Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peranan siaran televisi edukasi (TVe) sebagai sumber belajar dan motivasi belajar bagi siswa SMP di Kodya Yogyakarta. Penelitian menggunakan metode gabungan (mixed method) yaitu penelitian kuantitatif jenis survei diikuti dengan penelitian kualitatif. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Sedangkan pengumpulan data kualitatif menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Populasi penelitian adalah 17 SMP di Kodya Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Siaran TV Edukasi belum memberikan peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan sumber belajar bagi siswa SMP di Kodya Yogyakarta. (2) Siaran TV Edukasi belum berperan yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar bagi siswa SMP di Kodya Yogyakarta. Kata kunci: televisi edukasi (TVe), sumber belajar, motivasi belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana keterkitan antara permainan tradisional di D. I Yogyakarta dengan mata pelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah Dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah permainan tradisional anak (dolanan anak) yang ada di D.I Yogyakarta dan lima matapelajaran yang diajarkan di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka yang didukung oleh hasil wawancara dari ahli dan praktisi kebudayaan Yogyakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif.Secara implisit terdapat permainan tradisional yang dapat digunakan dalam enam matapelajaran utama di Sekolah Dasar. Sehingga dapat dimaknai bahwa permainan tradisional di D. I Yogyakarta dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar untuk dikaitkan dengan matapelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Hal ini karena jumlah permainan tradisional yang relatif banyak maka dapat mengakomodasi semua mata pelajaran

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: a) Untuk mengetahui ragam permainan tradisional anak yang berbasis kearifan lokal di Yogyakarta, b) Untuk mengetahui karakter permainan tradisional berbasis kearifan lokal di Yogyakarta guna mendukung pembelajaran di sekolah dasar. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah permainan tradisional anak (dolanan anak) yang ada di D.I Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka yang didukung oleh hasil wawancara dari ahli dan praktisi kebudayaan Yogyakarta. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagai berikut: a) terdapat minimal 37 permainan tradisional yang ada di daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. b) Dari ke-37 permainan tradisional yang ada memiliki ragam karakter permainan yang sangat luas. Mulai klasifikasi berdasarkan kelompok pengguna (individual, kelompok kecil hingga kelompok sangat besar), berdasarkan muatannya (bermuatan verbal, imajinasi hingga yang bermuatan fisik), hingga berdasarkan kompetensi yang terkandung (kompetensi bernyanyi, bermain, berpikir hingga berkompetisi) kesemua kategori ada jenis permainan tradisional yang masuk dalam masing-masing klasifikasi kelompok

Abstract

The main obstacle of children with special needs to advance is access to education as high as possible not to the disability, but to social acceptance of the community. This study aims 1) To determine the acceptability of children with special needs in the inclusive elementary school environment. It includes principals, teachers, learners, and parents. 2) To determine the factors those influence the acceptance of children with special needs in the inclusive elementary school environment. This is an interactive qualitative research. The research site is Wirosaban Elementary School, Yogyakarta City. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis technique is analytic descriptive data analysis. The results show: 1) Acceptability of children with special needs in inclusive school environment is quite good after going through various processes. School trying to accept children with special needs even though the school realized its service on some things still not maximal 2) There are four factors that affect the school environment perception of children with special needs. These factors are: knowledge and insight factor on inclusive education, b. environmental support factor outside the school, c. facilities factor, d. the persistence factor of the guardians of the special needs students.

Abstract

This study intends to develop the potential of digital-based learning resources. This research aims to: a) Knowing the process of developing E-learning content course of Media and Learning Resources based on Problem Based Learning, b) Knowing the appropriateness of E-learning content course of Media and Learning Resources based on Problem Based Learning. This research is research and development. The object of this research is media and learning resources course based on problem based learning. The data collection method used was an assessment sheet, supported by the results of interviews with education experts and practitioners. The data in this study are the results of assessments from experts. The results of the research data were processed using descriptive statistical data. The results are: a) E-learning content development procedures through four stages: preliminary study, development of learning design, product development and product evaluation. b) Assessment results by material experts is 3,4 (good category), media expert judge by 3,5 (good category), and prospective users judge by 4,3 (very good category). Based on the assessment result E-learning quality course of Media and Learning Resources based on problem based learning for learning materials in elementary schools are considered suitable for use as learning resources.

Abstract

In the current technological era many children are using social media. Children are more vulnerable to experiencing violence in cyberspace. The role of teachers, principals and guardians of students is needed to prevent the occurrence of violence in cyberspace. This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers, principals, and guardians of students about the phenomenon of cyber violence against children. The subjects of this study were 4 teachers, 2 school principals, and 4 student guardians. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique. The object in this study is the perception of teachers, principals, and guardians of students about child violence in cyberspace. This research is a qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data uses triangulation techniques with data analysis using an interactive model consisting of data collection, data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that from (1) the cognitive aspects of teachers, principals and guardians of students who know about child violence in cyberspace prevent children from violence in cyberspace. (2) Affective aspects, feelings of teachers, principals and guardians of students are good, if children experience violence in cyberspace feel sad and sad. However, in the context of finding children who experience violence in cyberspace is still classified as passive. Teachers, principals and guardians of students will take action if there is a complaint from the child. (3) Conative aspects, when in school teachers and principals tend to act to prevent violence by advising children, prohibiting the use of mobile phones in schools and not providing internet support facilities for children. At home, guardians provide supervision and advice if children access the internet.

Abstract

Many students experience emotional intelligence problems. This is seen in students who prefer to disturb their friends during the learning process, are angry with the teacher when given advice. Many also cannot regulate their moods like often shouting in class, so they cannot control their emotions when they are angry and upset both at their friends and their teachers. The application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) is expected to increase children's emotional intelligence, therefore this study aims to determine the increase in emotional intelligence using the application of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) in fifth grade students of SD Muhammadiyah Ambarketawang 2. This research was included in a class action research consisting of two cycles. The subject of this study was fifth grade students of Muhammadiyah Ambarketawang Elementary School 2. The object of this research was SD Muhammadiyah Ambarketawang 2. This data collection technique was in the form of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in children's emotional intelligence using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method. Increased emotional intelligence can be seen from the acquisition of the pretest percentage score of 43.75%, after the action results of the percentage score of the first cycle to 68.75%, while the results of the percentage cycle II score to 81.25% included in the excellent category. Students can understand and be able to manage emotions well, there is mutual respect between friends, there is an increase in motivation in students, and students can establish good relations with others. The results of this study indicate that emotional intelligence can be improved through the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) method.

Abstract

Guru profesional adalah guru yang berkompeten. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh guru adalah kompetensi pedagogis. Kompetensi pedagogis guru ini meliputi kemampuan untuk mengelola pembelajaran peserta didik. Pengelolaan pembelajaran peserta didik dapat dicapai salah satunya melalui penulisan karya ilmiah. Rendahnya kemampuan guru di dalam penulisan karya ilmiah menyebabkan rendah pula kompetensi guru di dalam peningkatan kualitas pedagogisnya. Selain itu rendahnya kemampuan penulisan karya ilmiah ilmiah ini berimbas pula pada keberhasilan guru didalam kenaikan pangkat dan prestasi guru. Oleh karena itu, pentingnya diadakan pelatihan dalam hal peningkatan kompetensi dan produktivitas guru sekolah dasar melalui pelatihan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan ini telah diikuti oleh 30 peserta yang terdiri dari 10 sekolah dasar muhammadiyah di lingkungan PCM Kecamatan Tempel. Pelatihan ini menyampaikan materi antara lain pelatihan penyusunan artikel ilmiah, model pembelajaran serta pengertian tentang penelitian tindakan kelas, pendahuluan penelitian tindakan kelas, kajian teori dan kerangka pikir penelitian tindakan kelas, penyusunan analisis data penelitian tindakan kelas serta penyusunan draft artikel ilmiah berupa jurnal. Luaran dari pelatihan ini adalah draft artikel ilmiah berupa jurnal yang akan diterbitkan di jurnal PGSD UAD yang disusun oleh guru peserta pelatihan. Professional teachers are competent teachers. One of the competencies that must be possessed by the teacher is pedagogical competence. This teacher's pedagogical competence includes the ability to manage learners' learning. Management of student learning can be achieved one of them through writing scientific papers. The low ability of teachers in writing scientific papers also causes low teacher competency in improving pedagogical quality. In addition, the low ability of scientific scientific writing also affects the success of teachers in promotion and teacher achievement. Therefore, the importance of training in improving the competence and productivity of elementary school teachers through training scientific work. The training was attended by 30 participants consisting of 10 Muhamadiyah elementary schools in the Tempel District PCM neighborhood. This training delivered material such as training in the preparation of scientific articles, learning models and understanding of class action research, preliminary classroom action research, study of theory and framework of classroom action research, preparation of data analysis on classroom action research and drafting scientific articles in the form of journals. The output of this training is a draft scientific article in the form of a journal which will be published in the PGSD UAD journal prepared by the training participants' teachers.

Abstract

Era digital sudah merambah di berbagai lini kehidupan sehingga pendidikan juga layak untuk melakukan akselerasi pengembangan inovasi pembelajaran berbasis internet. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan pemetaan ilmiah terkait akselerasi sekolah dasar dalam mengikuti perkembangan zaman khususnya dalam penggunaan internet sebagai sumber belajar di lingkungan SD. Urgensi (keutamaan) penelitian ini adalah terpetakannya pola penggunaan internet oleh sekolah dasar baik dalam pembelajaran maupun non pembelajaran, serta terpetakannya pola penggunaan internet di sekolah dasar tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai pijakan akselerasi yang dilakukan sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan jenis survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh sekolah dasar di Kota Yogyakarta dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 sekolah di Kota Yogyakarta. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah angket. Data hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis data statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan: a) Mayoritas sekolah di KotaYogyakarta (84%) belum menjadikan lab komputer sebagai sumber belajar dalam pembelajaran, b) Seluruh (100%) sekolah di Kota Yogyakarta memiliki akun media sosial sebagai sarana sosialisasi sekolah, c) Hanya sebagian kecil sekolah di kota Yogyakarta (24%) yang memiliki e-learning sebagai sumber belajar berbasis Learning Management Sistem (LMS).
