Abstract

In the economic development of Rural Banks as financial institutions that is one source of financing for micro small and medium enterprises in extending credit is influenced by internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous or partial between Third Party Funds (TPF), Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), Interest Rate (IR), and Non Performing Loan (NPL) to Rural Banks lending in the fourth quarter of Bali Province years 2000-2011, the analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on test results, simultaneously TDF, GRDP, IR, NPL significant effect on Rural Banks lending in the fourth quarter of Bali Province from 2000 to 2011. Partially TPF significant positive effect and GRDP had no significant effect, while IR variable significant negative effect and NPL no significant effect on Rural Banks lending in the fourth quarter of Bali Province 2000 – 2011.

Abstract

Tingginya tuntutan pekerjaan, kompleknya alur kerja, dan semakin tingginya tujuan organisasi menuntut setiap karyawan harus bekerja dengan cepat, fokus dan maksimal. Tekanan kerja disini menjadi sisi yang terus di hadapi oleh para karyawan, dimana tekanan kerja yang tinggi akan dapat mengakibatkan mereka mengalami stres disamping memunculkan konflik diantara mereka. Hal ini menjadi masalah serius saat ini yang dihadapai organisasi dalam menghadapi persaingan global. Stres jika tidak ditangani dengan segera akan dapat menimbulkan pengaruh yang merusak jasmani dan rohani disamping dapat berbahaya bagi kesehatan mereka. Demikian halnya dengan konflik, merupakan keadaan dimana tidak adanya keserasian antara berbagai hal pada seseorang dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pekerjaan dan orang-orang disekitarnya. Oleh karenanya peran serta organisasi dan karyawan diperlukan dalam kaitannya manajemen penanganan stres dan konflik dalam organisasi

Abstract

Research purposes 1) analyze the direct influence of internal factors, and external to credit strategy, 2) analyze the direct influence of internal factors, external factors and crediting strategies to LDR, 3) analyze the indirect influence between internal and external factors on LDR crediting strategies as mediators. The research was conducted in Badung regency, using combination of primary and secondary data. Using sample population techniques, Partial Least Square (PLS) is a data analysis technique used. Research result 1) the direct internal factors and external factors have a significant positive effect on the lending strategy, 2) the internal factors directly and the lending strategy have a positive significant effect while the external factors have positive but not significant effect on the LDR, 3) the internal factors and external factors indirectly affect the LDR through crediting strategy as a significant mediator in rural banks in Badung regency
