Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh QS Ali Imran: 139 terhadap self-efficacy pada siswa SMA. QS Ali Imran: 139 dipilih karena memiliki makna yang sesuai dengan definisi self-efficacy itu sendiri, sehingga diharapkan dengan meninjau QS Ali Imran: 139 akan meningkatkan self-efficacy. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 47 siswi kelas X MAN 1 Surakarta yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok, kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala efikasi diri dengan aspek-aspek yang ditekankan oleh Bandura. Efek dari penelitian ini diketahui dengan mengurangi hasil post-test dan pre-test dan kemudian kami membandingkan hasil antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan Independent Sample T-test menghasilkan nilai t (2,586) dan p (0,013) <0,05. Ini menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan skor efikasi diri antara kelompok eksperimen (= 7,3043) dan kelompok kontrol (4,2500) setelah perlakuan. Ini berarti ada pengaruh positif QS Ali Imran: 139 pada self-efficacy siswa kelas X MAN 1 Surakarta. Dengan demikian, QS Ali Imran: 139 dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy.

Abstract

The object of this study is to analyze the factors of financial ratios that affect a company in taking the company?s acquisition strategy. The financial ratios, in this study, used are Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DE), Return On Investment (ROI), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning per share (EPS), Equity per share (EqPS) and Leverage Ratio (LR). In this study the data used are secondary data, while the population used the companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and do acquisition activity in the period 2000-2007. Sampling method in this research is by using purposive sampling, which in this study using the 30 firms which 15 companies conducting acquisitions and 15 companies that do not conduct acquisitions. The method of analysis used in this study is the logistic regression analysis (Logistic Regression).Keywords : Acquisition, Financial Ratios

Abstract

The study was conducted to analyze the relationship between the learning environment and the learning process in an effort to improve student achievement in school, analysis using qualitative methods. Research conducted on madrasa ibtidaiyah teachers NURUL HIKMAH. From this study it can be seen that the learning environment has a positive relationship with student learning achievement, as well as the learning process that has a positive and significant relationship to student learning achievement, this shows that good student achievement can be done in an effort to improve the quality of the learning environment at school and the existence of a quality learning process, thus efforts to improve student achievement can be done by improving and improving the quality of the learning process as well as an increase in the quality of teaching staff in schools so that they are more professional in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as a teacher.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to increase students' activities and learning outcomes by describing the use of cooperative learning models of STAD type in dance art learning of 7th-grade students of SMP 13 Padang. This type of research was classroom action research. The object of the study was 32 7th grade students of SMP 13 Padang. Techniques of data collection were in the form of literature study, observation, tests, assignments and documentation. The results show that the use of cooperative learning models of STAD type in dance art learning which was carried out in two cycles went well. (1) Student learning activities with indicators of; asking questions, brave opinions, doing assignments, not making noise in class, and not going in and out of class, in the first cycle, the overall average score was 64.3%. In cycle II the overall average score increased to 80%. (2) Students` learning outcomes reach very good criteria. It can be seen from the results of written tests in cycle I with an average score of 77.7 and in cycle II increased to 84. Then the results of the students' practical ability in cycle I with an average score of 76, 2 and in the second cycle increased to 87.8. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of cooperative learning models of STAD type in the dance learning can increase student activity and learning outcomes. Keywords: Usage, STAD Type, Learning Outcomes, Dance Learning
