Abstract

Kondisi tanah disetiap tempat sangatlah berbeda karena tanah secara alamiah merupakan material yang rumit dan sangat bervariasi. Sebagai material konstruksi yang memegang peran penting sebagai dasar pondasi, sehingga mutlak diperlukan tanah yang memiliki kuat dukung tinggi dan penurunan yang sekecil mungkin. Hasil pengujian ini didapat dengan menstabilisasikan tanah dengan cara mekanis untuk mengetahui nilai kuat geser tanah lempung dengan bahan stabilisasi Portland Composite Cement (PCC) dan Polypropylene Fiber.       Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan mencampurkan tanah lempung dengan bahan stabilisasi portland composite cement dan polypropylene. Kemudian dilakukan pengujian kuat geser langsung.       Hasil pengujian didapatkan Kuat Geser tertinggi tanah dengan semen PCC 4% dan polypropylene fiber 0,4% dengan nilai kohesi (c) sebesar 0,44 kg/cm2, nilai sudut geser internal sebesar 65°30?25?? nilai kuat gesernya yaitu  sebesar 2,195 kg/cm2, dengan waktu pemeraman 14 hari.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out: 1) what factors influence the shift in the values of the Rambu Tuka 'ceremony in Toraja, and 2) to find out how the cultural values of Rambu Tuka' in the Toraja are shifted. This study aims to determine what factors influence the shift in the values of the Rambu Tuka 'ceremony in Toraja. Knowing the shift in the cultural values of Rambu Tuka 'in Toraja. The collection of data using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. So that the results of the study show that out of all the results outline the factors that cause cultural changes in Toraja are caused by many factors. Factors that greatly influence the shift in cultural values of tuka signs in tana toraja are; Modern technology, and other cultural influences. So from that it can be concluded that the public perception of the cultural changes that exist in Toraja, is not much different from each respondent's opinion. For the generations of Toraja youth, Let us maintain the culture that has developed in the community such as the Ruka Tuka 'ceremony, so that values contained such as togetherness, help, and cooperation are maintained considering that one of the great potentials for tourism is in the culture of Tana Toraja

Abstract

The problem in this research is the increase in unemployment among college graduates where college graduates should essentially be able to produce graduates who must have entrepreneurial skills so as to reduce the ongoing unemployment rate. This study aims at determining and analyzing the effect of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial interest of students at Economics Education Study Program, STKIP PGRI, West Sumatera. The method used in this study is survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaire using a Likert scale of 1-5. The object of this research is the students of the Economics Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI West Sumatera by determining the sample using the Slovin formula. The data analysis used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis which aims to determine the test of the effect of this research variable in the form of self-efficacy on student interest in entrepreneurship. The results of the research that have been conducted reveal that self-efficacy of students has a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship with a confidence level of 5% and the results of the research prove that the significant value is 0,000 which indicates that the value is less than 0.05. Based on these results, efforts need to be made to increase entrepreneurial intention of students of Economics Education Study Program at STKIP PGRI West Sumatera, one of which is by providing facilities and infrastructure that support entrepreneurial activities. Keyword: self-efficacy, entrepreneurial interest

Abstract

This study aims to describe the digital literacy of economics teachers in online learning as an effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. The approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative approach with explanatory survey method. Simple random sampling techniques was used for collecting the data. From the total population of 135 economics teachers, the researcher took a sample of 56 economics teachers, where this sample was taken from 28 public schools consisting senior high schools and Islamic high school in Tasikmalaya Regency. Respondents were given statements totaling 26 items with two choices, namely Yes and No, then the collected data was given a score based on the Guttman scale. The questionnaires that have been distributed are tabulated for easy calculation. After the data was tabulated, the results were described according to the conditions in the field. The results of this study indicate that the digital literacy of economics teachers in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic is relatively high, namely 55.30%, however, if viewed from the four aspects of digital literacy skills for the guidance aspect of hypertext, it is still low. Therefore, evaluation is still needed to improve teachers’ understanding of hypertext, so that teachers will be more effective in accessing existing information to prepare for online learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the readiness of economics teachers to face online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey method. The research was conducted at Public Senior High Schools in East Belitung Regency involving 15 teachers spread across 5 schools. The data collection technique in this study used a survey technique with the Guttman scale. The data analysis technique used in this study was to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then the data from the percentage score was interpreted and each indicator was analyzed in depth. The results of this study indicate that the readiness of economic teachers to face online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic as a whole is in the ready category, which is 55.60%, but when viewed from the eight indicators for indicators of teacher ability in planning and designing online learning designs and the ability to manage the learning system online, the teachers are not ready yet. Therefore, evaluation is still needed to improve teacher readiness in order to make online learning effective.    Keywords: Economics Teachers’ Readiness, Online Learning, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

This study aims to describe the success factors of online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for vocational school students in Medan City. The four success factors of online learning used are teacher characteristics, student characteristics, technology, and support. This research is an explanatory survey research with data collection techniques through a questionnaire summarized in 53 questions distributed to 101 students at SMK Laksamana Martadinata Medan City. The data collected was then analyzed using the Guttman Scale. The results of this study indicate that online learning for students of SMK Laksamana Martadinata Medan has been successfully implemented.
