Abstract

The rapid development in Majalengka regency especially Kertajati district which will spur the level of change in traffic intensity, because of the new development in the form of transportation facilities namely Kertajati International Airport West Java (BIJB). With the operation of Kertajati International Airport West java (BIJB) it will bring changes in the increase in traffic volume on the Kadipaten ? Jatitujuh. The purpose of this study is to estimate the magnitude of the generation and the attraction of traffic movements due to the operation of the Kertajati International Airport west Java (BIJB), Identify road traffic performance due to the operation of Kertajati International Airport West Java in 15 years after operating, recommending a handling strategy to overcome the effects of traffic performance due to the operation of Kertajati International Airport West Java (BIJB). Trip attraction survey ws conducted by distributing questionnaires with 130 samples. The traffic performance of jalan Kadipaten ? Jatitujuh in 2018 ? 2031 it is still within safe limits with DS 0,69 in 2032 ? 2033 DS 0,76 which means it is not safe. The traffic performance of jala Jatitujuh ? Kadipaten in 2018 ? 2032 it is still within safe limits with DS 0,74 in 2033 DS 0,81 which means it is not safe. As a suggestion and strategic recommendation for handling  the impact of Kadipaten ? Jatitujuh road traffic performance is to make efforts to improve geometric improvements in section and intersection, widening the road, making new lines, providing parking facilities and optimizing the available infrastructure (traffic management) in the form of traffic signs.

Abstract

Wire drawing is the process of drawing a long metal rod with a certain diameter which is passed through a die hole according to the design. The variation of the dies angle can affect the length of the wire extension and the value of the tensile strength of the wire, so in this study we want to know whether there is an increase in the length of the wire and the value of the tensile strength of the wire to the copper metal. The result of this research is that the variation of the die angle in the wire drawing process can affect the length of the copper wire. Based on the data obtained the test results show that wire drawing with 12° dies angle has the highest results with an average extension of 197.89 mm, while the lowest result is the angle sudut 18° with an average extension of 195.54 mm and the die angle of 15° has an average extension result of 197.07 mm. The wire drawing process can affect the tensile strength value of the tebaga wire and decrease the strain value. Based on the data obtained the greatest value of tensile strength is obtained on copper wire which has undergone the process of wire drawing at the dies15o angle of 437.8 N/mm2 and the lowest tensile strength value obtained at the dies 180 angle of 404.69 N/mm2. The greatest decrease in strain value was obtained on copper wire from the wire casting process at dies12o angle of 16.4% and the lowest strain value obtained at dies 15o angle of 12.21%.

Abstract

Blood type testing at the Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) in Majalengka Regency still uses manual methods and is carried out by an expert. The accuracy of the data obtained still relies on the eyes of the examiner, meanwhile the eyes are strongly influenced by the factor of saturation or fatigue so that this method is less profitable for testing large quantities of blood samples. Experimental research method is to perform with dripped blood type reagent anti-A and anti-B reagents on blood type A, B, O and AB then the reaction will occur at blood samples in the form of agglutination and nonaglutinasi. This blood type test system uses LDR (Light Dependent Resistor) sensor components, LED lights, 16x2 Push Button and LCD integrated with the Arduino Mega microcontroller. Abstract

An expert system is one part of artificial intelligence that contains knowledge and experience that is entered by one or many experts into one particular area of knowledge so that everyone can use it to solve a variety of specific problems, in this case is the expert system of diagnosis of common diseases in children with treatment solutions using herbs (traditional ingredients) using the Certainty Factor (CF) method. Certainty Factor method is a method used to solve problems from uncertain answers, and produce uncertain answers. This uncertainty is influenced by two factors: uncertain rules and uncertain user answers.With this expert system, it is expected to be able to help the user in the initial handling of diagnoses of common diseases in children become easier and help provide treatment solutions from the results of these diagnoses in herbal (traditional herbs).Keywords: Expert System, Diagnosis of Common Diseases, Children, Herbal Solutions, Android, Certainty Factor Method

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya dunia teknologi dan kontrol, tingakat kestabilan sebuah sistem menjadi salah satu faktor yang sangat penting baik dalam dunia industri maupun rumah tangga. Alat pengontrol suhu air adalah alat yang sering kita jumpai dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Untuk itu penulis membuat sebuah alat pengontrol suhu air yang dapat dikendalikan menggunakan sensor ds18b20 sehingga dapat menghasilkan suhu air sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan pengguna. Guna dari sensor ini ialah untuk mendeteksi suhu air yang ada di dalam tangki yang akan kita atur suhunya. Rumusan masalah yang diambil adalah apakah alat ini dapat menjaga kestabilan suhu tersebut dengan baik. Metode perancangan alat dengan membuat hardware berupa rangkaian elektronik yang dapat berfungsi secara otomatis untuk mendeteksi suhu pemanasan air dan menjaga kestabilan suhu air didalam water heater secara otomatis pada suhu air yang diinginkan.Kata Kunci: Arduino, Elemen Pemanas, ds18b20, Interface

Abstract

The development of technology and science which is increasingly rapid led to the birth of the industrial revolution 4.0 which prioritizes communication between devices using the internet and the use of big data. The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the main elements in the development of this revolution. With the existence of the IoT is very useful in various fields of life, one of which is in agriculture. Utilization of the IoT in agriculture can be applied to greenhouse technology. Greenhouse is a building that serves to create environmental conditions suitable for plant growth and maintenance. The application of  IoT in this greenhouse system can monitor temperature, humidity, soil moisture, watering and fertilizing existing plants in the greenhouse automatically and in real time and farmers can control the plants remotely. This system uses a microcontroller as the control center of the sensors used. Soil moisture sensor and DHT22 sensor are used as input parameters that will send data to the microcontroller to be processed and produce output parameters such as fan exoust, water pump, and full spectrum leds. With this system can help farmers in caring for plants in the greenhouse so that plant growth can be optimized.Keywords: greenhouse, monitoring system, microcontroller, internet of things, agriculture

Abstract

Cleanliness is free from dirty words including dust, Cleanliness also allows someone to be comfortable in the room. Cleanliness is a must in every outdoor environment. Maintaining cleanliness from the environment is easy because the principle of cleanliness is based on self-awareness, therefore cleanliness must be done early. In general, in elementary schools have talked about cleanliness, even each student has their own schedule. Not all students do pickets properly, therefore there are schools that employ cleaning workers to do checks in each class. The staff will clean again if there is a dirty class.This classroom hygiene supervision application will help the officers in carrying out the assignments, because this application will record some important points which can then be a report if one of the class experiences problems such as broken glass or broken table, it certainly becomes strong evidence to report to the teacher or the principal. This application was built with a web-based and API system so that the data input by the officer is connected directly with the principal, this application uses QRCode for staff validation so that the officer does not need to enter the web URL and responsive design so that it can be run comfortably on the smartphone.Keyword: Cleanliness, Web, QRCode, API, Responsive

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara agraris yang memproduksi hasil pertanian untuk kebutuhan pangan. Padi merupakan salah satu komoditas yang paling banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Terlepas dari melimpahnya lahan dan produksi padi sebagai komoditas unggulan Indonesia, para petani juga selalu memiliki kendala yang bisa mempengaruhi menurunnya hasil panen padi, faktor utamanya ialah serangan berbagai hama padi. Hama serangga merupakan salah satu hama utama bagi bagi tanaman padi, seperti wereng padi coklat (Nilaparpata Lugens (Stal)), wereng padi putih (Sogatella furcifera (Hovath)), Walang sangit (Leptocorisa spp.), Belalang (Locusta migratoria manilenses meyen) dan sejenisnya. maka dari itu biasanya petani menggunakan pestisida untuk mengendalikan hama serangga, Penggunaan pestisida kimia sebagai langkah untuk pengendalian hama serangga banyak menimbulkan masalah, antara lain meningkatnya resistensi hama terhadap pestisida kimia, meningkatnya risiko keracunan pada manusia dan hewan ternak, terkontaminasinya air tanah dan bahaya lain yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan. untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian alat pengendali hama serangga pada tanaman padi (Oryza Sativa L.) untuk meminimalisir serangan hama serangga pada padi, dengan menggunakan metode prototipe dalam penelitiannya, perangkat keras dibuat menggunakan Arduino Uno R3, yang digabungkan dengan komponen pendukung seperti Light Trap sebagai Cahaya Pemikat Hama Serangga, Sensor LDR Sebagai Pendeteksi cahaya, Sensor HC-SR04 untuk memancarkan Gelombang Ultrasonik, dan Buzzer sebagai bunyi pengaget hama yang menyerang pada siang hari serta untuk tenaga listriknya Bertenaga Sollar Cell 20 Wp sehingga ramah lingkungan.Kata kunci: Alat Pengendali Hama, light Trap, Gelombang Ultrasonik, Sollar Cell

Abstract

Penerapan sistem disentralisasi dibidang pertanian dan perkebunan membawa warga masyarakat Indonesia kedalam suatu kondisi yang tidak mandiri. Peranan koperasi yang menjadi tulang punggung dan notabene memberikan modal bagi para petani menjadi seperti tidak ada artinya dan seperti kehilangan mata rantai. Setelah mengamati dan melihat hasil panen yang melimpah, penulis memperoleh kenyataan bahwa bagaimana cara mengolah hasil panen kelapa sawit, merupakan masalah yang perlu segera mendapatkan pemecahannya, yaitu dengan cara merancang mesin pengolah kelapa sawit (nut cracker) kapasitas 1500 kg/jam, yang harganya relatif lebih murah dibandingkan dengan mesin kapasitas besar (pabrik besar). Metoda perancangan yang digunakan adalah metode terstruktur dimana dalam penyusunan konsep dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan informasi dari berbagai sumber dengan menyediakan sebuah mekanisme untuk solusi-solusi parsial yang terintegrasi. Diawali dengan identifikasi kebutuhan dan tahap-tahap perancangan untuk kemudian dilakukan perancangan dan pemilihan komponen serta perwujudan gambar agar informasi bisa disampaikan kepada pihak produksi. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh luas pada corong penampung 282.600 mm3, diameter silinder pemecah 500 mm, daya motor 2,2 kW (3 hp), kecepatan putaran 2388 rpm, tinggi rangka 910 mm dari permukaan tanah. Keywords: disentralisasi, kelapa sawit, nut cracker

Abstract

Dalam dunia industri, tidak terlepas dari adanya berbagai tuntutan, yaitu: pertama, menhasilkan produk dalam waktu yang singkat dengan biaya yang rendah dan berkualitas. Kedua, kemampuan mengubah variasi produk. Dan ketiga, sumber daya manusia. Sehingga memaksa para produsen untuk dapat tetap bertahan dan berkembang pada jalurnya, dan melakukan itu semua banyak metode perbaikan yang dapat dilakukan. Salah satu masalah utama dalam kegiatan penelitian ini adalah pemanfaatan teknologi otomasi (PLC) sehingga menghasilkan mesin yang memiliki tingkat perfomansi berbeda dengan mesin sebelumnya. Namun, sebelum melakukan itu semua, perlu difahami terlebih dahulu karakteristik operasional mesin baik itu mesin bubut itu sendiri maupun PLC-nya, sehingga dalam proses perancangan, pembuatan dan pengoperasiannya akan lebih mudah dan mendapatkan hasil yang sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Keyword : PLC, Perancangan Konstruksi, Pengendalian Proses.
