Abstract

The economic empowerment of communities often tend to focus on the aspect of method and program, which is mostly imported and western-minded. Social capital may be opimized to make sure that the economic empowerment achieving its goals. In some conditon, the social capital philosophy of tri tangtu silih asih silih asah and silih asuh plays a significant role in ensuring the success of a community economic empowerment. This paper is a study of social system of community economic empowerment aiming on understanding the background condition of the economic empowerment of a village community with particular case of the village farmer group. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pembelajaran sentra pada lembaga Taman Kanak-Kanak di Kabupaten Pati. Menggunakan penelitian kualitatif, berupa data-data tentang penyelenggaraan model pembelajaran sentra, langkah-langkah pelaksanaan pembelajaran sentra, dan kemajuan anak yang diperoleh melalui proses belajar menggunakan model pembelajaran sentra. Objek penelitian ini terdiri atas tiga lembaga dengan kecamatan berbeda, yaitu: TK Aisyiah 2 Pati, TK Bintang Kecil dan TK An-Nismah. Subjek penelitian ini, meliputi: guru-guru, kepala sekolah, dan peserta didik tiga lembaga tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi partisipasi pasif, wawancara semi terstruktur, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa lembaga TK yang berada di Kabupaten Pati menerapkan pembelajaran sentra dengan menggunakan empat pijakan main, meliputi: penataan lingkungan main, pijakan sebelum main, pijakan saat main dan pijakan setelah main. Namun, masing-masing lembaga memiliki perbedaan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran sentra, pembagian waktu kegiatan, dan pembagian guru.

Abstract

In this era, political ethics seems to be no longer valid, but it is almost disappeared. The reality shows that politics is a place for fighting of powers and interests, so that there is a general tendency to justify any means to achieve goals. Political pragmatism has corrupted the political ethics of politicians. One of them is money politics applied by many politicians which could not educate people and should become a bad example of politics. Actually, the politicians should be good examples for the people. Therefore, a politician must make political ethics a benchmark of orientation and a normative view to carry out dignified power. The authors tried to explain the thoughts of al-Mawardi, a Muslim thinker who discussed political ethics in depth in order to solve political problems faced by the people today, then the ethical and dignified Islamic politics could possibly be applied. The political ethics described and built by al-Mawardi is ideal rebuild a better political life. In his ethical concept, al-Mawardi always stressed the necessity of a ruler to always obey the ethical and moral values that have been explained in the Qur’an and Sunnah. So, al-Mawardi tried to provide a solution to fix the condition of the people as well as to maintain political stability.

Abstract

This research patterned literature by examining and tracing various literature, relating to human construction in the Koran. Research findings that humans from the creation process have various potentials and functions of life in this world. So that humans have a position of choice, the best human being and the main human being. The human position of choice is in words, namely: mukhlason (clean / choice), al-Mushthofaina (chosen people), and al-Khiyarah (choice). The best human position is found in the word al-husna (best) and husnu (the best). The process of relevance and development with the world of education, that education as a strategic means aims to develop or cultivate the basic physical and spiritual abilities of humans as caliphs.

Abstract

AbstractThis article aims to explain the case of female college students who use the veil in the college campus area, and deal with the prohibition of the college leadership. The study uses qualitative methods, conducted in 2018 at several state Islamic universities (UIN) in the regions of Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. The data source comes from observations and interviews with female veil users. Data collection uses in-depth interview techniques, and snow-ball. Triangulation is carried out to strengthen the validity of the data and information obtained. Analysis of data and facts in the field was developed based on the theory of chastity structure developed from the structure of feeling structure (structure of feeling). The results showed that the female student's veil dressing behavior was driven by a changing spirit or moving to be or feel holy. They cannot compromise with campus rules, because they cannot separate private and public spaces. They have a unique logic of space, which is all space as a place of sharia enforcement. AbstrakArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan kasus mahasiswi yang menggunakan cadar di wilayah kampus perguruan tinggi, dan berhadapan dengan larangan Pimpinan perguruan tinggi tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif, dilakukan pada tahun 2018 pada beberapa Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) di wilayah Jawa, Sumatera, Kalimantan dan Sulawesi. Sumber data berasal dari observasi dan wawancara pada mahasiswi pengguna cadar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, dan snow-ball. Triangulasi dilakukan untuk memperkuat keabsahan data dan informasi yang diperoleh. Analisa terhadap data dan fakta di lapangan dikembangkan berdasarkan teori struktur kesucian yang dikembangkan dari teori struktur perasaan (structure of feeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku berpakaian cadar mahasiswi didorong oleh semangat berubah atau hijrah untuk menjadi atau merasa suci. Mereka tidak dapat berkompromi dengan aturan kampus, karena tidak dapat memilah antara ruang privat dan ruang publik. Mereka memiliki logika ruang yang unik, yakni semua ruang sebagai tempat penegakan syariah.

Abstract

Secara empiris, pernyataan Lord Action bahwa manusia yang memiliki kekuasaan cenderung untuk menyalahgunakannya, akan tetapi manusia yang mempunyai kekuasaan absolut sudah pasti akan menyalahgunakannya’ adalah untuk para politisi, pemburu kekuasaan, bukan untuk cendekiawan, pelaku budaya, dan kaum moralis. Cendekiawan biasanya memiliki dilemanya sendiri: terlibat dalam kegiatan budaya atau dalam politik praktis, Terkait dengan korupsi, tulisan ini akan menawarkan dua strategi sistematis yang dilakukan kaum cendekiawan dan politisi. Pertama, menggunakan kekuatan moral melalui revitalisasi mental dan keteladanan. Kedua, menerapkan kekuasaan politik dengan penegakan hukum, kebangkitan nasionalisme, peningkatan demokrasi, dan pembaharuan ekonomi.

Abstract

There are at least three paradigms of education in the era of globalization: conservative, liberal, and critic. The paradigms mentioned could be attained through some processes implemented by the performers of global education. The liberal paradigm is of course brought about with the process of liberalization. Liberalism is therefore a paradigm and liberalization is a process. If the liberalization means as the application and cultivation of some strategic initiatives in the educational field, the writer believes that the majority of educational experts will agree with the purpose of the liberal paradigm. But, if it is intended as a free trade, and the cultural commodity of education is the same as the economic one, some of them will refuse it. In the field of education there are still some centralistic and ceremonial practices, so that there wouldn't be any creativity. Consequently, the quality of Indonesian education is far from any other countries like Malaysia. In order to catch up the backwardness in education, the experts are expected to bring about the process of autonomy, decentralization, to consider culture of excellence and social welfare as the most important by developing 4 intelligences. Finally, the social prosperity could be obtained under the frame of global education.

Abstract

This study aims to find the learning patterns of students with visual disabilities through self-regulation. This research approach is qualitative with phenomenological design and descriptive methods. This research study is a self-regulation pattern in students with visual disabilities by observing the interaction between students and the learning environment and social environments to achieve individual and academic goals. The author collected the data through interviews, observations, and documentation. This study concludes that this informants' metacognitive contribution provided positive and supportive directions for learning patterns based on students' self-regulation with visual disabilities UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The self-regulation of informants in learning formed from this metacognitive knowledge relied on the sense of hearing. The strategy came from listening, taking, and reading notes.
