Abstract

The provision of trapping compensation is very positive applied in a company, and is designed not only for the benefit of employees but also for the benefit of the company, among others for employees to prevent problems arising from employees such as employee turnover and absenteeism. Companies must be able to carry out positive policies so that existing employees are encouraged to develop and improve employee performance in terms of quality and quantity, so that they are able to meet the demands of work that ultimately achieves the company's goals. This research uses quantitative methods. The research population is the employees of PDAM Tirta Mukti. The population is sixty respondents in PDAM Tirta Mukti. The ups and downs in employee performance at PDAM Tirta Mukti are affected by complementary compensation while others are influenced by other variables. Have a positive and significant effect between the relationship of pencer compensation on employee performance. The results of the complementary compensation t test partially affect the performance of employees at PDAM Tirta Mukti.

Abstract

This research aims to determine various stock investments with the Capital Asset Pricing Model(CAPM) method, to help investors pick efficient and inefficient stock. The population in thisstudy are all companies listing in Jakarta Islamic Index. The sampling technique used waspurposive sampling method and acquired 16 stocks. The results show that there was positiverelationship or non linear relationship between systematic risk and expected return. There are13 stocks included on efficient and investment decisions should be taken by investors was tobuy efficient stocks, while there are 3 stocks included on inefficient and investment decisionsshould be taken by investors was to sell inefficient stocks.Keywords: Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), Systematic Risk, Investment Decisions

Abstract

Brand loyalty is one concept that plays a very important role in marketing strategies to maintain customers who are loyal to the brand. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of bran reliability and brand intention as brand trust?s dimension on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE Sukabumi. Tehe method that use in this research is descriftive associative and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as a data analysis technique. Result of the research shows that the magnitude of the influence of brand trust on brand loyalty in the Muslim clothing House Of KAGE after testing simultaneously and partially have a positif and significant influence. It?s amounted to 11.8%, while the remaining 88.2% are influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Keyword : Brand Trust, Brand reliability, Brand intention, Brand Loyalty.

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of capital structures that measure profitability and solvability in cosmetic companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive method, the data used secondary data consisting of financial statements of cosmetics companies for the period 2015 to 2017. Using horizontal analysis for capital structure, return on equity (ROE), debt to equity ratio (DER), long term debt to equity ratio (LTDtER) and uses industry standard averages. The results show that PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk can exceed the average value of the industry standard and the value generated for returns on equity, debt to equity ratio, and long-term debt to equity ratio the higher compared to other cosmetic companies. Companies with returns on equity, debt to equity ratios and long-term debt-to-equity ratios that obtain low scores are PT. Kino Indonesia Tbk and PT. Mustika Ratu Tbk because the value obtained cannot always be obtained by the industry standard average value. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analysis the effect of food quality and perceived value on consumer satisfaction in the restaurant industry. The sample used in this research was 98 respondents and data collection methods using a questionnaire. The method used in this study is the use the type of probability sampling includes in the simple random sampling. The analysis technique using validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including test coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient, and simultaneous test (F test).The results of the test coefficient of determination seen from value (Adjusted R2) of 0,473 can be interpreted that the effect of Food Quality and Perceived Value on consumer satisfaction is 4,73%. The remaining 52,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.696, it shows that there is a strong relationship between food quality and perceived value with customer satisfaction. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0,05, which means that together Food Quality (X1) and Perceived Value (X2) significantly influence customer satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of net income and the Debt Ratio on Equity to Dividends at PT. Adaro Energy Tbk 2010-2017. The technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The population used in this study is the financial statements of PT. Adaro Energy Tbk, which is listed on the IDX. And the sample from financial statements is available for 32 periods (quarterly). The results of the determination coefficient test (R2) of 0.253 can be interpreted that the effect of Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio to Dividend is 25.3%. The remaining 74.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.503, indicating that there is a moderate relationship between Net Profit and Debt To Equity Ratio with Dividends. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0.015 <0.05 which means that together the value of Net Profit (X1) and Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) have a significant effect on dividends (Y). Based on the t test shows that Net Profit (X1) does not significantly influence dividend (Y), Debt To Equity Ratio (X2) does not significantly influence dividend (Y).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the fixed assets turn over in measuring the level of profitability at PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2013-2017 with data analysis using fixed assets turn over (FATO) and return on assets (ROA). This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection methods using secondary data, namely library research and financial report documentation from PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk, which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from the period 2013 - 2017. The results of this study indicate the occurrence of fluctuations in income (ROA) at PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk. And experiencing an increase in (FATO) therefore PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk in processing assets owned is not optimal to generate sales. So that between income and fixed assets turn over is not balanced at PT. Sampoerna Agro Tbk in the period 2013-2017.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan pasti mempunyai tujuan tertentu salah satunya adalah untuk mendapatkan laba yang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas tentang Non Performing Loan dan Return On Invesment pada PT.Bank MNC Internasional Tbk,. Analisis ini membutuhkan laporan keuangan sedikitnya 8 tahun terakhir dengan keseluruhan data sebanyak 32 data. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana,Koefisiensi Kolerasi,Koefisiensi Determinasi dan Uji-T. Berdasarkan hasil dan Pembahasan serta hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan,dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa Non Performing Loan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Invesment pada PT.Bank MNC Internasional. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari hasil Uji-T dimana hasil t-hitung lebih kecil dari t-tabel (-202 < 2,048). Dengan demikian menjawab hipotesis Ho yang menyatakan bahwa “Non Performing Loan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Return On Invesment pada PT.Bank MNC Internasional.” Dapat diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis web service quality dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada pengguna shopee. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pada pengguna online shop kawaidollshop di Sukabumi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan asosiatif serta menggunakan teknik random sampling. Dengan menggunakan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan pengujian model hipotesis yaitu uji secara parsial dan secara simultan. Hasil yang didapat menunjukan bahwa hasil pengujian hipotesis memperlihatkan variabel web service quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen dan variabel kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Firm Size and Leverage on Bond Ratings in banking subsector companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2018. The sample in this study was obtained using purposive sampling method which is included in the non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study consisted of banking subsector companies listed on the IDX in 2018 and rated by PT PEFINDO with a total of 22 banking companies. The method used in this research is descriptive with quantitative and associative approaches. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with an R Square value of 0.030 which can be interpreted as the effect of firm size and leverage on a bond rating of 3% and the remaining 97% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. F Test results show a value of Fcount 0.295 <3.49 Ftable which means there is no effect on firm size and leverage on the bond rating. From the test results partially firm size variables have a positive effect and leverage has a negative effect on the bond rating.
