Abstract

One of the functions of the school is to maintain the culture that exists in thecommunity. The school also functions to develop new cultural values that will keeppace with the changing times that enable young people to compete in a globalsociety. Schools must be able to ensure that the organizational culture that runs inthe school can create an organizational culture that is conducive to the growth anddevelopment of a good culture so that all personnel in the school can develop aquality culture. The quality of education can be achieved by implementing a wellmanagedcurriculum.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the guidance and counseling program at SMKN 41Jakarta as supporting students in solving problem and developing students selfpotential. The evaluation model used is CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) toget a more comprehensive anin-depth picture of the guidance and counselingprogram.This study uses a qualitative approach wth descriptive methods. Data wasobtained from counseling and guidance coordinator, counselor, and students of SMKN 41 Jakarta using interview techniques, document studies, andobservations.The results of this study indicate that on the Context aspects, basedon the results of the achievement analysis are in the high category, as well as theinput aspects of the program which are also in the high category. The processaspect are in the high category, but in the product aspect it can be said to be in themoderate category. This the guidance and counseling program can be said to bewell organized, but in the category of moderate product still need to be improved. .In order to improve the implementation of the program, there are severalrecommendations that can be conveyed, there are:1) preparation of specialdocuments on the profile of guidance and counseling program; 2) preparation ofspecial document detail of funding for guidance and counseling program; and 3)addition of counseling and guidance counselor personnel.

Abstract

Whereas inguaranteeing the validity of the data the authors use credibility, transferability,dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study: 1. The function of theAl-Musannif Mosque as a Da'wah practice, namely Da'wah activities such asroutine recitation and sermons, as the practice of taklim wa taklum namely as aplace of learning and teaching such as reciting Maghrib, as a practice of dhikr andworship which is a center of practice of dhikr and worship like pray five times aday one night, and as a Wisdom Practice that is serving the community. 2 Thereligious education program is a routine recitation for fathers and mothers, themidday prayer and recitation, the recitation maghrib program for teenagers andchildren. 3. Those involved in religious education at the Al-Musannif Mosque areall elements of management, both the Foundation and the Congregation of the AlMusannifMosque. 4. Factors that support the Al-Musannif mosque program arethe Chairperson of the Foundation, the Community, Management elements andcleaning of the Al-Musannif Mosque. 5. There are no inhibiting factors.

Abstract

This research is intended to explore the implementation of education at IslamicInstitution ofAl Irsyad. This research focus on what innovation that this Islamicorganization applied in their schools. This research used library and field method.The data were collected by using documentation study and deep interview witheducational staffs. The results of this research revealed that this Islamic Educationused many kinds of books not only use Islamic books but also general books. TheSchools still maintained their identity as Islamic Organization but they also usedmodern education to fulfill the advance of educational.

Abstract

Data collectiontechniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of thisstudy indicate that the leadership style of the headmaster of SMA Negeri 1 DarulImarah has two leadership styles namely, charismatic leadership style anddemocratic leadership style. While the teacher pedagogical competencydevelopment model by the head of Neegri 1 Darul Imarah High School uses themodel of class supervision, workshops, procurement of school meetings, andseminars or training. The obstacles of the head of SMA Negeri 1 Darul Imarah indeveloping teacher pedagogical competence are, the lack of teacher preparation inmaking learning tools, and there are some teachers who lack discipline inattending meetings.

Abstract

This research is a study of the role of the Head of Kanekes Village on education of theOuter Baduy community as one of the tribes in Indonesia. The research approach isqualitative with interview techniques, document studies and observations. Education inquestion is education can be beneficial for his family and can even be useful for his tribe,the Baduy. Basically, Baduy already has rules or Pikukuh that is very strong, but becauseof the enormous encouragement that has made Pikukuh already violated and need to beunderlined those who carry out education does not mean they are not subject toPikukuh, but they see the long term after following education. This was done secretlybecause they still wanted to remain in the Baduy traditional environment, thereforeformal education was conducted secretly.

Abstract

This research is intended to explore the implementation of education at IslamicInstitution of Muhammadiyah Schools. This research focus on what innovation thatthis Islamic organization applied in their schools. This research used library andfield method. The data were collected by using documentation study and deepinterview with educational staffs. The results of this research revealed that thisIslamic Organisation runs basic education until university. In every level ofeducation there is one subject called ?Al Islam Kemuhammadiyahan? as typicalsubject of this organasation. The Schools still maintained their identity as IslamicOrganization but they also used modern education to fulfill the advance ofeducational, especially in higher education.

Abstract

This thesis examines the efforts made by extracurricular coaches in the guidance of morals of students in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. The problems discussed in this thesis include the form of extracurricular activities of Spiritual Islam (ROHIS) held in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah, an effort made by the extracurricular activity builder ROHIS in fostering the noble character of learners in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah and factors Supporters and inhibitors of extracurricular activities of PAI in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. Sources of data obtained are Head of madrasah, Deputy Head Madrasah, builder extracurricular activities ROHIS head of Administration and learners. Date collected and then processed through three stages of data reduction, date display, and data verification, and then drawn conclusions and analyzed qualitatively. The efforts of the extracurricular activities facilitators in the development of learners include efforts to instill and evoke religious beliefs, instill good social ethics in the family environment, community environment and school environment and inculcate good habits in the form of discipline, responsibility, social relations and perform ritual worship. a). The implications of this research are: To describe the objective condition of ROHIS extracurricular activity program in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. b). To describe and analyze the effort of the extracurricular activity of ROHIS in the guidance of morality of students in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. c). To identify and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of ROHIS extracurricular activities in Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 13 Sei Rampah. This study is expected to contribute thoughts on the development of extracurricular activities ROHIS and noble character development for learners. In addition, this study is expected to be a reference and comparison for researchers who conduct similar research. This research is expected to provide constructive educational information to be considered for the school, community and government and related parties in an effort to improve the moral character of learners through extracurricular activities ROHIS
