Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauhmana Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa kelas IX di SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sedangkan analisis data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian hipotesis adalah korelasi product moment pearson dengan alat pengumpulan data adalah angket untuk Variabel X (Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK) dan Variabel Y (Pertumbuhan Rohani Siswa). Untuk mengetahui sejauhmana Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa, maka digunakan Uji Statistik Korelasi Product Moment Pearson. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh pengujian korelasi (r) 0,33 dengan uji determinasi sebesar 10.89% dan untuk mengetahui signifikan tidaknya koefisien korelasi pada taraf nyata (𝛼) = 0,05 maka diadakan uji “t” dengan kriteria pengujian jika thitung yang didapat dari perhitungan lebih besar (>) dari ttabel pada taraf signifikan 1 – 0,05 dengan dk = n – 2 maka hipotesis diterima dan dalam hal lain ditolak. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh thitung > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), maka hipotesis diterima. Dengan demikian dapat dikemukakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari Peran Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru PAK dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan rohani siswa di SMP NEGERI 2 SIANTAR Kata Kunci: komunikasi interpersonal, pertumbuhan rohani siswa ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to find out the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth of Grade IX Studnets in SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. The number of samples is 53 students. This research applies descriptive method; meanwhile data analysis used for hypothesis testing is Pearson‘ product-moment correlation, of which the instruments of data collection are questionnairs for variable X (Role of interpersonal communication of PAK Teacher) and variable Y (the spiritual growth of students). To examine the Role of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth, correlation product moment of Pearson was used as the statistical measurement. The data analysis showed that correlation (r) was 0,33 with the determination value at 10.89%; and to know whether the correlation coefficient was significant or insignificant at the level of (α) = 0,05, t- test was conducted of which the criterion was if tcount got from the measurement was (>)higher than ttabel at the significant level of 1 – 0,05 with dk = n – 2, the hypothesis was accepted and vice versa. Seen from the result of data analysis, it was found that tcount > ttabel( 2,49> 1,67 ), it meant that the hypothesis was accepted. Therefore, it could be stated that there was a significant effect of the Interpersonal Communication of PAK Teacher in improving spiritual growth at IX class at SMP Negeri 2 Siantar. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study is to determine the difference in intervention of mulligan mobilization with movement with anemia in exercise to improve the functional knee joint in the case of chondromalacia patella. This research was conducted at the Sukmajaya Physio Clinic in East Depok from April to July 2018. Methods: This study was quasi-experimental with a comparative approach to pre and post test group control design with a sample of 30 people, where sampling was done with allocation random sampling that met the inclusion criteria. Samples were grouped into two groups, namely treatment group I consisting of 15 people given intervention mulligan mobilization with movement and ultra sound and treatment group II consisting of 15 people given semisquat exercise dan ultra sound. Data analysis: using statistical tests. The results of the normality and homogeneity test of the two groups showed normal distribution and homogeneous data with a value of ρ> 0.05. The research hypothesis test was conducted by independent simple t-test comparative test using the difference between lower extremity functional scale (LEFS) and test stand between the treatment groups with treatment group II after intervention, it got ρ = 0.023. Results: There were significant differences in the combination intervention of Mulligan Mobilization With Movement and ultrasound with a combination of Semi-squat exercise and ultrasound on functional improvement of the knee in the case of chondromalacia patella. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertijuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan intervensi mulligan mobilization with movementdengansemisquat exercisedalam meningkatkan fungsional sendi lutut pada kasus chondromalacia patella. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Klinik Fisio Sukmajaya Depok Timur bulan April hingga Juli 2018. Metode: penelitian ini bersifat quasi experimental dengan pendekatan komparatif pre dan post test group control design dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang, dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan allocationrandom sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sampel dikelompokkan menjadi dua kelompok yaitu kelompok perlakuan I terdiri dari 15 orang diberikan intervensi mulligan mobilization with movementdan ultra sounddan kelompok perlakuan II terdiri dari 15 orang diberikan semisquat exercisedan ultra sound. Analisis data: menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas kedua kelompok menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dan homogendengan nilai ρ > 0,05.Uji hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan uji komparasi independent simple t-testmenggunakan data selisih nilai lower extremity functional scale (LEFS)dan strok blance stand testantara kelompok perlakuan I dengan kelompok perlakuan II sesudah intervensididapatkan ρ = 0,023. Hasil penelitian:ada perbedaan yang signifikan intervensi kombinasi Mulligan Mobilization With Movement dan ultrasound dengan kombinasi Semi squat exercise dan ultrasound terhadap peningkatan fungsional lutut pada kasus chondromalacia patella. Kata kunci: mulligan mobilization, squat exercise, dan chondromalacia patella.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAgeratum conyzoides or badotan is a wild plants which uses as traditional medicine. This plant has a distinctive aroma similar to "the smell of goats" so it is called "goatweed". This article aims to explain the use of A. conyzoides as a drug and its bioactivity. The writing of this article is based on the study of literature obtained online and offline including various scientific articles then reviewed and synthesized so as to provide comprehensive information regarding the use of A. conyzoides as traditional medicine. In traditional medicine, Ageratum conyzoides is used as medicine for wounds, ulcers, and fever. Ageratum conyzoides have secondary metabolites such as terpenoids, flavonoids, steroids, terpenes, saponins, fatty acids, and alkaloids, with the main compounds stigmasterol and β-sitosterol. Bioactivity of A. conyzoides are antihistamine, antimicrobial, antiplasmodial, cytoprotective, analgesic, antioxidant and anti diabetes mellitus.Keywords: Ageratum conyzoides, antimicrobial, β-sitosterol, cytoprotective, analgesic. ABSTRAKAgeratum conyzoides atau badotan merupakan salah satu tumbuhan liar yang banyak dimanfaatkan sebagai obat tradisional. Tumbuhan ini memiliki aroma khas mirip dengan “bau kambing” sehingga disebut juga sebagai “goatweed”. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pemanfaatan A. conyzoides sebagai obat dan bioaktivitasnya. Penulisan artikel ini didasarkan pada kajian literatur yang diperoleh secara online maupun offline meliputi berbagai artikel ilmiah kemudian dikaji dan disintesakan sehingga memberikan informasi yang kompehensif mengenai pemanfaatan A. conyzoides sebagai obat tradisional. Dalam pengobatan tradisional Ageratum conyzoides dimanfaatkan sebagai obat luka, bisul, dan demam. Ageratum conyzoides mengandung metabolit sekunder dari golongan terpenoid, flavonoid, steroid, terpen, senyawa, saponin, asam lemak, dan alkaloid, dengan senyawa utama stigmasterol dan β‐sitosterol. Bioaktivitas yang dimiliki oleh A. conyzoides antara lain sebagai anti histamin, antimikroba, antiplasmodial, sitoprotektif, analgesik, antioksidan dan anti diabetes mellitus.Kata Kunci : Ageratum conyzoides, antimikroba, β‐sitosterol, sitoprotektif, analgesik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang sangat pesat di era revolusi industri 4.0, berdampak luar biasa terhadap kehidupan manusia, salah satunya pada bidang Pendidikan. Teknologi digital berimbas pada system pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya Bahasa Inggris, mengingatkemampuan berkomunikasi bahasa asing menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dari pemanfaatan teknologi. Dalam hal ini, guru Bahasa Inggris memiliki peran yang dapat menentukan keberhasilan pendidikan bahasa. Peran-peran tersebut dapat memperlengkapi siswa-siswi dengan literasi baru meliputi literasi data, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia, keterampilan, dan karakter bangsa sehingga mereka bias menjadi agen perubahan yang bijaksana dalam menyikapi dan menggunakan kecanggihan teknologi, dengan tetap memperhatikan nilai kemanusian. Meskipun memberikan banyak manfaat bagi kehidupan dan menyediakan kemudahan bagi manusia, revolusi industry ini memberikan tantangan yang cukup kompleks pada para praktisi pendidikan, khususnya para guru Bahasa Inggris. Selainitu, revolusi ini juga membawa implikasi pada dunia pendidikan, terutamanya pada pembelajaran Bahasa. Digital technology causes a shift on the education system in Indonesia, especially English education, since the ability to communicate in foreign languages is an integral part of the technology utilization. In this case, English teachers have particular roleswhich can determine the success of the language education. These roles can equip students with new literacies including data literacy, technology literacy, and human literacy, skills, and national characters,which make them become wise agents of change in addressing and using technological sophistication, without neglecting human values. Although, it provides many benefits and conveniencesfor human beings, this industrial revolution provides quite complex challenges for education practitioners, especially English teachers. Abstract

ABSTRACT The beginning reading is the initial stage of reading learning that must be taught from an early age, because it is the basis for students to be able to move to the reading comprehension stage. In the reading beginning, students are taught to recognize letters and letter sounds, stringing letters into syllables, words to compose sentences. When implementing the reading beginning with flashcard there are certainly benefits and constraints encountered. Thus, this research was conducted to describe the benefits and constraints encountered when applying a flascard to the beginning reading learning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Qualitative descriptive is an effort to explain facts, data, or objects, qualitatively in the form of language or discourse by interpreting appropriately and systematically. Data is displayed not in the form of quantitative numbers. This research was conducted in one of the private schools in Mamit, Papua. The class observed was grade 1 elementary school. The benefits of applying flashcard to the beginning reading learning is able to attract students' attention, students are not nervous while reading, and help students remember words more easily. While the constraints in implementing flashcards is that it takes a long time.   Keywords: Flashcard, Reading, The Beginning Reading   ABSTRAK Membaca permulaan merupakan tahap awal dari pembelajaran membaca yang harus diajarkan sejak usia dini, karena hal tersebut merupakan dasar bagi siswa untuk dapat melangkah kepada tahap membaca pemahaman. Saat membaca permulaan, siswa diajarkan untuk mengenal huruf dan bunyi huruf, merangkai huruf menjadi suku kata, kata hingga menyusun kalimat. Saat menerapkan membaca permulaan dengan flashcard tentunya ada manfaat dan kendala yang ditemui. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diadakan untuk menguraikan manfaat dan kendala yang ditemui saat menerapkan flascard pada pembelajarana membaca permulaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Deskriptif kualitatif adalah upaya menjelaskan fakta, data, atau objek, secara kualitatif dalam bentuk bahasa atau wacana dengan menginterpretasi secara tepat dan sistematis. Data ditampilkan bukan berupa angka-angka kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu sekolah swasta yang ada di Mamit, Papua. Kelas yang di observasi adalah kelas 1 Sekolah Dasar. Manfaat dari penerapan flashcard pada pembelajaran membaca Permulaan adalah mampu menarik perhatian siswa, siswa tidak gugup ketika membaca, dan membantu siswa lebih mudah mengingat kata. Sedangkan kendala dalam penerapan flashcard adalah membutuhkan waktu yang lama.   Kata Kunci: Flashcard, Membaca, Membaca Permulaan

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study used an analysis of performance’s teacher of chemistry teacher of DKI Jakarta High School  seen from Emotional Intelligence. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a relationship between the intelligence of teachers and high school teacher teachers in DKI Jakarta. The research method used in this study is a survey method with correlational design. Respondents involved in the study of information were 118 chemistry teachers from State High Schools in DKI Jakarta. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and the performance of chemistry teachers. There is no higher than the chemistry teacher who is higher than them. It can be concluded that to have a good teacher performance, the teacher must train or improve his emotional intelligence. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Emotional Intelligence   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengenai analisis kinerja guru kimia SMA DKI Jakarta dari Kecerdasan Emosional. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional guru dengan kinerja guru kimia SMA di DKI Jakarta. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan desain korelasional. Responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian melibatkan 118 orang guru kimia SMA Negeri di DKI Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang siqnifikan  antara kecerdasan emosional dan kinerja guru kimia. Artinya semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosional guru kimia maka semakin tinggi  kinerja mereka. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk memiliki kinerja guru yang baik, maka guru harus melatih atau meningkatkan kecerdasan emosionalnya.    Kata Kunci: Kinerja Guru, Kecerdasan Emosional

Abstract

ABSTRACTChildren with Special Needs are children who have special behaviors that require guidance and special education from his parents and teachers. Like children in general, children with special needs also have the development and growth of the physical, mental, psychological and sexual. Based on the research conducted by researchers together with some teachers in individuals investigated, if the children with special needs get therapy sustained every day about sexual behavior and patterns of life, then they tend to have a positive sexual behavior, but if the therapy is not done, then they tend to a negative behavior. This study used the name Parents Therapy, in which the children with special needs who have negative sex in schools (respondents one child), as is often held his cock, embraced by aggressive children of the opposite sex therapy is given not only to their children but also their parents through counseling services. This treatment method is given for 30 days, but there are three days of therapy which is not performed as comparison changes in deviant behavior in children. The results of this therapy are very positive and significant, in which the child has calmness in his mental condition and the negative sexual behavior decreased (changed in his behavior).Keywords: Children with Special Needs, sexual behavior, Parents Therapy and counseling servicesABSTRAKAnak Berkebutuhan Khusus adalah anak yang memiliki perilaku khusus yang memerlukan bimbingan dan pendidikan khusus dari orangtua maupun guru. Seperti layaknya anak pada umumnya, Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus juga memiliki perkembangan dan pertumbuhan dari sisi fisik, mental, kejiwaan maupun seks. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti bersama dengan beberapa guru pada individu yang diteliti, apabila anak berkebutuhan khusus mendapatkan terapi yang berkesinambungan setiap harinya tentang perilaku seks dan pola hidup, maka anak memiliki perilaku seks yang positif, namun apabila terapi tidak dilakukan, maka anak memiliki perilaku yang negatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan nama Parents Therapy, di mana, anak berkebutuhan khusus yang mengalami perilaku seks negatif di sekolah (responden satu anak), seperti sering memegang kemaluannya, memeluk dengan agresif anak-anak yang berlawanan jenis diberikan terapi bukan hanya pada anaknya namun juga orangtuanya melalui layanan konseling. Metode terapi ini diberikan selama 30 hari, namun ada tiga hari terapi tidak dilakukan sebagai pembanding perubahan perilaku menyimpang pada anak. Hasil terapi ini sangat positif dan signifikan, di mana anak tersebut memiliki ketenangan dalam kondisi jiwanya dan perilaku seks negatifnya mengalami penurunan (ada perubahan perilaku).Kata kunci: Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus, perilaku seks, Parents Therapy, dan layanan konseling

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of interest of teachers in the use of props in the process of learning mathematics in elementary school. In accordance with the demands of the curriculum in 2013 and supported by the developed learning theory, learning mathematics is abstract object of study, students need an intermediary that props math-ematics, so that students can more easily understand the concepts that will be pre-sented, and in the end it can deliver students to solve mathematical problems, not only that proposed by the teacher but also the problems in life. The purpose of this study was to determine the interest of prospective elementary teachers on the use of props mathematics after getting lectures media and elementary mathematics learning model. By knowing the interest of prospective elementary teachers will be developed further realization of the state of the subject being studied. The method used is descriptive research, then the instruments used were questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study stated that the interest of prospective elementary teachers on the use of props after attending lectures media and elementary mathematics learning model is high over-all with a percentage of 76.70%.Keywords : Interest, Props Mathematics

Abstract

In 1994, it has been set Salamanca Statement and Framework for Action on Special Needs Education which contains about the importance of Education for all including education for children with special needs. In the development time, it was then born the idea of inclusive education is friendly public education for all children without exception. In Indonesia, 10 years ago, the Indonesian government has shown the attitude to education for children with special needs to enact legislation governing the national education system and also specifically on inclusive education in Indonesia. But along the way, there are still many schools that still not understand the concept, implementation, and strategies on the implementation of the inclusive education. Abstract

English Language Teaching (ELT) is in need of innovative and up-to-date teaching strategies which can develop students’ language competence and performance effectively. Student research is affirmed as one of effective as well as innovative teaching strategies, which develops student-centered learning. Through this strategy, the students learn how gathering information, interpreting it, and making conclusions based on the information gathered. The main purpose of applying this strategy is to make the students learn from the research, discover and also construct knowledge by themselves, as well as use the language. One important point that should be considered in implementing this strategy is the level of education in which the strategy is implemented. This article presents the way how this strategy may be utilized in the classroom.Keywords : student research, teaching strategy, student centered learning
