Abstract

Solar photovoltaic (PV) cell is one of the renewable energy sources and a main component of PV power systems. The design of PV power systems requires accurately its electrical output characteristics. The electrical characteristics of solar PV cell consist of I-V and P-V characteristics. They depend on the parameters of PV cell such as short circuit current, open circuit voltage and maximum power. Solar PV cell model can be described through an equivalent circuit including a current source, a diode, a series resistor and a shunt resistor. In this paper, the development solar PV cell model is built by using self constructing neural network (SCNN) methods. This SCNN technique is used to improve the accuracy of the electrical characteristic of solar PV cell model. SCNN solar PV cell model have three inputs and two outputs. They are respectively solar radiation, temperature, series resistance, current and power. The effectiveness of SCNN technique is verified using simulation results based on different physical and environmental conditions. Simulations are conducted by the change of the solar irradiation, temperature and series resistance. Simulation results show SCNN model can yield the I-V and P-V characteristics according to the characteristics of solar PV cell.

Abstract

كان استخدام الوسائل التعليمية فى التدريس يأتى بتأثر عظيم نحو الطلاب. فلا بد لكل مدرس ان يهتم فى اختيار الوسائل اهتماما كبيرا تشمل عليها السمعية والبصرية والتحركية. وهذه الحالة تغرض على السهولة فى التدريس والفهم عن المادة. كان معمل اللغوى هو من احد الوسائل التعلمية المستخدم فى تدريس اللغة العربية. له منافع عظيمة فى اكتساب اللغة بحيث يتحرك كل الاعضاء الجسمية والحسية واشترك كثير من المدارس والمعاهد والجامعات فى استخدامه.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Merujuk Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 18 tahun 2007 tentang Sertifikasi Guru Dalam Jabatan dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional Nomor 41 tahun 2007 tentang Standar Proses Pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah. Guru diwajibkan membuat RPP yang lengkap dan sistematis agar pembelajaran berlangsung secara interaktif, inspiratif, menyenangkan, menantang, memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif, serta memberikan peluang yang cukup bagi prakarsa, kreaifitas, dan kemandirian sesuai dengan bakat, minat dan perkembangan fisik serta psikologi peserta didik. Fakta ini jelas memerlukan daya dukung guru untuk selalu melakukan pengembangan dalam menyusun program pengajaran dan mengimplementasikan program tersebut dengan berbagai strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif. Lesson study adalah merupakan suatu model pelatihan atau pengembangan kemampuan guru yang berbasis kebutuhan riil guru dan dilakukan di sekolah secara terus menerus . jika prinsip dari lesson study ini diterapkan secara konsisten maka akan memberikan manfaat yang banyak bagi guru dan siswa. Salah satu manfaatnya adalah peningkatan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran. Ironis bahwa fakta dilapangan menunjukan kurang lebih selama dua tahun penulis terlibat dalam kegiatan supervisi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Model Terpadu Bojonegoro, masih banyak guru yang berprilaku pola lama dengan membuat RPP asal asalan atau copy paste sehingga bertolak belakang dengan pemen NO 18 tahun 2007. Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) berisi petunjuk dan skenario pembelajaran atau merupakan panduan dalam mengelola kegiatan pembelajaran. RPP merupakan jabaran lebih rinci dari sillabus yang memuat sekurang-kurangnya 5 Komponen pokok Yaitu tujuan pembelajaran, materi pembelajaran, metode, media dan sumber pembelajaran dan komponen evaluasi, LS sangat  memenuhi syarat Sesuai tuntutan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Nasional nomor 41 tahun 2007, selanjutnya dalam makalah ini disebut RPP Inovatif, sebenarnya hal ini bukan merupakan hal baru bagi guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Tujuan penelitian Tindakan Sekolah ini adalah ingin meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam membuat RPP Inovatif melalui Lesson study yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi tuntutan Permendiknas nomor 18 tahun 2007. Sedangkan Metode Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah  ini menggunakan model Stephen Kemmis. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam 12 minggu yaitu bulan    Pebruari  sampai dengan April 2012 mengikuti jadwal dan program kerja kepala sekolah ,yang ditetapkan oleh panitia Pelaksana di SMPN Model Terpadu Bojonegoro. Empat kegiatan utama yang dilakukan dalam tiga siklus berulang, setiap Siklus selalu diamati oleh peneliti beserta teman sejawat sebagai observer. Tahapan ? tahapan yang dilalui oleh guru Model mulai dari Plan ? Do dan see serta refleksi yang melibatkan observer secara penuh. Setelah penulis melakukan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Melalui LS memperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : 1). Terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan guru MIPA 90% guru Rumpun Bahasa 85 % sedangkan rumpun lainya 95 % dengan menyusun RPP inovatif, yaitu rata-rata meningkat 90 % pada Siklus III. Kesimpulan penelitian ini, bahwa Melalui Lesson study dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun RPP innovatif.   Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Guru  menyusun RPP Inovatif, , Melalui Lesson Stydy

Abstract

Handling information security management is an absolute thing to do for organizations that have information systems to support the organization's operations. Information systems consisting of assets both software and hardware that manage data and information that are spread over networks and the internet, make it vulnerable to threats. Therefore investment and costs are needed to secure it. Costs incurred for this need are not small, but investment expenditures and information security costs carried out need serious handling to be more effective and on target. The System Dynamics Model is used to evaluate alternative strategies to demonstrate the effectiveness of investment and the cost of managing information security through simulation of policy changes. System Dynamics are methods for describing models and systems analysis that are dynamic and complex, consisting of variables that influence each other in the form of causal relationships and feedback between variables that are either reinforcing or giving balance. Simulation using a dynamic system model in this study illustrates that the management of risk assessment followed by vulnerability reduction efforts has a very large impact on the management of information security. By making a difference in the value of security tools investment, this provides an alternative choice in information security risk management investments to achieve the effectiveness of the overall costs incurred in managing information security

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka didapatkan hasil bahwa: pertama, hasil swadaya dan partisipasi atau di Desa Hanura disebut dengan sumbangan masyarakat memiliki kedudukan sebagai sumber pendapatan asli desa. Sumbangan masyarakat Desa Hanura pada tahun 2013 ditetapkan melalui SK Nomor 001/ V.05.07/ III.2013 tentang PAD Desa dan Rencana Anggaran Belanja Desa Hanura Tahun 2013. Jika diperhatikan, keberadaan surat keputusan kepala desa sebagai pengganti peraturan desa tentang  APBDes telah melanggar peraturan hukum tentang keuangan desa yang menyebutkan APBDes harus berbentuk peraturan desa. Kedua, sumbangan masyarakat memiliki kontribusi sebagai dana tambahan operasional desa sebesar Rp. 2.340.000,-, insentif perangkat desa sebesar Rp. 2.100.000,-, dan sebesar Rp. 3.000.000,- sebagai dana tambahan pembiayaan hari jadi desa.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a global problem and until now. In Indonesia tuberculosis became thenumber one killer among infectious diseases in the other. The disease caused by theMycobacterium tuberculosis germ is easily transmitted, due out the entry of germs from the bodyonly through the air. The study is quantitative using analitic approach of cross sectional.Research method with cross sectional approach (cut the latitude) is done at 379 samplesusing the technique of sampling groups two levels (two-stage cluster sampling).The results of the statistical test of Pearson Chi Square p = 0000 value obtained is smallerthan α = 0.05, so that there is a meaningful relationship between inferred levels of education withexamination of the behavior of tuberculosis in Pamekasan.

Abstract

The semantic study pioneered by Izutsu is an analytical study of basic language terms with the aim of ending achieving conceptual understanding - people who use the language - not only as a medium of communication, speaking and thinking, but more important is the formulation and interpretation of the surrounding environment. This semantic research aims to present its purpose about the semantic concept of expressions in the Qur'an. The application of the semantics in the Qur'an study based on Izutsu is an analytical study of key terms in the language of the Qur'an to achieve a conceptual understanding of Qu’ran's view about the world. In other words, it attempts to detect human perceptions of the universe and life are reflected in the Qur’an, the conceptual system where it originates, and which contextual meanings give new words and meanings, key words that represent messages in understanding of a particular topic or the semantic field belongs to another group of words. There are for example semantic fields (Mufhomat systems revolving around coherent themes, Ukrawy fields) and keyword expressions which are considered as keys to understanding the meaning in this semantic field. And there is also what he calls the core word (al-Kalimah Al-Sameimah), the conceptual center of the important lexicon semantic sector, including a number of specific keywords.

Abstract

Islamic Education as a basic capital in order to achieve happiness in human life in the world and the hereafter. Thus given the importance of Islamic Education, human beings need to get the need for this very important science as a basic provision to meet the level of happiness attainment away. Islamic Education is sourced from the Shari'a namely the Qur'an and Hadith. Because the Qur'an and the Hadith as the source of all knowledge that becomes the shari'a (rules) of Allah SWT, we are obliged to believe from the sources of shari'a that will be able and guarantee safety with human happiness. The system built by the Qur'an and the Hadith is the foundation of Islamic Education as a guarantee of Allah SWT in accordance with His pleasure. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research literature. The conclusion of this research is Islamic Education as the basis of human life, by consideration this has become a basic human need to achieve happiness both in the world and the hereafter. Islamic Education is sourced from the Shari'a namely the Qur'an and the Hadith that develops in the dynamics of human life in accordance with the atmosphere and development of the times that encourage the safety and happiness of humans for those who can support the application with the guidance of Islamic Education in accordance with sharia'.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine whether there is a contagion effect on the stock exchanges among ASEAN-5 countries (Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines) during 2001.1 - 2018.5 period using the monthly return data of the five ASEAN-5 stock exchanges. This study uses granger causality test to see the direction of mutual influence that indicates the existence of contagion effect. The results revealed that the Indonesian stock exchange has a mutually influential relationship with the Thai stock exchange.

Abstract

This study was aimed at investigating the extent to which the lecturer employedstrategy and occupied effective classroom language to assist students’ schemataactivation on Extensive Reading class at English Department-STAIN Ponorogo. Tomeet with the objectives, qualitative case study formed the methodological basis ofthis present research involving an extensive reading lecturer as the researchsubject with one of her respective classes consisted of 32 students of fourthsemester. The data were derived from lecturer’s utterances (verbal) and bodylanguage (nonverbal). Those data were obtained from the transcripts of therecorded lecturer’s utterances during two periods of meeting, and note-takingtaken from observations and interviews. The results revealed that the lecturer usedto employ questioning technique to activate students’ schemata. Various strategieswere predominantly occupied in lecturer’s questioning behaviors to engagestudents in question-answer activities, such as probing, redirecting andreinforcement. Generally, those strategies were observed not only to providemotivation and focus students’ attention towards the topic being discussed, but alsoto give a wide chance of opportunity for them to recall their prior knowledge andease them to predict the content of reading texts they were going to read. Besides,the language the lecturer used under this investigation was fairly fulfilled therequirements to be communicative as some communicative features of talks wereutilized properly, such as referential questions, content feedback, and speechmodification to optimize students participation and performance in the process ofreading.
