Abstract

In Economic Sociology, social attachment is something that cannot be denied, especially in economic behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control of the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat. The method used is descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling using the method of saturated sampling technique with a sample of 73 respondents. The analysis tool uses validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are the embandedness of socio-economic status has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students by 41.7%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (7.133> 1.994), so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between the embandedness of socio-economic status on the consumptive behavior of students at MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat Office. Self-control has a positive and significant effect on student consumptive behavior by 40.2%. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (6.906> 1.994) so that H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between self-control on the consumptive behavior of students on. A simultaneous test of the embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control has a positive and significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students with a contribution of 48.4%, while the remaining 53.2% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained the value of Fcount> Ftable or (39.814> 2.740), thus Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there are positive and significant simultaneous influences between embandedness of socio-economic status and self-control on the consumptive behavior of students at the MA Khazanah Kebajikan Ciputat

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model can explain the excess return expected by investors. The population used is the LQ 45 index with large capitalization and liquid. Based on the sample in this study was used by 25 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The results show that the variables in the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model have a significant effect on the excess return, which is 65.7%. Partial testing results also show that all variables in this study have a significant effect on excess return. This means that the Fama & French Five-Factors Asset Pricing Model in this study period can explain the expected rate of return of shares by investors.

Sumatran serow [Capricornissumatraensis sumatraensis (Bechstein, 1799)J is one of endangered species in KerinciSeblat National Park (KSNP). Few data are available about Sumatran serow in KSNP.The research was designed to analize the distribution of Sumatran serow in Sipurak.Fieldstudy was conducted from September 2005 to February 2006 in Sipurak, KSNP.The detection-non detection survey method was applied for observation. There were 44cells sampling,' the number of cells determined by purposive sampling base on habitattypes and accessibility to reach the location of cell (easy or hard). The data were analyzedby Arcview 3.2 PC. The sumatran serow just indirectly detected. Sign of its existencemainly detected at ramp. Distribution of sumatran serow mainly was invented on the lowland forest type (8 1,82%) which are characterized by caves, rock-cliff, and rugged hills.Key words: Distribution; detection-non detection; sumatran serow; Sipurak

Abstract

ABSTRACTSpatial Modelling Impact for Sumatran Serow Occupancy [Capricornissumatmensissumatraensis (Bechsteiu, 1799)] at Sipurak-Kerinci Seblat National Park, Jambi.Existency for habitat preference of sumatran serow is very important to support the wildlifemanagement. The research was designed to study the influence of factor of spatialhabitat occupany or habitat preference of sumatran serow [Copricornis sumatraensisAbstractsumotraensis (Bechstein, 1799)l. The detection-non detection survey method was appliedfor observation. Data processed by using software Arcview 3.2, and PRESENCE PC.From the ten model selected, there was little variation in the estimates of occupancy (Y )IPA0 (ranging from 0,7283 to 0,7637) and detection probability orp (0,2407 to 0,2495).The top two ranked models are distance to forest and slope. It's mean th%t distance toforest and slope have good influence on occupancy of Sumatran serow. The factors ofspatial habitat have positive correlation to PAO. Sumatran serow occupancy was greaterin grid cells that were further from the forest edge, in grid cells that were located onsteeper slopes, and also from others spatial habitat factors.Key words: The factor of spatial habitat; sumatran serow; PAO; detection probability; Sipurak.

Abstract

Creating studentâ??s interest in supply chain learning is most crucial and significant to achieve better outcomes. It is challenging for the teachers to develop studentâ??s interest in learning. Teachers have been developing and establishing new techniques to stimulate students interest. Therefore, in this direction, the main purpose of this study is to ensure the studentâ??s interest in supply chain education with the help of teacherâ??s willingness and ability. Furthermore, the moderating role of fun learning by the teacher for enhancing the studentâ??s interest has also been discussed. Besides this was a cross sectional study. Sample size of this study was 300 students of schools. 5-point Likert scale was used to collect the response. Smart PLS software was used to analyze the data. Findings of this study were that teacherâ??s willingness and ability created interest with the help of fun learning which increases supply chain performance (SCP). Abstract

The purpose of this study is not only to compare the Capital Asset Price Model, Arbitration Price Theory, Three Factor Price Model, Three Factor Price Model, and Five Factor Price Model to study the Capital Asset Price Model, Price Arbitration Price Theory, Three Factor Price Model, Four Factors Pricing Model and Five Factors Pricing Model for excess returns and for determining the best asset pricing model in terms of the ability to explain estimates of excess returns. This research includes explanatory research (explanatory research), namely looking at the relationship between research variables and testing hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study examines the effect of variables in the asset pricing model and compares the asset pricing models in explaining excess returns. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out the best model that can be used in assessing the asset pricing model is the five Price Model Factors, this is evidenced by the value of R2 or R Square of 89.4%, the value is greater than the value of R2 or R Square Capital Asset Pricing Model, Arbitration Price Theory, Three Price Factor Models, and Four Price Factor Models, which were 34.7%, 55.2%, 77.2% and 79% respectively.
