Abstract

Abstract: Faculty of economy consists of two major departments that are management and accounting. Study reveals that the level of end duty completion is quite effective around 58%. %. Study also reveals that each department has quite effective in assisting students to complete their end duty, i.e.: accounting 57.5% and management 52.2%. Abstract

This research was conducted at Lancang Kuning University . The purpose of the study to know and analyze the effect of transactional and transformational leadership style to Job Satisfaction empolyees  in Unilak. This study is useful to share ideas in the context of human resource development, so the employees may optimally serve students by possessing Job Satisfaction Employees and effective leadership style implementation. Variables used were Job Satisfaction employees as dependent and transactional and transformational leadership style used as independent. Population were 123 employees of Unilak. Samples determined by using Slovin formulation that consisted of 56 employees who were selected by using convenience sampling method. Hypothesis test were conducted by using multiple linier regression analysis that assisted with SPSS 22 for windows. Transactional and transformational leadership positively and significantly influenced the Job satisfaction employees among employees of Unilak, but partially Transformational leadership not significant influence to job satisfaction employees. It means that the Job Satisfaction employees?  were determined by how effective leaders can implement the appropriate leadership style. Therefore, it is recommended to Unilak leaders and management to properly analyze the situation and condition, so that leaders will know the proper time about when the transactional or transformational should be implemented. Abstract

The business environment is more that complex at the moment. Each the company makes strategic planning and implementation certainly in procesing will modify the strategy  to adjust the business environment in order to match expected destination. Likewise Spartan gym engaged in fitness place of business is currently facing external and internal environment always changing and uncertain. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate strategies to see if the strategy implemented at this time is appropriate to the business environment. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the strategy Spartan gym Pekanbaru using the method of balanced scorecard . The method in this research use qualitative research with the phases of the internal environment analysis like vision, mission, financial, human resource manajemen, marketing, external environment ,EFAS, IFAS and the balanced scorecard metode. Results from this study showed that after an evaluation of strategy on the Spartan gym Pekanbaru business position Spartan gym in a good position with a value of 3.973. Abstract

word creativity often we understand as an alternative and new innovations in human do when experiencing problems in dealing with problems. Creativity is also referred to as alternative work simplification so that it can produce a better product. Many definitions of creativity being addressed in accordance with permasalahnyaan. Housewife became one of the victims in the face of economic conditions, operationally housewife is a manager who manages the household finances and the need to provide creative art in optimizing the household expenses. De Jong & Den Hartog (2003) also describes the stages of creative behaviors innovative in making the innovation process into four phases as follows: see opportunity, issuing idea, fight for and application results showed quite good, especially in terms of the opportunities and put out the idea, but still low in the fight for the chance to become applicable in the field. Abstract

Abstract: Financial condition will reflect how the performance of the company . Assess the financial performance of the company's goal is to evaluate and improve the state perusahaannya.Untuk measure the financial performance of the company can use financial ratios such as liquidity , solvency , activity and profitability .The purpose of this study is : 1 ) To determine the performance of PT . Adira Multi Finance Tbk terms of liquidity ratios , 2 ) To determine the performance of PT . Adira Multi Finance Tbk terms of solvency ratios , 3 ) To determine the  performance of PT . Adira Multi Finance Tbk in terms of the activity ratios and 4 ) To determine the performance of  PT. Adira Multi Finance Tbk in terms of the profitability ratio.The analytical method used is the method of comparison is to compare the company's financial ratios with industry standard ratio norm. Based on the analysis of the data obtained it was concluded that : 1 ) The company's performance in terms of the last two year Quick Ratios,  has decreased but is generally still above standard industry norms. Means the company still Ilikuit. 2 ) corporate performance in terms of the solvency ratio Debt to Equity Ratio in a state insolvabel, and in terms of Debt to Total Assets Ratio also insolvabel. 3 ) company performance in terms of the ratio of the activity under standard industry norm, so it is said company 's effective yet efficient in utilizing all its assets to finance consumer and 4 ) corporate performance in terms of profitability Economical ( ROA ) in the last two years decreased, although the first 2 years is still above the industry standard norm, while in terms of their own capital profitability ( ROE ) at 2 years terakir sharp decline and fall below the standard norm industi. Means the company has not been efficient and effective in generating income through all sources of funding available. Keywords: performance , liquidity , solvency , activity and profitability.

Abstract: Labor discipline is business as management implementation guidelines to strengthen the organization in achieving its intended purpose. The better the teacher labor discipline in terms of providing a form of business confidence for menuakinkan in order to understand the rules that exist in schools and also strive to adhere to the rules defined. Then have a keen desire to change is a positive attitude or also repairs done continuously by teachers in order to improve discipline in work. Also in the sacrifice of the efforts of teachers in making the work done iklas follow the rules that exist and also the attitude of openness in their duties. In terms of the value achieved is the result obtained in the form of real action of a teacher and an attitude of self-discipline that views of his actions every day as well as the achievement is the result of discipline that can be seen from the extent of the violations committed and compliments received by teachers in the discipline. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, compensation and  agent loyalty against agent performance on PT. BNI Life Insurance at Marketing Agency  II Office. The population in this study are all agents have   the AAJI license certification with work tenure > 1 year on PT. BNI Life Insurance at Marketing Agency II Office consisting of 15 Cities in Indonesia with a total of as many agents as 785 people. The sampling in this study were taken by disproportionate stratified random sampling, using the formula of Taro Yamane in order to obtain as many as 89 people. The method used is quantitative method with data collection instruments that form questionnaire Likert scale models. Hypothesis testing is done via Path analysis techniques assisted with data processing devices Statistical Package of Social Science (SPSS) 17.0. Sub-structure analysis results 1 show that leadership and compensation significant effect on the loyalty of agents with contributions (donations) leadership to the loyalty of agents by 85.9% and 14.5% of compensation. While the Sub-Structure 2 shows that leadership, compensation and agent loyalty significant effect on the performance of agents. As for the contribution of leadership (X1) on the performance of the agent (Y) is expressed with a path coefficient of 27.3%. compensation (X2) by 20.4% and loyalty agent (X3) amounted to 52.3%. Abstract: Study held in Dupa Kencana Market Pekanbaru in order to analyze consumer?s perception towards traditional market and its impact to revitalization of Dupa Kencana market. Population consists of Pekanbaru society as the regular consumers. Respondent numbers determined by Hair theory and consists of 70 respondents. Variable used are perception as independent, while the revitalization used as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and simple regression analysis. Study reveals that consumer?s perception is still negative but it doesn?t significantly raises the intention of them in order to have Dupa Kencana market revitalized. Abstract

Abstract: The present research was set to investigate the effect of dividend policy, profitability dan institutional ownership structure to the capital structure and company value of manufacturing companies listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample consisted of 78 manufacturing companies which were selected using a purposive sampling technique.  The data source came from Indonesia Stock Exchange and ICMD (2010 ? 2012) dan emittent financial data. The data were analyzed with path analysis which was applied withSPSS software, the hypotheses were tested using a t-test. The results show that (1) The significance test results of ANOVA table indicated significance value for 0.645, where 0.645 > 0.05. Thus, Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. It means that the coefficient of regression was not significant. The conclusion was that variables X1, X2 and X3 had no effect or contribution to variable Y. (2) The significance test results of ANOVA table indicated the significance value for 0.000, where 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It means that the coefficient of regression was significant. Thus, the conclusion was that variables Y1, X1, X2 and X3 had effects or contributions to variable Y2.
