Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia. Sampel penelitian dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling sehingga didapat kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol.Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, bahwa PT. Prunabon Global Supplies Indonesia dalam metode pelatihan yaitu menggunakan metode balai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada kelompok eksperimen sebagian pegawai merespon positif terhadap pelatihan yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 81,26, sedangkan rata-rata pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 75,51. Prosentase peningkatan dari sebelum dan sesudah treatment pada kelompok eksperimen sebesar 10% sedangkan kelompok kontrol 5,29%. Dan uji hipotesis statistik menunjukan nilai signifikan (t) 0,000  lebih kecil dari ? yang ditetapkan (0,05) atau dilihat dari kriteria pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil t hitung lebih besar dari t table (3,849 ? 1,669) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini menunjukan pelatihan sangat berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Dalam suatu organisasi perusahaan kunci keberhasilan bukan hanya terletak pada produk atau jasa yang dihasilkan namun juga seberapa jauh upaya pimpinan dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawainya. Kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu kunci dalam kehidupan suatu perusahaan. Kepemimpinan dapat dikatakan sebagai cara dari seorang pemimpin dalam mengarahkan, mendorong dan mengatur seluruh unsur-unsur di dalam kelompok atau organisasinya untuk mencapai suatu tujuan organisasi. Pemimpin yang sukses adalah apabila pemimpin tersebut mampu menjadi pencipta dan pendorong bagi bawahannya dengan menciptakan suasana dan budaya kerja yang dapat memacu disiplin para pegawainya. Seorang pemimpin harus mampu mempengaruhi para bawahannya untuk bertindak sesuai dengan visi, misi dan tujuan perusahaan. Pemimpin juga harus mampu memberikan wawasan, membangkitkan kebanggaan, serta menumbuhkan sikap hormat dan kepercayaan bawahannya. Sehingga hal ini dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut.Adapun metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode deskriptif dan korelasional. Deskriptif adalah suatu masalah yang dibahas dengan cara mengumpulkan, mengelola, dan menyajikan data sehingga dapat memberikan gambaran tentang pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai sehingga pada akhirnya dihasilkan suatu kesimpulan. Untuk analisis dan mengintrepretasikan data secara kuantitatif, digunakan alat bantu statistik sehingga memudahkan penafsiran data mentah yang diperoleh. Koefisien Korelasi (uji r) Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh r sebesar 0,668 mengandung arti terdapat hubungan yang positif dan kuat sebesar 0,668 antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja. Koefisien determinasi (uji r2) pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai adalah sebesar 44,6 % atau sebesar 0,446. Sedangkan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja pegawai adalah mencapai 100 % - 44,6 % = 55,4 %. Uji Signifikasi (uji t) t hitung  sebesar 6,536 lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 2,000 atau jatuh pada daerah penolakan Ho, dengan demikian hipotesis alternatif diterima. Artinya ada pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Regresi Linear, dihasikan persamaan Y = 21,04 + 0,984 x yang mengandung makna bahwa apabila nilai X dinaikan satu satuan, maka nilai Y akan naik sebesar 0,984 pada tingkat konstanta 21,04.

Abstract

Basically, humans want to work is to meet the needs of both physical and spiritual needs. If relative needs are met then the serenity and concentration of work will increase so that discipline will be better. Work discipline will improve work effectiveness and productivity.Increased work productivity will further ensure the achievement of goals and continuity of the company. In improving the productivity of work leaders must strive to provide welfare in the form of adequate compensation both in the form of material and non-material to employees in order to increase work discipline. When satisfaction is achieved from work, this will stimulate them to improve their work discipline, so that work productivity increases and the goals and goals of the company will be achieved. In the preparation of this thesis researchers took the object of research on most employees at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon with permanent employees status. With the reason that the level of compensation obtained by employees is closely related to the level of discipline in an effort to optimize the company's goals. From the results of the above research can authors conclude as follows: Implementation of compensation, PT.Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Cirebon can be said to be good, but still need more improvement. Employee discipline level of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk., Still need to be improved again this will impact to decreasing overall performance. From the results of the correlation test of 0.857 states that a strong / strong relationship between the variable compensation with the variable discipline. At the real level = 0.05 from the result of analysis it turns out H: P> 0 received, that is very high correlation, which means between variable compensation (X) with variable discipline (Y) there is a very high/ strong relationship with H alternative accepted, hypothesis 0 rejected, supported with result that t count> t table that is 7,05> 1,725.

Abstract

Performance as an ability that a person has includes knowledge and skills. In the world of work, performance is the capacity that exists in a person to fulfill his work responsibilities so as to produce good output. The employee's performance will be said to be successful and optimal if it is in accordance with the company's desired results. The need for information systems to produce optimal employee performance is needed by computers based on Information Technology (computerization), so that it is not only able to optimize employee performance but also facilitate decision making for management because the data and information produced are fast and accurate. To find out the influence of management information system on employee performance, research was made. Thepurpose of this study is to analyze and test the influence of management information system on employee performance. In this study the population is PT Arta Boga Cemerlang Cirebon Branch,Jln. Nyi Gede Cangkring No. 99. To make it easier, save time, effort and cost, the researchers determined the size of the sample based on the Slovin formula. The sample obtained was 55 employees. Data analysis tools used in this study are validity and reliability test, significance test (t test), product moment correlation test (r test), determination coefficient (R2),and linear regression. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significantinfluence between management information system and employee performance, this can be seen from the results of the study showed a correlation of 0.68 and t calculate = 6,75. From the calculation result t calculate greater than t table which is 6.75 > 2.021; thus Ho hypothesis is rejected and ha alternative hypothesis accepted, i.e. there is a significant influence between management information system on employee performance. The coefficient value of determination of 0.46 or 46%,means that the variation in employee performance change(Y) is influenced by management information system (X) by 46%and the remaining 54%isinfluenced by other factors that are not calculated. Regression test results showed that management information system variables had a positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of0.96.
