Abstract

Abstract: The objectives of this research are: To describe Competency Improvement in Developing Syllabus Through Coaching based on Supervision for Primary School Teachers of 2 Sendangharjo Countries in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency In Semester I Year 2015/2016. Action Hypothesis: Through coaching based on competency supervision, compile a syllabus for Public Elementary School 2 teachers in Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency, in the first semester of the 2015/2016 academic year increased. This research was conducted for 3 months from 1 August to 31 October 2015 at SD Negeri 2 Sendangharjo, Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency. The subjects of this school action research were the Sendangharjo 2 Elementary School Teachers in Karangrayung District, Grobogan Regency with the number of 8 teachers. The object of this research was the competence of theteacher to compile the syllabus. Data collection techniques from this school action research are through quantitative data obtained from observations on the teacher's ability to compile a learning syllabus based on an aspect assessment on apredetermined observation sheet. From the results of the study it can be concluded that: through mentoring based on the supervision of competence in developing syllabus for 2 elementary school teachers in Sendangharjo, KarangrayungDistrict, Grobogan Regency in the first semester of the 2015/2016 academic year increased.

Abstract

Abstrac:The provision of action in the form of academic supervision by the head of this school provides an increase in teacher professional competence. This can be seen as an increase in each cycle, where every action always has a positive impact in the form of both improvements in quality, quantity and teacher performance. Interms of quality, teacher professional competence is 31.16%, after being given action I an increase of 26.26% so that it increases to 57.42% in the first cycle and an increase of 27.35 so that it increases to 84.77% in cycle II, meaning that it shows a maximum increase reaching the performance indicator. In terms of quantity, teacherprofessional competence is 25.00%, after being given action I an increase of 25.00% so that it increases to 50.00% in the first cycle, and an increase of 37.5% increases to 87.50% in cycle II, meaning that quantitatively shows a maximum increase reaching the performance indicator. Increasing the professional competence of teachers is also able to create the effectiveness of the learning process which can be seen from the increase in curriculum achievement from 37.50%, after being given the action I increased to 75.00% in the first cycle and 100% in the second cycle.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the learning outcomes of class VII B students of Cawas 2 Public Middle School. The study subjects consisted of 23 students. The instrument used to measure the activity of teachers and students in teaching and learning activities is by using measurements, while to measure learningoutcomes is by cognitive, affective and psychomotor tests. This research was carried out in two cycles. The stages in this study are classroom action research actions, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observation, and (4) reflection. The research data was analyzed using percentage techniques where in thecycle I the level of completeness of teacher activity in the implementation of new activities reached 72.72% and increased in cycle II to 100%, for data on student learning 70% and the average in cycle II to 90% this has exceeded the standard based on the minimum completeness criteria of 85%. While the learning outcomes ofstudents in the first cycle only reached 65.22% increased in the second cycle to 91.30% or have reached the level of learning mastery set by the school which is 75%. Thus it can be concluded that the training method can improve the learning outcomes of volleyball under passing students of class VII B of Cawas State Junior HighSchool 2 in Klaten.

Abstract

Abstract:This paper aims to find out the importance of cultivating honesty in shaping the character of children from an early age and knowing how to instill honesty in shaping the character of children from an early age. The results of the discussion show that planting an attitude of honesty from an early age will train the habit for the child in preparingfor his adult life later. Therefore it must be used optimally. Planting an attitude of honesty will form a trustworthy and responsible person. The most important way to instill an attitude of honesty in early childhood is to give confidence that God is all-seeing. herever children are, honesty must always be prioritized. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of the study was to improve learning outcomes of orthodox-style bullets through the application of modified learning aid media. The subject of this study was the sixth-grade students of SD Negeri 1 Pogung, Cawas Subdistrict, Klaten Regency, totaling 16 students. This research is a Class Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of 2 meetings and each meeting takes 2 x 35 minutes. Each cycle includes planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. To measure the ability of students, at the end of each cycle an evaluation is carried out using performance tests. Observation sheets are used to determine teacher activities and student activity. Based on the results of the study, the average student learning outcomes in the initial conditions were 40%, in the first cycle was 60%, then in the second cycle, 80% was obtained. Based on the results of the study showed that the provision of Modified Learning Aid Media with orthodox style bullet material could increase student enthusiasm, student enthusiasm, and increase student learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to improve the asking activity use card sort learning strategy. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), that conducted in two cycles. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Karangasem II Laweyan Surakarta, amounting to 27 students. The techniques of collecting data are observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. The techniques of analyzing data used interactive data analysis model (Miles and Huberman). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that card sort learning strategy can improves asking activity in the fourth grade students of SD Negeri Karangasem II Laweyan Surakarta in the academic year of 2014/2015.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah meningkatkan keaktifan bertanya melalui penerapan strategi pembelajaran card sort. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Karangasem II Laweyan Surakarta yang berjumlah 27 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif (Miles dan Huberman). Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this research was to improve the social attitudes use Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR), that conducted in three cycles. The subject of this research was the fifth grade students of Ngaru-Aru 2 State Elementary School Banyudono Boyolali in the academic year of 2014/2015 amounting to 37 students. The data collecting technique were observation, interview, documentation, and questionaires. The data validity were triangulation of resources and triangulation of technique. The data analysis technique was interactive model that consist three components, they are reduction, data display, conclusion drawing or verification. The conclusion was implementation of PBL learning model could improve the achievement of social attitude responsibility, honesty and caring in tematik learning at A fifth grade students of SD N 2 Ngaru-aru Banyudono Boyolali at 2014/2015 academic year. The result of this research shows the minimum learning completeness before action is 67,57%; on the cycle I it increased to 75,68%; on the cycle II the increased continous to 83,78%, and on the cycle III the end of the cycle, it increased become 94,59%.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan sikap sosial melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam tiga siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN 2 Ngaru-Aru Banyudono Boyolali tahun ajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data adalah model analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari tiga komponen yaitu reduksi data, sajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah penggunaan model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan pencapaian sikap sosial tanggung jawab, kejujuran dan kepedulian pada pembelajaran tematik siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Ngaru-aru Banyudono Boyolali tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketuntasan kelas pada kondisi awal sebelum tindakan sebesar 67,57%, siklus I ketuntasan kelas naik menjadi 75,68%, siklus II naik lagi menjadi 83,78%, dan pada siklus III ketuntasan kelas menjadi 94,59%.Kata kunci : sikap sosial, Model Problem Based Learning (PBL)

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the influence of Jigsaw model with Two Stay Two Stray model on the results of learning Civics. The type of research used is Quasi Eksperimental.Sampel research is the students of grade V SD Negeri 1 Boloh as experimental group and students of grade V SD Negeri 4 Boloh as a control group. Data collection was done by using test instrument. Data analysis technique in this research use Test Ttest. Based on the output of the Independent Sample Test obtained sig (2-tailed) of 0.024, where 0.024 <0.05 then concluded Ha accepted and H0 rejected, meaning there are differences in experimental group learning outcomes and control groups. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan pengaruh model Jigsaw dengan model Two Stay Two Stray terhadap hasil belajar PKn. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental.Sampel penelitian yaitu siswa kelas V SD Negeri 1 Boloh sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 4 Boloh sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen soal tes. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Ttest. Berdasarkan output Independent Sample Test diperoleh sig (2-tailed) sebesar 0,024, dimana 0,024 < 0,05 maka disimpulkan Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol.Kata kunci: Jigsaw, Two Stay Two Stray,Hasil Belajar PKn

Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study is to describe the implementation of paskibra extracurricular work program in developing leadersip attitude of student class XI SMK N 2 Salatiga academic year 2017-2018. We ised qualitative mothod throung observation data collection tachniques, documentation studuens, interviews and questionnaires. This subjects is 59 students in class XI SMK N 2 Salatiga. To analyze the data, we used the analysis of observationresults, interviews, documentation studies and questionnaires. The results showed that the implementation of extracurricular work program paskibra SMK N 2 Salatiga which includes activities of morning apples, flag raising, regular training, counseling guidance, and social work successfully develop student leadership attitude. This result besed on the percentage indicator leadership attitude > 66% < 95% or an average percentage of 85.69% in the category is very good.Keywords: implementation, paskibra extracurricular, leadership attitude.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskrpsikan  implementasi program kerja ekstrakurikuler paskibra dalam mengembangkan sikap kepemimpinan siswa kelas XI SMK N 2 Salatiga tahun pembelajaran 2017-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data  observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara dan angket. Subyek penelitian ini adalah 59 siswa kelas XI sebagai anggota paskibra. Analisis data menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program kerja ekstrakurikuler paskibra yang mencakup apel pagi, pengibaran bendera, pelatihan rutin, bimbingan konseling dan bakti sosial berhasil mengembangkan sikap kepemimpinan siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari prosentase indikator sikap kepemimpinan yang dimiliki siswa anggota paskibra lebih dari 66%  93%  atau rata-rata prosentase keseluruahan  85,69% dalam katagori sangat baik.Kata kunci: Implementasi, Ekstrakurikuler Paskibra, Sikap Kepemimpinan.

Abstract

Abstract: Kasno .2017. The low competence of class V teachers in SD Negeri 1 Kebonagung UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Tegowanu Grobogan District became the main problem faced by the principal as the control holder in the school. Efforts are made to overcome these problems is by teacher assistance activities in teaching activities by applying the CTL method. The aim is to improve teacher competence especially on applying CTL learning model. The technique is done with the implementation of managerial supervision. This research was conducted in two cycles, To measure the improvement of teacher competence in the leveling done by conducting assessment activities at the end of each cycle. Data analysis is done by comparing the results on the initial conditions, the results of cycle I, the results of cycle II. The results showed that the improvement of the competence of class V teachers can be evidenced by the improvement of all aspects of teacher competence assessment. Ridings on the RPP in the initial condition only get the value of 15, in the first cycle only 17, in the second cycle increased to 26. Student observation results in learning activities in 2 cycles of implementation of learning activities showed significant improvement. Where in the initial condition only get the value of 25, in the first cycle only 40, in the second cycle increased to 72, and on the implementation of learning activities with the application of CTL approach, obtained results that in the initial conditions to get the amount of 40, increased to 50, and improved quite well to 82 in the second cycle. From the above description it can be concluded that the assistance activities conducted by the principal proved effective in improving the competence of class V teachers in teaching at SD Negeri 1 Kebonagung UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Tegowanu Grobogan District Keywords: competence, mentoring, CTL Abstrak: Kasno.2017.Rendahnya kompetensi guru kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Kebonagung UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Tegowanu Kabupaten Grobogan menjadi pokok permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh kepala sekolah sebagai pemegang kendali di sekolah.Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan kegiatan pendampingan guru dalam kegiatan mengajar dengan menerapkan metode CTL.Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru khususnya pada penerapan model pembelajaran CTL.Adapun teknik yang dilakukan adalah dengan pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, Untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengajat dilakukan dengan melakukan kegiatan penilaian pada setiap akhir siklus.Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil pada kondisi awal, hasil siklus I, hasil siklus II.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peningkatan kompetensi guru kelas V dapat dibuktikan dengan peningkatan semua aspek-aspek penilaian kompetensi guru. Penilaan terhadap RPP pada kondisi awal hanya mendapatkan nilai 15, pada siklus pertama hanya 17, pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 26. Hasil observasi siswa dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dalam 2 siklus pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran menunjukkan peningkatan yang cukup signifikan. Di mana pada kondisi awal hanya mendapatkan nilai 25, pada siklus pertama hanya 40, pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 72, dan pada aspek pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan penerapan pendekatan CTL, diperoleh hasil bahwa pada kondisi awal mendapatkan jumlah sebesar 40, mengalami peningkatan menjadi 50, dan meningkat cukup baik menjadi 82 pada siklus kedua. Dari uraian di atas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah terbukti efektif meningkatkan kompetensi guru kelas V dalam mengajar di SD Negeri1 Kebonagung UPTD Pendidikan Kecamatan Tegowanu Kabupaten Grobogan Kata Kunci :kompetensi, pendampingan, CTL
