Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) To find out the importance of work motivation on vocational teacher job satisfaction in the supervision of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (2) to find out the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of private Vocational Teachers in the supervisory area of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency, (3) to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on job satisfaction of private vocational school teachers in the supervisory region of the eastern part of Pemalang Regency. Data collection method used was a questionnaire method. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, test requirements and hypothesis testing which includes simple linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. Factors that affect teacher job satisfaction include work motivation and compensation 54.4%, the remaining 45.6% is influenced by variables outside the study. Work motivation and compensation of teachers in private vocational supervisory regions in the eastern part of Pemalang Regency are categorized while the job satisfaction of teachers in private vocational supervisory areas in the eastern part of Pemalang district is categorized high.

Abstract

The results of observations in several junior high schools in Jakarta showed that in the current global era the presence of millennial generation cultural values, a person needs a strong controller to be able to choose and sort out the values freely offered. That is necessary to strengthen social tolerance, especially for teachers in Junior High School. The activity was carried out in order to establish a tolerant attitude, especially in instilling multicultural values such as democracy, justice, equality, tolerance and respect for diversity. As well as improving the ability of teachers to provide reinforcement of social tolerance in the learning of Civic Education in junior high school. The method used to strengthen social tolerance of Civic Education learning is through training that is guided by experienced instructors. The evaluation used to measure the success of this training can be seen through the training activity evaluation questionnaire that was filled in by all the training participants. The target audience for this training activity are Civic Education teachers in Junior High School at Jakarta. The results of this training show that in the cultivation of social tolerance there are several attitudes that must be taken, namely: Harmonious interaction, Instilling brotherhood, instilling caring attitude, Collaborative attitude. It is expected that the planting of social tolerance provided by Civic Education teacher to students can achieve Civic Education vision of building smart and good citizens. Furthermore, by cultivating sustainable tolerance it will build tolerant citizens. Because citizens who are intellectually intelligent, both emotionally and actively building a country for a better Indonesia.

Abstract

The phenomenon of students who clean the school grounds before the bells enter the lesson, pay attention to the cleanliness conditions around the seat and before coming home from school the students always water the flower plants. All these activities are carried out consciously without a teacher's order. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through learning in the classroom, the implementation of the value of caring for the environment through extracurricular activities and the obstacles found in the implementation of the value of caring for the environment in elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Informants are determined using Purposive Sampling. the research results obtained findings that (1) Internalization of the value of environmental care in learning planning in the form of compiling teaching devices such as syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and learning media, the device has been analyzed in advance about the value content contained in the material to be taught (2 ) Implementation of the value of environmental care is integrated through learning in the classroom and through routine school activities, spontaneous activities and through exemplary behavior (3) Obstacles found in the implementation of the value of environmental care consist of internal factors such as, bad habits of students do not care about personal hygiene, lack of knowledge students to choose the scattered garbage. External factors such as lack of adequate facilities and lack of collaboration between parents and teachers in schools.

Abstract

The presence of technology is changing the way people to get information and communication. In the field of counseling, information technology offers some of the latest innovations to reach out, facilitate and communicate with individuals who need help from all over the world. This qualitative research collected data through literature study by analyzing 5 research results from various academics in various countries and conducting interviews with 10 youth aged 19-23 years, and 3 counselors. The results of this qualitative study indicate that online counseling makes it easy for youth in expressing the problem in their life. In addition, online counseling has great potential in offering therapy and can be done anywhere. Therefore, clients can minimize transportation costs for face-to-face counseling. Although the results of the analysis of previous studies indicate that online counseling has a weakness that is lack of knowledge and special abilities possessed by counselors in communicating through chat and lack of skills in writing texts to avoid misunderstandings with online counseling users. In the other side, previous research shows solutions related to the use of online counseling. The counselor must face the development of technology and use it as a facility to communicate with young people.

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country, but imports rice, sugar, wheat flour, maize, milk powder, onions, garlic, soybeans, carrots, from abroad. In all countries of the world, agriculture is the most protected sector of the economy. Food security is important. If a country imports most of its food products from other countries to fulfill its need because the price is lower than domestic prices, then the country will become dependent in its food supply on other countries for the future. This will be dangerous. So that 21st century skills are needed towards economic intelligence in Indonesia who can be relied on in terms of national economic resilience. These skills include : Ecological: the business environtment, Psycho-sociological: internal actors of organisation, Reticulated: external human networks claimed and moblized around the project, Teleological: final purpose of the approach through strategy development,  Technological: includes all the methods, tools and techniques used for the entire process of decision support through surveillance process, information protection, or benchmarking. Economic intelligence concerns the set of concepts, methods and tools which unify all the co-ordinated actions of research, acquisition, treatment, storage and diffusion of information, relevant to individual or clustered enterprises and organisations in the framework of a strategy.

Abstract

The focus of developing this Indonesian economic textbook is to internalize the character of Indonesian values, Indicators of Indonesian values include; nationalism, love for the motherland and democracy. Achievement of learning is demonstrated by the ability to conduct in-depth study of economic problems in Indonesia, as well as the activity and critical thinking skills of students in the learning process. Indonesian economic textbooks are presented with the scope of contextual problems so that students can analyze issues related to Indonesia's economic conditions. The aim of the Indonesian economic textbook is to reconstruct the concept between theory and practice by internalizing Indonesian values. The discussion in each subject becomes the main point of planting the character of Indonesian values. The research method used is R & D (Research and Development). The teaching book material consists of 6 subjects, each of which has internalized the Indonesian values.

Abstract

The coastel region in Indonesia is one of the densest areas of settlement and development, even some of the major cities in Indonesia located in the coastel area and become a major tourism destination. However, behind the beauty there is a threat in the form of natural disasters, if the management of tourism is not optimal for facilities and infrastructure can increase the risk of disaster. This study aims to recommend planning for disaster based tourism development with structural mitigation. This research is a qualitative research. The data collection method used in this research is to conduct literature studies, observations, and documentation. The result of this study indicate that the facilities and infrastructure available at Drini Beach are classified as incomplete in terms of structural mitigation against disaster, so there is a need for planning in developing disaster resilient tourism, with the aim of creating a friendly an resilient tourism climate.

Abstract

This study aims to describe preparation process for teaching factory, the implementation of teaching factory, and its evaluation to increase the student?s competency at Vocational High School 2 Surakarta.This is a qualitative research with phenomenology design. The research subjects were principals, vice principals in the curriculum, teaching factory subject teachers and students. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, indepth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis technique with a model in interactive data collection step, data reduction, presentation of data and verification of data/the withdrawal of conclusion. This research result indicates preparation of learning based teaching factory to increase the competency students basically started by putting together lesson plans by teachers teaching factory in the form of soft file and handed it to the field of curriculum. The implementation of learning teaching factory uses the method of learning which he varied, material in the class directions to jobsheet conforming to a standard that is in industry, teachers conditioned practices that done students so that capable of producing quality products put into practice all day skill he would had, the facilities is can be used as well as possible and allocations time provided in accordance with each of their own individual subjects. Evaluation based learning teaching factory done by means of judgment covering the aspects of the discipline attitude, honest, responsibility, tolerance, mutual cooperation, confident, skill and knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui persepsi masyarakat kota Surakarta tentang ke-beradaan PKL sebagai sektor usaha informal ditinjau dari aspek ekonomis, sosial dan hukum, serta mengumpulkan alternatif saran/pendapat penanganan PKL agar keberadaannya bernilai positif bagi pembangunan kota.Variabel penelitian adalah persepsi, Dasar persepsi ; pendidikan, sosial, dan motivasi sebagai variabel bebas (X) dan aspek tinjauan; ekonomi, sosial dan hukum sebagai variabel tergantung (Y). Pengumpulan data menggunakan daftar angket berstrukturPopulasi meliputi; seluruh warga kota yang berumur 15 tahun keatas (357.522 jiwa). Sampel acak menggunakan kombinasi purposive-stratified-quota sampling. Tempat komunitas sampel meliputi; kantor, jalan, pasar/pusat pertokoan, sekolah, dan tempat lainnya sebanyak 200 responden.Analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Analisis korelasi dan regresi partial variabel X dan Y menghasilkan kesimpulan; semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah pendapatan, jabatan sosial/ketokohan dan motivasi warga, mereka akan mempersepsi lebih positif keberadaan PKL, baik dari tinjauan aspek ekonomi, sosial dan hukum, walaupun tidak dominan. Analisis deskripsi menyimpulkan; menurut tinjauan aspek ekonomi, PKL sebaiknya di pertahankan dan diberdayakan karena berdampak positif pada perekonomian kota. Menurut tinjauan dari aspek sosial, keberadaan PKl berdampak negatif terhadap keindahan kota dan memicu peningkatan arus urbanisasi, tetapi berdampak positif terhadap penurunan angka pengangguran. Dari tinjauan aspek hukum, PKL dinilai sebagai usaha yang ‘liar’, tidak berijin usaha dan menempati lahan bukan peruntukan.Alternatif penanganan; Pemkot cq. Dinas Pengelola PKL harus secara konsisten melakukan penataan, pembinaan, penyuluhan dan pemberdayaan terprogram agar keberadaan PKL mampu mendukung program pembangunan kota.

The publication paper title is “ Elementary school Teachers Knowing for see andquestion in Central Java”. That is a part of researct publication. The reaserchlocation is Semarang, Demak, Kudus, and Pati teritorial. The problem statementof the paper are how long elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality see and questions.Instrumen of research is questionary, there are any question about elementary school teachersknowed about capacity for reality see and elementary school teachers knowed about capacityfor reality questions. That is a quantitaive research and then survay research design.We get some information that level of capasity elementary school teachers knowed aboutcapacity for reality see and questions are low. That is consistent with other research result, whenwe get a same kinds.
