Abstract

The very rapid development of technology has made internet users increase, thus inviting the presence of online transportation. Gojek is an online transportation service business that is growing rapidly at this time. As one of the most trusted online transportation services, Gojek must have an effective and innovative strategy to get and retain its customers. This study aims to determine how the quality of Gojek’s online transportation services on customer satisfaction (a study of Gojek users in the Yogyakarta Special Region). Researchers used 80 respondents as samples in the study who were customers of Gojek online transportation in the Umbulharjo district of Yogyakarta City. The problems raised in this study were (1) identifying customer characteristics, (2) analyzing the level of interest and customer satisfaction. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), there are several variables of the quality of Gojek online transportation services in quadrant II with an average IKP value of 68.25%. This means that users of the Gojek online transportation service in Umbulharjo District, Yogyakarta Province are quite satisfied with the performance of Gojek company drivers.

Abstract

This study uses primary data which includes the identity of the industry, capital aspects, liquidity aspects, leverage aspect, profitability aspect, and other supporting aspects. The primary data is obtained through filling the questionnaire by respondents with the population of the entire population of Malioboro street vendors or census sampling with consideration that Malioboro street vendors are not so many (limited). Financial condition can be seen from various aspect, including liquidity aspect, leverage aspect and profitability aspect. As for knowing the financial characteristics possessed by each Malioboro street vendors,it is necessary to classify Malioboro street vendors based on financial characteristics that can be done by using a clustering method. In the clustering stage, groups each of which member has similar or identical financial characteristics will be obtained. These characteristics are utilized as the basis for determining financial strategies by using SWOT analysis which can be developed for each cluster of Malioboro street vendors. Based on the clustering, two categories of cluster Malioboro street vendors are obtained, namely Weak Financial Cluster and Strong Financial Cluster. Based on the financial characteristics of each cluster, several strategies related to financial strengthening Malioboro street vendors can be recommended. Strategies that can be developed for Strong Financial Cluster is optimal cash strategy and capital formation strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of brand influence to purchase decision of Larissa product (2) influence of price to decision of purchase of Larissa product (3) influence of product quality to decision of purchase of Larissa product (4) influence of brand, price, and product quality simultaneous decision to purchase Larissa products. This type of research is survey research. Population in this research is consumer of Larissa Aesthetic Center Galleria Mall. Sampling method with non probability sampling with convenience sampling with the number of 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research show that (1) there is influence between brand to decision of purchasing of Larissa product, this is proved by result of t test statistic for Brand variable (X ) obtained t value bigger than t table (3,104> 1,985) with significance 0,003 < 0.05. So partially the brand variable (X1) has a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). (2) The result of t test statistic for Price variable (X? ) obtained t value count bigger than t table (2,905> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,005, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 0.005 <0.05). So partially variable brand (X? ) have a significant effect onpurchase decision (Y). (3) The result of t test statistic for product quality variable (X? ) is got t value bigger than t table (2,445> 1,985) with significant t equal to 0,016, because t value count bigger than t table and significant t <0,05 (0.016 <0.05). So partially variable brand (X? ) have a significant effect on purchasedecision (Y).

Abstract

Penelitian berjudul "Peran Lembaga Keuangan Mikro untuk Usaha Mikro (studi nasabah PD BPR Bank Sleman di Kabupaten Sleman)" bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran lembaga keuangan mikro dalam keberadaan usaha mikro di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta dengan variabel dependen (Y) adalah Mikro Keberadaan Bisnis yang ditunjukkan oleh kinerja Perusahaan Mikro dan variabel independen (X) terdiri dari Fasilitator Manajemen (X1), Fasilitator Pemasaran (X2) dan variabel Fasilitator Keuangan (X3). Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan instrumen kuesioner kepada nasabah PD BPR Bank Sleman di Kabupaten Sleman. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda dan uji determinasi dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan uji regresi berganda, hasil untuk ketiga variabel independen memiliki pengaruh terhadap keberadaan usaha mikro, tetapi pengaruhnya tidak terlalu kuat karena nilai R2 hanya 0.589. Sedangkan berdasarkan hasil uji parsial masing-masing variabel independen, hasil untuk Variabel Fasilitator adalah variabel yang memiliki kontribusi terbesar dengan nilai koefisien 2.260.Kata kunci: Bisnis Mikro, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro, Keberadaan Bisnis
