Abstract

Keberhasilan pelajar dalam belajarnya, sejatinya bukan hanya tertumpu pada guru disekolah melainkan suatu sistem kesatuaan lingkungan dalam pendidikan; lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan pergaulan seharian anak diluar lingkungan keluarga dan sekolahnya. Pengajaran yang komunikatif adalah proses di mana guru memilih dan merencanakan yang dipelajari murid (isi/materi pelajaran), memutuskan bagaimana cara terbaik menolong para murid untuk belajar (metode dan pendekatan pengajaran), dan menentukan bagaimana kesuksesan pengajaran ditetapkan, serta bagaimana kemajuan belajar murid dapat dikomunikasikan (evaluasi dan umpan balik). Abstract

This study aims to analyze differences in conceptual understanding between students facilitated by learning modules with Contextual Teaching and Learning settings and direct learning models. This study was a quasi-experimental study using a pretest-posttest nonequivalent control groups design. . The data collected in this study are data understanding concepts with concept understanding tests. Then the concept understanding data was collected by concept understanding tests in the form of reasoned objective tests consisting of 19 items. Data on understanding concepts were analyzed descriptively using one-way analysis of variance. Research shows that understanding the concept of groups of students learning by facilitating learning modules containing Contextual Teaching and Learning is higher than the group of students who learn through direct learning models. Based on these findings it was concluded that there were differences in understanding of physics concepts between students facilitated by learning modules containing Contextual Teaching and Learning and direct learning models.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi antara variabel manajemen sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Tri Hita Karana, kepemimpinan pelayanan kepala sekolah, kecerdasan spiritual, kepuasan kerja dengan variabel komitmen organisasional guru. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis ex-post facto dengan rancangan analisis jalur (path analisis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 163 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil secara acak yang berjumlah 132 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dari variabel manajemen sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal tri hita karana, kepemimpinan pelayanan kepala sekolah, kecerdasan spiritual, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh hipotesis signifikan dan memiliki kontribusi terhadap komitmen organisasional. Sesuai dengan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa manajemen sekolah berbasis nilai-nilai kearifan lokal Tri Hita Karana, kepemimpinan pelayanan kepala sekolah, kecerdasan spiritual, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan (bersama-sama) memberi kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Sawan sebesar 0,914 atau 91,4%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis model regresi ? = 75,915 + 0,741 X1 + 0,826 X2 + 0,716 X3 + 0,732 X4 dengan Freg = 224,104 (p<0,05).Kata kunci: Manajemen Sekolah Berbasis Nilai-nilai Kearifan Lokal Tri Hita Karana, Kepemimpinan Pelayanan Kepala Sekolah, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasional Guru.

Abstract

Management of education by creating a conducive learning environment and successfully fulfilling commitments in fulfilling promises as educational leaders. The low quality of human resources is a fundamental problem that can hamper development and national economic development. Along with the advancement of knowledge and technology, the socio-cultural life, socio-economy is increasingly unacceptable to space and time. In order to build the quality of Indonesian people who are able to challenge it, clearly it requires human resources that can be relied upon in the face of competition. TQM is a quality management system that is related to continuous improvement in improving the quality of education from various aspects of sustainability. Educational quality that is acceptable from customer needs and satisfaction. The application of TQM in school organizations is carried out as an effort to improve the quality of education in schools, thereby improving the quality of schools by improving the quality of education of high quality. The implementation of a management system is always disrupted by balance. Two parties who are pro and contra arise, accept TQM and reject TQM. TQM's refusal because it affects changes in management, namely changing established values. With this pillar, it is expected to be able to help schools improve their educational processes. The implementation of integrated Quality Management in schools is inseparable from the efforts of the principal to provide assistance to the school.

Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with a very diverse number of ethnicities, cultures, languages, religions, and backgrounds. But unfortunately, the awareness of multiculturalism in our society has not yet developed properly. Education is a solution to unravel the tangled thread of prolonged conflict thanks to its role as social reconstruction. Implementation of multicultural education that emphasizes the importance of awareness of differences requires commitment from all elements of society because it requires reform of the education paradigm.Keywords: Cultural, Multiculturalism
