Abstract

Semenjak dikeluarkannya UU No. 38/1999 tentang Pengelolaan Zakat oleh pemerintah Republik Indonesia, kegiatan memberdayakan ekonomi umat dari sektor yang hampir terlupakan ini mulai banyak bermunculan. Namun, walaupun UU ini berbicara tentang zakat (salah satu rukun Islam yang lima), UU ini bukan mengatur tentang sistem dan prosedur zakat yang sesungguhnya. UU ini hanya sekadar mengatur bagaimana zakat dikelola, mulai dari perencanaan, pengumpulan, pendistribusian dan pendayagunaannya. Dari hal inilah kemudian banyak berdiri badan-badan amil zakat independen non pemerintah yang menyelenggarakan pelayanan zakat, dalam bentuk berbagai macam kelembagaan, yang belum terkoordinasi dengan baik. Lembaga social Al-Hikmah, salah satu divisnya yaitu Divisi Sosial Al-Hikmah bergerak di bidang pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh serta juga mengadakan system simpan pinjam dengan cara murobahah. Selama ini pelayanan dan pengelolaan ZIS masih menggunakan publikasi melalui brosur dan pengelolaan simpan pinjam masih belum tertata menggunakan sistem informasia berbasis database. Sebagai upaya perbaikan peningkatan layanan kepada para muzakki dan memudahkan distribusi ZIS dalam pengelolaan simpan pinjam, dalam tulisan ini bermaksud melakukan perancangan sistem informasi pengeloloaan Zakat agar tercipta efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan ZIS dan simpan Pinjam, diharapkan dampaknya dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan para muzakki dan menghindari overlap sasaran penerima zakat. Kata Kunci: sistem informasi, Zakat, Model Proses, Model Data, Prototype.

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to map the opportunities of the Madrasah Diniyah inPalopo City, specially for institutional development context andanalyzing the challenges faced in realizing the ideal Madrasah Diniyahafter regional autonomy. This research is a qualitative descriptive. Ourcesof data are obtained from interviews, observation and documentation.Madrasah Diniyah development opportunities in Palopo supported bythe Center Education Qur’an that can be developed into a better madra-sah diniyah. Other opportunities dimension is the establishment of religionby the government of Palopo as the direction of development in Palopo.Challenges faced: first, the means and inadequate infrastructures. Secondly,there is no central figure. Third, public support is not maximized. Fourth,there has been no serious attention from the goverment. Fifth: the peoplehave felt confortable  with the Center of Quran Education.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan peluang yang dimilikimadrasah diniyah di Kota Palopo, khususnya dalam konteks pengem-bangan kelembagaan dan menganalisis tantangan yang dihadapi dalammewujudkan madrasah diniyah yang ideal pasca otonomi daerah. Jenispenelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data diperoleh dariwawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peluang pengembangan lem-baga madrasah diniyah didukung oleh adanya sejumlah Taman Pen-didikan al-Qur’an (TPA) yang dapat dikembangkan menjadi madrasahdiniyah yang lebih baik. Selain itu, penetapan dimensi religi sebagaisalahsatu arah pembangunan Kota Palopo. Tantangan yang dihadapi,pertama: sarana dan prasarana tidak memakai. Kedua, tidak ada tokohpenggerak. Ketiga, dukungan masyarakat tidak signifikan. Keempat: tidak perhatian serius dari Pemerintah Kota. Kelima, masyarakat merasacukup dengan adanya TPA (Taman Pendidikan al-Qur’an)

Abstract

This article examines the thinking of Muhammad Natsir of religion and state. The aim of this study is to describe descriptively about Muhammad Natsir view the relation between religion and state in the context of Indonesia. The research method used in this research is the study of literature by searching texts relating to Muhammad Natsir and religion and the state. The sources referenced text not only from the writings directly from Muhammad Natsir are referred to as primary sources but also refers to the intellectual outlook of Muhammad Natsir which is also known as a secondary source. This study came to the conclusion that Muhammad Natsir is the figure of the intellectual and activist Indonesia in the 19th century which has been struggling for unification between religion and state in the context of Indonesia. Religion and state are two entities that should not be separated. Religion has taught widely to the public how good state. Religion loading concepts clear rule that can be used as a reference in managing government. For him the unification of religion and state is a fixed price, but do not have to do with violent means. He did not agree with the ways DI fighting Islam by means of rebellion against authority. For him, Islam is shown in the concept of the ideal state to bring peace, love not the face of violence.

Abstract

The intent of this study is to elaborate the mode of leadership in a traditional Islamic Boarding School (pesantren) and explore in detail how types of leadership sustain the existence of pesantren in light of globalization of education. This study relies on qualitative research through conducting personal communication with the leaders in the pesantren as well as examining the literature which support the central theme. The research will focus on pesantren Mangkoso Barru, Indonesia. It represents a traditional pesantren in the region of South Sulawesi. The data will be collected from the staff from this particular pesantren. It will be analyzed systematically. The findings suggest that there are, at least, two leadership styles found in the pesantren, charismatic and transformational leadership. The first one basically takes place among the top leaders (senior kiais) of the pesantren while transformational leadership occurs in the middle leaders (junior kiais) of the pesantren. Both leadership styles strongly affect the sustainability of pesantren in the face of globalization of education. Moreover, the leaders of the pesantren are able to transform pesantren values into modernity which enables the pesantren DDI Mangkoso to sustain itself amid the fast wave of modernization.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out, 1) learning outcomes scouting members, 2) the religious character of scout member MI Datok Sulaiman Putra Palopo section, and 3) the influence of scouting education on the formation of religious character of MI Datok Sulaiman part Boy Palopo. This research uses ex post facto research. The result of descriptive statistic analysis shows that the average score of learning scout education result of scout member MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo is 89,4737 from ideal score 100 with standard devias i = 3,95062 and variance = 15,607. Highest score (maximum) = 96 and lowest score (minimum) = 81. Result of inferential statistic analysis using inferential statistic by using simple linear regression obtained that correlation of r value equal to 0,631 show strong correlation and kofesien determinan equal to 39,8%. This shows that there is a significant influence between scouting education on the formation of religious character of Scout members. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, 1) hasil belajar pendidikan kepramukaan anggota pramuka, 2) karakter religius anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Bagian Putra Palopo, dan 3) pengaruh pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Bagian Putra Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian ex-post facto. Teknik dokumentasi dengan mengumpulkan data yang bersumber dari arsip. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa skor ratarata hasil belajar pendidikan kepramukaan anggota pramuka MI Datok Sulaiman Palopo adalah sebesar 89,4737 dari skor ideal 100 dengan standar devias i= 3,95062 dan variansi = 15,607. Skor tertinggi (maksimum) = 96 dan skor terendah (minimum) = 81. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan regresi linear sederhana diperoleh bahwa korelasi nilai r sebesar 0,631 menunjukkan korelasi kuat serta kofesien determinan yaitu sebesar 39,8%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa benar terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pendidikan kepramukaan terhadap pembentukan karakter religius anggota pramuka.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan dalam bentuk deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sedangakan metode analisis datanya adalah deskriptif, yang menggambarkan dan menganalisis semua hal yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian adalah (1) model evaluasi yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab adalah evaluasi dasar kelas secara bekelanjutan. (2) Bentuk evaluasi yang dipergunakan oleh guru bahasa Arab adalah penggunaan dua bentuk tes saja dari jenis-jenis evaluasi. (3) Hambatan yang dihadapi oleh guru adalah masalah teknis pada uji ambang batas dari nilai 75 standar utuk dijadikan sempurna atau lengkap yang terasa berat bagi kebanyakan pengajar. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah menggunakan sistem penjadwalan sehingga waktu terdengar cukup untuk menguji peserta didik dan memberikan tugas tambahan bagi mereka yang memiliki program remedial karena mereka belum mencapai minimum.Kata kunci: Problematika pembelajaran bahasa Arab

Abstract

Artikel ini mengelaborasi teologi ahlu sunnah wal jamaah yang kemudian disingkat menjadi aswaja dalam konteks kemodernan yang sekaligus merupakan karakter dari organisasi NU dan khususnya di bawah kepemimpinan Kyai Hasyim Asy’ari. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analisis dengan menggambarkan obyek penelitian yang sebenarnya dan menganalisis fakta-fakta yang ditemukan. Pergumulan Kyai Hasyim dalam menawarkan pemikiran-pemikiran segar tampak dalam upaya mendialogkan pemikiran teologi Islam dalam kehidupan modern terutama dalam menghadapi imperialisme. Perbedaan pandangannya dengan kelompok modernis yang tergambar dalam upayanya untuk membersihkan tradisi umat Islam pada waktu itu yang dianggap sudah melenceng dari koridor ajaran Islam. Inilah salah satu alasan kemunculan NU sebagai organisasi yang mewadahi kepentingan kelompok tradisional. NU di bawah kepemimpinan Kyai Hasyim mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat dalam berbagai hal. Misalnya dalam upaya memodernisasi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam, ekonomi, dan dalam aspek politik, NU menerapkan teori menolak sambil menerima terhadap imperialisme. Menolak dalam arti tidak secara prontal, tetapi menerima tidak dengan apa adanya.ABSTRACTThis article elaborates theological insights of ahlu sunnah wal jamaah, further shortened as aswaja, in the context of modernity as the character of Nahdhatul Ulama (NU) organization under the leadership of Kyai Hasyim Asy’ari. This article will apply descriptive-analysis method by describing the actual research object and by analyzing the findings. The activities of Kyai Hasyim in delivering his fresh thoughts were apparently seen in his efforts to share his Islamic theological insights in this modern world against imperialism. The difference of his thought from the other modernist movement during his life time might be seen from the latter’s perspective towards Muslim tradition at that time, which the latter considered such tradition as having deviated from the true teachings of Islam. NU was then established in order to defend these sorts of practices and to fulfill the needs of traditional organizations. NU under the leadership of Kyai Hasyim had shown a significant progress and impact within Muslim community at that time. In its efforts to modernize the management of its educational, economic and political institutions, NU applied the theory of refusing but receiving imperialism. This means that NU softly refused to fully deal with imperialism, while at same time, it partly received the idea with criticism.

Abstract

This article aims to see the improvement of students' mathematics learning outcomes by using the talking stick teaching model. The type of research used is classroom action research designed two cycles in accordance with the achievement of indicators. The subjects are all students of class VIII Madrasah Tsanawiyah No 32 Lamasi Kecamatan Lamasi Kabupaten Luwu, amounting to 21 people. The instruments used were test and observation. Before treatment, the average student's learning outcomes of 50.95. If associated with the indicator of success is 70, then the student is not yet complete in learning mathematics. This is also an indication that there is a problem in learning mathematics in that class. After the applied model of talking stick, the average value of students increased in cycle I to 65.23 but there are still 11 students who have not completed. The study then continued to cycle II and the average of mathematics learning outcomes increased to 80.38 with 17 students already completed or 80.95%. If it is associated with the indicator where the research is said to be successful if the students who get a minimum score of 70 amounted to at least 80% then this research has been successful and stopped until the second cycle. Student and teacher activity also showed positive results. From the observation seen there is improvement of mental attitude of student in expressing its opinion from 57,1% student increase to 85,7%. The same for student responses in answering teacher questions increased from 52.3% to 90.4%. Teacher activity increased slightly from 50.0% to 50.84%. Of all the results it is clear that the learning model of talking stick can improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

This current study aims to explore and analyze the teaching and learning process of Islamic education at higher education institutions of non-Islamic studies, particularly Sekolah Tinggi Sosial Politik (STISIP) Veteran Palopo. It was qualitative research by employing a case study at STSIP Veteran Palopo. The data were collected through observation, in-depth interview, and documentation. The data were analyzed and concluded by regarding the focus of this study. The research findings reveal that firstly, the course content of Islamic Education at STISIP Veteran Palopo comprised three main aspects of Islamic teachings, namely: aqeedah (creed), sharia, and akhlaq (character) that were provided with several material development. Secondly, the lecturers delivered the learning materials by combining methods of lecturing, discussion, and recitations. Thirdly, the evaluation of teaching and learning process was carried out by having a written test. This study emphasizes the importance of revitalizing the presence of the Islamic Education course at higher education institutions of non-Islamic studies in terms of the learning materials, methods, and techniques of evaluation.

Abstract

Undang-undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 Tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara Pasal 48 huruf g menyebutkan bahwa BKN bertugas:“mengawasi dan mengendalikan pelaksanaan norma, standar, dan prosedur manajemen kepegawaian ASN .  Dengan memanfaat teknologi data warehouse diharapkan mampu menunjang BKN (Badan Kepegawaian Negara) dalam menyediakan informasi yang  menghasilkan data-data pelanggaran Disiplin PNS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain solusi arsitektur data warehouse pengawasan dan pengendalian PNS. Metode peneletian menggunakan teknik gap analisis yang mengacu pada kerangka TOGAF. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan desain sousi data warehouse yang mengandung unsur teknologi pengambilan data, teknologi visualiasi data berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan dashboard dan ketersediaan sumber data.Kata kunci : Disiplin PNS, Arsitektur Data warehouse,TOGAF,  Early Warning System,  Dashbord.
