Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan berfikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik pada materi sistem pertahanan tubuh. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif kunatitatif dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas XII MIPA. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah tes tertulis berupa pilihan ganda yang berjumlah 24 soal yang terdiri dari tingkatan taksonomi C4, C5 dan C6. Data kemampuan berfikir tingkat tinggi diperoleh dari tes kemampuan berfikir kritis, berfikir kreatif, pemecahan masalah dan pengambilan keputusan. Rata-rata kemampuan berfikir kritis 34 dikategorikan kurang baik, berfikir kreatif 52 dikategorikan cukup baik, pemecahan masalah 30 dikategorikan kurang baik, pengambilan keputusan 35 dikategorikan kurang baik. Rata-rata kemampuan menganalisis 44 cukup baik, mengevaluasi 29 kurang baik, mencipta 27 kurang baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan berfikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik dikategorikan kurang baik.

Abstract

Abstract Rahmi Septia Sari. 2019 "The Effect Of Learning Type Of Time Token Completed Work Sheets to Student Learning Competencies in Apikes Iris Padang". This study aims to determine the effect of applying the Time Token learning model with worksheets to the students' competencies. This research is a quasi-experimental study (Quasi Experiment). The study population was first-rate Apikes Iris students in general biology courses in the 2018/2019 school year. While the sample of this study was Apikes Iris level one local students A and Local B as control class. The instruments used in the study were knowledge test questions, and attitude and skills observation sheets. Data analysis in this study used the t-test for knowledge competency and Mann Whitney U test, for attitude competency and skills. The results showed that the average value of learning competence of experimental class students was 80.03 better than control class students who were only 73.91. It can be concluded that the application of the learning model of the type of time token completed with student activity sheets has an effect on improving student learning outcomes. Abstract

AbstractCarcharhinidae is the Ordo Selachimorpha, Elasmobranchii subclasses. One of the member of this family is Silky Shark (Carcharhinus falciformes). Intestinum of this shark has uniqueness, in part of intestinum which is form a folding called valvula intestinalis. The folding has role as widing surface of food absorbsing. The uniqueness of intestinum can be influed by habitat differencete ad ytpesof food consumtion. This aims of this study is to determined the structure macroanatomi of valvula intestinalis of Silky Shark (C. falciformes). Tester of this research obtained from Fish Landing (TPI) Wakatobi. Types of study is pure experiment. Data of morphology observation analised descriptively, to describe the tester of morphology character, where as macroanatomy of valvula intestinalis is decided by observing the variation of intestinum internal folding, number of folding, and scupe valvula surface. The observation result of macronatomy structure slimid that valvula intestinalis of Silky Shark (C. falciformes) scuped paper roll with opposite of cloaca. Total of roll paper are fine with scape both surface is 84.10 cm2.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to identify of butterflies found in two waterfall areas in the city of Padang. Sampling was carried out in March - April 2018 with the transect walk method,  butterflies were captured using insect net. Total butterflies obtained were 179 individuals consisting of 51 species belonging to 37 genera and 7 families. The highest number of species found in the family Nymphalidae (17 species), followed by Papilionidae (10 species), Lycaenidae (6 species), Pieridae (6 species), Satyridae (6 species), Danaidae (4 species), and Amathusidae (2 species ) The most common species is Junonia atlites (Linnaeus).Key words:  Waterfall Area, Butterflies, Transect Walk, Insect Net

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determined whether there is a relationship of discpiline learning and way of learning method with biology learning outcomes based on the academic ability of class XI science students. Analysis of the data in this study using correlation analysis Person Product Moment. The results showed that for high academic, learning discipline (X1), the learning method (X2), with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a high relationship (0,626). For medium academic, learning discipline (X1) the learning method (X2) with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a medium relationship (0,509). For low academic, learning discipline (X1) the learning method (X2) with biology learning outcomes (Y) there is a medium relationship (0,523). Indicates a significant between way of learning discipline and learning method with result of biology study based on the academic ability of class XI science student.

Abstract

This study aims to determine types of insect in cocoa plantations and making bookletstinsect class for tenth grade student of SMA/MA. This research in research baseddevelopment. The research in the field used descriptive survey method Meanwhile for the research development used 4D model which consisted of four stages namely define, design, develop and disseminate. This research only reached the develop stage (validation test). Data were analyzed by using percentage techniques and descriptive processed. Based on the research finding, that there were eleven kinds of insect in cocoa plantations likes Aulachopora similis, Aulachopora lewisii, Tribolium confusum, Diogmites sp., Batrocera sp., Leptocorisa acuta, Pseudococcus citri, Bothorogonia ferruginea, Dolichoderus thoracicus, Oecophylla smaragdina dan Lamprosema octasema. From the research finding, the instructional material were developed valid booklets.

Abstract

This research has been carried with the aim find out the species of plants visited by honey as a source of food and also  booklet that created is valid. This research is research based development. For the field research descriptive survey method is used while for the research the 4D model is used up to the development stage, that is the validity test. The results showed that the plants visited visited by Apis cerana Fabr., and Apis dorsata Fabr., as many as 8 species of plants. The result of the development research found the booklet teaching material was tested at 95,12% validity with very valid criteria. The results of the study can be concluded that the types of plants visited by Apis cerana Fabr., and Apis dorsata Fabr. (Very valid).

Abstract

The aims of this research to find out the kind of insects that visited red chili in blooming phase to be used a validity of teaching material. This research is  development research by descriptive with the method of collecting insects that visited red chili and development research with 4D models that modifiy from Thiagarajan et al (1975), arrive developt phase which is expert judge. The data was processing and analyzed with qualitatively and descriptive. Based on the research from type of goer insects, it was found there are 14 species. With results from development research was found criteria very valid (83,1%). Related to this research it can be concluded that types of goer insects for red chili which contribute to atlas in role of insects for plants material is reasonable.

Abstract

Sumatera adalah pulau terbesar ketiga di Indonesia dengan iklim tropis dan keanekaragaman ular yang tinggi. 127 jenis ular telah tercatat di Sumatra. Informasi taksonomi dan distribusi ular masih sedikit terutama di provinsi Sumatera Barat. Salah satu ular endemik yang terdapat di Sumatera Barat adalah Trimeresurus barati. Tidak ada informasi yang jelas entang keberadaan ular ini. Informasi tersebut dibutuhkan untuk mengenali keberadaan herpetofauna khususnya Trimeresurus baratiyang merupakan hewan endemik Sumatera Barat, dimana selanjutnya bertujuan untuk upaya konservasi. Penelitian telah dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2015 hingga Agustus 2015 dengan menggunakan metode survei, termasuk koleksi langsung pada beberapa daerah di Sumatera Barat, pengumpulan informasi dari masyarakat dan identifikasi spesimen yang telah ada di Laboratorium Zoologi STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, telah ditemukan T.barati dibeberapa tempat yaitu di daerah Paninjauan sebanyak 4 spesimen, Balingka sebanyak 3 spesimen, Matur sebanyak satu spesimen, Batipuh sebanyak 2 spesimen, Sabu sebanyak 1 spesimen, Andaleh sebanyak 1 spesimen, CA Lembah Anai sebanyak 5 spesimen, Tambangan sebanyak 4 spesimen dan Alahan Panjang sebanyak 3 spesimen. Umumnya T.barati ditemukan pada daerah berketinggian 600-1000mdpl dengan suhu berkisar 12C-28C

Abstract

Danau Maninjau dan Batang Antokan adalah tempat yang digunakan untuk rekreasi dan pariwisata di Kabupaten Agam. Kedua aktivitas manusia di sekitar danau atau di sungai mempengaruhi kualitas air, baik dalam fisika dan kimia, dan biologi, dan sangat mempengaruhi kehidupan kerang. Mengingat aktivitas tinggi menangkap "Pensi" Corbicula moltkiana di Danau Maninjau, perlu untuk mencoba untuk melestarikan populasi kerang dan mencari cara budidaya sehingga pemanfaatan yang terus menerus dan dapat meningkatkan perekonomianmasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakter morfometrik Pensi (Corbicula moltkiana Prime) di dua ekosistem yang berbeda dan faktor fisik-kimia yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2015 Danau Maninjau dan di Sungai Batang Antokan. Berdasarkan penelitian di Danau Maninjau dan di Sungai Batang Antokan ukuran cangkang seperti panjang, tinggi, lebar, panjang engsel, jumlah baris dan pertumbuhan basah berat di Batang Antokan daging pensi lebih bervariasi bila dibandingkan dengan Danau Maninjau. Namun, ukuran panjang cangkang melakukan di Batang Antokan berbeda dengan di Danau Maninjau sedangkan ukuran lebar dan berat daging basah Pensi tidak berbeda dalam dua habitat. Hubungan antara panjang berat basah daging di Danau Maninjau dan Batang Antokan di berkorelasi sangat erat dengan panjang clam shell mereka. Faktor fisika kimia air di Danau Maninjau dan Batang Antokan di masih dalam kisaran normal dan toleran di Pensi (Corbicula moltkiana Perdana) mendukung kehidupan kecuali tingkat substrat organik
