Abstract

In the millennial era it is very important in describing the lives of interfaith people on the face of the earth. Various social media certainly become a very important tool for each group to convey ideas quoted based on the teachings of their respective religions. The frequent occurrence of trends in values, morals and ethics causes the relationship between religious people to become increasingly span in the field of trust. Various groups from each religion often complained about their achievements in terms of personality and even on political matters so that such a huge impact is vulnerable to minorities in certain regions. This is where the Qur'an plays a very important role as one of the rejects of Muslim thinking. In addition, the Qur'an also plays an important role for all human beings as social beings without exception. Although al-Qu'an himself has stated that to be one does not have to be the same. Different religions, cultures, nationalities or others is not a limiting thing to build a harmony of living together. It's just that, at the present time many thinkers who stand tall are only for their own sake, don't care about what's around them. For this reason, we are writing a study based on events that often occur on the face of the earth. Inserted with some ideas from several figures and an expert in the interpretation of the Qur'an in order for the writer and the reader to understand more deeply what tolerance is or what harmony is religious life

Abstract

A research has been conducted on the adsorption ability of rice husk ash to water content and free fatty acid of virgin coconut oil (VCO) in the adsorption column. The objective of this research is to get the ratio of coarse VCO to rice husk ash adsorbent in the column that produces VCO with water content, free fatty acid that meets SNI and yields VCO yield not less than 80%. This study used a completely randomized factorial design (CRF design) with the effect of the amount of rice husk ash adsorbent (5g, 10g, 15g, 20g, 25g) in in columns 2.5 and 3 inches. The result of research on column 2.5 inch of the lowest water content (0.2%) was found on the weight of rice husk ash 25g and free fatty acid content on 25g ash husk ash was 0.1%. And at column 3.0 inch the lowest water content was found on 25g ash husk ash 0.1%, and the lowest free fatty acid content on ash weight of rice husk 25g was 0.2% and the best yield was 90%. Abstract

Pb metal adsorption studies on land water spinach (Ipomoem reptans poir) have been carried out. The method of analysis was carried out using a completely randomized design with two independent variables, i.e amount of Pb metal concentration adsorb on the roots of land spinach and the lifetime of the land spinach roots. The results show that the amount of Pb metal adsorp on the land spinach roots with variations in the age of 2-5 consecutive weeks was 0,023 µg/g; 0,03 µg/g; 0,084 µg/g; 0,099 µg/g, respectively. The results of both statistical tests, F test and LSD test, show that there was a significant difference in the concentration of Pb in each age of harvest, which in the fifth week showed the highest Pb level. BCF test results show that Pb metal adsorption takes piace with a phytoextraction mechanism. Keywords: Absorption, Lead Metal, Land Weter Spinach, Pb Levels, Length Of Planting Time

Abstract

Cork Fish (Channa striata) is a freshwater fish that was spread throughout most of Indonesia and it contains albumin that was beneficial to the human body. Albumin was easily dissolved in water during the cooking process both boiled and steamed. This study aims to determine the influence of boiling and steaming times at 100oC against albumin content of cork fish that lost and left in fish meat. The times of boiling and steaming that was used to processing the fish were 10, 15, and 20 minutes. The albumin concentration that lost and left in for the boiling and the steaming process was determined by the biuret test that used a UV-Vis spectrophotometer at albumin maximum wavelength of 530 nm. The results showed that albumin content that lost for 10 minutes boiling process (62 mg/10g) was smaller than the other boiling times and albumin left in fish meat was 164 mg/10g. The same result was also obtained at 10 minutes steaming process which results left in albumin content of 167 mg/10g and lost albumin of 62 mg/10g. The albumin content that lost or dissolved in water for the steaming process was smaller than the boiling process, therefore the steaming process is more efficient than the boiling process at cork fish processing. Abstract

Research about the retention of red spinach leaves extract (Alternanthera amoena Voss) as a natural coloring and preservative in wet noodles has been done. The study aim is to determine the anthocyanin retention of red spinach leaves extract in the processing of wet noodles and determine the organoleptic quality of wet noodles by adding pigment red spinach leaves extract. The extraction method used the maceration method by ethanol solvent. Anthocyanin levels on an extract that obtained by using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer were 33.34%. Anthocyanin retention of red spinach leaves extract on wet noodle processing at storage times of 0, 6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, and 48 hours was 100%, 75.87%, 75.37%, 74.95%, 74.62%, 74.12%, 73.28%, 71.70%, and 70.61%. Organoleptic quality of wet noodles that was added with extract has ?like? to ?really like? grade with score detail of the best color of 4.37 at 18 hours storage, whereas the odor, texture, and taste for 0 hours storage have the highest score of 4.63, 4.63, and 4.57, respectively. The wet noodles with red spinach leaves extract more preferred than the noodles without extracts. Keywords: Retention, anthocyanin, Alternanthera amoena Voss., wet noodles

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to describe the progress of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia from the perspective of historical philosophy. The writing method used is qualitative - descriptive. Based on the conceptual analysis it can be seen that the growth of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia, there are four theories: First Islamic boarding schools established since the spread of Islam in Indonesia (Nusantara) in the 15th century AD, the first figure who founded was Syekh Maulana Malik Ibrahim proved that he developed his mission using mosques and Islamic boarding schools as trans-mission centers of Islamic science. Secondly, Islamic boarding schools began to emerge since the time of the Prophet, because at that time the Prophet's preaching was carried out clandestinely in a house like the house of one of the people named Arqom bin Abi Arqom. Third, Islamic boarding schools are the adoption of a model of Hinduism and Buddhism, when Islam grew and developed in Java. Fourth, Islamic boarding schools stand in the Dendenderi Islamic tradition, namely the tarekat tradition. Because this institution has a close relationship with the Sufi education model.
