Abstract

Agricultural technology is developing in line with discoveries in soil science and plant nutrition. This technology enables increased tonnage of yields at lower costs. But unfortunately, this useful technological development cannot be directly applied by farmers due to the slow transformation of information to farmers. One thing that can be done is to create an appropriate agricultural technology information service website. For the information presented to suit the farmers' needs and easy for them to understand, a user interface design process is needed that involves the farmer directly. So this study uses Design Sprint as an approach to design and validate the user interface. This research succeeded in making a website template design and has been validated with a grade of 3.6 from a scale of 5. The grade is included in the category of very good and suitable for use as an educational medium.

Abstract

Leaf Color Chart (LCC) is a measurement tool that can be used to measure the color intensity of rice leaves. The function of these measurements is to find out how many doses of fertilizer are needed by rice plants. However, readings made by human vision have a high level of subjectivity and risk of error. Therefore we need a method that can minimize errors and the level of subjectivity. One method that can be done is to classify the green color of rice leaves using LAB color space. Rice leaf image taken using a smartphone device is then extracted in RGB format. The color is then converted to LAB color space and then compared to the standard green color in the LCC. The comparison results are then used to classify the colors. The testing results show that the method has the value of accuracy, average precision, and average recall of 54.74%, 54.44%, and 51.16% respectively. Therefore the method can only classify correctly half of the data testing.

Abstract

Banyuwangi is one area which is located in East Java province. Banyuwangi has much natural tourism potentials, but to lead to the development of ecotourism, it is not enough to rely solely on natural tourism objects. So far, Banyuwangi district local government has promoted an agenda of indigenous cultures in Banyuwangi, but as long as this is done is still limited in BC is running, so that for subsequent years is not known exactly when the custom event will be held. This effect on the travelers who plan to visit Banyuwangi during the same event the following year, so that the tourists could not definitively scheduled arrival. A solution of these problems is to provide custom applications Banyuwangi agenda based website by using java calendar conversion to AD calendar, so for customary events in Banyuwangi upcoming schedule is already known for sure. In this study applies the algorithm to convert Kuwait Javanese calendar to calendar BC. Computation Urfi as in the Islamic calendar is based on the old average of one month synodic, namely 29.530589 days or 29 days 12 hours 44 minutes 2.9 seconds. The average is slightly larger than the 29.5 days. Figures 29.5 days is the middle value of 29 and 30. Thus the Islamic calendar arithmetically compiled by specifying the number of days in the month of Islam at 30 and 29 days alternately. The results of this study are able to produce custom website application Banyuwangi agenda, so as to determine the customary agenda in subsequent years are not confused anymore because it can be known at this time.Keywords— Indigenous Culture, Indigenous Agenda, Calendar Java

Abstract

Kabupaten Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu daerah yang terletak di propinsi Jawa Timur.Kabupaten Banyuwangi memiliki banyak sekali potensi wisata alam, tetapi untuk mengarah kepengembangan ekowisata, tidaklah cukup hanya mengandalkan obyek wisata alam saja. Selamaini pemerintah daerah kabupaten Banyuwangi sudah mempromosikan agenda adat budaya yangada di Banyuwangi, tetapi selama ini yang dilakukan masih sebatas tahun masehi yang sedangberjalan, sehingga untuk tahun-tahun berikutnya belum diketahui secara pasti kapan acara adatakan dilaksanakan. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap wisatawan yang berencana untuk mengunjungiBanyuwangi pada saat event yang sama pada tahun berikutnya, sehingga para wisatawan tidakbisa mengagendakan kedatangannya secara pasti. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalahdengan menyediakan aplikasi agenda adat Banyuwangi berbasis website dengan memanfaatkankonversi kalender jawa ke kalender masehi, sehingga untuk event-event adat di Banyuwangi yangakan datang sudah diketahui pasti jadwalnya. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan algoritma kuwaituntuk mengkonversikan kalender jawa ke kalender masehi. Hisab Urfi seperti pada kalenderHijriyah disusun berdasarkan lama rata–rata satu bulan sinodik, yaitu 29,530589 hari atau 29hari 12 jam 44 menit 2,9 detik. Rata–rata ini sedikit lebih besar daripada 29,5 hari. Angka 29,5hari adalah nilai tengah dari 29 dan 30. Jadi kalender Islam secara aritmetik disusun dengancara menetapkan jumlah hari dalam satu bulan Islam sebesar 30 dan 29 hari secara bergantian.Hasil penelitian ini mampu menghasilkan aplikasi website agenda adat Banyuwangi, sehinggauntuk penentuan agenda adat pada tahun-tahun berikutnya tidak bingung lagi karena sudah bisadiketahui pada saat ini.
