Abstract

Background:Queen Latifa General Hospital is type D hospital that will be developed to be type C hospital. Thisdevelopment is done to further improve the service and claim value of BPJS to increase the welfareat Queen Latifa General Hospital, to fulfill the procurement of service facilities and to increase theconsumer satisfaction as well. It needs to do the research about how the level of patient satisfactiontowards the service of Queen Latifa General Hospital so that it is able to know about quality ofhospital service in order to be type C hospital in the future. Method:This research uses non-experimental quantitative design, with descriptive regression design, theresearch design used is cross sectional because the data collection of independent variables anddependent variable are done simultaneously at the same time, that is the quality of service towardsthe patient satisfaction at Queen Latifa General Hospital. Results and Discussion:From the results of F test in this study, it is obtained the F value is 12.32 with a significance number(P value) of 0.000. With 95% significance level, it means that variable of Tangibles, Reliability,Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy have significant influence on patient satisfaction variable.The value of Adjusted R2 is 0.64 which means that the independent variable (Tangibles,Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy) can explain the dependent variable (Patientsatisfaction) of 64%, while the rest is explained by other factors which are not examined. Theresults of Multiple Regression Analysis Value of 0.29 on tangibles variable is positive, the valueof -0.24 in Reliability variable is negative, the value of -0.21 on responsiveness variable isnegative, the value of 0.64 on assurance variable is positive, and the value of 0.35 on the empathyvariable is positive, so that it can be concluded that the higher the quality of empathy, the higherthe patient satisfaction will be. Conclusion:The service quality at Queen Latifa General Hospital has been running well in terms of quality oftangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy.

Abstract

Matematika merupakan mata pelajaran yang diterapkan sejak dini dalam proses belajar, mulai dari sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi. Melalui pembelajaran matematika peserta didik dapat mengembangkan kemampuan-kemampuannya dalam berpikir, menalar dan memecahkan masalah. Penalaran matematis dapat dikembangkan salah satunya dengan cara melatih penalaran dalam menyelesaikan soal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan soal-soal kemampuan penalaran matematis materi bilangan bulat yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan yang menggunakan model pengembangan Tessmer. Tahap-tahap pengembangannya meliputi preliminary, self evaluation, expert review, ono-to-one, dan small group. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalalah siswa kelas VII.7 SMP Negeri 21 Kota Bengkulu. Pemilihan subjek uji coba yaitu yang mewakili kemampuan rendah, sedang dan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2020 tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisis kualitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa soal-soal yang dikembangkan sudah valid berdasarkan validator dan praktis berdasarkan hasil uji coba pada siswa, sehingga pada penelitian pengembangan ini menghasilkan 15 soal kemampuan penalaran matematis yang valid dan praktis yang dapat digunakan semua siswa serta 2 soal hanya cocok untuk siswa kemampuan tinggi dan sedang.

Abstract

The incubator is made as a substitute for hatching naturally at the same time. The success of the hatch machine is largely determined by the temperature stability in the incubator. In the use of small-scale hatcheries for native chicken hatching, they are still faced with the problem of low hatchability due to one of the obstacles, namely the power outage during the hatching process. To improve the monitoring performance of egg incubators, the writer wishes to conduct research "Monitoring to Control and Monitor Temperature in Egg Incubators" using a webcam camera to monitor temperature conditions and hatch eggs. The working system is the DHT11 sensor will detect the temperature, the webcam camera in real time will monitor the state of the eggs then the raspberry pi3 will automatically control the temperature and electrical energy on the incubator, the smartphone monitors and can also control the temperature with the state of the eggs in realtime, 12V battery as a replacement energy when the PLN goes out. From the results of the tests carried out, the authors can draw conclusions, namely: The webcam camera can display the condition of the eggs in the incubator room. Android smartphones can receive information with a webcam camera during the hatching process. The data logger can display recapitulated temperature and humidity data.
