Abstract

Abstract: Tolerance in etymology means a allow the attitude of mutual respect and beliefs of others without requiring approval. The cultural diversity of indonesia has many and various religions in indonesia and tolerance is needed to make indonesia as a country with strong. The number of cases of intolerance that occurred in indonesia should be the subject of tolerance that can be a very valuable to the nation. Indonesia, as a country that had enough of a difference, from the racial diversities, the key, and language. Bali being one example of regions in indonesia that presents diverse culture. Tolerance that occurs in bali so strong that deserve to be used as an example for indonesian. Therefore, it is a book about what the media tolerance in fact, it can increase the society awareness in bertoleransi. The study is done with a qualitative studies by taking the interview observation, documentation and literature to obtain the data is done as a supporter of the concept of design. Abstract

For the past four decades, many researchers have published a novel empirical methodology for bathymetry extraction using remote sensing data. However, a comparative analysis of each method has not yet been done. Which is important to determine the best method that gives a good accuracy prediction. This study focuses on empirical bathymetry extraction methodology for multispectral data with three visible band, specifically SPOT 6 Image. Twelve algorithms have been chosen intentionally, namely, 1) Ratio transform (RT); 2) Multiple linear regression (MLR); 3) Multiple nonlinear regression (RF); 4) Second-order polynomial of ratio transform (SPR); 5) Principle component (PC); 6) Multiple linear regression using relaxing uniformity assumption on water and atmosphere (KNW); 7) Semiparametric regression using depth-independent variables (SMP); 8) Semiparametric regression using spatial coordinates (STR); 9) Semiparametric regression using depth-independent variables and spatial coordinates (TNP), 10) bagging fitting ensemble (BAG); 11) least squares boosting fitting ensemble (LSB); and 12) support vector regression (SVR). This study assesses the performance of 12 empirical models for bathymetry calculations in two different areas: Gili Mantra Islands, West Nusa Tenggara and Menjangan Island, Bali. The estimated depth from each method was compared with echosounder data; RF, STR, and TNP results demonstrate higher accuracy ranges from 0.02 to 0.63 m more than other nine methods. The TNP algorithm, producing the most accurate results (Gili Mantra Island RMSE = 1.01 m and R2=0.82, Menjangan Island RMSE = 1.09 m and R2=0.45), proved to be the preferred algorithm for bathymetry mapping.

Abstract

In empirical approach, the satellite-derived bathymetry (SDB) is usually derived from a linear regression. However, the depth variable in surface reflectance has a more complex relation. In this paper, a methodology was introduced using a nonlinear regression of Random Forest (RF) algorithm for SDB in shallow coral reef water. Worldview-2 satellite images and water depth measurement samples using single beam echo sounder were utilized. Furthermore, the surface reflectance of six visible bands and their logarithms were used as an input in RF and then compared with conventional methods of Multiple Linear Regression (MLR) at ten times cross validation. Moreover, the performance of each possible pair from six visible bands was also tested. Then, the estimated depth from two methods and each possible pairs were evaluated in two sites in Indonesia: Gili Mantra Island and Panggang Island, using the measured bathymetry data. As a result, for the case of all bands used the RF in compared with MLR showed better fitting ensemble, -0.14 and -1.27m of RMSE and 0.16 and 0.47 of R2 improvement for Gili Mantra Islands and Panggang Island, respectively. Therefore, the RF algorithm demonstrated better performance and accuracy compared with the conventional method. While for best pair identification, all bands pair wound did not give the best result. Surprisingly, the usage of green, yellow, and red bands showed good water depth estimation accuracy.

Abstract

Beberapa tahapan penerbitan Surat Tanda Daftar Usaha Perkebunan untuk Budidaya (STD-B) yang digunakan dalam kegiatan perkebunan sawit dengan luas kurang dari 25 ha yaitu pemeriksaan lapangan dan pemetaan. Penerbitan STD-B harus melampirkan peta sebagai persyaratan dalam pendaftaran STD-B, yaitu peta yang memiliki skala 1:2.000. Untuk itu diperlukan teknologi pemetaan yang mumpuni guna memenuhi kebutuhan pemetaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengkaji kemampuan pemetaan udara menggunakan kamera non-metrik untuk pembuatan peta sawit rakyat. Proses akuisisi pemetaan sawit rakyat dilakukan di daerah Labanan Makmur Kalimantan Timur. Proses pemetaan udara menggunakan wahana tanpa awak (WTA) fixed wing dengan ketinggian terbang 420 meter diatas permukaan tanah menghasilkan 186 foto dengan sidelap dan overlap foto sebesar 70% dan 80%. Proses identifikasi tanaman kelapa sawit rakyat menggunakan pendekatan Object Based Image Analysis (OBIA). Output akhir yaitu menghasilkan foto udara dengan nilai GSD (Ground Sampling Distance) sebesar 13 cm/pix. Proses pengolahan foto udara dilakukan dengan memasukkan GCP dan tanpa menggunakan GCP. Hasil evaluasi geometrik nilai akurasi horisontal dengan menggunakan GCP diperoleh akurasi sebesar 0,250 meter sementara tanpa menggunakan GCP diperoleh akurasi sebesar 4,222 meter. Dari hasil evaluasi geometrik tersebut maka foto udara dengan menggunakan GCP memenuhi ketelitian geometri untuk pembuatan peta pada skala 1: 1.000, sementara foto udara tanpa menggunakan GCP memenuhi pada skala 1: 25.000. Hasil identifikasi sawit rakyat mendapatkan nilai akurasi objek 57,74% untuk wilayah blok 1 dan 69,54% wilayah blok 2. Proses pemetaan foto udara menggunakan kamera non-metrik ditambahkan dengan pengukuran GCP bisa digunakan sebagai acuan yang digunakan untuk membuat peta lampiran pendaftaran STD-B.

Abstract

Green Open Space (RTH) is an area that extends / lanes and or groups, which use more open, where plants grow, both those that grow plants naturally and deliberately planted. In Law No. 26 of 2007, specifically mandates the need for the provision and utilization of green open spaces, the proportion of which is set at least 30% percent of the total area of the city, namely (20% of public green space and 10% private RTH). The study aims to determine the suitability of the implementation of green open space development in Pontianak city sub-district with Pontianak City RTRW and find out the causes that are not achieved if the green open space has not run smoothly. The research method used a survey method and ground check of green open space distribution in Pontianak city sub-district. The interview technique was to find out the perceptions of the surrounding community towards RTH areas in Pontianak Kota Sub-district. The results of the study from the Interpretation of IKONOS 2017 Images and the 2018 ground check in Pontianak Kota District in the year there were 22 green open spaces. The area of calculation of Existing and RTRW 2013-2033 almost reached the target, RTH Park reached 98.63%, RTH Funeral 89.83%, RTH Field 94.96%, and RTH Green Line had reached 104% of the RTRW 2013-2033Keywords: Development, Green Open Space, Pontianak, RTH Public

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang terjadi disebabkan oleh adanya proses mutasi dari virus SARS-CoV menjadi sangat infeksius, pasien dalam masa inkubasi dan asimptomatis dapat menyebarkan virus. Penggunaan masker menjadi kebijakan yang telah diterapkan hampir diseluruh dunia (universal masking), salah satunya masker kain untuk masyarakat umum. Tujuan: Ketidakpastian seputar efektivitas dan dampak masker kain buatan sendiri pada transmisi Covid-19, maka tim penulis akan memberikan tinjauan terkait efektivitas penggunaan berbagai jenis masker. Metode: Proses tinjauan dilakukan dengan mencari berbagai artikel melalui basis data sejak Juli – Agustus 2020. Pencarian diperoleh dari berbagai basis data seperti: PUBMED, MEDLINE, CINAHL, dan Google Scholar dengan rentang publikasi artikel antara tahun 2010-2020. Tidak ada upaya dari penulis untuk mencari secara spesifik artikel-artikel tidak terpublikasi. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “mask and COVID-19 DAN “utility and mask and COVID-19” DAN “effectiveness. Hasil: Masker N95 dan masker bedah memiliki efektifitas di atas 90%. Jenis masker kain yang dianjurkan adalah masker kain 3 lapis (lapisan dalam dari bahan penyerap seperti kapas, lapisan tengah dari bahan bukan tenunan seperti polypropylene, dan lapisan luar dari bahan non-penyerap, seperti campuran poliester atau poliester). Penggunaan masker pada anak-anak harus dibawah pengawasan, berbagai studi melaporkan adanya potensi gangguan pernafasan pada anak bila menggunakan masker. Simpulan: Penggunaan masker kain harus memperhatikan manfaat, masker kain 1 lapis seperti scuba dan buff sangat tidak dianjurkan, guna mendapatkan perlindungan maksimal selama pandemi penggunaan masker harus diikuti protokol kesehatan lain seperti menjaga jarak dan rajin mencuci tangan . Untuk anak-anak penggunaan masker dapat digantian face shield dalam upaya mencegah gangguan pernafasan, kondisi tertentu penggunaan masker pada anak dapat dilakukan dalam pengawasan orang dewasa.
