Abstract

Motorcycle incorporated in Paguyuban Angkutan Sepeda motor Muria (PASMM) or Muria Motorcycle Transportation Association is the main job of the community in Colo Village, Kudus Regency. The monopoly of PASMM in Colo Village is inseparable from a number of pilgrims in Sunan Muria. Based on this phenomenon, this study aimed at describing and analyzing socio-cultural background, social capital, and the increase in the family income of the members of PASMM motorcycle in Colo Village. The research methode used is to use a qualitative approach. Meanwhile, the data used were primary data, and secondary data. These data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. For the interviews, the researchers involved the members of PASMM motorcycle. They were selected using simple random sampling, and grouped into two, namely morning shift group and evening shift group. The results showed that: (1) PASMM had 391 members divided into two shifts, namely morning shift group, and evening shift group; (2) it had social capital in form of trust, norms, and network which established mutual trust among the members; (3) the income earned by the members of PASMM ranged from Rp 75,000 to Rp 150.000,00 per day. What is important from this findings was the solidarity among PASMM members to maintain the existence of PASMM from online taxi. Its existence was proved by the rule stating that the only person who is able to be PASMM member is the native people of Colo Village. The findings can contribute some significances. First, they can be a reference for the development of the use of social media. Second, they can improve the welfare of PASMM members in Colo Village.

Abstract

A strategic development program that is a global concern is the achievement of sustainable development goals. The goal of sustainable development has 17 achievement targets, one of which is gender equality and empowerment. The purpose of this study was to analyze the empowerment of women of character-based fishing families in Kedawung Village, Banyuputih District, Batang Regency. A qualitative approach, type of social descriptive research, primary, secondary and tertiary data sources. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation. The results showed that the characteristics of women in fishermen families in Kedawung Village were social and economic independence in entrepreneurship. Women's empowerment has been effective in the Fishermen Village, supported by the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries in the form of entrepreneurial processed fishers, as well as providing a sales platform in a particular market for fishers. The benefits of this research are expected to provide information on what can be done in effective empowerment for women in fishing families in the fields and forms of empowering women in fishermen?s families.

Abstract

Failure to harvest that caused by weather/climate factors is a serious problem for farmers. There problems cause low productivity of farmers. Climate field school became a solution to increase the farmer?s capacity in managing agricultural area. The purpose of this study is to examine the capacity of farmers from climate change. Analyzing the adaptation of farmers to climate change. This research was conducted quantitatively with quantitative descriptive methods. The population of this study was all 25 farmer participants of CFS. The techniques of collecting data were through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis techniques using questionnaire data analysis and descriptive analysis. The results in this study showed that the farmers? capacity in the Banyurip Village had a very high capacity with an average percentage which is reaching 76.4%. Farmer adaptation strategies to climate change are increasing, which is marked by a change from conventional way to more effective and efficient treatments. Farmer adaptation behavior is characterized by increased attitudes in the management of irrigation systems, determination of tolerant rice varieties, analysis of soil content and study of cropping patterns.

Abstract

Based on preliminary observations at Public Vocational High School 2 Purwodadi, Grobogan Regency related to the interaction of Papuan students is not in line with what was expected, where the process of social interaction is not running through contact and communication. The purpose of this study are to identify patterns of social interaction of Papuan students, identify the constraints of social interaction of Papuan students and analyze school strategies in encouraging the process of social interaction of Papuan students at Public Vocational High School 2 Purwodadi. Research methods using qualitative approach. The determination of informants is chosen according to the focus that will be discussed in this study. Criteria for determining informants are informants who understand and are related to existing research problems. The instrument used in this study was a list of questions, or what is called an interview instrument. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity technique uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the pattern of social interaction of Papuan students at Public Vocational High School 2 Purwodadi, in general, has been going well even though some obstacles must be immediately sought a solution. The hope to be achieved is the occurrence of harmonious and synergistic relationships in the process of social interaction so that it supports the education program launched by the government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Langit biru program and its impact on the social behavior of students in SMP Negeri 3 Tuban. This type of research is qualitative research. The research data was collected with several techniques, such as observation, interview, and documentation. Triangulation technique is done by means of triangulation method and source that is by checking the information result of interview with documentation and observation and match from one informant with other informant. The results of the discussion on the implementation of the Langit Biru program and its impact on the students' social behavior that langit biru program implementation consists of planning, Implementation and evaluation process of the program consisting of religious culture program (morning habituation) and SMS sambung rasa that are both interrelated. Impact Implementation of the Langit Biru program on social behavior of students of SMP Negeri 3 tuban known most of the students behave well or positively. After the existence of the Langit Biru program the presentation of violations of students also declined. Good social behavior of students is influenced by the environment that always supervise and work together both school environment and family or community environment.

Abstract

The implementation of integrity character has not run optimally yet. Facts show that in various regions, national exams were colored by multiple forms of fraud involving students, teachers, and even school principals. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze school culture and learning practices as the implementation of character education in Public Junior High School 2 Pekalongan. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and document studies. Observation and interviews are used to analyze school culture, while the learning process uses document studies, views, and interviews. The validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation techniques and methods. The results showed the implementation of character education through school culture begins with incorporating character values into the school curriculum, the formation of character building teams, and routine and spontaneous habituation activities, the implementation of character education through the learning process; analyze the character values in Core Competencies (KI), and Basic Competencies (KD), enter character values into the syllabus, Learning Implementation Plan (RPP) and evaluation. Learning subjects in Social Sciences, Islamic Religious Education, Citizenship Education, Indonesian Language, Mathematics, Natural Sciences have integrated character values according to Learning Implementation Plan, while the subjects Sports and English character values have not been implemented according to Learning Implementation Plan.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan teknologi, sekarang judi beralih ketempat yang sedikit lebih elit. Kemajuan teknologipun mengubah cara bermain judi. Sekarang, berjudi tidak harus bersembunyi seperti dahulu. Hanya dengan duduk santai di depan komputer yang terhubung dengan jaringan internet, kita bisa melakukan permainan haram tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis remaja melakukan judi online, (2) tanggapan keluarga terhadap remaja pelaku judi online,                        (3) dampak judi online terhadap melemahnya nilai-nilai sosial pada remaja. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Campusnet Data Media Cabang Sadewa Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa judi online berdampak terhadap melemahnya nilai-nilai sosial pada remaja. Diantaranya adalah melemahnya nilai material, yaitu ketika remaja mengalami kekalahan bermain judi online, uang mereka habis. Nilai vital yaitu saat kalah bermain judi online, tindakan remaja adalah menggadaikan barang yang mereka miliki. Serta, nilai kerokhanian yaitu ketika remaja menang bermain judi online remaja gunakan untuk mabuk-mabukan. Along with the development of technology, now gambling turning the place a little more elite. Progress teknology change the way gambling. Now, gambling should not hide as before. Just to sit back in front of the computer connected to the Internet network, we can do these illicit game. The purpose of this study were (1) to describe and analyze the teens do online gambling, (2) family responses to juvenile offenders online gambling, (3) the impact of online gambling to the weakening of social values ​​in adolescents. The location of this research is in Campusnet Data Media Branch Sadewa Semarang. This study uses a phenomenological approach. The results of this study showed that online gambling impact on the weakening of social values ​​in adolescents. Among them is the weakening of the material, that is when the teenagers defeat online gambling, their money runs out. Value vital that when you lose playing online gambling, teen action is pawning they have. As well, the value of spirituality that when teens win gambling online teens use to get drunk.

Implementasi Kurikulum 2013 membawa perubahan dalam proses pembelajaran.Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan No. 65 Tahun 2013 tentang StandarProses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah mengisyaratkan tentang perlunyaproses pembelajaran yang dipandu dengan kaidah-kaidah pendekatan saintifik.Pendekatan saintifik diberlakukan pada semua mata pelajaran untuk semua jenjang.Penerapan pendekatan saintifik tentu dapat menimbulkan kesulitan-kesulitantersendiri, terutama pada mata pelajaran non eksak seperti mata pelajaran IPS.Penelitian ini berusaha untuk melakukan studi terhadap Implemantasi Kurikulum2013 pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP-SMP wilayah Kota Semarang yang sudahmelaksanakan kurikulum 2013 pada tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini mengunakanpendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa Secara umum implementasi Kurikulum 2013 padamata pelajaran IPS di SMP-SMP wilayah Kota Semarang menggunakan pendekatanimplementasi kurikulum Mutual Adaptation, guru guru IPS masih mengalamibeberapa kendala dan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi riil dilapangan. hal ini dibuktikandalam melaksanakan pembelajaran guru-guru IPS memang sudah menggunakanpendekatan saintifik, namun sebagian besar pembelajaran IPS hanya terjadidi dalam kelas sehingga kurang memberikan pengalam belajar secara konkret bagipeserta didik. Implementation of Curriculum 2013 brought a change in the learning process. Regulation ofthe Minister of Education and Culture Number 65/2013 about Standard Process Primaryand Secondary Education hinted on the need for the learning process guided by the rules ofscientific approach. Scientific approach is applied to all subjects for all levels. The applicationof scientific approach certainly can cause its own difficulties, especially in subjects such noninexact social studies. This study sought to conduct a study of 2013 Implementation curriculumin social studies in junior high schools Semarang region that already implement thecurriculum 2013 in the academic year 2013/2014.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approac. Data collection methods used in this studywere interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the general implementationof Curriculum 2013 in social studies in junior high schools Semarang city regionapproach Mutual Adaptation of curriculum implementation, teacher social studies teacherand still having some problems adjusting to the real conditions in the field. This is evidencedin conducting learning social studies teachers are already using a scientific approach, but mostare just learning social studies in the classroom so that less provide less tangible experincelearning on the learner.
