Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: pertama, mengetahui tingkat relevansi Kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta dengan kebutuhan dunia industri di DI Yogyakarta. Kedua mengetahui tingkat keterlaksanaan Kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dari penelitian yaitu industri di DI Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 140 industri dan guru Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 9 orang. Sampel untuk industri diambil menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dengan sampel 35 industri. Untuk guru, semua populasi diambil sebagai sampel. Instrumen untuk industri dan guru menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) relevansi antara kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta dengan kebutuhan dunia industri dalam kategori sangat relevan; dan (2) keterlaksanaan Kurikulum kompetensi keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan SMKN 3 Yogyakarta dalam kategori sangat baik. RELEVANCE OF BUILDING ENGINEERING CURRICULUM SMKN 3 YOGYAKARTA WITH THE NEEDS OF INDUSTRYAbstractThis research has two purposes; first, to determine the level of curriculum relevance of Building Engineering of SMKN 3 Yogyakarta with the needs of industry in the region of Yogyakarta. Second, to determine the level of curriculum feasibility of Building Engineering of SMKN 3 Yogyakarta. This research is a descriptive study. The research population consists of two types, industries engaged in civil construction engineering in DI Yogyakarta, amounting to 140 industries and namely teachers of Building Engineering SMKN 3 Yogyakarta, amounting to 9 people. For industries, samples were taken using a purposive random sampling with a sample of 35 industries. For the teachers, all population was taken as the sample. Instruments for industries and teachers were a questionnaire which was sent directly and via post. Data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics with the help of Microsoft Excel package.The results show that: (1) the relevance of curriculum competencies building Engineering expertise SMKN 3 Yogyakarta with the needs of industry is in the very relevant category, and (2)curriculum feasibility of building Engineering SMKN 3 Yogyakarta based on Permendiknas number 41 of 2007 on a standard process is in very good category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi implementasi SMM ISO 9001:2008 dan mengetahui dampak pelaksanaannya terhadap pembentukan budaya mutu di bidang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), pengendalian pembelajaran dan sarana prasarana di SMKN 2 Wonosari dan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Playen.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi. Metode pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang dipakai meliputi wawancara, dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Subjek penelitian untuk instrumen wawancara dan studi dokumentasi adalah pengelola SMM ISO 9001:2008 yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah manajemen mutu, pengelola unit kerja SDM, kurikulum, dan sarana prasarana. Data yang digali menggunakan angket berasal dari guru, sedangkan observasi digunakan untuk mengamati keadaan yang terjadi pada implementasi dan dampak budaya mutu yang ditimbulkannya. Teknik analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan:1) pelaksanaan SMM ISO 9001:2008 telah memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan; dan 2) pelaksanaan SMM ISO 9001:2008terbukti membentuk budaya mutu karena telah teridentifikasi sembilan indikator budaya mutu. Kata kunci: SMM ISO 9001:2008, budaya mutu THE IMPACT OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SMM ISO 9001:2008 ON THE QUALITY CULTURE IN VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOLS IN GUNUNGKIDUL REGENCYAbstractThis study aims to evaluate the implementation of SMM ISO9001:2008and investigate the impact of the implementation in the areas of human resources, learning control, and infrastructure facilities in SMKN 2 Wonosari and SMK Muhammadiyah1 Playen.This was an evaluation study employing. The sample selection method in this study was the purposivesampling method. The data collecting techniques included interviews, documentation study, observations, and questionnaires. The subjects for the interviews and document study were the managerial personnel of SMM ISO 9001:2008, consisting of principals, vice principals in charge of the quality management, and the managerial personnel of the sections of the Human Resources, Curriculum, and Infrastructure Facilities. The data collected through questionnaires were from the teacher sample, and observations were carried out to observe the conditions related to the implementation and the impact on the resulting quality culture. The data analysis in the study was the qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of the study are as follows. 1) In terms of the implementation of SMM ISO9001:2008 it has fulfilled requirements; and 2)The implementation proves to have formed the quality culture because nine indicators of the quality culture can be identified.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kenyataan masih banyak menunjukan pelatihan yang diselenggarakan hanya terfokus pada aktivitas di tempat pelatihan. Evaluasi yang dilakukanpun terbatas pada hasil belajar di tempat pelatihan. Pelatihan ini tentu belum efektif dan disebut sebagai pelatihan berorientasi aktivitas (PBA). Untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan, maka evaluasi perlu dilakukan sampai di tempat kerja sehingga dapat diketahui apakah ada peningkatan produk/jasa (results) bagi institusi. Jenis pelatihan ini disebut sebagai pelatihan berorientasi hasil (PBH). Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan strategi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi PBH melalui kajian literature yang dipadukan dengan fakta yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil kajian diharapkan menjadi referensi bagi para perencana dan penyelenggara pelatihan agar mampu menggeser paradigma dari PBA ke PBH. Kata Kunci: paradigma, pelatihan, aktivitas, hasil A PARADIGM SHIFT FROM ACTIVITY-ORIENTED IN THE CLASSROOM TO PRODUCT-ORIENTED IN THE WORKPLACE Abstract: Reality showed that most trainings were conducted focusingon classroom activities. The evaluation was limited only to measure participant’s mastery of training materials given in the classroom. These trainings surely were not effective yet and called as Training for Activity (TFA). To determine training effectiveness, the evaluation needed to be administered in the workplace to know whether there wasan improvement in products/services (results) for the institution. This training referred to Training for Impact (TFI). The purpose of this article is to describe the strategy in planning, implementing, and evaluating TFI through literature review combined with field data/information. The findings of the study were expected to be a reference for planners and organizers of training and were able to shift the paradigm from TFA to TFI. Keywords: paradigms, training, activity, product

Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aimed to reveal: (1) competence needs BW/IW of construction services in DIY in accordance with CGS in Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT; (2) CGS contained in Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT; (3) the conformity of CGS on Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT with the needs of BW/IW construction services in DIY; (4) the implementation of CGS on Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT, which was held in SMKN 2 Yogyakarta and SMKN 1 Seyegan. This research was descriptive quantitative research. The results of this study are as follows. (1) Competence needs BW/IW of construction services in D.I. Yogyakarta in accordance with CGS in Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT expertise is as much as 50 competencies, which is divided into 3 subjects, Stone Construction 22 competence, Concrete Reinforcement 16 Competence, and Building Finishing 12 competencies. (2) CGS contained in Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT expertise is 50 competencies, which is divided into 3 subjects, Stone Construction 22 competence, Concrete Reinforcement 16 competence, and Building Finishing 12 competencies. (3) The conformity of CGS on Curriculum 2013 SMK competency of SCCT with the needs of SCCT construction service in D.I. Yogyakarta is 97.18%. (4) The implementation of CGS in Curriculum 2013 SMK Competency of SCCT is 70.75%. Percentage of implementation in each school that is SMKN 2 Yogyakarta equal to 76,5% and SMKN 1 Seyegan equal to 65%. Keywords: competency graduate standards, curriculum 2013, stone and concrete construction technique,                                       business world/industrial world construction service  ABSTRAK                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan: (1) kompetensi kebutuhan DU/DI jasa konstruksi di DIY yang sesuai dengan SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB; (2) SKL yang terdapat pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB; (3) kesesuaian SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi TKBB dengan kebutuhan DU/DI jasa konstruksi di DIY; (4) keterlaksanaan SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB, yang dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Yogyakarta dan SMKN 1 Seyegan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif jenis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Kompetensi kebutuhan DU/DI jasa konstruksi di DIY yang sesuai dengan SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB adalah sebanyak 50 kompetensi, yang dibagi pada 3 mata pelajaran, yaitu Konstruksi Batu 22 kompetensi, Konstruksi Beton Bertulang 16 kompetensi, dan Finishing Bangunan 12 kompetensi. (2) SKL yang terdapat pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB adalah 50 kompetensi, yang dibagi menjadi 3 mata pelajaran, yaitu Konstruksi Batu 22 kompetensi, Konstruksi Beton Bertulang 16 kompetensi, dan Finishing Bangunan 12 kompetensi. (3) Kesesuaian SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB dengan kebutuhan DU/DI jasa konstruksi di DIY adalah sebesar 97,18%. (4) Keterlaksanaan SKL pada Kurikulum 2013 SMK Kompetensi Keahlian TKBB adalah sebesar 70,75%. Abstract

ABSTRACT                This study aims to: (1) know the perception of teachers of the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan of  procedures and requirements of the CPD imposed by the government, (2) know the effectiveness of the CPD  implementation on scientific publication aspect at the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan, and (3) know the effectiveness of the CPD  implementation on innovative work aspect at the ADT Department, SMKN 1 Seyegan. This research was a descriptive research. The study population was all teachers who taught in ADT majors totalling 32 teachers (18 normative teachers, 10 adaptive teachers, and 4 productive teachers) and the whole population became the sample. The data were collected using a questionnaire and through interviews. The data analysis used the quantitative descriptive statistical technique for the quantitative data and the qualitative descriptive technique for the qualitative data. The results were as follows. (1) The perception of the teachers of Department of Architectural Drawing Technique (ADT) of SMKN 1 Seyegan Sleman toward CPD procedure was in a good category (X = 4,96, good category = 4,5 ≤ X <6,75). (2) The effectiveness of CPD implementation on scientific publication aspect at the ADT Department of SMKN 1 Seyegan was ineffective category (12,13%). (3) The effectiveness of CPD implementation on innovative work aspect at the ADT Department of SMKN 1 Seyegan was ineffective category (22,26%). Keywords: implementation, continuing professional development (CPD), architectural drawing technique                                     ABSTRAK                Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui persepsi guru SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB terhadap prosedur kenaikan pangkat PKB; (2) mengetahui keefektifan implementasi PKB pada aspek publikasi ilmiah di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB, dan (3) mengetahui keefektifan implementasi PKB pada aspek karya inovatif di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB. Kajian ini merupakan Kajian diskriptif. Populasi Kajian adalah seluruh guru yang mengajar di Jurusan TGB, yang berjumlah 32 orang (18 guru normatif, 10 guru adaptif, dan 4 guru produktif) dan keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan melalui wawancara. Analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif kuantitatif untuk data kuantitatif dan teknik diskriptif kualitatif untuk data kualitatif. Hasil Kajian adalah sebagai berikut. (1) Persepsi guru SMKN 1 Seyegan Sleman Jurusan TGB terhadap prosedur kenaikan pangkat PKB masuk kategori baik (X=4,96, kategori baik=4,5 ≤ X < 6,75). (2) Keefektifan implementasi PKB aspek publikasi ilmiah di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB masuk kategori tidak efektif (12,13%). (3) Keefektifan implementasi PKB aspek karya inovatif di SMKN 1 Seyegan Jurusan TGB masuk kategori tidak efektif (22,26%). Kata Kunci: implementasi, peningkatan keprofesian berkelanjutan (PKB), teknik gambar bangunan (TGB)
