Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of price and quality of service to customer satisfaction at Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. The population is employees of Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya amounting to 30 customers. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method.                Results of analysis of multiple linear regression is ? = 3.629 + 0.386 X1 + 0.299 X2 means there is a positive influence between price and quality of service to customer satisfaction. The strength of the relationship of the three variables is very strong, ie r = 0.826. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low customer satisfaction 46.6%, and the remaining 53.4% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors to get the conclusion that the price and quality of service applied Bengkel Zul Keluarga Jaya positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result Fhitung (11,802)> Ftabel (3,35) with significance level 0,000 <alpha 0,05

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to examine and analyze 1. The Description of distribution costs, personal selling costs, and sales at Keramika Pematangsiantar Era Store. 2. The role of distribution cost and personal selling costs on sales the Pematangsiantar Era Keramika Store both simultaneously and partially.Based on the results of the analysis through the trend formlula for 1. Distribution cost, it can be interpreted that the distribution cost are interpreted that the distribution costs are positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. The trend for 2. Personal selling costs, it means that the costs of personal selling is positively proportional to sales, where when X is raised one unit is predicted to increase sales. 3. Sales trend, it means that sales experience a monthly increase of 197.368,42. Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of competency, work performance and promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar. 2) To find out the effect of competency and work performance on promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially.             The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Competence, work performance and promotion are good. 2) The results of the regression analysis are ? = 3.943 + 0.770X1 + 0.345X2 meaning that competency and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilair = 0.787, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between competence and work performance with promotion. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R = 0.619 means that the high and low of promotion can be explained by competence and work performance by 39.0%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that competence and work performance have a positive and significant effect on job promotion in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Tirtauli Branch I Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Competence, Job Performance, and Job Promotion

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as follows: 1. Motivation, job satisfaction and employee work discipline is good. 2. Regression analysis results are ? = 17,600 + 1.086X1 + 1.028X2, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive effect on employee work discipline. 3. Correlation analysis results obtained obtained value r = 0.883, meaning there is a high and positive correlation between motivation and job satisfaction with employee work discipline. The high level of work discipline can be explained by motivation and job satisfaction of 77.9%. 4. H0 Hypothesis rejected, meaning motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of the Land Office employee of Simalungun Regency either simultaneously or partially.The suggestions of this research are: To increase the motivation of the leader should give confidence to the employees in completing the task given to him so that employees feel confident in working. To improve the job satisfaction of the leader should give attention, compensation, and career development well in accordance with the needs of the employee so that every job given the leadership can be done with a good attitude and satisfaction in the work continues to increase. To improve employee work discipline, agencies should act decisively in enforcing sanctions according to the rules that have been listed with the maximum and consistent, so that employees are aware and more disciplined themselves

Abstract

The results can be summarized as follows: 1. Quality of service, price, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is good. 2. There is influence of service quality and price to customer satisfaction in prove ?Z  = 5,885 + 0,523X1 + 0,661X2. The effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is proved ? = 6,197 + 0,663Z. 3. Quality of service and price have high and positive correlation with customer satisfaction in prove with value r = 0,858, and determination value equal to 26,4%. Customer satisfaction has high moderately and positive correlation with customer loyalty in the prove with the value of r = 0.763, and the value of determination of 41,7%. 4. Hypothesis test results stated H0 rejected means the quality of service and price have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as intervening variable.             The suggestions of this research are: 1. To improve the quality of service, A&A Copier Pematangsiantar shop employees should be able to handle customer complaints optimally, friendly to customers and able to communicate and serve customers well. 2. To optimize prices, to provide discounts to customers who have been copying more than one ream of paper and providing credit cards as a means of payment transactions. 3. For customer satisfaction, improve the results of photocopy so as not to blurred and bilge a more tidy. 4. To improve customer loyalty, pay attention to customer needs, help operate the computer, provide information about the products to be purchased by customers, and give the gift evenly.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: 1. To know the description of training, employee placement and employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pematangsiantar City. 2. To determine the influence of training and employee placement on employee performance at Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Pematangsiantar City either simultaniously or partially.The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Employees states that raining, employee placement, and employee performance is good. 2. Training and employee placement have a positive influence on employee performance. 3. There is moderately high correlation between training and employee placement with employee performance. Then employee performance can be explained by the training and employee placement, 4. Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of Leadership and Job Satisfaction on Work Discipline at Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees of Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar amounted to 57 people. The data used are data by qualitative and qualitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Results of analysis of multiple linier regression is Ŷ = 26,243 + 1,232X1 + 0,681X2, means there is a positive influence between leadership and job satisfaction on work discipline. The strength of the relationship between the three variables is strong, is r = 0,752. From the coefficient of determination can be explained high low work discipline 56,5%, and the remaining 43,5% explained by other factors that are not discussed in this study. From the results of processing and calculation of the questionnaire, the authors get the conclusion that the leadership and job satisfaction applied Balai Diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Pematangsiantar have a positive and significant effect on work discipline. This is proven by hypothesis testing simultaneously, where the test result fhitung (35,062)> fhitung (3,17) with significance level 0,000 < alpha 0,05. Abstract

The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1) Office layout, job facilities are excellent and job satisfaction is satisfied. 2) The results of the regression analysis are Ŷ = 2,648 + 0,759X1 + 0,136X2 meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction. 3) The results of the correlation analysis obtained nilai r = 0.767, meaning that there is a strong and positive relationship between office layout and job facilities with employees job satisfaction. 4) Obtained the coefficient of determination R =0,589 means that Employees job satisfaction can be explained by office layout and job facilities by 58,9%. 5) The research hypothesis H0 is rejected, meaning that office layout and job facilities have a positive and significant effect on employees job satisfaction in PDAM Tirtauli Pematangsiantar both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Office Layout, Job Facilities, and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The result of this research: 1. Brand equity, word of mouth and purchasing decisions already high. 2. The results of the regression analysis is Ŷ = 8,177 + 0,724X1 + 0,255X2, means this research have positive between of the brand equity and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions. 3. The results of correlation analysis obtained by r = 0,813 , it mean there is a high correlation and positive between the brand equity and word of mouth, to consumer purchasing. Purchasing decisions are influenced by the brand equity and word of mouth of 66.2%. 4. The hypothesis of research H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that the brand equity and word of mouth positive and significant effect of the purchase on the Oppo smartphone either simultaneously or partial. As for the suggestion of this research is to increase brand equity, the need for sophisticated feature innovations in accordance with the wishes of consumers selfie features with the quality front camera which is very nice as well as the resolution of the camera that is large enough for the sake of who were the selfie. To preserve the word of mouth on the Oppo smartphone, then spread information or promotion through advertising in prime time hours, preferably with a more interesting advertising concept that users increasingly Oppo smartphone products. Whereas, to maintain the increasing konsumenn purchasing decisions, by making innovations in presenting a unique design and specification put forward in order to get the attention of consumers. Abstract

The results of this study can be summed summarized as follows: 1. Intellectual Ability is high, ethic of work is high enough and employee performance is high. 2. Regression analysis result is Ŷ = 33,312 + 0,306X1 + 0,302X2, meaning there is positive influence between intellectual ability and ethic of work on employee performance. 3. The results of the analysis correlations is r = 0,660 which means there is a moderately high and positive correlation between intellectual ability and ethic of work with employee performance. The level of employee performance can be explained 43,6% by intellectual ability and ethic of work. 4. Hypothesis test result stated that H0 is rejected, it means intellectual ability and ethic of work have positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT BPRS Amanah Bangsa Pematangsiantar simultaneously and partially. The suggestions of this research is: 1. To strengthen the intellectual ability, the agency should provide opportunities for further education. 2. To improve ethic of work, employee should try to be more sincere and grateful in working for improving the quality of work. 3.
