Abstract

While thetestmodel usedisthe coefficientof determinationandF test(goodnes of Fit). Testthis hypothesisusingregressionanalysis.The results ofthe studycan be summarized asfollows: (i) PsychologicalCapitalis notimpactonteacher performance, (ii) Work Motivationis notimpactonteacher performance, (iii) Organizationalculture has  impact  on teacher performance, (iv)Organizationalcultureis not moderates impact ofPsychologicalCapitalon the Performance ofTeachers, (iv) Organizational Culture is not moderates impact of Motivationonteacher performance. Abstract

Pada era globalisasi saat ini E-Book bahasa Arab sudah menjadi tuntutan. Hal itu tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi yang menjangkau seluruh kawasan. Buku ajar bahasa Arab cetak sudah sering dijumpai dan menjadi hal biasa. Oleh karena itu perlu terobosan baru berupa buku ajar bahasa Arab berbasis E-Book untuk meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa dalam belajar. Ada beberapa aplikasi yang bisa digunakan untuk membuat E-Book, salah satunya adalah dengan software flip book maker. Software ini memiliki spesifikasi input file gambar atau tulisan yang kemudian diproses dengan sistematis sehingga menghasilkan gambar yang tersusun. Hasil akhirnya dapat dikatakan mirip dengan buku. Software tersebut bisa digunakan untuk menyusun E-Book untuk empat kemahiran bahasa Arab (istima’, kalam, kitabah, qiro’ah, dan kitabah), dan juga beberapa unsur bahasa Arab (aswat, mufradat, dan qowaid) yang dilengkapi degan foto, grafik, maupun video sehingga E-Book ini layak untuk dikembangkan. Ada 5 tahapan dalam membuat E-Book bahasa Arab yaitu analisis, perencanaan, pengembangan, evaluasi, dan revisi. Minimal ada 22 langkah dalam pembuatan E-book dengan software ini, namun secara garis besar proses kerjanya dimulai dari penyiapan bahan, install software, add file pdf/photo/FLV,  layout  tampilan E-Book, penyimpanan data, dan E-Book siap digunakan. Kata Kunci: E-Book, software flip book maker, bahasa Arab

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to find how the influence of self confident and emotional self control to the teacher’s efficacy moderated by Idealized influenced. The study population is a government school teachers in four Junior High School in the district Juwana, Pati regency. Sampling using proportional sampling method . The number of samples by using the formula Slovin.. Collecting the data using questionnaires . The amount of data that can be analyzed as many as 120. The data were analyzed using regression -based model of quasi moderator interaction. The results showed that ( 1 ) the dimensions of confidence affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 2 ) the dimensions of emotional self- control affect the efficacy of teachers , ( 3 ) Idealized influenced influence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 4 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of confidence on the efficacy of teachers , ( 5 ) Idealized influenced moderates influence of emotional self- control on the efficacy of teachers . Abstract

The emergency of the new era, namely industrial era 4.0, is a challenge and opportunity in all aspects of life, including education?s field. Along with the emergence of challenges and opportunities, there need to be new breakthroughs in innovation for developing the learning courses, namely Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida'i. This course is a compulsory subject for students of the Department of Arabic Letter, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang (JSA, FS, UM). This study was designed to test the feasibility of android-based Arabic language learning innovations in tertiary institutions. The subjects of this study were students of JSA, FS, UM as respondents, lecturers of educational technology departments, UM as media experts and lecturers of Arabic letter, UM as material experts. The results of the validation test of Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida'i's teaching materials product conducted by material experts are 95%, which means these teaching materials are very valid and very feasible to be used in learning. The results of validation from media experts, the value of this product is 95.38% means that this teaching material is very valid and very feasible to be used in learning. While the average results of the assessment from correspondents amounted to 82.35%, meaning that these teaching material products are very valid and sifted worthy to be used in learning Keyword: Tarkib Mukatstsaf Ibtida'i, feasibility test

Abstract

This study aims to describe the patterns of al-Mukassin?t al-Ma'nawiyyah in Al-Qur'?n on Juz 30, namely: : (1) al-Tauriyyah, (2) al-Tib?q, (3) al-Muq?balah, (4) Ta?kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusybih al-Dzam, (5) Ta?kîd al-dzam bi m? Yusybih al-Madah, and (6) Uslûb al-Hakîm. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that al-Mukhassin?t al-Ma'nawiyyah in the Qur'an at Juz 30 are al-Tib?q, al-Muq?balah, and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusybih al-Dzam. And not found the existence of al-Tauriyyah, Ta'kîd al-dzam bi m? Yusybih al-Madah, and Uslûb al-Hakîm. Al-Tib?q is in 26 places, al-Muq?balah is in 19 places, and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusybih al-Dzam is in 1 place. Al-Tib?q is more numerous than al-Muq?balah and Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusbihu al-Dzam, because al-Tib?q is simpler than both, and al-Muq?balah is more than Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusybih al -Dzam because he is simpler than him, Tib?q al-Ijab more than Tib?q al-Salb. Al-tib?q is found that there are times when there are antonyms between two nouns, two verbs, and two different words, most of which are bantonyms between two nouns. Al-Muq?balah has found that there are antonyms between two meanings, three meanings and four meanings, most of which are antonyms between two meanings. Whereas Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Yusbih al-Dzam only exists in 1 place, which is to determine the nature of praise for something after that it brings the letter istitsn? 'followed by another nature of praise. Whereas the second purpose of Ta'kîd al-Madah bi m? Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh bauran promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan tabungan iB Hasanah pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Palu. pengaruh periklanan, promosi penjualan, hubungan masyarakat, penjualan personal, dan pemasaran langsung terhadap keputusan nasabah dalam menggunakan tabungan iB Hasanah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitiaan ini sebanyak 60 responden yang merupakan nasabah yang menggunakan tabungan iB Hasanah pada PT. BNI Syariah Cabang Palu. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel bauran promosi secara serempak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan nasabah. Periklanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, promosi penjualan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, hubungan masyarakat berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, penjualan personal berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah, pemasaran langsung berpengaruh tidak signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah.
