Abstract

The patients coming to Dental Hospital Jember University are those brought by dental students and those coming by their own will.  Most patients come to the Dental Hospital because they are asked by the students to fulfill their academic requirements. The purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of physical and fee administration aspects of the Dental Hospital Jember University between the patients brought by the students and those who come by their own will. This study used a descriptive and analytic method with cross-sectional approach. The samples were taken from the patients visiting Dental Hospital Jember University. The result of this study  was analyzed using Mann Whitney U Test. It was showed that there was a significant difference on the physical of Dental Hospital, while on there was no significant difference in the aspect of administrative fee both in common patients and those brought by the students.   Keywords : The factors affecting the visit, patients brought by students, common patients

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial antara motivasi kerja terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat?, untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial antara iklim organisasi terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat, untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara simultan antara motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuaasan keerja karyawann pada PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) Cabang Ciputat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban dari responden yang menjadi karyawan di Bank BTN Cabang Ciputat yang diberikan kuesioner. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada Bank BTN Cabang Ciputat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan pada variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pada koefisien determinasi terdapat pengaruh sebesar 79,3% yang mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja yang dijelaskan oleh variabel motivasi kerja dan iklim organisasi, sedangkan sisanya 20,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain dan tidak termasuk kedalam analisis regresi ini. Kata kunci: motivasi kerjaa, iklim organisasi, kepuasan kerja

Abstract

Ngawi has considerable forest area, either owned forests Forestry and Plantation Agency and owned by Perum Perhutani. These forests, automatically have forest land area under tree stands quite spacious as well, and is very suitable for planting Porang. In the end it can be said the forest is a potential for mapping the potential for plants Porang empowered. Against the backdrop of these conditions, this study aims to: 1. Identify Potential Land Plants Porang, to identify the extent of land to potential mapping Porangplants. The technical potential mapping on the basis of the terms Porang grow crops, such as: the suitability and condition of land; setempatyang weather and climate is verysuitable for plant growth Porang. 2. Analyzing Potential Mapping Strategies Porang plants, based on the SWOT method, ie factor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. The final results of this research to empower potential mapping strategy Porang plant in the district of Ngawi results of this study ultimately expected to empower the economy and welfare of the Farmers Forest (Pesanggem) local.Keywords: Potential Mapping Porang Plant.

Abstract

Reporting information system operational assistance funds in the creation of the school reports are still using manual systems resulting in many poses problems ofslowness in making such report Fund boss.The purpose of this research is to address existing problems as well as facilitate the school in the making of the management of the operational grant school by using an application that is designed. The research method used is field research, interviews and research librarianship. Types of data collected primary datawere obtained from the results of the interviews and observation. The selected software methodology is the waterfall methodology. The stages being performed are: analysis of system design diagrams, DFD, ERD and context isthen implemented through the programming language Visual Basic 8.0 and MySql as a database. The results of this research in the form of software applications thatcan be used by TBS and is able to present information accurately BOSS fund reporting.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to see the extent to which the policy UPN "Veteran" East Java as the college of compliance in the application of Law No. 25 Year 2009 on Public Service, Variables used to assess compliance this is to compare the provisions of Law No. 25 in 2009, consisting of service Standards, edict services, Information Systems services Facility Assessment of Human Resources, Means for service users with special needs / disability, Vision, Mission and motto, ISO 9000: 2008, Attribute service Officers, Systems Integrated services , Complaints, method used in this study is a survey research methods that research conducted in the population, but the data is the data studied samples taken from the population and using questionnaires as a data collection tool to obtain a generalization of observations that are not deep. From the level of their explanations of this study used a descriptive approach to evaluation methods. Definition of descriptive research method according Sugiono (2006: 11) is "The research conducted to determine the value of an independent variable, either one or more variables (independent) without making comparisons or connections between variables and the other variables". While Irawan (2004: 49) states that descriptive research is "Research aimed to describe or explain things as they are". Evaluation methods researchers use to judge something by comparing the activity or products with the standards that have been set. The results based on variables and indicators that have been assigned the obtained maximum value / total by 1000 and divided into three (3) zoning compliance with the implementation of Law No. 25 of 2009 on public service, the red zone or low adherence (0-500), yellow zone or moderate adherence (501-800), the green zone or high adherence (801-1000), the National Development University "Veteran" East Java, the total value of  870.14 or green zones or high adherence (801-1000), which needs attention is the unavailability of intimation / appointments services mounted in the bulletin board, not the availability of specific services / disabled, the attributes of service personnel do not use an ID card, and a complaint management is still centralized. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat sejauh mana kebijakan UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur sebagai perguruan tinggi negeri terhadap pelaksanaan Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi tentang Pedoman Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik nomor 16 tahun 2014 tanggal 2 Mei 2014  terdiri dari : 1.Persyaratan pelayanan 2.Prosedur pelayanan 3.Kepastian waktu pelayanan,  4.Kepastian biaya  pelayanan, 5.Produk Spesifikasi Jenis Pelayanan, 6.Kompetensi petugas pelayanan, 7. Perilaku Pelaksana 8.Maklumat  Pelayanan, 9.Penanganan Pengaduan, Saran dan Masukan, 10.Kecepatan pelayanan, 11.Keadilan mendapatkan pelayanan, 12.Kedisiplinan petugas pelayanan, 13.Keamanan pelayanan. 14. Kenyamanan lingkungan. Dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dimana menurut Bungin, Burhan, 2011, metode diskriptif diartikan sebagai prosedur dalam meneliti status kelompok manusia, suatu obyek, suatu  kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang, dengan tujuan untuk membuat diskripsi, gambaran atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta-fakta, sifat-sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki. Sedangkan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan diskriptif kuantitatif yaitu dengan menggunakan pengolahan data Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM). Untuk menggali lebih dalam makna-makna yang dihasilkan dari kuestioner yang diperoleh dari mahasiswa UPN “Veteran” Jatim. Hasil penelitian dari keempat belas unsur yang dinilai nilai rata-rata interval IKM (kualitas pelayanan Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan UPN “Veteran” Jatim terhadap mahasiswa) : 2,54 mempunyai kualitas pelayanan Baik,  dan nilai interval korversi IKM ( Kepuasan pelayanan Administrasi Akademik dan Kemahasiswaan UPN “Veteran” Jatim terhadap mahasiswa) :  63,50 mempunyai kepuasan pelayanan puas. Dari keempat belas unsur yang dinilai, unsur keamanan pelayanan mempunyai skor tertinggi, dan  unsur kesesuaian biaya pelayanan dalam mendapatkan pelayanan  mempunyai skor terendah. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk membangun kreatifitas, membangun kemandirian, memberikan semangat dan motivasi bagi anak-anak asuh dalam menjalani kehidupannya. Teknik pendekatan dilakukan dengan metode penyuluhan dan simulasi secara oral dengan permainan edukatif dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas dan kepercayaan diri dalam menjalani kehidupan tanpa ketergantungan dengan orang lain. Kata Kunci : Kreatifitas, Kemandirian

Abstract

This paper provides conceptual and practical descriptions for a model of empowering women fishermen based on local potential. The model is called the six-model model. The six developments model is the result of two years of research with objects of coastal community research in Sidoarjo Regency and Trenggalek Regency. This model has three stages, namely look-think-act. With this stage, the implementation of empowerment then focuses on six aspects, namely natural resource development, human resource development, institutional development, program development, business development, and environmental development. This paper will explain the application of the six communit development model in the coastal community of Tasikmadu village, Trenggalek Regency, as well as updating the previous research by utilizing the commodity of Bakso Ikan. Empowerment activities through the six development model in Tasikmadu Village were carried out by providing counseling and training on fish meatball production. After that, it was continued with the provision of a piece of fishball molding equipment to the Joint Business Group (KUB) Sumber Rejeki and Sumber Barokah in the hope that it would facilitate community economic turnover. With this series of activities, natural resource development, human resource development, and institutional development have been carried out. The business development, program development, and environmental development will still be the agenda of community service in the next assistance.
