Abstract

Background: : The process of development is a Nur Hidayah Hospital (RS Nur Hidayah) Bantul makes employees work load increases. Improved performance the hospital can improve employee performance. If the employees performance is getting better, the service given to the patients will be getting better too . While the employees performance can be influenced by the work motivation. The researcher interested to do research the influence of motivation on performance of employees. Objective: Measure of motivation and employee performance. Measure the influence of motivation on employee performance. Method: this was quantitatif descriptive research using cross sectional approach plan. the number of 79 employees’ respondents from 111 employees. The data analyzed using correlation analysis. Motivation assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist. Result and discussion: Motivation (82, 3%) and performance (92, 4 %) employees are included in the high category. There is significant influence between motivation on employee performance (r=0,775 p (0, 00) <0, 05). Influence of intrinsic motivation (r=0,737) more powerful than extrinsic motivation (r=0,325). There is influence of the sub variables of responsibility (p=0,032), recognition (p=0,002), work achievement (p=0,007), career development (p=0,000), work (p=0,016), promotion (p=0,029), work condition (p=0,001) on employee performance. Conclusion and recommendation: This study shows motivation and employee performance is already high. Overall there is a strong influence on employee work motivation Nur Hidayah Hospital Bantul. Work motivation still need to be maintained and improved for the better employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, performance

Abstract

Research of methodthat used quantitative, the number of 79 employees’ respondents. The data analyzed usingcorrelation analysis. Workload assessed by questionnaire, performance while using a checklist.Result: Performance (92,4 %) employees are included in the high category, while for themajority of the workload of employees included in the medium category with a percentage 54, 4%. There is no significant relationship of workload with employee performance (p (0,066)>0, 05).Conclusion: This study shows employee performance is already high. There is no significantrelationship of workload with employee performance Nur Hidayah Hospital in Bantul.Key words: Work load, performance

Abstract

Background : Complexity of hospital marketing strategy that have social function needed research to analyses marketing strategy have been applied by PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta hospital, especially to promote Laparoscopy Product. Marketing strategy of the segmentation, targeting and positioning. The aim of the research to analyses marketing strategy of PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta to promote Laparoscopy product. Method : This was descriptive research using qualitative method. The subject was director of public and financing, the chief of marketing, and patient of Laparsocopy user. Data from the resources person was analyses carefully. Result : Strategy analyses used marketing analyses, product analyses, and competitor analyses. Laparoscopy marketing segmentation was the middle and lower social class of the patient. No distinct market targeting yet of the marketing segmentation have been applying, it’s caused marketing not effective yet. The position of Laparoscopy product based on seven based variable those were: attribute positioning, benefit positioning, application positioning, user positioning, competitor positioning, product category positioning, and quality/price positioning. Conclusion : Laparoscopy marketing in PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta have been effective insight amount of the patient who have been using of the Laparoscopy product. However, improving better services that Laparoscopy product capable become positioning product. The Laparoscopy product hoped capable to compete with the other competitor. Abstract

Latar belakang: Menghadapi era globalisasi dan desentralisasi saat ini berbagai macam tantangan serta perubahan harus disikapi dengan sungguh-sungguh, Angka infeksi nosokomial terus meningkat mencapai sekitar 9% (variasi 3-21%) atau > 1,4 juta pasien rawat inap di rumah sakit seluruh dunia. Hasil survey point prevalensi dari 11 Rumah sakit di DKI Jakarta yang dilakukan oleh Perdalin Jaya dan rumah sakit penyakit infeksi Prof.Dr.Sulianti Saroso Jakarta pada tahun 2003 didapatkan angka infeksi nosocomial untuk ILO (infeksi luka operasi) 18,9 %, ISK (infeksi saluran Kemih) 15,1%, IADP (Infeksi Aliran Darah Primer) 26,4%, pneumonia 24,5% dan infeksi saluran napas lain 15,1% serta infeksi lain 32,1 %. Cara meminimalkan risiko terjadinya infeksi di rumah sakit dan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan lainnya perlu diterapkan Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Infeksi (PPI), yaitu kegiatan yang meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pembinaan, pendidikan dan pelatihan, serta monitoring dan. Manajemen CSSD di rumah sakit meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan evaluasi. Manajemen CSSD  sangat dibutuhkan oleh suatu rumah sakit karena tanpa manajemen pencapaian tujuannya akan lebih sulit. Permasalahan yang terdapat di Unit CSSD yakni kurangnya SDM, Fasilitas CSSD yang belum memadai, serta unit CSSD yang masih gabung dengan kamar operasi.Metode: Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data dengan menggunakan wawancara, dan observasi. Dimana subjek diambil sebanyak 5 orang.Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan CSSD sudah terencana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan teori perencanaan, pengorganisasian belum tersusun secara maksimal dan struktur organisasinya masih dibawah Kamar Operasi (OK). pelaksanaan CSSD sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman CSSD yang dikeluarkan Kemenkes,akan tetapi masih terdapat perangkapan pekerjaan. pengawasan sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan evaluasi sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan teori evaluasi.Kesimpulan: perencanaan CSSD sudah terencana dengan baik dan sesuai dengan teori perencanaan, Pengorganisasian CSSD di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul Yogyakarta belum tersusun secara maksimal karna CSSD di RSU PKU Muhammadiyah struktur organisasinya masih dibawah Kamar Operasi (OK). Dan tidak sesuai dengan Struktur organisasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Kemenkes. pelaksanaan CSSD sudah berjalan dengan baik dan sesuai dengan pedoman CSSD yang dikeluarkan Kemenkes, akan tetapi masih terdapat perangkapan pekerjaan. pengawasan sudah berjalan dengan baik, dan evaluasi sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan Jenis evaluasi Formatif dan Sumatif.

Abstract

Background : Nurses are profesionals who have the ability, responsinility and avthority to implement and provide care for patiens who experienced health problems. Nurses was closely linked to the performance because the performance is the result or the overall success rate of a person during a certain period in the duty compared to the various possibilities, such as the standard of the work, the target or criteria that have been determined in advance and has agreed.Method: This was an analytic research use cross sectional approach conducted on as many as 103 nurses using  a questionnaire research. Instruments by using chi square analysis.Result : There was a significant relationship between compensation (p value= 0,001;CI = 1,358-3,989) and job satisfaction (p value = 0,019; CI = 1,132-2,831) with the performance of the nurses and there is a significant relationship between organizational behavior (p value = 0,003; CI = 1,295-3,358) and leadership (p value =0,001; CI = 1,433-4,968) with the nurses performance.Conclusion : There was a relationship between compensation, job satisfaction, organizational behavior, leadership with nurses performance.

Abstract

Background: Hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, which is one of Muhammadiyahcharity-owned enterprises also have an obligation to implement a patient safety culture.Currently hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta is prepared for accreditation so thatpatient safety culture which became one of the indicators in the assessment should be carriedout. In addition, several times a medical officer in hospital is incomplete or wrong in writingthe patient’s medical record file so that it can result in patient safety. Application patientsafety culture should involve all stakeholders in the hospital ranging from nurses, pharmacists,midwives, physician to the management. The involvement of all stakeholders will facilitatethe hospital in implemented patient safety culture so that service quality can be guaranteed.Nurses who interact directly with patients also have the same obligations in implementedpatient safety culture starts from the simple matter of having a sense of empathy andprofessionalism in performing nursing intake.Methods: This research is analytic research. Using cross sectional study design. This researchwas conducted in hospital PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Subjects in this study were nursesinpatient totaling 67 nurses.Results: 1) The correlation between work units with the implementation of patient safety isa significant Spearman correlation value by 0544. 2) The correlation between the leaders ofthe implementation of patient safety is a significant Spearman correlation value by 0502. 3)The correlation between the communication with the application of patient safety is asignificant Spearman correlation value of 0.390.Conclusion: The results of this study were 1) There is a relationship between work units withthe implementation of patient safety, 2) There is a relationship between the leader with theimplementation of patient safety, 3) There is a relationship between communication with theimplementation of patient safety.Keywords: Patient Safety, Implementation, Nurses

Abstract

ABSTRACT The behavior of nurses who come and do not go home on time, the office hours are not in place for various reasons beyond the task can degrade the performance of nurses. Leadership style required a hospital room Ahmad Yani Hospital Metro Lampung adar be motivating nurses and nurses performance. This study aims to analyze the relationship between leadership style performance space with nurses in inpatient hospitals Ahmad Yani Metro Lampung. This type of cross sectional analytic study. The study population is a nurse in the hospital inpatient Ahmad Yani Metro Lampung many as 172 people with a total sample of 51 people. Measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire study. Analysis of the data using a hypothesis test between two variables. The results showed an autocratic leadership style as much as 96.1% lower category and 3.9% higher. Laissez faire leadership style category as much as 94.1% lower and 5.9% higher. Democratic leadership style category as much as 96.1% higher and 3.9% lower. Nurse performance category as much as 90.2% higher and lower by 9.8%. There is a relationship between autocratic leadership style, laissez faire leadership style, democratic leadership style with the performance of nurses in Inpatient Hospital Ahmad Yani Metro Lampung.

Abstract

Penjernihan minyak jelantah dilaksanakan di Dusun Secang, Serang dan Pereng, Desa Sendangsari, Kecamatan Pengasih, Kabupaten Kulonprogo. Tujuan pengabdian untuk memberikan solusi pemanfaatan limbah minyak jelantah dan kulit pisang kepok. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan KKN PPM ini adalah : (1) sosialisasi pencemaran air tanah akibat pembuangan minyak jelantah, (2) sosialisasi pemanfaatan kulit pisang kepok, (3) pelatihan penjernihan minyak jelantah, dan (4) pelatihan pembuatan sabun souvenir menggunakan hasil penjernihan limbah minyak jelantah. Selain itu dilakukan evaluasi yang kemudian diperoleh kesimpulan yakni keberadaan limbah minyak jelantah jika diolah secara tepat dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi barang bernilai ekonomis salah satunya sabun souvenir. Kata kunci: limbah minyak jelantah, kulit pisang AbstractThe activity of waste cooking oil purification was carried out in Secang, Serang, and Pereng Hamlets, Sendangsari Village, Pengasih Sub-District, Kulon Progo District. The purpose of the community service is to provide solutions for waste cooking oil and kepok banana peels. The method used in this Community Service-Community Empowerment Learning (KKN-PPM) activity was by: (1) socialization on groundwater pollution due to the disposal of used cooking oil, (2) socialization on the utilization of kepok banana peels, (3) cooking oil purification training, and (4) training on soap souvenir making using the results of waste cooking oil purification. In addition, an evaluation was carried out which then concludes that the presence of waste cooking oil when processed properly can be used as economic value items, one of them is soap souvenir. Key words: waste cooking oil, banana peels

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan yang ada di masyarakat Desa Kradenan, Papringan, dan Pager, Kecamatan Kaliwungu, Kabupaten Semarang adalah kurangnya kesadaran perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat di masyarakat. Maka program KKN UAD difokuskan pada kesehatan masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat menuju masyarakat yang sejahtera. Metode pelaksanaan program KKN meliputi : pendidikan masyarakat dan praktek langsung. Dampak dari kegiatan KKN ini adalah : 1) tercipta kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya PHBS , 2) memberikan penyuluhan tentang bahayanya buang air besar di sungai 3)melakukan pemeriksaan jentik nyamuk dan pemberian obat Abate di masyarakat, 4) memberikan penyuluhan bahaya asap rokok di tempat umum, 5) mengajak masyarakat memeriksakan anaknya ke POSYANDU secara rutin.

Abstract

Perkembangan informasi sangat pesat di era digital sekarang ini. Pemanfaatan NewMedia, yaitu digital media yang berbasis internet sebagai sumber informasi sangat tinggi.Keakuratan dan kelayanan publikasi informasi terkadang dipertanyakan khalayak.Intensitas tertinggi pengakses media ini adalah remaja. Remaja merupakan masa yangdilalui individu dan pada periode tersebut keinginan untuk eksplorasi wawasan sangattinggi. Informasi kesehatan akan sangat mudah didapatkan melalui digital media. Remajabisa tidak hanya berperan sebagai komunikan dari digital media, namun juga bisa sebagaikomunikator informasi kesehatan bagi sesamanya. Tanpa meninggalkan Old Media, NewMedia merupakan media yang dipilih sekarang ini. Perancangan old media seperti artikel,poster, leaflet bisa dimasukkan ke New Media yang mereka pilih, seperti melalui Blog.
