel mostly produced by large corporations branded fraction by micro entrepreneurs. For microentrepreneurs faced many obstacles, among others, capital, market,supply chain of raw materials, human resources and labor. Inventory is one of the problems that continue to disrupt the production and marketing process. This is because the raw material supply chain does not guarantee the availability of raw materials needed. Solving problems of IBM partners mutually agreed , mainly to address thefundamental problem: how to manage the inventory of raw materials and how to manage finances micro-enterprises. Resolving the problem required dihadai various methods such as: is the method through application assistance for the implementation of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and the method of Supply Chain Management (SCM), as well as training and mentoring management Cash Management and Accounting simple, and sharing the cost ofprocurement of production equipment in accordance the availability of funds. The end result of this activity is that the use of methods MRP and SCM method does not match the scale of the industrys only business partner households , adjustment method implementation is done by building long-term contracts with suppliers ofraw materials, raw material quality standards will be guaranteed by long-term contracts with supplier of raw materials, and there needs to be built from the Department of Trade and Industry District Jember.

Abstract

Potential and optimization strategies to salt farmer activities conducted by the characteristics of the potential of aregion. Northern waters of Java representsacondition characteristic of coastal resources whichrequire specific management. Coastal resource potential Penambangan are extremely large, but growing salt farmer activities have not been able to change the level of welfare in the coastal zona Penambangan. This study aims to:1) identify the potential diversity of economic activities of salt farmer communities in the Coastal Zone Penambangan, 2) find out some strategies and optimization of economic activity in the salt farmer communities of Coastal Zone District Penambangan Pajarakan Probolinggo and 3) examine the economicactivity from upstream to downstream coastal areas in District Pajarakan ProbolinggoThis study uses a form of qualitative research is conducted on an object and condition as it is. The data was collected by way of gathering information or data about the use of natural resources by coastal salt farmer from upstream to downstream in the coastal zone district Penambangan Pajarakan Probolinggo. These results indicate that the coastal areas of economic activity penambangan current caused by the presence of salt farmer activities as salt business activity in the system. The series is linked salt farmer linkages (backward and forward) which took place on the upstream and downstream activities that give rise tomultiplier effects of employment and income gains value. Salt value chain linkages implies that the growthof entrepreneurship can openup employment opportunities for local communities (local) that is based on the utilization of coastal marine resources (natural, human, institutional and capital). The types of businesses that are involved in fishing activities in the area include Penambangan;pre-production stages, the stages of production and post production stages.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and employee discipline. In addition, this study also used the variable job satisfaction as an intervening variable to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in Pamekasan Regional Secretariat. This study is a quantitative  and explanatory research. The sampling technique used proportionate stratified random sampling based on the position/ rank/class. Data obtained by questionnaire respondents are 125 people from 181 people of total population. The analytical method used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that significantly influence the work motivation through job satisfaction performance that is equal to 0.637. While labor discipline also significantly influence performance through job satisfaction of 0.330.
